I'm thinking it needs a network connection to work. Any plans for a Hub with built in 02 sim to increase connectivity? Currently hot spotting my phone.

You are "working on it", & each day checking status the date to fix is moved further away. You do not refund for lack of service why is that? And text updates are not received. And its STILL not working.

The issues is with the cable Ethernet & the phone connection in the Hub 4. I donโt use your WiFi setup as my house is fully cabled for networking. I am a Network Architect, so have done basic tests

In short an outage.

That the dish is broken and there is little slack to enable me to bury the cable deeper is due to local engineers. Will just have to dig trench, break cable and wait again!

If you go into any school of college, their internet is filtered. The technology exists to enable the bill payer to control internet access. But of course this is not, and never has been about protecting children, it is about digital ID.
