    @virginmedia @Ofcom @TradeStandards just called to try & cancel my plan as I have just been evicted. you don’t supply my new flat but want to charge me £250, your agent was so rude and refused to transfer me to a manager. Thanks for making a hard time worse!

    @Ofcom @virginmedia Amazing thank you. I think I am getting somewhere with virgins Twitter team but there phone staff refused to escalate my complaint to a manager several times and then insisted on a call back which will apparently take 72 hours

    @virginmedia On FaceTime calls when using WiFi, the video starts to cut out after a min or two & eventually stops completely. This doesn’t happen on 4G or other WiFi networks, just my virginmedia WiFi, which is running at 384Mbps down and 36.6 up! Why can’t it cope with FaceTime?

    @Netflixhelps Yeah, I’m not on a VPN, Netflix is wrong. I checked my IP address, it’s showing as in the UK and assigned to Virgin Media. Problem is at your end.
