    So @virginmedia is down again, and their 4G backup dongle has failed to take over AGAIN. In fact, it has never once failed over to 4G in any of the outages we’ve ever had. Why am I paying for this? 😡

    @virginmedia We’ve spoken to eight people to try and resolve our internet issues.We’ve ordered new boosters because the new service isn’t compatible with the old ones.We’re a ‘priority customer’ - the new boosters still haven’t arrived…So frustrating. Your service is appalling.

    Hi @virginmedia, I’ve spent more than an hour on the phone to your advisors this morning and am getting nowhere. I have therefore now decided I would like to cancel my contract (I am within cooling-off period). Would I still be considered a ‘new’ customer if I find a new deal?

    @virginmedia Sorted now. Received an envelope last week with an adaptor. A leaflet inside stated we would receive an email when to change it. No such email received. Communication very poor

    Didn’t realised upgrading our @virginmedia internet would cripple my home office. Wireless @HP printer can’t find the network and I have to get new boosters for the other rooms in the house. So frustrating - I’ve wasted so much time trying to sort it all out. To no avail.

    @virginmedia This is false advertising. My dad upgraded his internet 2 weeks ago with the promise of an engineer to upgrade his TiVo boxes. The internet signal has actually deteriorated. I have contacted your call centre tonight with little respect and no resolution. Customer loyalty means 0.

    @MartinSLewis This is nothing new. Each year @skytv & @virginmedia are always hiking up their prices to something else & for what bb that doesn’t work & tv channels you never watch. I’d rather stick to Freeview from now on & find myself a cheap bb by shopping around.

    @virginmedia Yes to service status. I have re-set the modem, unplugged it, waited 10 min, I was once asked to unplug the white cable as well - done. If there are other steps to try, I will happily do so. Today it was better - only caused me to yo-yo in and out of meetings three times
