Lee Garrett (@mrgarrett100) reported from Worthing, England@virginmedia you guys are truly the worst... move the service to you with 6 weeks notice and you don't have it ready - suggesting we wait 16 days until you're ready with no service as we've cut the other provider?????

Claire Lock (@clairewoods93) reported from Worthing, EnglandGreat work @virginmedia internet down again. Laughable that on service update it says register loss of service as after 2 working days you may get compensation, i never got any despite loss of service for a week last August! Doesn’t feel me with hope it will be fixed today!
-
Danny Williamson (@Sacto_King_UK) reported from Worthing, England@virginmedia But I’ve been in touch with the phone teams, they can’t or don’t do anything’s. At all. The Social Team were in contact via email, but finish their shift, and don’t tell me. Then don’t get back in contact, or pass me on to a colleague. It’s terrible customer service
-
Claire Lock (@clairewoods93) reported from Worthing, England@virginmedia It just came off my bill but I rang and expressed that it should have been more and they would look into it but I’ve not had a response. You’re going to fob me off with intermittent service but perhaps you should have sent someone round to check but then you’d have to pay out l!

-
Rob York (@BurlingtonBert0) reported@hamsterpranks @virginmedia Virgin - sucking the life out of humanity since inception. Thank **** I got rid years ago.

AxiomLunc (@AxiomLunc) reported@Benleo @virginmedia @Benleo Put a complaint into the Ombudsman, O2 and Virginmedia do this all the time, i had a friend who cancelled his O2 contract after working for the company, never had issues with fraud etc, then magically after leaving, he had over £1000 fraud on his account.

-
Matt West (@itswesty) reported@virginmedia Residential I've had 4 calls that have cut out after a few minutes and I've had to cancel a project. An engineer is coming out tomorrow. Not going well...
-
D (@idczn) reportedThe only contract I ever signed with Virgin Media was in 2018, and it continues to this day. I have never changed or upgraded it; I only occasionally tried to report home network connection issues. It turns out that in November 2024, a two-year contract was accepted, which I only found out about in 2025 when I wanted to cancel their services. I couldn't leave them XD However, checking who did this on my behalf and when (because it certainly wasn't me) was impossible, as I had no way to log into my Virgin account Now I cansee- the accepted contract has different number? There is no any signature of mine- and information that was sent to e-mail: back then controlled by hacker
-
Adrian (@adrianjustone) reported@TonyDabell @mark_wootten @virginmedia I agree , I’m with virgin media they are the worst company , they offer nothing to their loyal customers .
