    @virginmedia I am near to a nervous breakdown between Virgin and 02 I have spent 5 hours today and my mobile won't take calls and I haven't got a copy of my contract I am going to cancel this contract and then make a formal complaint. That's the nice answer

    @virginmedia This is not the behaviour of a reputable business, and before you say all broadband companies are like that I’d say most are but there are exceptions like @zeninternet. Unfortunately we can’t get their service

    @virginmedia I made a complaint this morning. I asked for the account to be closed as promised. I was told to call the 0345 number as the resolution. I spoke to someone 3 days ago who was arranging for a call back from a manager. That hasn’t happened. Your company cannot and does not care

    @virginmedia Here we go again! had a problem with Tivo & only way it got resolved was by tweet (as you never answer phones). After, your rep. offered a new package at a reduced cost (same facilities but a fixed term @ £68 + a V6 free) never mentioned the £134.95! contact me.
