    @yorkshirerosie @virginmedia 64mb is ok but if you were getting 150mb then I expect you’d notice it. Good news is. It’s not your issue. It means that theres either a fault on the line, or there’s too many people using it at the same time. It’s called “contention”. Have you called your supplier?

    Virgin media, had a problem with my account and wanted to discuss as they'd mis informed me and i was incurring costs as a result, i eventually got thru they told me my security details and email were wrong even tho they'd emailed me a reminder on it #cantcomplain

    @virginmedia The latest email received has essentially stated that unless he receives legal advice it will be going no further. As stated before this is not acceptable as it has caused damage to his car and your complaints team is implying he is lying about what happened.

    @virginmedia I've the the new V6 with the flashy remote. No error messages. The picture just goes black and comes back on a million times a day. I've reset the box. Unplugged it. Changed the HDMI. You name it, I've done it. I also have the problem in another room in the house but not as bad.

    @virginmedia We have done this numerous times. I feel like we are going around in circles. We have 2 boosters as not working at all upstairs and still no good. An engineer has been out, still no better..

    @virginmedia We have called every day since Wednesday only to be told you are working on the issue! We called this morning as we both work from home and the internet drops out every 15 minutes and we were told by 3pm the issue would be resolved. Can I request an engineer to be sent out please

    @virginmedia No. Had an email earlier today to cancel the service, disconnection on 29th March. A stressful process with rude staff. Very poor overall. If you’d offered all of this when contract finished in Jan I may have stayed but too late now.

    Six and a half hours waiting for @virginmedia to reply to me on their WhatsApp service, to discuss their massive, above-inflation price rises during a cost of living crisis. Awful, awful customer service.
