    @virginmedia I ring and get hung up on after being on hold for 6 minutes. I just want what I was offered on Friday. I am not very happy with the customer service I am receiving at the moment and will just walk away. I have been a customer for 10 years and get no perks just bigger bills

    @virginmedia twice I’ve been on hold to customer service for 25mins only to get cut off. My broadband & TiVo hasn’t been working since 4pm. I’ve tried restarting the hub many times, checked the connections as well. I work from home & this is not what I need right now.

    @virginmedia I didn’t receive my new contract on April, was not told of 6 month discount price shot up and I had to fight to get my billing date changed. Overall not a good service 😡. Took me over 30 mins on telephone to try and resolve

    @virginmedia hey, is there a special trick to actually getting through to someone that doesn’t hang up on you? We’ve had 2 delayed install dates and called about 15 times and getting no further forward. It’s been two weeks and no info from yourselves as to what’s going on..

    @Samantha19_12 @virginmedia Standard Virgin Media Sam unfortunately awful company to deal with lots of people leaving em… that agent should be getting someone to contact you if it helps ensure any direct debits are cancelled on Virgin Media so they can’t take any money.

    @virginmedia hey still waiting on some kind of support after the phone in my bundle never came with the bundle .. Been offered to claim on the insurance I took out and they will waiver the fee..but this to me isn't right.. I want to cancel the whole contract

    @Chris_Maslin I think they’re generally fine these days. I use the standard virgin media router and never had a reason to consider replacing it.
