@virginmedia Been having connection issues since you first installed the damn thing. Your engineer did not even install it properly. Just left the CAT 6 connection exposed outside the house wrapped by insulation tape. I have never seen a cowboy job from a broadband provider this bad.

@virginmedia Yep I r tried that. It says I need a pod but you haven’t got any...and it don’t let me order one for when you do, I need to phone up. I phone 4 times a day & get nowhere. It’s a complete farce, just get passed from bot to bot it’s rubbish service.
