    @virginmedia Wireless, luckly my mobile is with another provider and I have no issues there. As we speak my super fast broadband stopped again. You are literally getting changed the second the contract finishes, I’ve had enough.

    @virginmedia After asking why we wasnt told so we could make other arrangements we was told that they assumed we already knew. When clearly wasnt the case and was just left in the Lerch! We decided we wanted to make a complaint and asked to be forwarded #virginmedia.

    @virginmedia This so called frontline customer service was absolutely shoddy. We both couldn’t understand how 3 weeks after we ordered the services and that the external was already done they finally realised that they couldn’t connect us.We heard nothing from virgin #virginmedia

    @CityFibre @virginmedia I will send you these by DM. However, you have made your position very clear on the phone. I've been told it is my job to organise the repair for YOUR damage because you cut a Virgin cable not a CityFibre one. No support, no accountability,no attempts to assist. Really poor

    So I currently pay £36.99pm for #VirginMedia for 125mbps (+free calls & 100+ channels) they email to inform from next month it’s increasing to £73pm 😱 but a new customer can have 264mbps broadband (+free calls & 100+ channels) for just £29.99. Where is the incentive for loyalty?
