@virginmedia It’s the same number I’ve had for over 30 years. Read previous tweets! I wanted rid of Virgin because Customer service is really lousy. I see you’re pushing the blame to other provider without evidence. Sounds about right How long wait for someone to answer the phone today?

@Mike_Randazzo1 @virginmedia Oh, they did let me cancel, but I had to answer about 3 “last question”s before they proceeded 5 minute response time on chat, took me nearly two hours, after the 4 hours it took to connect an agent. We could get a contract with a credit check in 5 minutes.

@Mike_Randazzo1 @virginmedia Thought about it, but it’s most likely a management directive, nothing will happen. All I want is my package, set up the new flat, and not hear about them until we cancel again, hopefully last time.

@virginmedia Might I add that the last handler in pre install stated he was a 'senior' and he was incredibly rude, talking over me and trying to tell me what my problem was!

@virginmedia Pre install was yesterday with technician linking my house to virgin and ever since I've had no Internet from my current provider. spoke with pre install last night, and today, total of 4 handlers then cust. Service with no resolution and nobody wanting to deal with it now!

@virginmedia After the two hour chat, it was finally resolved. Wife have arranged an internet connection to our new flat before this(with Virgin btw), took 5 minutes. Lot of hoops to jump through to cancel, when I just wanted to get it over with. No offers, just cancel.

@virginmedia John - lights are on but the external fault has already been established. It is a contractor that has to deal with the issue - one claimed to have done it but it failed to work - now you contractor is failing to respond to requests by your colleagues 4 updates on a new commission

@virginmedia Pre install Refused to acknowledge any wrong, wouldn't get anyone to even attempt to look till 24th, cust. Service refused to engage as pre installs problem, so am left still with no Internet and no way to sort issues, plus having been spoke to rudely

@BigupJeff @virginmedia Yeah, unfortunately. We are okay with the service, that’s why we kept it in the new one, but the customer service is a joke. Had @Hyperoptic once, was absolutely brilliant. Too bad it’s rarely available.

@VirginMediaIE I have a Hub 3.0 router, provided by Virgin Media ; there are six people using the internet at my address. The wireless service is slow and there are frequent dropouts - not acceptable for people working from home.
