    @virginmedia the tv connection has had a fault since 8th June. You are "working on it", & each day checking status the date to fix is moved further away. You do not refund for lack of service why is that? And text updates are not received. And its STILL not working.

    @virginmedia hub still down in SW8 region. Box and hub are on. Ran tests everything fine. Can see WiFi to connect to, but not devices can connect. This started after last nights midnight update it seems.

    @virginmedia Couldn't use my phone so couldn't call you. I tried from hotel landline to your so-called help numbers to no avail. All others in a group of 40 people did fine cause weren't using Virgin. Not ideal to have single female abroad no phone, no maps, can't call cab etc. Last century

    @virginmedia having massive issues with billing and tried over 5 times to sort this over the phone. Most times someone will hang up and not call back making me have to call again, wait for 30m, tell the whole story again. Need to speak to an actual human at a store. Suggestions?

    cont/- Every 2/3 hours you say that it is going to be fixed within three or four hours. It has not. We could not give a **** about £8 compensation per day. You are costing us thousands of pounds in lost revenue for those of us working from home. More @virginhelp @virginmedia

    @virginmedia As I have already told you-the service checker simply, and probably purposely, give us a fixed time of 4/5 hours after any time you look at it. In short virgin are just “moving goal posts“. Why are you unable to tell 100s of your subscribers what the problem is. Is it laziness?

    @virginmedia I tried again today. After faffing with phone, then faulty website, and back to phone, I eventually found a very helpful assistant who managed to convince me to stay; happily. It was close though, as much room for improvement. Please sort out your customer services & website.

    @virginmedia BT allow you to stop your contract immediately if they do not provide the service paid for. Your customer service is atrocious. My business has suffered, I paying to use my mobile Internet instead of my broadband and I cannot finish my masters assignment as I have no internet

    @virginmedia Your bland response is no different to the info being said on your website. Rather than tell everyone that the fix will be ready in a few hours (as you have done for the past three days), why not tell us what the problem is and stop giving us false hopes. Your response please.

    @virginmedia Seems I would qualify for compensation if there was a total loss of service. The service in my area is intermittent! 5 minutes here, 15 minutes there. Strangely one cannot watch all of a livestream if the broadband drops. While many are free, some are paid.

    @virginmedia Hey, thanks. I've checked the service - no faults. And the test shows no faults. And... I've already ran every test/self fix/hub reset/diagnostic process I can find on the website and no improvement....and ironically I'm having to reply using 4G as the internets not working

    @virginmedia It has been the last month or so. Sometimes connection drops for a minute sometimes half an hour. Are Virgin not struggling with connection issues recently? My friend in another part of town had the same thing for months and had to move to Sky.

    @ColinBrown1968 @virginmedia The worst customer service, they might claim there amazing. They really aren't. BT or Sky now. They might be slower, but we can upto 50mb which is more than sufficient!!

    @virginmedia Yes they offered me £5 and delayed the installation to 10/3 so trying to cancel this whole disaster as clearly their are huge issues in VM, possibly you are understaffed but not a company I wish to deal with so looking at staying with Sky

    @Snyberwiz @brightsider123 👇👇👇 You need a licence to watch or record any TV programme live, on any channel or TV service. ... This applies to any provider you use, including BBC iPlayer, ITV Player, All 4, Sky Go, Virgin Media, BT TV, Apple TV, Now TV, YouTube, Roku and Amazon Prime Video.

    @virginmedia the fact that the installation was terrible and I’ve had horrendous WiFi since getting virgin. that’s if it works anyway. it’s making working from home almost impossible and no amount of troubleshooting has helped
