I'm trying to get through to @virginmedia customer service since 10am! It's been 4 and a half hours!!! Either it cuts off randomly at one point during waiting 30-45 mins or after getting through to someone, but they don't call me back!! Appalling! Can someone please help me??

@virginmedia It was originally an area fault and my property was the only one remaining without service. They then made the appointment for Friday and latterly replaced it with Tuesday. There are no sooner slots available - really poor show. Why is it that VM managers hide from customers

@virginmedia ongoing for months at this point, my streams will at times times drop frames in the tens of thousands, discord is has a very specific issue of not being able to hear anyone on a call but they can hear me still. No faults reported in the area.
