@virginmedia - What kind of shocking service is this? After phoning up and receiving an automated broadband test which proved there was a problem. A supposed text message was sent - not received and now your automated support line is too busy to take calls.

Broadband supplier #VirginMedia customer service is awful. Twice today spoke 2 people both had my account in front of them, was told hold whilst i transfer you. After waiting for over 30 mins on both occasions i hung up, Web chat tell you to call. #customerservice has to be 0

@virginmedia To just say "we are busy" on the 150 number and disconnect callers is utterly unacceptable. Then on 0345 it just drops you after 45 minutes of hold music. It is as if you are deliberately making it hard for us to cancel......

@virginmedia a conundrum. If I call your service centre to cancel my service I get routed to the website that doesn’t allow me to cancel or I get routed through to a team that don’t answer. Do I just cancel my direct debit? Then at least you’ll know I’m not longer your customer.

@virginmedia This issue was chased on the 30th Nov 2020 (had to wait 45 days for the cheque) & then once again on 15th Jan 21, as cheque not received. Advised it would be posted in 14 days & still nothing.

@virginmedia Yes, it is showing an outage. It says an engineer is working on it, but the time it’s set to be fixed has gone from 4pm today, to 9pm tonight, to 9am tomorrow morning. You have already lost me a day at work and I’ve missed a deadline. You need to sort this now.

@virginmedia My new Voom internet service was installed 8th October and has still not fully gone live. Spent a total of 1.5 hours on hold with your faults team and it just cuts the call after 30 minutes without ever getting through to someone. Please DM me so we can get it fixed.
