    @virginmedia It jumps in and out works then doesn’t and when it does it’s very very slow, my neighbours having similar issues so I’m guessing it’s an issue with the BN24TH street/area we’ve had issues with the tv box as well.

    @virginmedia Just for confirmation. Had an engineer out today which did not solve our problem as there is apparently an issue at a main hub further back in the system. Again I would like to highlight that this does not show on the service status as a fault so I cannot track a repair.
