I have just received the most atrocious customer service from @virginmedia ! WiFi was supposed to be here two days ago because it was signed for at the wrong address & I’ve just been told by a supervisor that there’s nothing they could do, thanked me for my time. Then hung up!😡

I just listened to your fuzzy hold music for 18 minutes @virginmedia, went through the same security Q’s multiple times, only for the phone to cut off as I explained my issue. I JUST WANT TO CANCEL MY BROADBAND!!!!! Can someone call me back to do this please

@virginmedia Called back, held for another 15mins, was finally put through to the correct dept & have cancelled. I just want to say how rude the agent turned when I declined the offer to stay, & once it was all done he just cut the call off. Glad I made the right decision #virginmedia

@virginmedia After all that, the new contract by email shows the phone part of the deal has been down graded to weekend calls only despite my Dad saying he needed to keep all time calls as he spends ages on phones to hospitals and doctors for appointments. I’m sure this wasn’t what was agreed

To be fair, this is probably a PR person tweeting this, but really bad PR for @VirginMedia if they think that this is secure. Plus they missed the whole point, which was that the password was stored in plaintext.

@virginmedia your service is a joke. Just taken me 32 minutes to change my bank details on the phone. Call centre staff should be able to speak the same language as your customers to a standard high enough to be able to do the job. Such a waste of time 😩😩😩

@virginmedia Yes, it tells me there's nothing wrong, then there are "intermittent signal issues in my area", then nothing wrong, and so on and so forth. No other info as to how long any issues will take to fix. Affecting access to a multitude of sites and preventing me from working.

I hate that it has come to this again, but @virginmedia owes me hundreds of pounds worth of disconnection compensation from the LAST time I had to tweet to make them fix my internet, which was down for months! It has not paid it/does not seem keen to pay what I am owed.
