Virgin media just rubbish. Just so disappointed in a service that for the past 2 months has been rubbish. Worked all over the house and even in the garden for all the time we have been customers but now only working on one side of the house and not upstairs.

Just ended my internet contract with @virginmedia it was very much like communicating with a stroppy teenager. That plus the 48 minute wait on hold doesn’t make me feel like ever returning. Very poor customer service.

@virginmedia Sorry to say that I contacted your online chat, but they offered no significant update other than 9th Sept for a fix and no offer of compensation as I am not experiencing a total loss of service. Not happy at all.

@virginmedia Hi, haven't been able to get to the virgin site as it keeps coming up with dns errors along with k/b or byte speeds currently, full post code is SE1 5UY and surname is Bradley if that helps, I know on the 17th there was planned upgrades that where ment to finish on 18th.
