@harryhpalmer @RWoody1995 @SirWalterSmith9 @virginmedia Their approach of not telling anyone when things are broken, and that in fact the service status page always shows everything is fine. Or telling us afterwards when it’s fixed. Or in any way owning their failures in service.

@virginmedia It’s been rubbish for ages, not just the past few days. The signal from the box is so weak in the house. The signal comes in and out and it’s not great when we are all using it. Working and schooling from home has highlighted how slow the connection is 😳

@virginmedia Perfect timing when it happened to me, cut a customer off mid rant 🤣🤣 👍🏾👍🏾 but I did have to call him back and listen to his rant for 35 minutes after finishing work 😩😩

@virginmedia I've had an e-mail reply to my complaint that says when I call the 150 number they can't help me and tell me to e-mail instead. The reply tells me to call the 150 number!!!! Is this a joke?
