    @virginmedia The person I spoke with was very arrogant on the phone and was reading off a script. No help just said there was no record. We have problems with our internet daily and I try to work from home but I always end up in a local coffee shop using their internet that is #btinternet

    @EE @nick_pope You are penalised for loyalty. Service providers will always try everything to keep you, but it will often be once you’ve made the decision to move. I had no less than. 5 calls from @virginmedia when I cancelled my contract. That. Ship. Sailed!

    @rabbiton @virginmedia We had such trouble with them too. 3 times we were let down. One chap claimed he couldn’t climb up a ladder for H&S reasons but knew a chap who would for an extra £50. We had to complain multiple times. Hope they offer you some compensation.

    @virginmedia you really are useless. I've just spent 4 hours on the phone/online trying to find out when my service will be connected and you just put me on hold. I cant even leave because I tried that and you put me on hold for over an hour

    @virginmedia Please do. Why packing hard working English as second language speakers into a crowded noisy call centre using digital phone systems you put them and your customers in a terrible position where all lose out and stress is high. Not good.

    @virginmedia I should have had broadband in July and now the earliest for wiring outside is the 7th of September. There have been 2 engineer slots booked since then but no work has been done. I have made several calls to no avail and no one wants to help. They just sound like a broken record

    @virginmedia I got a text stating the issue was fixed about an hour ago, same with other residents of the development. Would have I been tweeting about it if it was? Your website continuously gives a 404 error, I suggest you up your service levels slightly.

    @virginmedia They received the parcel at my local depot 5:47am on Saturday 27th August the the day it was due to be delivered however they didn't bother sending it out for delivery. Why do you choose to use such a bad delivery service. I now won't be able to receive the parcel until Thursday.

    @virginmedia No idea. Broadband and TV mostly down due to lack of service. Website says there ‘issues’ in the area, so it’s your issue rather than one specific to me. This has lasted a week.

    @richardbranson , 2 blocks of flats in London with at least 150 apartments have not had Internet for over 60 hours. I am being told on the phone that there is no manager at @virginmedia I can talk to. Perhaps you can help?

    @virginmedia Closed) our other services went off on the 26th August and we expected to start the new services the following day. Now we won't be able to receive the parcel until Thursday so service for 5 days. Have just spent 30mins on phone to you and all I got was it will be with you this
