@virginmedia I didn’t receive my new contract on April, was not told of 6 month discount price shot up and I had to fight to get my billing date changed. Overall not a good service 😡. Took me over 30 mins on telephone to try and resolve

@virginmedia twice I’ve been on hold to customer service for 25mins only to get cut off. My broadband & TiVo hasn’t been working since 4pm. I’ve tried restarting the hub many times, checked the connections as well. I work from home & this is not what I need right now.

@virginmedia I ring and get hung up on after being on hold for 6 minutes. I just want what I was offered on Friday. I am not very happy with the customer service I am receiving at the moment and will just walk away. I have been a customer for 10 years and get no perks just bigger bills

Well once again @virginmedia have done nothing promised to refund me the £500+ they had been taking out of our account over a year ago. They have admitted liability and on countless occasions stated that a cheque is in the post only for it not to arrive. Unacceptable service!

@virginmedia is the worst help I’ve ever received. I contacted them on the 14th October to say I needed a longer coax cable. 5 conversations later and promises of when delivery will be and GUESS WHAT still no cable!! Even though one was on a 72 hour delivery! JOKE
