    @virginmedia When your expensive fibre broadband crashes in the middle of an online meeting with an MP this is bloody frustrating and unacceptable. Your service is often unreliable in the middle of the day. Can it be fixed or do I need another provider as backup?

    @virginmedia I’m unsure what people mean about my husband has cut the cable outside our house. We have no services I’m a key worker working from home and they send a very helpful engineer that cannot deal with the problem. Appalling service.

    Stellar service from @virginmedia today who’s advice for our grossly intermittant broadband connection was that the issue must be with all of our devices and not the connection itself. Thankfully the contract is up soon, so feel free to share recommendations.

    @virginmedia I have no idea if the complaint is still open because noone at virgin media responds to me! And I'm well aware I can see my bills on my online account, thats how I know prior to you taking the direct debit that you're going to take the wrong amount, tell you this and get ignored!

    I made the mistake of joining @VirginMedia after @BTGroup doubled their price overnight. WiFi is down until approximately 8pm! I’m having to use my phone as a hotspot. Why do we pay so much for expensive & unreliable broadband in the UK? I had faster, reliable service in Barbados
