    @ElliePeace01 @virginmedia I went via complaints department bin the end via email complete paper trail they couldn't get out of it then, virgin media are notoriously bad customer service.

    @virginmedia @Ofcom @TradeStandards just called to try & cancel my plan as I have just been evicted. you don’t supply my new flat but want to charge me £250, your agent was so rude and refused to transfer me to a manager. Thanks for making a hard time worse!

    @virginmedia Intermittent broadband service for 24 hours, no contact or apology, and when I called your customer service rep said it wasn't on the status page because "it only affects 25% of customers." Your company should be up in front of Ofcom.

    @Ofcom @virginmedia Amazing thank you. I think I am getting somewhere with virgins Twitter team but there phone staff refused to escalate my complaint to a manager several times and then insisted on a call back which will apparently take 72 hours

    in 'continuously weird **** that happens to TRiPPY' news, yesterday I received a cheque from Virgin Media internet giving me a refund for money they apparently owed me from back in *2004* when I lived in Scotland... It was £6.90 but damn I'll take it, lol
