@virginmedia so a tech drills through my hot water pipe, you send a plumber that takes 4 hours to fix, he’s only just left and the pipes are still leaking. Can’t get hold of anyone & it’s ruining my flooring & personal items! What am I supposed to do at this time of the evening??

@virginmedia I now have another broadband supplier. You make it too hard to cancel. A 30 minute phone call, just to be told to ring back in FIVE DAYS time because "the system is down".

@virginmedia That's who I've been talking to. Spoke to Sabine who has fixed it I think for 4th March. 2 others who couldn't help me, of which was rude and uncaring. All told me different things. It appears its an area fault, which the first one didn't confirm

@virginmedia This is still appalling customer service. I have to register (I did this when things were down in Dec for almost 72 hours), I have to alert etc you are the service provider. How is it good CS that we assume you are lying in estimates? No compensation for Dec either.

@virginmedia But why do we have to keep looking for information. Is there no way of updating the customer directly, it is appalling customer communication. What is the problem? Why just keep putting estimates? If it isn't going to be fixed for 48 hours tell us.

@virginmedia That doesn't give any offers as maxed out. Doesn't give you the option to downgrade on the website. The advisor has offered me the same with a £20 discount but keep old kit, router terrible BTW. No loyalty to existing customers, no incentive to retain custom.

@virginmedia how do I speak to a human at VM? I phone and it just says there's an outage in my area and hangs up. These outages are affecting the whole Street and it's EVERY SINGLE DAY. We need planning and construction to come and fix asap or there will be group action.
