Is there a worse customers services department, than @virginmedia ? Over an hour on phone, and online chat, trying to cancel my broadband, as I'm moving house. Pushed from pillar to post. No idea of I've cancelled, as both were hung up. There should be better laws on this!

@virginmedia Hi, i am having some issues with the youtube app, i spoke to youtube they said to try uninstalling reinstalling the app, something i am unable to do as you provide this. It will just not load a video or whilst a playlist is playing it goes black.

@virginmedia I have spoken, on the phone, and web chat, for over an hour, repeating & repeating that I want to close my contract, getting put on hold, pushed around staff, and eventual hang ups. I've never experienced a worse service. Sky were polite & excellent, in comparison.

@virginmedia what a useless company after waiting a week from doing as was asked of you on reporting my fathers death I receive a letter telling me I done it wrong. I’m afraid I lost it on the phone today and when all is sorted we will be leaving you. Great bereavement service.

@virginmedia There's no point reporting it because the issue is intermittent and never send to get caught - same prob for years. I've changed routers, devices, even rewired at home! There is something fishy with WiFi signals as wired connections keep working simultaneously

@virginmedia Hi, like I said it's not a setup problem, other HD channels are fine it's just the Sky Sports HD channels, quality wise, are not on par with the others in my opinion. Is there any update on the Sky UHD channels that were coming in 2020?
