    @virginmedia I have way too much to do than sit on the phone waiting for someone to answer me! Will try when it's raining and I have nothing else to do. I need @virginmedia here to sort all these problems out, and a reduction on the monthlies - Meanwhile I am looking elsewhere

    @virginmedia I used the automatic system for Virgin to send a signal to sort out my problems - nothing has been done, now I'm on hold to speak to a human being 16 minutes and counting. This is unforgivable 2 weeks of : Slow Wifi, no apps working and can't even speak to someone.@BBCWatchdog

    @virginmedia 45 minutes to get through to a person. Told them I wanted to leave. They put me on hold and cut me off! Goodbye Virgin - Hello Sky (the @skytv package is £70 cheaper). @virginmedia customer service is a disgrace

    @virginmedia Look, I've done everything you told me to do: sending messages to the text no. you gave me - no response in a week - calling an automatic no that said it would send a signal to my equipment 'BECAUSE SOMETHING IS WRONG' - nothing happened......calling and not being answered ....

    @virginmedia After over 3 hours and on my 3rd agent I managed to report it. The call was a scam, saying that my wifi was too slow and trying to get to my laptop. When I twigged and refused they became abusive and threatened physical abuse.

    @virginmedia It’s been down for several hours, been unable to report fault. What exactly has the price increase paid for? Broadband (not wifi) is constantly going down an average of 3 times a day. Yesterday it went off line at least 8 times.

    @bobwootton @virginmedia Same provider, not intro offer. When they announced the mid-contract price rise I contacted via live chat and told them I wanted to cancel. Took a few hours back n forth via WhatsApp but eventually got it down.
