@skytv on hold for over an hour to speak to billing as you have decided to up my bill by £40 still no answer, disgusting service , thank god contract up in July ,who to choose @virginmedia or @btsportfootball , will be internet & phones aswell

Great work @virginmedia internet down again. Laughable that on service update it says register loss of service as after 2 working days you may get compensation, i never got any despite loss of service for a week last August! Doesn’t feel me with hope it will be fixed today!

What is it you do on a Friday pm/eve @virginmedia down again last half hour, and it was same last Friday for couple of hours. I’m sure in the past my problems have been on a fri too. Bad timing as I’m due to renew contract soon and if you think I’m paying anymore, no chance!!

@virginmedia So a VOIP service is a voice service over the INTERNET. Why would you we need a landline switch when your marketing information says if your wifi goes down you have no landline phone. You are just trying to bamboozle people so you can still get money for landlines. RIP off Virgin
