    @virginmedia This so called frontline customer service was absolutely shoddy. We both couldn’t understand how 3 weeks after we ordered the services and that the external was already done they finally realised that they couldn’t connect us.We heard nothing from virgin #virginmedia

    @yorkshirerosie @virginmedia 64mb is ok but if you were getting 150mb then I expect you’d notice it. Good news is. It’s not your issue. It means that theres either a fault on the line, or there’s too many people using it at the same time. It’s called “contention”. Have you called your supplier?

    @virginmedia After asking why we wasnt told so we could make other arrangements we was told that they assumed we already knew. When clearly wasnt the case and was just left in the Lerch! We decided we wanted to make a complaint and asked to be forwarded #virginmedia.

    @virginmedia He refused to file our complaint because of this. We feel treated like dirt from start and actually relived they can’t connect because the ‘first impressions’ were utterly disgusting. We have decided to sign up with @bt_uk who going to connect us #virginmedia #bt

    @virginmedia The engineer came & said it was a problem with the electrics to the box in the street, he also changed the cable to a different position in the same box, since then the the internets been ok, a little slow, it kept cutting out when speaking to my sister, she called me on landline

    @virginmedia No estimated time for this to he rectified. And this does not explain why my home WiFi has been problematic for months. Given that for £21 p/m I have unlimited 5G data I am considering just cancelling the DD to Virgin as they have failed to provide me with the service I pay for.

    @virginmedia So in summary, I had no luck on the chat, I'm using my phone for data, I've got no response on the phone and I've lost three working hours. And the best Virgin can do is tell me to 'wait on hold'. I just did this and got cut off once connected. This is best customer support?

    Today I found out that if you contact Virgin Media about anything sales related, they call you twice a day for 21 days to follow up and try to sell you ****. Even if you ignore them. What ********?! I blocked the number so they started emailing me and texting me too. It's vile.
