    @virginmedia Hi, the interruption is ongoing so I’m guessing we have faulty equipment? When I go onto the website it tells me to ‘reset’ which I do and it works for a while then goes wrong again. Can we sort a new router? Is that the issue?

    @virginmedia We already know there aren't problems in the area. I'm complaining about a lack of customer support staff and you send us to an automated line! Ridiculous.

    @virginmedia I get charged £25 if I’m not here when your engineers don’t turn up. What if I come home to be in for an engineer who doesn’t turn up? No communication whatsoever, and spending my entire Christmas holidays waiting in trying to make myself available for you to sort your issue.
