@virginmedia Did you read the message, I don't want to call or use whats app ad uve spent far too long doing this already. So I'll have to complain in writing then it seems. Shocking service yet again you do not read whta a customer is saying.

@virginmedia I’ve been promised a call back from Virgin media 6 or 7 times in the last 6 days No one called me back I was told by Virgin Media to raise a complaint, so I did. The lady who took my complaint promised to call me back yesterday She didn’t Worst customer service

So far I’ve had three promised appointments from @virginmedia but sadly three no shows. We’ve had intermittent broadband for about 6 months now and just can’t seem to get the problem fixed.

@virginmedia We eventually did get the issue resolved but you can still expect a complaint because it has taken around 7 hours of phone calls over the course of a week to do something that should be relatively simple! It has been awful from start to finish.

@virginmedia just spent my 45 minutes lunch break on hold to cancel my subscription to then be put through to the disconnection team for them to hang up on me! I’m raging! Plus it’s costing me 55p a minute on hold! If I cancel my DD you’d be in touch quick enough!! #CrapService

@virginmedia Very poor #customerservice. Thanks for the offer but have now finally managed to get through and negotiated a 'reasonable' package cost for this existing customer. Now trying to change DD date which is another overly complex procedure it seems.
