    @virginmedia our service has gone down for the 2nd time in 3 days and we are now being told we cannot get an engineer until Saturday morning. This is unacceptable and we are unable to speak to anyone to register a complaint. Please advise us with the issue and how to resolve this

    Great work @virginmedia internet down again. Laughable that on service update it says register loss of service as after 2 working days you may get compensation, i never got any despite loss of service for a week last August! Doesn’t feel me with hope it will be fixed today!

    @virginmedia I need to be contacted by phone and text on my trip. I also need my voicemails. If I don’t switch in roaming I can’t get these. Virgin’s data fees for the U.S. are vastly more expensive than your competition. I never had this issue with my o2 or Vodaphone contracts.

    @virginmedia Well, find the customer service absolutely calamitous. I had a letter notifying me of increased costs so I could cancel my service. This was early Feb. Since then I have called about 5 times to confirm the cencellation and each time there is no record, although you record all?

    @virginmedia No, I’m calling into the centre now. Sick of thinking about this stupid bill every other week. I’ve literally called around 7 or 8 times only to be lied to every single damn call! How hard is it to do the right thing?! Taking this to @financialombuds or @Ofcom today. Sick of it!
