@virginmedia I have done and waiting for a technician to call me back! Nothing but issues all year! I pay £110 a month for your service and just upgraded (still waiting) to Gig1 and to be honest I’m not getting value for money!!

Everyone using @SkyUK Broadband, what devices to have connected and how many? Am getting fed up @virginmedia this year. Nothing but issue and disconnections! Customer service non existent, engineers unable to help unless were happy to have no internet until January!

@virginmedia If I remember correctly, he was supposed to come back with a ladder to check the cables outside the building. The connection goes down on all the devices at the same time.

@virginmedia please can you share an email address for complaints. I have not had my issues resolved and there is only a postal address. (Which I assume isn’t monitored due to Covid) I am also sending the same complaint to Ofcom and CISAS.

So I won’t be having my Gig1 internet installed today by @virginmedia due to network issues! Now have to wait until 6th January! I pay £110 for this lack of service! Thanks guys 👍🏻

Another day, another low point for the customer service from @virginmedia. Ordered a TV package to add to my broadband, was sent a contract, but had to get an engineer install due to position of socket, phoned to arrange it, but package doesn't exist, so can't have it. But... 1/2

@virginmedia We can do, but I have been let down so badly by Virgin and I have lost faith in them. It’s dangerous to be without a LIFELINE for so long. Engineer was booked for today and he closed the job without even coming here
