    @virginmedia Tbh just looking in to cancelling the current package, nothing but ongoing problems with Virgin Media and impossible to talk to someone on the phone without going on hold for hours and even they they can’t resolve issues. Issues stemming back 5years now! 😠

    @virginmedia Oh now this is the clincher, I can’t make a complaint online because the account has been disconnected. So when I login it tells me I don’t have access to that page. It’s almost like VM don’t want disgruntled former customers tearing them a new backside in their complaints.

    @VirginMediaCorp It was, however the way I saw it I had a contract. Obviously it's written in the small print nobody reads that it can be changed at any time. Different story if I was to stop paying it altogether! Just left a very bad taste in the mouth and a mistrust of all things Virgin Media

    @virginmedia No he is NOT! I have called and logged the complaint. Your rep who came to the door around an hour ago was extremely rude. I am utterly disgusted that he could treat an elderly partially deaf gentleman this way. Had I not witnessed it for myself I may not have believed it.

    @virginmedia This is not what happened. It was taken away by the engineer who came to uninstall it 6 months ago! He also cut through the phone line and we have had 6 months of issues trying to get phone line installed. Open Reach have been amazing! I am disgusted with the attitude of VM rep

    @virginmedia so I only joined up with you on Saturday, today is my first day working from home with your connection and it's down! Monday is our busiest day!! Service status says expected to be fixed by 3pm. I've been working from home since March with BT, had ZERO issues!

    @virginmedia Yes I have. Still there isn’t a solution. I’m on the phone waiting to speak with a virgin staff member. I have no connection at the moment. This is getting really frustrating and annoying. Trying to connect 1 device &there isn’t any WiFi or connection to an Ethernet connection

    @virginmedia Its not the service i think its the router i have 200 broadband the connection on my devices are good however the router constantly drops from 160-200 to 1-5 or zero i then reboot or reset 3 to 4 time it then works and it starts again few hours later or couple of days later.

All of a sudden internet dropped/disconnected and making working from home extremely difficult. My son had to miss virtual lesson on weekend. No resolution or help from virgin

    @virginmedia Worst customer service. No broadband for 4 days. This was a PLANNED OUTAGE, during a pandemic. Surely a Communications Business could tell customers so they can plan work etc? We have a disabled child who NEEDS to access online therapy today. NO CALL BACK received.
