    @virginmedia We just purchased a film from the media store and it won’t play - just is stuck at 0 minutes 😡 we’ve restarted our box but always have problems like this with catch up especially… not ideal when we’ve paid money to rent a film! Can you help at all?

    @virginmedia your call assistant just hung up on me when I wanted to escalate a complaint. My complaint, I’ve been waiting 4 months for an answer / install of fibre at a new address. I guess I’ve only been a customer for circa 15 years so not that important really

    @virginmedia Thanks I’m currently doing this now. So on the ‘phone once again for around an hour and been passed over and back and STILL no outcome a d still holding. Just waiting for the line to go dead as previous. When does a customer give up and just leave this shower for good?!?!?! 🤬🤬

    @virginmedia It's always the same response. No service impacting issues reported. However, the service is pretty bad. Wondering if @virginmedia network is capable of handling traffic or deliberately doing throttling. @Ofcom

    @virginmedia The service is absolutely terrible. It never gets better, never. I changed the hub recently and it became far worse than before. Very disappointed and definitely made the wrong decision of choosing Virgin as my broadband supplier.

    2/2 Then you complain or try & resolve the problem @virginmedia push you to @O2. They don’t know what you’re talking about & try to sell you a sim only deal. More £. Complain & they tell you to call them. So you start again & yes, WiFi is as bad as before but bigger bill.

    @virginmedia I rang to cancel. Promised nothing will change in fact they said they would try and improve our internet as we have highs and lows in speed. Now i find im paying more than previous.
