    @dowenb @highlight If you’re using Virgin Media cable then this isn’t the same technology as the rate adaptive technology used in ADSL and VDSL, so you don’t have a sync speed to monitor. One issue you can have with Cable can be an increase in latency especially under load.

    Phoned @virginmedia tonight to cancel, as my price was going to £74 from £55 a month. Best they could offer was £60 a month even though as a new customer it is currently £50 a month! I was told if they offered their current customers those prices, they’d go out of business...

    Yaaa final bill from Talk Talk is on its way I have wasted so much money and time with this rubbish company. I had no service from them now I am back with Virgin Media I was such a Clutx to of changed, as soon as that bill comes in and I pay I will be happy😊😊😊😊

    @virginmedia I am truly fed up of ringing you every day to be met with an automated voice asking me to press option after option with absolutely no solution to my intermittent and poor WiFi connection at the end of the call. All you do is a remote check with absolutely no joy

    @virginmedia This wasn't what I asked. Obviously I know there are issues as I said you keep giving then changing the "will be mended by" time. I asked why you don't seem to be honest with that time and just keep adding three hours to it. I can't do all my paid work.

    @cheekibinki @virginmedia Same! Our estimated fix time keeps changing every few hours. Was originally told 3pm yesterday, then various points today and how 10am tomorrow. They must know the severity of the problem, so I don’t understand why they can’t give an accurate fix time.

    @virginmedia Disconnections at least once an hour and if more than 3 people connect to the WiFi it has a mental breakdown and curls up in a ball, so normal service has resumed 👍
