    @virginmedia 33Mbps DL and 19.59 Mbps UL... but however three attempts at running the Speedtest. On the first two attempts the UL test failed reporting connectivity issues.

    @virginmedia I ordered virgin on 17/2 no permit was applied for until the week my install was due (13/3) I got a text at 9pm the night before saying it couldn’t happen and now workmen have today told me they need another permit to dig up further down the road!!!

    @virginmedia It is my wired connection that is at fault. Have literally plugged my laptop in directly to the Virgin Hub box and run various tests and network diagnostics for which I have confirmed the slow speeds.

    Die to have @virginmedia installed 13/3 they turned up today for outside works and found a blockage so another permit needed before the work can go ahead! Customer service useless!!!

    @virginmedia In relation to a potential weakness in security. I’ve got a retro phone with no caller ID. I have a name, they provided a customer licence number for me to check and to authenticate them as genuine . I have a name and they said they were phoning from Hampshire.

    @virginmedia I made a complaint in Feb 13 to dispute about the undue charges. On Mar 6 and 17, virginMedia claimed to write me a letter and Mar 18 to have emailed me, I’ve received nothin. Now virginMedia is to disconnect me tomorrow for outstanding payment. I requested to cancel just now
