    @virginmedia Not really. I have made arrangements to bring my account up to date and close it as I am a responsible person. However as a result of the U Switch service not working. I have paid you £150 extra for a service that I have not used. So from my point of view I am very frustrated

    @virginmedia what’s happened to our internet?? I’m in GU14 trying to work from home. The last 2 weeks we’ve either had no internet or very very slow. Ran speed checks, used to be over 100, now it’s mostly around 6-15 and we are paying for 100

    Changed from sky broadband to @virginmedia seriously didn’t think it could be worse. How wrong I was. Utterly shocking broadband. Lost count of the number of times on the last 48 hours we’ve lost service.

    @virginmedia Yes this was one of the first things we tried. Ended up having a repull after two engineer visits, but still not fixed the issue. How about trying a new hub?

    Hey @virginmedia here’s a suggestion for you. When you “make planned improvements to your broadband service” how about you contact your customers in advance to tell them they will be without internet whilst they try to work from home?! Appalling customer service

    @virginmedia Hi AG I keep getting different reasons given either blockage on the lines, delay on laying the cables or engineer is busy but due to me putting order through in June and keeps getting delayed I have now cancelled my order as I'm not happy with the service

You've got to admit it's a bit of a pisstake being blatantly ripped off with **** service, getting told to try the same Service Checker site that HAS NOT WORKED FOR MONTHS and being instructed to sit on hold on the phone for 3 hours only to get a price rise.

    @virginmedia BT cut the the virgin media cable on the pathway 6 weeks ago I belive virgin came and fixed it in the pathway but I'm still with out any services ... and now it's got to the point I've had enough and no longer want to use virgin any longer! I'm not paying for a service getting
