@virginmedia Well you said u only get compensation 4 certain things however for almost 3 weeks now the internet I rely on for nearly everything is slow &cuts out my neighbours the same . I have missed on line interviews , zoom meetings , unable to do some coursework & u guys say oh well ...

@tonguesonly @virginmedia I’ve had problems all week, well for months now. Engineer was meant to come today, and @virginmedia cancelled, with the message my service is back up with even a call to check. I don’t get messages when it goes down repeatedly. Get out of your contract.
