    @dazzleeds @virginmedia Have exactly the same experience with @virginmedia - customer service does not exist but the charges are taken and increased without fail. For three weeks have been trying to get in touch and get some support with zero result argh 😖🤯😭😭😭😭

    @virginmedia But your SMS team either a) never respond or b) refuse to help me specifically because they say there are outstanding issues. So, through a combination of a) and b), you never look at my issue. Because there's either always a wider issue, OR you ignore me. Utterly unhelpful.

    @virginmedia my connection keeps randomly dropping all day today and has been for a week or so. Can’t test the connection when it happens (no Internet connection) but your service status says you have no issues. This is very frustrating #virginmediadown

    @virginmedia We have ongoing service fault making our viewing impossible. It cannot be rectified as engineers cannot work. Yet you still increase our bill by over £25!! Tried to phone but end up being cut off, no online chat working. Very frustrated.Please advise what can we do.

But they refused to investigate my query as there was an outstanding issue until May 5th, and since then disgracefully haven't bothered responding. So can't get a diagnosis.

    @virginmedia Just to add it took me 3 1/2 hours to get to the point where they changed the price of my package but still not sorted out the boxes of apparently got to ring customer services now and spend God knows how long on the phone trying to get them to agree to these boxes

    @virginmedia I’ve never used the email b4...only 2 emails ever.. an online bill this week....and the ‘confirmation’ changed username one. Nothing else. All I want is the link attached to the email you’ve sent me..which is missing!!
