    Ok @virginmedia I'm cross enough to go public. Broadband has been down since 1500 in BN1. I've already lost a client (livestream video) and have another booked for tomorrow. Your operaters keep saying (4 calls) it'll be up in 30 mins. It's been SEVEN HOURS.

    @virginmedia I know about that but feel the issues are always happening and i just want to watch tv without having to reboot and check statue all the time. Just feel it's a bad service when I'm paying for full package with you. Thank you for looking into this for me. 😁

    @virginmedia Please give me an email or phone number to complain. I have just spent an hour on your chat line service trying to resolve a long term TV issue and the person just stopped replying and another person wanted me to give all the info again. Im livid! We need an engineer

    @tanyabyrne @virginmedia Exactly this. I completely accept that emergency work cannot be helped and has to be done as soon as required, but scheduled improvement work should be different. It's not okay to just cut people off without notice and then make out it's an outage.

    Anyone else having problems getting a refund out of @virginmedia. 45 days after being a customer for 22 years. They took the money fast enough from our bank account tho #CustomerService #loyaltycostsnothing

    @virginmedia and you would get back to me (VM) After a couple of months I spoke to a young man in customer service who said it was something you offered and as I had issues with my landline he would get someone to call me about it ASAP this could take 72hrs &still waiting

    @virginmedia hi I’ve got to say I’m extremely disappointed by your customer service with upgrading my phone I called to upgrade on Monday and everything got though to including credit checks and the reply was sorry we’ve got to do back off checks and I’ve still heard nothing back

    @virginmedia It was an automated phone message saying my postcode would be down until 3pm for upgrade works. It would be nice to have been informed of this in advance. It is working again now.

    @virginmedia Called customer service line & the message says virgin is doing improvement works in my area. I accept that if its emergency works there is nothing that can be done. The reason I am cross is if you have scheduled improvement work to do, you should tell people about it before!

    @virginmedia It’s down again now and, according to the @virginmedia recorded message , will be interrupted ‘for short periods’ until 6pm today. Pretty unhelpful, esp as I often use Skype to speak to interviewees abroad

    @virginmedia are doing improvements in the area so my tv and broadband are down all day. Nice to be told. Working from home and can’t do a thing now. Wasted day. #Complaint

    BT sport can show live sports from everywhere including Australia/NZ but continue to fail with Baseball. This is the only reason why Virgin media is in my house. More than happy to cancel this service.

    @PascalLeRenard i mostly watched animated stuff even now lol and never watched cartoon network we dont have fox tv. i dunno what tv has now days as i dont watch it. but you want more you get sky or virgin media lol.

    @virginmedia Haha I’ve had **** internet for the past 3 weeks straight.. connection drops every 5 minutes, I call the helpline and all I get is automated messages. I will be cancelling my contract as soon as possible, worst internet provider in the UK. Simple

    @virginmedia after reporting a fault direct I was told it was an issue in the area and the problem was intermittent. I would not call two days down intermittent. Very poor service, again
