Great work @virginmedia internet down again. Laughable that on service update it says register loss of service as after 2 working days you may get compensation, i never got any despite loss of service for a week last August! Doesn’t feel me with hope it will be fixed today!

What is it you do on a Friday pm/eve @virginmedia down again last half hour, and it was same last Friday for couple of hours. I’m sure in the past my problems have been on a fri too. Bad timing as I’m due to renew contract soon and if you think I’m paying anymore, no chance!!

January saw law come in to state all customers should be treated same as new ones

@MoneySavingExp I had the same issue with virgin media, got right through to rententions in order to get the 11% increase off. It was not very difficult to do and was all done through WhatsApp but still fustrating I have to go so far when new customers get it much cheaper

@virginmedia Made complaint, now told complaint resolved, no one discussed or resolved, Requested deadlock letter to take up with ofcom being told manager will call back to arrange, no one ever calls back, currently waiting for 5 callbacks to get deadlock letter..

Bah, there's an @virginmedia outage in my area, and the fix time has been put back from 1pm to 4pm in the last hour. Kids are not placated with "we didn't have Netflix when we were kids". Luckily the PS4 works fine offline.

@virginmedia Only TV signal through the TiVo box with the problem. DVD XBOX etc all work fine. Clearly an issue in the area as almost all the neighbours having similar problems but you’re saying there are no issues in the area. Absolute joke of a service TBH

@HayleyVeeB @virginmedia I've been having issues with Virgin Media for a while as well. One minute I'll have my 500mbps connection, and then nothing. It'll then keep going on and off ever few minutes.
