@virginmedia I have been assured by your team I didn’t need an engineer at my house on the latest of my many calls. That the whole neighbourhood has a problem . So , day 8 , still crappy service #hampstead it is proposed to be fixed by the 28th your advisers tell me in the phone .

So less than 1 week after signing up to @virginmedia my new land line number has found its way to scammers. Im not saying someone is profiting from selling on newly registered numbers but its very strange! Especially since i have never given this number out to anyone.

@virginmedia Sure. I negotiated my price a couple of months back for the 200mbps service. Then last month you tell me it's going up by £3.50 from march. Then this week Vodafone have said I can have their 500mbps service for slightly less, fixed for 24 months. Seems a no brainer really

@virginmedia Have had issues with tv streaming services for past week or so. Internet (Wi-Fi) keeps dropping out on a daily basis. Virgin TV Control no longer allowing me to connect and watch tv via iPad. All in all - Not getting what I’m paying for.
