    @virginmedia It started as the phone ringing, at all hours day & night, but no one on other end. Then people ringing me on my mobile as wasn't answering landline I was home Phone hadn't rung Trying to call out & unable Changed handset Same problem.

    @virginmedia No They did line tests Said it was fine Told me was my phone After 3 different handsets all different makes/models I highly doubt it was that Last I heard an engineer was coming Never showed! Lost the will to argue anymore Will just change providers instead

    @virginmedia Yes, everything seems to be working now. However, I have just received a call from Virgin Media, or someone purporting to be you, telling me that I had poor broadband performance , and I needed to sit in front of my laptop to fix it. I soon hung up, getting the wrong vibes.

    9pm again at 11pm! so not only has the tv gone down it’s now the internet decides to go down. So sick of it! Does anyone in brighton have good internet connection ?- and if so give me names as I can’t deal with the poor service I get any longer @virginmedia @SkyUK someone help

    @virginmedia getting somewhat irked at the constant failure in the delivery of your services. And please don't apologise, it won't fix the broadband issue. You are now costing me money. This is not ideal. It's time for me to find a company that can deliver reliable broadband.

    @virginmedia My in-laws have been without broadband, TV and phone for 24 days now. They both suffer with depression, and are now at their wits end. They were promised someone would come out 2 weeks ago, but they were let down, and are still waiting. @richardbranson

    @virginmedia we have a install date of 7 dec for your broadband and you’ve said it’s been rescheduled due to my mom saying she had been shielding. We called today to say we still want it installed on 7th and nobody called us back. Can you help me please
