@virginmedia No. Your staff don’t respond to emails when they come back on shift. I’d like to raise a complaint please. Please escalate this to your supervisor if this is something you can’t do. I’ve been waiting since 14th December. Do you feel this is acceptable customer service?

  • mattiem1976 Matt (@mattiem1976) reported from Sompting, England

@virginmedia Been reaching out for 6hrs on your app and still not resolved a basic problem @TradeStandards

  • Sacto_King_UK Danny Williamson (@Sacto_King_UK) reported from Worthing, England

@virginmedia Don’t you think a courtesy message to say they’re off shift now? All email communication suddenly stopped, with no explanation 2 days ago. And I’m still waiting. I’d like to raise a complaint now please, this has been going on for almost 3 weeks now.

  • sara_saehasti Sara (@sara_saehasti) reported from Worthing, England

@virginmedia With all due respect I can't face another encounter via the phone or WhatsApp, far too time consuming. Could you provide me with an actual complaints email address as the online submission doesn't work

  • mattiem1976 Matt (@mattiem1976) reported from Sompting, England

@virginmedia It shouldn't of happened in first place really disappointed in this as I have been a customer over 25 years

  • Sacto_King_UK Danny Williamson (@Sacto_King_UK) reported from Worthing, England

@virginmedia I’ve been promised a call back from Virgin media 6 or 7 times in the last 6 days No one called me back I was told by Virgin Media to raise a complaint, so I did. The lady who took my complaint promised to call me back yesterday She didn’t Worst customer service

  • Sacto_King_UK Danny Williamson (@Sacto_King_UK) reported from Worthing, England

@virginmedia So you stopped replying to my emails The install team has finally turned up, one week later than the promised date, only to find the team that spent an hour digging up my road, haven’t pulled the cables and therefore cannot complete the install What will you do to help now?

  • Sacto_King_UK Danny Williamson (@Sacto_King_UK) reported from Worthing, England

@virginmedia It’s not working. You’re welcome to call me. I’m quite friendly

  • mattiem1976 Matt (@mattiem1976) reported from Sompting, England

@virginmedia It's fine I am going to cancel my contract as the offer to retain is disgraceful when compared to offer from others

  • Sacto_King_UK Danny Williamson (@Sacto_King_UK) reported from Worthing, England

@virginmedia You’re mistaken. I was in contact with your colleague via email. But they’ve stopped communicating I have raised a complaint, but was promised a call back which didn’t happen Even the Ombudsman have had to stop taking complaints about Virgin Media due to the volume of calls

  • 5waysRichard Richard Williams (@5waysRichard) reported from Brighton and Hove, England

@virginmedia Yes it seems to be ok, but I don’t understand why it would be going down every day between midnight and 1am

  • Sacto_King_UK Danny Williamson (@Sacto_King_UK) reported from Worthing, England

@virginmedia Why? I’ve called over 20 times now. I’ve been promised call backs that never happen I put in a complaint that promised a call back that didn’t happen The pre install team turned up, I fed them and gave the cuppas, they dug up the road but didn’t pull the cable. What next?

  • Sacto_King_UK Danny Williamson (@Sacto_King_UK) reported from Worthing, England

@virginmedia With all due respect, saying sorry doesn’t sort anything. I’d much rather you offered some help If I treated a ‘Customer’ in my workplace the same way Virgin Media have treated my family, I’d almost certainly lose my job. The customer service continues to be appalling

  • sara_saehasti Sara (@sara_saehasti) reported from Worthing, England

@virginmedia Honestly I'd rather not as we have called so many times and get different call centres. Get cut off and can never speak to the otmriginal care team. Please can someone call us considering this is part of our compliant

  • 5waysRichard Richard Williams (@5waysRichard) reported from Brighton and Hove, England

@virginmedia why would my Virgin internet go down at about 0045 every night ?

  • Sacto_King_UK Danny Williamson (@Sacto_King_UK) reported from Worthing, England

@virginmedia Yes I am, we’ve had the pre pull of the cables completed this morning, and are ready for the installation. We’ve not received any box, or anything through the post yet My Complaint Ref: ic-191222-237

  • sara_saehasti Sara (@sara_saehasti) reported from Worthing, England

@virginmedia Did you read the message, I don't want to call or use whats app ad uve spent far too long doing this already. So I'll have to complain in writing then it seems. Shocking service yet again you do not read whta a customer is saying.

  • Sacto_King_UK Danny Williamson (@Sacto_King_UK) reported from Worthing, England

@virginmedia But I’ve been in touch with the phone teams, they can’t or don’t do anything’s. At all. The Social Team were in contact via email, but finish their shift, and don’t tell me. Then don’t get back in contact, or pass me on to a colleague. It’s terrible customer service

  • dianepatching Diane Patching (@dianepatching) reported from Shoreham-by-Sea, England

@virginmedia Can you please advise when I can watch Paramount + through VM? I ring and liaise with your advisors through “Chat” and get told it’s on channel 150. Well it isn’t. No where can I find this channel. No one can offer me any help as to where this channel is located.

  • jizzygelespi Jizzygelespi (@jizzygelespi) reported

@virginmedia I've had the problem since the 5th of December 2020 and every time I call I get a different answer or no answer at all, it's quite frustrating.

  • trymedo Tom Dyer (@trymedo) reported

@ColinTDF @123reg I've not used them for about 10 years. They are the most unreliable domain registrar ever and in the same league as Virgin media for **** support.

  • davidbrown1982 David Brown (@davidbrown1982) reported

@virginmedia Spoke to a manager finally. Couldn’t care about my issue! Wonderful!

  • DonnaScroonie Donna Taylor (@DonnaScroonie) reported

@virginmedia Yeah after being a customer for many years didnt know if you change your package your now in another contract? You are unable to supply me at my new house so why am I having to pay??? Shocking.

  • dapper_dan83 Daniel Davies (@dapper_dan83) reported

@virginmedia I’ve requested that my telephone number remained the same when I changed my contract and it’s been two weeks now and no change. When I call up someone says it will be done in 48 hours and it never happens.

  • kn8_____ killa (@kn8_____) reported

I wish @virginmedia never existed as an internet service provider

  • ionasurveyor Iona 👷🏻‍♀️ (@ionasurveyor) reported

@virginmedia It’s not something I am willing to disclose publicly but given I’ve raised a complaint almost 5 weeks ago and you promise to come back to me in 28 days, I will take it further.

  • AlexInstone Alex Instone (@AlexInstone) reported

@virginmedia why have you left me without wifi for over 30 days, then give me mobile wifi as a solution, then charge me £160 to leave the mobile wifi even though the sales assistant told me that i wouldn't have to pay anything. It's only taken me 14 hours on the phone to no fix

  • gammagemmagamma gammagemmagamma (@gammagemmagamma) reported

@virginmedia Thanks, can't you just pass this on to someone who can look me up from my customer number and send me the correct contract? That is all I want, I don't want to spend ages on the phone or webchat explaining.

  • gammagemmagamma gammagemmagamma (@gammagemmagamma) reported

@virginmedia Ok. It would be a much better service if you could contact customer services yourself. I expect they have been trained to add on a this small amount in the knowledge that most people won't bother spending ages on the phone challenging £3 a month!
