@virginmedia Tried it several times - it says there are no issues. Our phone can’t ring out, constant sound of a message being there (intermittent beep) but nothing happens when trying to use it. People can’t hear us when we answer. Bought brand new phones and still the same.

@virginmedia is there a known issue in the BN2 6 area of Brighton with your broadband? Crashed at 14:30 and hub seems to be unable to rejoin the network...

@brooktop68 @virginmedia @bridgetmck We’ve turned the Superhub to Modem Mode and picked up separate WiFi routers. Resolved most of our issues immediately and we rarely get drop outs. Invest in a decent router or Mesh, you won’t regret it.

@virginmedia getting somewhat irked at the constant failure in the delivery of your services. And please don't apologise, it won't fix the broadband issue. You are now costing me money. This is not ideal. It's time for me to find a company that can deliver reliable broadband.

@virginmedia Yes, everything seems to be working now. However, I have just received a call from Virgin Media, or someone purporting to be you, telling me that I had poor broadband performance , and I needed to sit in front of my laptop to fix it. I soon hung up, getting the wrong vibes.

@virginmedia No. This problem has been going on since you installed it last May and have never returned to fix it. You ran tests on Tuesday and could see the problem so were sending someone to fix it today. It is a physical installation issue where you need to move the equipment.

@virginmedia My husband spoke to them at 8.30am today. They said it should all be fixed by the 29th March. So that will be a month with issues, getting a terrible download speed in the evening when we pay for 4 times what we are getting. So taking a month to get fixed we get offered 73p!!!

@virginmedia The quality (or lack of) my broadband, ive lodged complaints but no one ever gets back to me with updates. There has been an outage in my area since January thst I'm told cannot be fixed until late March so why am I still paying for a service that is not as advertised
