    @virginmedia *sigh*. Been directed to this many times. Had engineers referred many times. This is a persistent issue that raises its ugly head far too frequently

    @virginmedia Well I would speak to a member of the team but always get the call cut short and I ask for a call back if the line goes dead. Twice yesterday ot happend Nd never got a phone call back

    @virginmedia hi virgin.. my TV is showing error codes c217 and c230. I have turned everything off and reset modem and tivo boxes 5 times and more and still no Internet. Its my husbands account but he's away till Thursday. Help please

    @virginmedia a little man from virgin media just rocked up at the door to explore opportunities to get our business back. How poor is the customer relationship software that they don’t have on record that pricing, service and delivery was so bog awful I will never go back?

    @PeteUK7 @virginmedia Had exactly the same situation last year with a close relative. Complete shambles that took many mails and waiting on hold on the phone to resolve, then sending back boxes of crap that would no doubt go into landfill. I'd recommend avoiding them at all costs, for anyone.

    @JamieGBarry @virginmedia Stupid ***** tried to offer me a "deal" for my broadband after i had been on a rolling contract for a while that was more expensive (£75pm), managed to grind them down to a decent price and the morons didn't even put me on a new contract so left and went with HyperOptic for £25pm

    @PeteUK7 @virginmedia #Vodafone did this to me with my dad's estate. 2months left on a 24month. Gimme the money and kit back. Then had the cheek to try and upsell the package during the call. I lost it on that one. Think its time #ofcom cracked down on bereavement account closure tactics.

    @virginmedia we currently have no broadband, no tv and no landline. When I checked the service status, it says phone is ok, so I’m unable to register that we have no landline?
