    @virginmedia It seems to happen whenever there’s bad weather. I wouldn’t have thought weather could affect tv / WiFi services, unless it’s just a coincidence.

    @virginmedia I have 4G intermittently more often 3G, it takes an age to open websites, I have no idea when this will be fixed because trying to contact you on phone is a nightmare, I’m in Newcastle under Lyme, how about you tell me when I’m going to get a full service restored?

    @virginmedia I would suggest sending a better updated Hub and I believe all my issues would be solved! Like now as I write this reply in my bedroom directly above the Hub 3 probably 2 metres away I’m having to use 4G as it’s a rubbish internet connection!
