I cannot believe that our @virginmedia internet is down AGAIN. (Same issue last week) Working from home is made nearly impossible by these jokers and not a wird of apology. With a holiday coming up I have a lot to do, @virginmedia are doing their best to increase this work load.

Top tip for anyone considering @VirginMedia or @vmbusiness for their broadband: do yourself a favour, don't. They have a monopoly on speed, which they feel allows them to treat customers appallingly. Complete outage and no one on their "support" team gives a monkeys. #Awesome.

When you wake up and realise it’s not virgin media still at fault but your son who to ‘fix’ it has put a pointy thing in the factory reset of Virgin router deactivated modem mode causing total network chaos in the house

@virginmedia A simple billing query should not take 8 weeks to resolve. It almost has though, and that’s 100% down to the constant string of lies and customer service failings from VM. I’m the only one making an effort to resolve this, you need to take some responsibility now

@virginmedia The last person we spoke to told us how much our bill was going to be, £27! As we were about to end our contract because of poor customer service & spending more than an hour on the phone with them! My bank doesn’t do that! Same thing is happening here!!
