    @virginmedia Now 24 hours without broadband, you have the entire country being told to work from home and you can’t provide any details as to why. I understand you’re probably using fewer techs but I’d have thought you’d be able to triage a problem in less than a day, or know the actual issue

    @virginmedia Known issue reported. Estimated fix: 24+ hours after issue began 🙄… Wouldn’t be as bad if everyone weren’t tethering on their phones as a result of the outage. Seeing only 2 Mbps @EE when on 4G 🤨

    Virgin Media owe me around £210 currently and it’s increasing by £8 a day or £8.40 I can upload videos now from outside as normal, not as fast as normal speed but not at worst and streaming today was okay not the worst, I’ll learn on the job. Morale - save money but use 95%
