    When you’re on the phone to @virginmedia for 10 minutes before someone answers, then because you’re leaving they stick you on hold for another half hour (and counting) so they don’t have to deal with it. #complaint #fedup #ihavethingstodo

    @leylatov @NadsShad @virginmedia The service really is very poor. I would definitely think twice if I were you. It's like it doesn't matter that we can't work etc Nobody calls you back and there us never a swift resolution. I'm so fed up today I could cry!

    @virginmedia I’ve just been kept on hold for 40 minutes before finally speaking to a very rude and brusque operative who spent 5 minutes asking me to check the cables I’d already checked (I’m not stupid) before hanging up on me. Problem still not resolved. Appalling.

    @leylatov @virginmedia Honestly this is pretty standard. As you are in the same area, you could even start out with this 'intermittent untraceable local fault' and have no service too! As far as I can tell, they are so big, they don't care about individual customers or holding onto their custom.

    @virginmedia I don’t have the number as it was withheld. But it was to our landline that no one has! Offshore from a busy call centre in India I think. Claimed to be looking after the lines and said our router had multiple errors (it has been slow recently) so sounded legit...

    @virginmedia It’s day six without service. I have been speaking to your call centres who simply tell me what they see on their screens. These are the same messages that I’m getting via text. When I call 150 each day I get the same message saying normal service should resume by 4pm.

    @virginmedia He said that the box needed replacing but didn’t have time to do it. My TV is unwatchable and your customer service is shoddy.

    @virginmedia I haven't first time for that as its hard for me to find the time to sit in hold for an hour to get to anyone. I sent another complaint through your service and have the conf. Maybe this time I will actually get the call instead of expecting to waste more of my time

    @virginmedia terrible, unproffesional service! Spoke to 3 different people nobody dealing with our request. Wifi delayed by 2 weeks, refused to be passed to manager TWICE & lied too then to be told we have no order! No sense of professionalism/customer service. Never use them!

    @virginmedia @NadsShad 1) you didn't notify customers that there were intermittent problems 2) your customer service line operative was very unconcerned about it when we called 3) we are home workers and need dependable services 4) yours are not dependable and nobody who works for you seems to care!

    Your service is ******* shit. Stealing my money and leave me on hold for 45 minutes. I paid for a 12 month contract. I called up and cancelled 2 months ago. So why have I been billed £55 for the past 2 months WHICH IS MORE THAN I PAID DURING MY CONTRACT @virginmedia

    @virginmedia I've done all this before and the guy said he done a booster but the WiFi was great that night but since has been crap. He done the booster as a temporary measure until the pods/boosters come back in stock however long that will be.

    Hello @virginmedia - you stopped my broadband service when you weren't supposed to, and now I've been cut off from your phone support *twice* whilst being transferred between agents. To say I am 😡😡 right now is an understatement.

    @virginmedia Yeah to get a pod or booster but guess what they are out of stock. Paying over 100 a month for TV broadband phone and because of the WiFi we can't even watch TV in bed at night as it constantly buffers due to it. Beginning to wish I stayed with sky as this service is pathetic
