    @virginmedia The engineer came & said it was a problem with the electrics to the box in the street, he also changed the cable to a different position in the same box, since then the the internets been ok, a little slow, it kept cutting out when speaking to my sister, she called me on landline

    @virginmedia After asking why we wasnt told so we could make other arrangements we was told that they assumed we already knew. When clearly wasnt the case and was just left in the Lerch! We decided we wanted to make a complaint and asked to be forwarded #virginmedia.

    @yorkshirerosie @virginmedia 64mb is ok but if you were getting 150mb then I expect you’d notice it. Good news is. It’s not your issue. It means that theres either a fault on the line, or there’s too many people using it at the same time. It’s called “contention”. Have you called your supplier?

    @virginmedia This so called frontline customer service was absolutely shoddy. We both couldn’t understand how 3 weeks after we ordered the services and that the external was already done they finally realised that they couldn’t connect us.We heard nothing from virgin #virginmedia

    @BenJamesPhotos @virginmedia I’ve had shocking service from them last of couple weeks. Got an engineer coming out tomorrow to hopefully fix my internet. Not had a problem with the customer service.... YET.

    @virginmedia your customer services are a joke. I have been a customer for over 15 years. Renewed on 7th March. Problem after problem. 17 phone calls and 6 hours on the phone. Now complaining about the complaint. Nothing thay was promised has been done. @Ofcom

    @virginmedia The hub has been reset remotely by service and they will be calling me in 72hrs to check all is OK. It is at the moment but I am not holding out hope of problem free broadband for that long.

    @virginmedia no known outages in the area. Paying £60 a month for the worst service 😒. Have a bunch of meetings and cannot even go anywhere to sort this because we are in lockdown. @Ofcom

    @virginmedia Yes..several times and apparently no problem,and yes we’ve done reboots etc,and now you can’t even do an internet speed test as the signal is so week
