Absolutely HATE @virginmedia with a passion. Made a complaint, they said I’d be refunded for kids inadvertently ordering SkySports. I wasn’t. Then they cut me off. Liars

@virginmedia two attempts to upgrade package online. 1st included emailing confirmation and waiting in for delivery of equipment. Didn’t happen. Also spoken with someone on your chat and after 50 mins they couldn’t find order or offer same upgrade deal. Very poor indeed

@virginmedia - I have a replacement router however when it is unable to connect to your network. Its is not getting a public ip and the 'Network Access' status is blocked as opposed to Allowed. I need to speak to someone from the technical dept to get this allowed.

So @virginmedia can’t honour the upgrade offer they’ve made and the subsequent order I have placed. So from trying to upgrade to now cancelling our existing package altogether as a result. Poor customer service

@virginmedia Wow I’m shocked. Clearly a lot of people will have gadgets that can only support 2Ghz which was available as a separate SIDD on the hub 3. If you were not going to support it you owed customers forewarning of this fact.

@justine_biggs @arabbadger @virginmedia Make a complaint on their website. They'll close it without making any effort to contact you. After 8 weeks you can escalate to cisas who should be able to get you compensation. I'm going through this process at the minute. It's the only way you'll get anything out of them.
