    @virginmedia Brilliant get out clause @virginmedia. What you fail to realise is that when your so called service goes down for hours at a time, over the course of time amounts to so, so so much more than 48 hours!! Roll on switching of providers.

    @virginmedia Pre install Refused to acknowledge any wrong, wouldn't get anyone to even attempt to look till 24th, cust. Service refused to engage as pre installs problem, so am left still with no Internet and no way to sort issues, plus having been spoke to rudely

    @virginmedia you have now postponed an installation scheduled for 4th November to Christmas Eve! Can’t see that happening. Maybe someone actually based in the UK might bother to contact me about this? Minded to cancel otherwise. Not acceptable service.

    @virginmedia Might I add that the last handler in pre install stated he was a 'senior' and he was incredibly rude, talking over me and trying to tell me what my problem was!

    @virginmedia @Miss_SKM That is correct. What it does not cover is the persistent loss of service since August!!! #se7. Nor does it cover the absolute woeful customer services, and I use that phrase lightly, which @virginmedia is able to offer.

    @virginmedia Pre install was yesterday with technician linking my house to virgin and ever since I've had no Internet from my current provider. spoke with pre install last night, and today, total of 4 handlers then cust. Service with no resolution and nobody wanting to deal with it now!

    @virginmedia Yes I've done that. At the end of it it told me to purchase boosters, when I said I had already it told me to call. When I called it told me to go online to help and FAQs.... You see where this is going..

    @virginmedia Yes, I've already logged in and already done the diagnostic test. It detects a problem, tells me to reboot and check cables and retry. Still no better. When I click "No" for "has this solved your problem" it takes me back to the start of the troubleshooter.
