@virginmedia Called customer service line & the message says virgin is doing improvement works in my area. I accept that if its emergency works there is nothing that can be done. The reason I am cross is if you have scheduled improvement work to do, you should tell people about it before!

@virginmedia I appreciate your response but I did get through to an agent and the response I got was quite frankly appalling. The only thing that link says is there is a problem with using the app. This is a problem that has now been going on for weeks

@tanyabyrne @virginmedia Exactly this. I completely accept that emergency work cannot be helped and has to be done as soon as required, but scheduled improvement work should be different. It's not okay to just cut people off without notice and then make out it's an outage.

@virginmedia and you would get back to me (VM) After a couple of months I spoke to a young man in customer service who said it was something you offered and as I had issues with my landline he would get someone to call me about it ASAP this could take 72hrs &still waiting

@virginmedia hi I’ve got to say I’m extremely disappointed by your customer service with upgrading my phone I called to upgrade on Monday and everything got though to including credit checks and the reply was sorry we’ve got to do back off checks and I’ve still heard nothing back

@virginmedia Only YouTube, accessed from the built in TV apps (on Samsung & LG) or the app on Apple TV. The TV is wired to the router so it’s not a wireless issue. This has been going on for months. This is very much YouTube specific, no other issues across apps

I work from home. Customer services are saying there is nothing they can do. Gave me a 5GB limit SIM as compensation!! Why did they not make the checks before sending out an engineer? 3 weeks is a long time. How am I to work in the mean time? Any answers Virgin Media?!

@virginmedia Haha I raised one of those over service dropping out a few years back. In the end you sent a letter saying sorry we didn't reply in time and then did nothing so I'll not waist my time. If my phone lines where any good I'd go with anybody else because you treat loyal so badly
