@virginmedia all week had total Broadband outages and down again now (past hour). Received a text from VM with link to follow (self help) and guess what, I need Internet to access! Trying to WFH just impossible. Every hour we have issues.

@virginmedia Broadband down again, 2nd week in a row. Had one day of service and stupidly canx Engineer due next day and hey presto back down we go again. 1 week wait for engineer, 1 day of BB, and now earliest slot for Engineer +1 week. Buyer beware. Typing whilst 50 mins holding with VM!

@virginmedia good at persuading customers to stay with them just not very good at keeping promises. Several telephone calls to customer services still not activated request for Sky Sports can't even be certain new broadband speed has been implemented might need to contact @Ofcom

@virginmedia @UKLightCreation Buy a ‘mesh’ WiFi system. Put the Hub into modem mode, you’ll rarely see any issues with that crappy router again. I went with Eero. Had no issues since. As a modem it’s great. Crap as a router.

@virginmedia Yes, many times. I finally managed to speak to a human in customer service but all she did was say "There's an outage in your area that will be fixed by 25/2" but we have been having problems for MONTHS

@virginmedia That gives me the same message as your online dashboard which claims no fault - but the last time I ran the troubleshooter it said there was. All I know is i have no internet and the problem doesn’t seem to be on my end !

@virginmedia Rebooted, factory reset and so on. Service was intermittent this morning and is now down completely. Did briefly once get a message that there was a network issue coming into the property, but your service status board shows no evidence of any local issue, so I’m baffled.
