    @virginmedia and you would get back to me (VM) After a couple of months I spoke to a young man in customer service who said it was something you offered and as I had issues with my landline he would get someone to call me about it ASAP this could take 72hrs &still waiting

    @tanyabyrne @virginmedia Exactly this. I completely accept that emergency work cannot be helped and has to be done as soon as required, but scheduled improvement work should be different. It's not okay to just cut people off without notice and then make out it's an outage.

    @virginmedia hi I’ve got to say I’m extremely disappointed by your customer service with upgrading my phone I called to upgrade on Monday and everything got though to including credit checks and the reply was sorry we’ve got to do back off checks and I’ve still heard nothing back

    @virginmedia Called customer service line & the message says virgin is doing improvement works in my area. I accept that if its emergency works there is nothing that can be done. The reason I am cross is if you have scheduled improvement work to do, you should tell people about it before!

    @virginmedia Please give me an email or phone number to complain. I have just spent an hour on your chat line service trying to resolve a long term TV issue and the person just stopped replying and another person wanted me to give all the info again. Im livid! We need an engineer

    @virginmedia I appreciate your response but I did get through to an agent and the response I got was quite frankly appalling. The only thing that link says is there is a problem with using the app. This is a problem that has now been going on for weeks

    @virginmedia It was an automated phone message saying my postcode would be down until 3pm for upgrade works. It would be nice to have been informed of this in advance. It is working again now.

    @virginmedia since around yesterday 11am Virgin Broadband has been down in the NE28 area. Both the status and care page contradict each other with when the issue is estimated to be fixed. Any idea when this is gonna be back up? Its impossible to work when in a work from home

    @virginmedia @bbceastenders @BAFTA where even their own staff don’t know how their service works, I had one member of staff tell me optical fibre comes in to your home 🤔 so I bet her-her entire years wage: that it was analogue converted to digital at a hub, she agreed till she came back from asking her supervisor

    @virginmedia No issues in my area. I spoke to customer services, have done a factory reset of hub, so now monitoring speeds for 24hrs. The wired connection was losing connection to the hub. If it continues will arrange engineer visit.
