    I cannot believe that our @virginmedia internet is down AGAIN. (Same issue last week) Working from home is made nearly impossible by these jokers and not a wird of apology. With a holiday coming up I have a lot to do, @virginmedia are doing their best to increase this work load.

    @virginmedia And there lies the problem, I don't have hours to spare sitting on the phone waiting for someone to answer. Or even being put through to multiple sections explaining the same problem over and over....with no resolution. Extremely poor service from @virginmedia

    @virginmedia This complaint is in regards to making calls on my mobile. The calls cut out all the time after a few seconds or minutes. I have used it in York with no issues over the last few days and as soon as I come back to my home postcode the signal cuts out.

    @RageDarling @virginmedia BT (and possibly other Openreach service providers) have better upload speeds if you can get on the FTTP connection. Mine is currently around 112mb/s
