I have been speaking to your call centres who simply tell me what they see on their screens. These are the same messages that I’m getting via text. When I call 150 each day I get the same message saying normal service should resume by 4pm.

Also seeing very intermediate problems where programs freeze momentarily/blur (almost like on satellite when the weather gets in the way / when the hard drive was struggling to playback files)

Though the annoying aircraft was that before Xmas we did a test which failed so got offered appt bit had to skip as away over Xmas. Back and still down (power light flashing green even after reset) and hub3 UI stats show no sync but test all ok

Problem still not resolved. Appalling.
