Danny Williamson (@Sacto_King_UK) reported from Worthing, England@virginmedia Don’t you think a courtesy message to say they’re off shift now? All email communication suddenly stopped, with no explanation 2 days ago. And I’m still waiting. I’d like to raise a complaint now please, this has been going on for almost 3 weeks now.
-
Brian Roe (@indiointernet) reported from Brighton and Hove, EnglandThank you @virginmedia you are yet again delivering an unacceptable service! Broadband intermittent, cant work, nothing on a status update, yet an apology on front of the phone message. I've had better connectivity in a Sri Lankan jungle.
-
Danny Williamson (@Sacto_King_UK) reported from Worthing, England@virginmedia It’s not working. You’re welcome to call me. I’m quite friendly
-
Brian Roe (@indiointernet) reported from Brighton and Hove, England@virginmedia getting somewhat irked at the constant failure in the delivery of your services. And please don't apologise, it won't fix the broadband issue. You are now costing me money. This is not ideal. It's time for me to find a company that can deliver reliable broadband.
-
Gary Pleece (@garypleece) reported from Brighton and Hove, England@virginmedia Engineer Thursday. Not good enough really, had an engineer Saturday, problem still here if not worse, and being told to WFH due to heat. Cannot not be speeded up?
-
Fragile Creatures (@FragileCreature) reported from Brighton and Hove, EnglandI've been waiting 2+ hours for a response over WhatsApp from @virginmedia 3 hours since first trying to reach them with Broadband down. Can't work, starting to think they just don't employ any staff. Second time I've had negligent service from them. Looking elsewhere asap.

ydnam (@dizzymabil) reported from Sompting, England@virginmedia Seems its all over the area. Dozens of posts on local SM pages, people without service since late last night. Can't wait to change providers, to a company that actually supply what I pay for
-
Junior (@wavell_mark) reported from Hove, England@virginmedia how come after nearly 3 days is my internet not working?? How do I claim compensation for this??
-
Gary Pleece (@garypleece) reported from Brighton and Hove, England@virginmedia No it was the ‘general area fix’ (my engineer was cancelled by Virgin) which was then followed up with an email that said ‘everything is sorted’ which it was, until today when it was in and out again for hours. It’s ok now, but for how long?
-
Helen Rimmer 💙 🔶️ (@melon_h) reported from Burgess Hill, England@virginmedia This is still appalling customer service. I have to register (I did this when things were down in Dec for almost 72 hours), I have to alert etc you are the service provider. How is it good CS that we assume you are lying in estimates? No compensation for Dec either.
-
Michael Jones (@mejones2121) reported from Woodingdean, England@virginmedia no internet or phone line yet again. The worst service from a provider I've ever had. #internet #internetshutdown
-
Gary Pleece (@garypleece) reported from Brighton and Hove, England@virginmedia So… are you saying work is being carried out today. Wait until tomorrow and then if still bad book an engineer? I can live with that. But the person I spoke to had no idea about that and just booked an engineer again. Can I ask have other people raised area issues?
-
Gary Pleece (@garypleece) reported from Brighton and Hove, England@virginmedia Hi, the interruption is ongoing so I’m guessing we have faulty equipment? When I go onto the website it tells me to ‘reset’ which I do and it works for a while then goes wrong again. Can we sort a new router? Is that the issue?
-
Gary Pleece (@garypleece) reported from Brighton and Hove, England@virginmedia Same, slow and occasionally dropping out
-
Anne Webb (@AnneWebb777) reported from Brighton and Hove, England@virginmedia what the hell is wrong with your system. Impossible to report a fault! No contact available just going round in circles. Landline not worked for a week now 🤬 you really are the pits, can’t even cancel this crappy service £109.75 paid this month!!!!
-
Gary Pleece (@garypleece) reported from Brighton and Hove, England@virginmedia Called and no issues. It has to be equipment, right? There’s an option to ‘test hub’ on that link but it just goes to an invalid page. I’ve been patient for a few weeks now, but I’m finding it hard to remain so! Trying to work like this is impossible
-
Simon Rusbridge (@SimonRusbridge) reported from Worthing, England@virginmedia tv and WiFi down in BN14?
