    Thanks to FB,I got an email address for a guy at @virginmedia & after days spent tearing my hair out & lots of rude words emanating from my mouth, he's reduced my bill back down & credited my account with £50👊Good job I am wonder woman.Always me that has to sort this stuff out!

    @virginhelp Virgin Media.FOUR DAYS now. They make you hang on forever then offer you a link to your mobile, and when you message on that as instructed, they never come back to you. Absolute disgrace. My bill has gone up by another 20 quid a month. I will NOT be paying £120 for this service!

    @virginmedia Why do you offer a text service ? Then respond 24 hours later or don’t respond at all.I spent in totally 2 hours on the phone trying to speak to virgin media , but if I was a new Customer you pick up the phone within 2 mins . My broadband is down again

    @virginmedia I am so disappointed with the service. I moved to my house in August and joined Virgin Media because I thought they had the best service. To date we are not connected and the date we were given is 29th December!! Point to note that we have no internet in the house!

    @virginmedia After FIVE DAYS, hours on the phone, messages via the link you sent me etc, I hearby give notice that I have now CANCELLED my direct debit. If you want payment this month and keep me as a customer after 14 years of payments, I suggest you contact me today!

    @virginmedia not very happy with the service from Virgin Media! After looking to leave them last week they promised to improve the WiFi and install a 2nd box. Well we have never and now they want to install the 2nd box in a MONTH and a HALF! #poorservice #virginmedia

    As customer service standards go, @virginmedia sucks badly. They need to seriously ask themselves, is letting someone wait 45 mins and counting for someone to help with a technical fault acceptable? NO IT ISN’T. HEEEELLLLOOOOO???!! WHEN ARE YOU PICKING UP??!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬

    @OwenJones84 @virginmedia @JeremyVineOn5 Usually a router issue of inefficient switching between bands 2.4GHz and 5GHz Can go into router settings and explicitly set it to 2.4GHz (lower speed/better range) or 5GHz (higher speed/poorer range)

    @virginhelp as much help as @virginmedia ABSOLUTE DISGRACE 5 days trying to speak to someone, and no replies to the link you told me to contact you on! I can't even bloody get disconnected coz I can't get through!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID ANYONE THINKING OF LEAVING SKY ETC !!!!!

    @virginmedia Hi please send an engineer to my house to sort out the useless Hub 4 box that replaced my reliable and efficient Hub 3. I have asked the community for a solution and they say get engineer out to separate the 2 and 5 GEXT. Fed up of paying good £ for a crap service!

    @virginmedia That doesn't work when you have to use a work proxy filter and you think it not on your network, and when going to that website on another device it's disabled, this is why I asked for it to be removed as disabled for you is not disabled.

    @virginmedia Hi is there any way remove your "Advanced Network Error Search", it is stopping me access company related sites, if I want to search I would use #Bing or #Google. Look forward to having this removed not disabled from my account ASAP.

    @virginmedia Thanks for all your help at least. I will try the suggested solutions you’ve provided in this reply and previous replies. However, I fear (like in the past) the issues will remain. Considering it’s Virgin’s sole job in providing working internet, they seem to somehow mess that up

    @virginmedia Don't think it's a @virginmedia problem. Its the @skytv app thats the problem. But yeah I've tried that. Will try again. A quick Google show its a common problem.

    @virginmedia Yes, I did. Was one suggestion that it may be an issue with a blocked IP address but other email addresses using that are fine. I was also asked by a forum team member if I can use the web to email (which I can) but there has been no follow up to that.

    @virginmedia Still in the dark as to what the actual problem is, or why it can’t be fixed as a matter of urgency rather than being pushed to the back of the queue all the time. Would be nice to know what the problem is as if it is pushed back again - I think we will be staying with @SkyUK

    @scully1888 @virginmedia Big oof good luck. Worst case scenario fire up your mobiles hot-spot just in case and set it up as your 2nd preferance network as a fallback

    @brianbru14 @virginmedia It's a hub 3 bru what do you call the new one? Judging by the WiFi signal on mine there probably on hub 7373 now
