@DavidBeckitt @virginmedia In my experience (so might be wrong), all the others use the same BT/Openreach infrastructure - so much of a muchness. I’ve got TalkTalk, it’s cheap & the new router is good. The customer service is poor tho’!

@virginmedia Came back on Sunday morning, obvs pleased it was fixed but a 14 hour outage this weekend following a 46 hour outage last weekend, service used to be so good but seems to be very unreliable at the moment

Outraged! Spent 1 hour on the phone trying to sort out an order for two @virginmedia mobile phones. On top of 2 hours yesterday. Still not resolved, and can’t cancel the order without passing me on to a third customer service agent. Worst service ever! #virginhatecustomers

@virginmedia It should be now. I had a 1.5hr call to virgin to try to fix this. They are investigating and trying to sort the issue. 3 calls, 2.5hrs so far, and nothing fixed.
