    @virginmedia I made a GDPR complaint to you at the time of writing that tweet it was acknowledged, my preferences were updated (apparently) and yet I STILL get calls. Not a word of an apology in that letter though. Didn’t think anything would tempt me back to Sky..

    .@virginmedia £75 a month and you can't provide any Internet, phone line nor television. Nearly 12 hours and counting.... Never had this problem with @SkyUK

    @virginmedia you’re broadband has gone from great to very unreliable. It seems to drop out regularly now. Paying a lot for your service sort it out!!

    @virginmedia Sorry to say that I contacted your online chat, but they offered no significant update other than 9th Sept for a fix and no offer of compensation as I am not experiencing a total loss of service. Not happy at all.

    Just ended my internet contract with @virginmedia it was very much like communicating with a stroppy teenager. That plus the 48 minute wait on hold doesn’t make me feel like ever returning. Very poor customer service.

    @virginmedia It seems to be working again now. There is a long-standing issue though relating to legacy blueyonder and ntlworld email addresses, which I - and others - have reported before. They crash mid session and you are then locked out. Needs to be sorted.

    @virginmedia Download is spotty, supposed to be 500, jitters around between 290 and 490. Upload is the biggest issue though. And I'm honestly thinking it could be the router now. But obviously I don't know for sure.
