I've been waiting 2+ hours for a response over WhatsApp from @virginmedia 3 hours since first trying to reach them with Broadband down. Can't work, starting to think they just don't employ any staff. Second time I've had negligent service from them. Looking elsewhere asap.

@virginmedia Official complaint I’m afraid. They said ‘I’ll book an engineer’ I said ‘that was booked for tomorrow but you cancelled it’ She gets aggressive and it’s hard to understand what she’s saying and says ‘do you want an engineer or not.’ Sorry but this is truly shocking service.

@virginmedia Engineer Thursday. Not good enough really, had an engineer Saturday, problem still here if not worse, and being told to WFH due to heat. Cannot not be speeded up?

@virginmedia Hi, the interruption is ongoing so I’m guessing we have faulty equipment? When I go onto the website it tells me to ‘reset’ which I do and it works for a while then goes wrong again. Can we sort a new router? Is that the issue?

@virginmedia Called and no issues. It has to be equipment, right? There’s an option to ‘test hub’ on that link but it just goes to an invalid page. I’ve been patient for a few weeks now, but I’m finding it hard to remain so! Trying to work like this is impossible

@virginmedia So… are you saying work is being carried out today. Wait until tomorrow and then if still bad book an engineer? I can live with that. But the person I spoke to had no idea about that and just booked an engineer again. Can I ask have other people raised area issues?

@virginmedia hi, are there broadband issues in SW12 9LL? Checked online and it said it’s only TV issues but our wifi is completely down. Same coloured lights on our Hub as we had when the broadband went down in our area last time!

@virginmedia We had zero notice. None at all. Only found out it was "planned" by calling the helpline, which then cut me off after it cheerfully informed me there would be disruptive service today. I could have gone into the office had I had any warning at all.

@virginmedia how long does it take to respond to a call, I can't understand how hard is it to resolve the problem with installation for 3 months now. I have to say the worst possible ISP and customer support. Communications are ZERO on delays and issues.
