    @virginmedia The tv was unable to show recorded programs for a number of hours. I ended up disconnecting from the 5G connection, and linking the 2G. Seemed to work. Could be that the wifi from your router is poor as my wife also suffers disconnects when working upstairs.

    @virginmedia I’m on a train and when I do call the number all I get I someone lying to me saying that they will get someone to call me back which never happens and the amount of phone calls I’ve made to the probably covers the cost of my bill anyway having to wait 20-25 minutes for a answer

    @virginmedia No thanks. Your text service is a joke. Automated texts for a few hours then you wait into approx 7 am the next day when a person texts. Then nothing. Few hours later it puts you back to the beginning. It’s always been the same and nothing has ever changed. Pointless.

    @virginmedia I have already posted on the forum and the general response was the hub 3 is rubbish and I should buy a better router and use the hub 3 in modem mode. The WiFi pods would be good I just don’t see why I should be paying £5 per month for them to subsides your poor WiFi service

    @virginmedia I have tried but it is becoming impossible the online chat takes forever and cuts out, the phone calls are not answered or cut off I find the customer service is unskilled and inadequate to deal with customers

    @virginmedia Seems like another template reply!…. You have the complaint ref. Read it, act on it, reply with something other than “ring this number” or “reboot the router”… I’ve gone to a lot of trouble to explain the issues. No one is reading it though….
