Disgusting @virginmedia charging £56.49 for the most basic crap tv package and phone line. Think they are having my elderly mum on. I'll be cancelling that tomorrow. I pay over £10 less with sky for a better tv package, phone & broadband!

Can’t believe that getting a home broadband in London is such a pain in the neck! @virginmedia said they don’t offer the service at my building while they didn’t even bother to call me back and inform me, I waited 10 minutes on the line to hear this shit from them!

Very disappointed with @virginmedia. Was offered a new price for a monthly deal on TV & broadband this morning. It was not activated. When I called back, was told that the deal didn't exist and wouldn't be given. The call was recorded! Abysmal customer service. Cancelled.

@foxinthebox2010 @virginmedia You do have a point @foxinthebox2010 though because they were asking if customers would be willing to pay £20 one off fee, then £15, £10, £5...which implies they could afford to upgrade for free but just want to squeeze more money of out their customers. @thedogman_918 @virginmedia Had a pay as you go service. Don't pay no service. It's fairly simple! They on my *** for 2 months . Told them take me to court if they really want money ! New customers get phones but loyalty means nothing so that's why I switched to another company!

@virginmedia Trouble shooting fixing my dead grass? I want someone to come and move the Virgin cable that’s showing in my garden and sort some compensation for having to buy new turf! At no point did they ask to dig it up. Once all that’s sorted we can look into Wi-Fi!
