    @virginmedia It happens every month at the moment. My housemate spoke to someone on Wednesday (as it is his account) and they said it would be active by Thursday and it's still down.

    @thatmisterj @virginmedia I'm so sick of it I WILL be leaving Virgin. No-one picking up phone, Just saying there appears to be an intermittent fault. Well No **** Sherlock, I already know that.     I've just had to suffer the same 4 songs,1 a poor cover of 'Where my Rosemary goes', on a loop, in 2,45 mins of waiting for @virginmedia to pick up. Within 10 mins of engineer fixing fault, its playing up again. Its also the end of my contract so I want to deal with it.

    @cameraoncaught @virginmedia Have you forwarded this to Virgin media internal complaints? In my opinion Virgin have one of the worst customer service teams around but it may reach someone who can act upon internally.

    @virginmedia #virginmedia spoke to a very nice lady today from Virgin media who wanted to know why I was leaving Virgin after 10 minutes of me complaining on how bad Virgin has been extending my contract and all sorts of things she did apologise but I said it wasn't her fault

    @virginmedia The box is knackered, it's flashing lights, going between the welcome screen a strange black screen with white box and arrow (?) and then off again. I've contacted support and an engineer is coming out on Thursday

    @virginmedia my router is showing a message saying update in progress. It’s been like this all day. Service status says the networks being updated but fix by 3pm. Is there a fix? I cannot log in to the router.

    @virginmedia I think I may actually be free from #Virginmedia at last other times I phoned up I got someone who just basically lied to me and extending my contract but this time I phoned up to cancel the contract and actually spoke to a very nice man so hopefully it's all done

    @virginmedia we've had atrocious broadband on SE26 4HN for weeks now, it just keeps dropping out and then coming back. I have just had my bill and I'm not really feeling we should have to pay for the service we've had this month.

    Getting absolutely fed up with @virginmedia wifi it’s crap. Its so unreliable. Every time you phone and complain they tell you there is nothing wrong it must be our equipment. Then suddenly it works great for a couple of days then goes off again #wasteofmoney

    @virginmedia no inter still after being told at 4pm it would be sorted and back on by 6 red light on hub 4 no rf signal on modem page sort it out this is twice this month
