@virginmedia @elise_john85 So you're whacking up Elsie's cost because you have more customers (who are presumably also paying you) using the service, and you want to use Elsie extra £4.50 / month so you can invest in services that attract even more customers?!? Get in the bin!

@virginmedia The big bang theory on TLC suddenly has audio description even though it’s turned off on the box setting. Only every episode of this show nothing else on TLC or any other channel. It’s pretty annoying as it’s my go to channel between shows. Any idea why/how to fix?

  • GregoryRasputin
    Ivan Elmanov (@GregoryRasputin) reported

@virginmedia I don’t have a problem returning it, I have a problem with your company threatening to charge me because I didn’t send the router back straight away, maybe give people more than two weeks to send it back before harassing them.

  • IamCarrieagain
    Carrie (@IamCarrieagain) reported

@virginmedia You turned off my router remotely and you can turn it back on until I am well enough to deal with trying to set up the new one. Thought of indirect discrimination under EA 2010? How about the fact your were not up front about your service changes/consequences too?

  • kolodog1
    John Hatcher (@kolodog1) reported

@virginmedia the service with the WiFi or TV services in the BR5 is poor. 3 times in the last week one of them has went down, today it's the WiFi again.
