@rabbiton @virginmedia We had such trouble with them too. 3 times we were let down. One chap claimed he couldn’t climb up a ladder for H&S reasons but knew a chap who would for an extra £50. We had to complain multiple times. Hope they offer you some compensation.

@EE @nick_pope You are penalised for loyalty. Service providers will always try everything to keep you, but it will often be once you’ve made the decision to move. I had no less than. 5 calls from @virginmedia when I cancelled my contract. That. Ship. Sailed!

@virginmedia The person I spoke with was very arrogant on the phone and was reading off a script. No help just said there was no record. We have problems with our internet daily and I try to work from home but I always end up in a local coffee shop using their internet that is #btinternet

@virginmedia I did query the bill and all I was told was that it was overdue and I had to pay even though I’ve had a sim for 24 hours. So like I said it’s disgusting treatment of a new customer. Seriously considering switching back to my old provider. As least they weren’t this bad.
