    @virginmedia have had intermittent issues for over a month now, every time I go down the route of reporting the issue it just says wait 24 hours. How can I speak to someone about this as the phone number never gets me to a person?

    So it turns out @virginmedia have a help system that isn’t helpful. Catch-22 built into system and no tv. Why am I paying them?

    @virginmedia Hi John, thanks for getting back to me. The call was in regards to a problem with my broadband which luckily after an hour on the phone to a really helpful operator was discovered to be a known issue in the area that was being updated late on the system. 1/2

    @virginmedia Called that number got an engineer coming out on Wednesday which is a bit long to be without broadband then they wanted me to pay for a priority service wanted me to pay for your equipment that’s is not working to be fixed I don’t think so not a great service

    @virginmedia service status on your website is not correct for the N9 area. The site says no issues but CS line confirms there are issues and engineers are working on it. No useable broadband since Friday. Will we get refunds and what's the ETA on a fix?

    @virginmedia So, basically, I can't pause the TV for long enough to go downstairs and make a cup of tea. You don't mention that in all your sales spiel. Had I known this, then I wouldn't have changed to VM. Sky doesn't have this problem, you need to fix it. #UnhappyCustomer

    @virginmedia This policy of disconnecting and then demanding payment is more akin to gangsters doing a protection racket than a isp. You've turned a 15 year virgin media fan into someone who will never return to you in the space of a few hours. That, at least, is impressive work.

    @virginmedia When I phone up it doesn't let me report anything over the phone, it just tells me there's an issue in my area and texts me a link to the postcode checker. The postcode checker doesn't let me report anything because it says nothing is wrong for my postcode

    @virginmedia None of my photos are Leominster Rd, but all within a mile, all reported but zero response ended my contract Virgin. Fed up with down time while cabinets are left open by your engineers. Having fast broadband is no benefit when it doesn't work.
