@virginmedia It’s been a issue since I agreed to a update 3 months ago I can understand there was a lockdown burin may was told that it would happen 20th may did not happen waited all day rang on 21st and said the order was not put on properly and it has now been done

@virginmedia Thanks - I’m not going to trust it again, so won’t bother using the record function, as it’s too unreliable. I’ll stick to streaming on catch-up and buying DVD and Blu-ray discs from now on. Another dissatisfied customer, eh? And we’ve just increased how much we pay... 😡

@virginmedia And text you date date but never happened rang on 28th and they said it will be Friday 5th June waited till 4 pm and rang than said it was not booked in and will be Saturday 5th June again waited called up and said it’s not been booked a scheduled for 11 June I really saddened

@virginmedia Once again, we in W5 1JG are presented with no Broadband. It's disgraceful, we are constantly having the same issue and the same old message regarding a problem that is being fixed. Terrible service and no way to register for reduced costs during service down.

Sad in these times when a friend is forced to move home because her mortgage company won’t help her & now @virginmedia are charging her well over £200 as a disconnection fee. To leave a home she doesn’t actually want to leave.

@virginmedia *sigh* it’s ok. I was overreacting too - I had some stuff I was working on and I felt that it was my router that was at fault. Once I knew it was a network issue I was able to relax (and subsequently used 5gb of my mobile data allowance) - at least my hardware still works!

@virginmedia hi! Are you experiencing issues in London, W5? My WiFi was down for hours yesterday, and the same is happening again today. I've tried troubleshooting & factory resetting my router. Can't get online to do my job :(

@virginmedia It appears to have been fixed, but I am not confident of the availability of the BB service in the near future. This is my frustration with the availability of the Virgin BB sevice in the W5 1JG area. I hope whatever cause for the issue has been located and corrected permanently.

@virginmedia Unbelievably shockingly bad customer support today. 1hr 25 mins on the phone, spoke to 7 agents and no resolution 2 of your agents were excellent the rest were appaling. As a long standing customer I feel I have no option but to change provider. #virginfail

@virginmedia Prehaps it would be better if the customer service line was set up to service customers? Not laugh at them and try to sell them business accounts as we are working from home in a pandemic. I guess I'll invest more time trying to solve your supply issue.

@virginmedia Rebooted many times, as I say we've had VM engineers visiting, they've tried everything they can, I also tried a booster but no luck. I just need this fixing, or at very least a timescale so I can communicate to my followers and my day job. Not getting anything re my complaint.
