@virginmedia I am bitterly disappointed that you have only been able to provide a broadband service for a week and now there's nothing. My work relies on fast reliable broadband. If this doesn't get fixed this Monday, I'll be seeking another provider.

Carole Paton (@CarolePaton) reported from Brighton and Hove, England
@virginmedia Hi, I eventually got a human to speak to after a very dodgy response to my tweets asking for all my bank details. Issue sorted.
-
PriyaBTN (@DeccanTiffin) reported from Hove, England
@virginmedia Is this some kind of joke? Just called this number and got an auto reply saying voice calls are not supported on this number. The WiFi service is awful today by the way.

Nick Weston 🇪🇺 (@Sussexmerlins) reported from Hove, England
@yorkshirerosie @virginmedia Agree. Might just be a faulty router. Unless you live in a castle there shouldn’t be a problem in the room next to the router. I’m in the garden and my router is 20m away in the front room.
-
STun (@DrSTun) reported from Hove, England
@virginmedia please help. Saying the password to login to my WiFi is incorrect. But it's not. Please help.
-
Charles Brittain (@CharlesB2T) reported from Burgess Hill, England
@virginmedia We are happy, now that we're back online, but it was thanks to the two charming and communicative engineers working away in Burgess Hill that saved the day; not just because they'd fixed the issue, but they'd also told me what was going on.

@virginmedia hi, an engineer called out of the blue and claimed to be from Virgin Media working on my broadband. How can I tell if it’s not a scam? And if it’s not, how do I reach him? He gave the general customer service number
-
Richard Williams (@5waysRichard) reported from Brighton and Hove, England
@virginmedia It was a call and it wasn’t easy to hear what they were saying. Something about having detected that my internet was slow when doing online banking. It sounded very much like the “We are from BT open reach” scam so I said I would call them back.
-
Niki hardcore (@NicholaHarcourt) reported from Shoreham-by-Sea, England

I can only imagine those responsible for exam result standardising algorithms also work for #virginmedia as our box records Peppa Pig, bbc news x6 and random other channels (we have never watched) ad infinitum- hours of calls explain it's algorithms-seriously #algorithmicjustice

Never understand companies like Virgin Media . They sent me a email saying my bill is going from £53 to £60 a month for my internet which infuriated me . Rang them up and straight away they dropped it down to £39 with the same service . Why not just reward loyalty 🤔

Jonathan Pipe (@pipey59) reported
@virginmedia Be good then if we could get 5g !! Which we don't in our area ! Plus your upping the price of broadband as well ! Suppose that's to improve bb ! Just as I get my costs with yourself down you bump it up again as usual no benefits for long term customers !!
