    @virginmedia Brilliant get out clause @virginmedia. What you fail to realise is that when your so called service goes down for hours at a time, over the course of time amounts to so, so so much more than 48 hours!! Roll on switching of providers.

    @virginmedia This problem is still here; internet has been sporadic all day, dropping out for several minutes at a time. You are not reporting any issues on your coverage tracker however.

    @virginmedia We had issues last month, a nice engineer came (Mohamed) and said it was a local problem. I reported it on the phone again on Tuesday (Aqeelah), she said there are local problems (again). I fed up wit this, it’s been a week of impossible internet, day and night!

    Useless service from @virginmedia called 2 discuss package options on hold for ages the agent says he was trying to help them puts me on hold then put the phone down. If their customer service is like that I think I’ll try give someone else a go @skytv can you do better?

    @virginmedia @Miss_SKM That is correct. What it does not cover is the persistent loss of service since August!!! #se7. Nor does it cover the absolute woeful customer services, and I use that phrase lightly, which @virginmedia is able to offer.

    @AnishModgil @virginmedia In my experience No. and when I asked for money back last time they told me there had to be a complete service loss for a certain number of days!!!! Maybe time to contact the #Ombudsman

    @virginmedia Still no service. Your website tells me service is fine. Over the phone the automated message is “an intermittent service” and when I finally spoke with someone they’ve organised a technician to visit next TUESDAY. It’s a mess.

    Hi @virginmedia, I’ve spent more than an hour on the phone to your advisors this morning and am getting nowhere. I have therefore now decided I would like to cancel my contract (I am within cooling-off period). Would I still be considered a ‘new’ customer if I find a new deal?

    @virginmedia Thanks for your response but I’ve called the number advised this morning. I was put on hold awaiting to speak to a manager for 12 mins. Complete silence. No response. This is a disgraceful level of ‘service’ to be honest. I’m just being blocked at every attempt.

    @virginmedia We can’t use landline because of fault. Tried mobile - no response. We shouldn’t have to keep reporting. You know there is a problem. Fix it please.

    @virginmedia Yes there are none. You contradict yourself saying look at the status then say they may be at the fault. Do you not talk to one another? Just sort this out its poor service and will reflect on my decision on renewal

    @virginmedia Checked service status shows no known issues for my area. YouTube did tweet me an hour or so ago telling me others have complained of same issue of app freezing at logo screen.
