@PhelanHill @bt_uk @virginmedia If it works it's brilliant but if it doesn't @virginmedia 's Customer Service is woeful in my experience (and @GBRChris_A 's) Currently even with all the people working at home it is good @ 200 Mbps !

@virginmedia Came back on Sunday morning, obvs pleased it was fixed but a 14 hour outage this weekend following a 46 hour outage last weekend, service used to be so good but seems to be very unreliable at the moment

@virginmedia Broadband in GU14 is up and down like a "****** draws". I pay for 350 Mbps but am getting much less than that. I've rebooted and reset my Hub 3, please sort it out!

@virginmedia I’m using 5g to communicate. If that was the case and it was my internet speed, we wouldn’t be having this conversation. Now I believe the VM testing apps are a load of rubbish to palm customers off. The fact that I have never ever received those speeds is a telling tale.

@VirginMediaIE It's the Virgin Media 1 channel that is the issue. There are no subtitles on mine, VM provider, my mam's and sisters, Eir provider. Same problem on all the televisions on Virgin Media 1 channel

Everyday I check my internet speed from @virginmedia. Everyday it's a gamble whether I can stream or not. Every time I actually get through to the team, I'm reminded they 'know' about the issue and tell me a different dates that it will be fixed. I give up.
