@UxbridgeLord @marxistniklas @Jim27371416 @DansTweeterings @jeremycorbyn @virginmedia There'll be nothing stopping you from buying it in the future. Not sure what your issue is with a policy that gives other people something you don't want, and which doesn't cost you anything.

  • debi_feltimo Debi Brown (@debi_feltimo) reported from Maidenhead, England

@virginmedia Cannot access my account online, forgotten my security question so cannot call, it’s my elderly dads account I set up for him. He moved today, none of your staff will help me as I don’t have the answer. He has now moved, has no contact to outside world, please help!

  • lissaburns Melissa Burns (@lissaburns) reported from Basingstoke, England

@virginmedia down in #Basingstoke RG21 - call to find out its out between 10am and 3pm due to network improvements. Surely such a significant outage he should come with prior warning - how to damage #CX ! Could have been a great #CX if communicated well...

  • Gazimoff Gareth “Gazimoff” Harmer (@Gazimoff) reported from Basingstoke, England

@virginmedia That’s right. We’d moved house and we’re hoping to keep you with us, but there’s been over a month of delays (issues with current cable). I need it for work, so I’ve been forced to cancel and organise alternatives.

  • gb20man Grant Baartman (@gb20man) reported from Bracknell, England

@virginmedia Service outage AGAIN, this is now starting to become ridiculous... when will I start getting a reliable service!!!! This is not what I pay for @virginmedia

  • gb20man Grant Baartman (@gb20man) reported from Bracknell, England

@virginmedia Really need to consider my options and look at other service providers - ongoing intermittent service for a week now and keep getting fobbed off by you CSA's - I think you may want to consider reviewing your customer services. #badcustomerservice #virginmedia

  • gb20man Grant Baartman (@gb20man) reported from Bracknell, England

@virginmedia Proposed resolution time is 16h00 - so service has been out since 10h30 and I work from home...

  • tw1tterlawsey Martin law (@tw1tterlawsey) reported from Reading, England

@virginmedia , have been a customer for many years, my recent experience of your customer service was appalling and no empathy shown or value for my custom. I said your service makes want to leave, I was told that’s my choice, so leaving

  • tw1tterlawsey Martin law (@tw1tterlawsey) reported from Reading, England

@virginmedia Was not anticipating having to leave when i called in, was unhappy you increased my monthly charge and had not been advised. Was told you could do this and there was nothing you could do to rectify the overcharge. Been a loyal customer for 8 years and got treated this way

  • woodsa164 Alex George (@woodsa164) reported from Wokingham, England

@virginmedia Not great, it never is really.

  • debi_feltimo Debi Brown (@debi_feltimo) reported from Maidenhead, England

@virginmedia just love paying for services which I'm not getting! Seriously sort it out or I will be going elsewhere. No tv, no internet your service is an absolute joke!

  • chriswoods84 Woodsy (@chriswoods84) reported from Wokingham, England

@virginmedia I've done all that. It's been intermittent all day. I've reset. I've turned on and off. I've sat on hold. It's a ridiculous service

  • Johnty14 John Richards (@Johnty14) reported from Basingstoke, England

@virginmedia I’m having issues with my broadband starting & stopping every 10 mins or so, packet loss too. I’m in the RG21 area but the website says no known issues!

  • markblunden MarkBlunden (@markblunden) reported from Maidenhead, England

@virginmedia you’re broadband has gone from great to very unreliable. It seems to drop out regularly now. Paying a lot for your service sort it out!!

  • gb20man Grant Baartman (@gb20man) reported from Bracknell, England

@virginmedia Not impressed, area service is restored but my service is still down. Engineer booked for Tuesday - do you really call this service!!!! I seem to have ongoing issues with Virgin Media - seriously considering changing my provider.

  • roballan07 Rob Allan (@roballan07) reported from Maidenhead, England

@virginmedia It was a terrible experience. 3 different people over a period of 1 hour 20 minutes. I had to explain the situation 3 times. You need to review your Customer Services approach as today it appears broken.

  • chriswoods84 Woodsy (@chriswoods84) reported from Wokingham, England

@virginmedia only had internet installed last week. For about the 15th time it's dropped out. Fed up of sitting on phone on hold. Service update page says all ok. Clearly isn't

  • SithGamiing ⚡ Sith ⚡ (@SithGamiing) reported

@O2 if I pay my device plan off, would I be free to cancel my contract with zero fees on o2 refresh. I am planning to leave, as a result of the merger between yourselves and Virgin Media.

  • john5689983881 John (@john5689983881) reported

@virginmedia hi, my voicemail does not work. When people call it rings for a while, then says 'number not valid'. I have contacted support many times and they just turn it off and on again, which doesnt not help. Please help, I'm not happy at all

  • jason7mh Jason (@jason7mh) reported

@virginmedia Thanks - I did try that and booked an engineer to come between 12-4pm today…it is now after 5:30pm and…nothing. No engineer, no call, no email, no text. Apart from the inconvenience, it’s just plain rude.

  • EdwardThorpe Edward Thorpe (@EdwardThorpe) reported

@virginmedia & whilst I have to wait a few days I have to keep paying for a substandard product. The whole reason I asked for an engineer was because your call centre service & website/forum is inadequate. Your staff’s refusal to send an engineer has inflamed the situation #virginmedia

  • EdwardThorpe Edward Thorpe (@EdwardThorpe) reported

@virginmedia That’s all very well but your call centre staff told me the complaints team would call me within 72 hours. So which is it 72 hours or 2 weeks? Sort of issue that gives a brand a bad reputation #virginmedia

  • si_denham Simon Denham (@si_denham) reported

@virginmedia 9 hours later just about sums up the level of your customer service. Shocking.

  • oyamnaes666 Feral_Williams (@oyamnaes666) reported

@virginmedia I have a question - How do you cancel a contract without having to spend hours on the phone waiting until someone then conveniently cuts you off whilst ‘transferring you’ to someone else ?

  • jfhuk John Horan (@jfhuk) reported

@virginmedia And the award for worst customer service plus that for the most network faults goes to… Yes you guessed it Virgin Media

  • Limes_361 Scott (@Limes_361) reported

@virginmedia Seriously doubting whether you can actually provide the service. Absolute shambles.

  • Jknipe938 Joe knipe (@Jknipe938) reported

@virginmedia more than 6 weeks our Internet has been keeling over daily at less than 1MB when we pay for 100. Assuming I can stay online long enough the bot fails to help, puts me to a person who then puts me back to the bot! Hoping twitter is monitored by an actual human being?
