@virginmedia Was not anticipating having to leave when i called in, was unhappy you increased my monthly charge and had not been advised. Was told you could do this and there was nothing you could do to rectify the overcharge. Been a loyal customer for 8 years and got treated this way

@virginmedia can someone tell why whilst on WiFi on my phone, the internet is blocking my videos on Twitter. When I go onto data (4g) I have no problem,as soon as my phone picks up the WiFi then no videos or media will play at all. Just says ‘content is not available’? Any ideas?

@ladyjazmana @virginmedia Virgin Media have admitted that the issue is with the safety settings which is indeed the case. It seems a bit off to suggest that the issue is with other networks. Also they have "been aware" of it for three days now. They should just admit their failure instead of spinning.
