    @virginmedia Ha, had to be sure because in past I've had responses about tube WiFi telling me to restart the router etc... It's pretty lame that I would need an app. I really can't see how that will help, as you can't surely expect all of London to download your app just to use tube WiFi?

    @virginmedia What app? I'm talking about tube WiFi. I've never needed an app for that before.... And I shouldn't need an app... I'm talking about the sign in page. In the past I only had to put my username and password in once in a while; now it's EVERY station.

    @virginmedia Hello John, the signals are going up & down like a yo-yo 🪀 I’ve done a full reset of the hub, cleared browser history on all devices & scanned with connect app, no issues found yet all devices are going at a snails pace. All very frustrating 😞

    @virginmedia your service is dire. C-1801231701 this is my complaint number. 3 phone calls and 4 emails and still no resolution. Perhaps you should employ real people rather than robots. The automated emails are the same each time-The internet is awful, dropping out, inconsistent
