@virginmedia At that time only 2 devices were connected. The wifi is pretty much useless, constantly loosing connection. The speed over wifi is extremely low. Do you think it might be an issue with the router?

@virginmedia upload speeds are constantly slow during the day. As low as 2Mbps at times, in the evening it’s back to 38Mbps. No reboots or usage changes in that time. Has been like this for at least over a week. Download speeds not as impacted.

@VirginMediaCorp It was, however the way I saw it I had a contract. Obviously it's written in the small print nobody reads that it can be changed at any time. Different story if I was to stop paying it altogether! Just left a very bad taste in the mouth and a mistrust of all things Virgin Media

@virginmedia No texts or emails. I called and was told as it’s “an area problem” an engineer won’t come to one house… which begs the question why I was told they were coming to our house and I’d be charged £25 if I wasn’t home all afternoon - and I have a text confirming the appointment!

@virginmedia @KLE90x Had lots of drop outs even with a wired connection really slow and buffering all night it takes nearly an hour to watch an 8 minute video because of the buffering. Cant load your service checker, is there issues likely to continue in The Cheshire West area?
