    @virginmedia Now the wired Ethernet is not working either. I tried factory resets multiple times when the WiFi first stopped working 8 days ago. I've just turned it off for 30 seconds and on again. So far, nothing.

    @virginmedia It’s an area issue but the lack of communication is unacceptable for a media company. A text or email or even a correct update to the app would be helpful and appropriate. This poor service has been going on for over 24 months. Looking forward to leaving as no one could be worse
