@virginmedia It was a call and it wasn’t easy to hear what they were saying. Something about having detected that my internet was slow when doing online banking. It sounded very much like the “We are from BT open reach” scam so I said I would call them back.

@virginmedia I've done all the necessary, even had an engineer come out and he suggested me buying a booster! Why should I have to? My complaint has never been addressed! I've had to increase my phone contract! I informed Virgin and they dismissed this!
