    @virginmedia I didn’t receive my new contract on April, was not told of 6 month discount price shot up and I had to fight to get my billing date changed. Overall not a good service 😡. Took me over 30 mins on telephone to try and resolve

    @virginmedia twice I’ve been on hold to customer service for 25mins only to get cut off. My broadband & TiVo hasn’t been working since 4pm. I’ve tried restarting the hub many times, checked the connections as well. I work from home & this is not what I need right now.

    @virginmedia I ring and get hung up on after being on hold for 6 minutes. I just want what I was offered on Friday. I am not very happy with the customer service I am receiving at the moment and will just walk away. I have been a customer for 10 years and get no perks just bigger bills

    @virginmedia It just rings on my mobile but their phone doesn't ring. Pick up the handset and it gives out a line dead tone. Been out of service 8 days now. So please give me a direct phone number to call. Not a bot or press various options.

    @VodafoneUK @SteveWB1701 Never being able to login to the my account area is what stopped me from switching to Vodaphone. I went to @virginmedia instead. If you can’t get the basics like logging into your account to work it doesn’t give much confidence in the rest of the service…
