    @MichaeljonF Good question... just having a bit of an iffy connection last few weeks. I have a full on Google WiFi Mesh network... tried to iron out a couple of dubious hacks in the system... plus I’ve upgraded the core hub to the Nest WiFi Router now. Starting to suspect it’s Virgin Media 😂

    @MaggieGee10 @reece_dinsdale @virginmedia I ‘m with Sky too, Maggie. Much better customer service and if you have a problem with your broadband it’s sorted quickly. I left Virgin years ago. It was a wise move.

    @virginmedia On the old app you would scroll down to a programme press ok and it would say watch now and you would press that and program would start on the tv. Now you have switch to the new remote which isn’t like your tv remote which the old app was exactly the same

    @virginmedia I’ve not spoken to anyone as from past experience, that’s not the solution. I’ve reset the hub, checked all the connections. My hub status shows Internet as “Access Denied”! And telephone disabled. The last time this happened it just magically restarted after 2 hours.

    @Granite_Beard @virginmedia I’ve got a degree in network engineering myself and was talking to the installation engineers when I had my service set up who said there’s a utilisation ticket in the Petersfield area, which makes sense given the relatively affluent and skilled workforce working from home
