    Virgin media just rubbish. Just so disappointed in a service that for the past 2 months has been rubbish. Worked all over the house and even in the garden for all the time we have been customers but now only working on one side of the house and not upstairs.

    Annoys me way more than it should that Virgin... sorry, LNER call their class 800s “Azumas” and the media are treating them as something new, when class 800s have been in operation on the GWML since 2017, just without a stupid brand name.

    @virginmedia your service is a joke. Just taken me 32 minutes to change my bank details on the phone. Call centre staff should be able to speak the same language as your customers to a standard high enough to be able to do the job. Such a waste of time 😩😩😩

    @virginmedia I have checked everything including logging into your app and running tests. I have spoken to your customer service almost 30 times and all tests were performed. I was even told they were going to change my channel snr but nothing improved the situation. I’m fed u.

    @virginmedia WiFi keeps dropping out. Can’t speak to an actual human about it. WiFi has been shocking for months, every “soliton” you come up with doesn’t fix the problem.
