When my Dad died last year @virginmedia, you deleted his email account. I’ve been trying to get it back to check his messages but the complaints department keeps saying they’ve tried to call and couldn’t reach me (they haven’t) and then closed each complaint. Can you help please?

@virginmedia Yes I have spoken to your tech guys. I have tried everything they suggested to no avail. All they say is I need to pay £5 extra a month for a booster which I think is unfair as I have done nothing to cause this issue

@virginmedia Thanks. Yes the account was transferred to my mother - but we didn’t realise we’d lose his email address too. We haven’t been able to let people know he’s died because we don’t know who is still messaging him. I just can’t get anywhere with the complaint system.

@virginmedia In relation to a potential weakness in security. I’ve got a retro phone with no caller ID. I have a name, they provided a customer licence number for me to check and to authenticate them as genuine . I have a name and they said they were phoning from Hampshire.

@virginmedia I made a complaint in Feb 13 to dispute about the undue charges. On Mar 6 and 17, virginMedia claimed to write me a letter and Mar 18 to have emailed me, I’ve received nothin. Now virginMedia is to disconnect me tomorrow for outstanding payment. I requested to cancel just now

@virginmedia Not really sure. All I know is that for some reason in various parts of my house the signal becomes very poor. Whereas it used to be perfect. Hub has been in the same place since I’ve had it.

@virginmedia £90 a month for an absolute rubbish service called the other day and the favorite saying was reboot was supposed to be put through through to the technical department on to hold on for 25 mins I gave up had to send this not using WiFi

@virginmedia I raised the issue when it first came up and was assured it would be rectified with a new plan drawn up for me which I accepted after I decided to quit. The billing was unjustified there was no noticeable improvement in the service provided.

@FayeThomas_1 @virginmedia Haven’t had the tv on all evening as it was just pissing me off. Yep we’re the same with the land line. It’s only ever used to ring virgin lol. We will try again tomorrow but if they don’t want to deal with you they just put you on hold and hang up. Worst customer service ever!

@virginmedia Hi, the technician that came out was very helpful. He has changed the hub and all of the cables. Unfortunately Virgins server was down today and unable to connect new hubs. I have just managed to connect this. Fingers crossed it is now all sorted.
