    @virginmedia they told me it was because my direct debit had been cancelled (not by me though) and that, as a result, my service had been stopped. i’m more shocked that you have the ability to shut down the phone of someone with a disability with no warning. no text, letter, call, email etc

    @virginmedia I wrote given 30 day's it was ignored I then paid another month and which was taken on the 13th I was told service will be disconect on the 5th ...but instead Virgin ran another bill .... Iv been adviced to report this to offcom now. Because your taken money I need for food.

Wonder myself why I bothered moving to them as well!! Guess phoning again for same crap

    @virginmedia Estimated? I’ve been told this issue was identified on the 5th of February. Then today told you were working on it, with it being fixed by 15:00. I have been on the phone every day since Wednesday to yourselves and am sick to death of it, still no help or fix!!!!!!!!!!!!

    @virginmedia No. I have negotiated a new contract for Ulimate Volt, £67 for Virgin, £25 for O2 sim. But all 3 contract emails are the same, several pounds too high. Every time I pointed this out, the agent apologised and said they would fix it…..they haven’t!
