    @virginmedia Many complaints have been raised and we have tried to leave the contract due to the complete lack of anything beneficial to actually fix our broadband. Of course I’m not having a a go at you but your customer service team is very bad. They don’t care about actually helping 👍🏾

    @virginmedia No he's working. And I am trying too, I work from home and last week I had to take 2 days unpaid due to the WiFi not working. I am also hardwired to the Internet, so I don't understand what's wrong. But I need it sorted.

    @virginmedia They refuse to tell me anything as my virgin media account has been disabled and I can’t check my password/ security answers. Half the calls they say I’ve passed, with same info, other calls say I’ve not passed. It’s infuriating. They just hang up on me. Probably 4 hours on calls

    @virginmedia But if the system thinks the disconnection is valid, won’t that prevent the reconnection, we are almost at 4 full days no service, which is way beyond 48 hours advised on Monday.
