@JamesJWalsh @virginmedia I used to be a customer before moving to Lewisham and left them because I was getting about 10% of the contracted speed and they were taking months to resolve it. They ended up admitting it was oversubscription.

@JamesJWalsh @virginmedia The router has a couple of pages that are useful, one has the logs (check the error timestamp matches when your connection went down). There is also a more technical page that shows the uplink / downlink channels, have a look and check there is some voltage on them.

@virginmedia There aren't any known issues. This has been happening for a week, dropping wifi every 5 mins or every 30 seconds at least. It cuts off after midnight every single night for longer. I see alot of customers having the same issue so it must be a wide spread Virgin issue.

@virginmedia On website it says no issues which mirrors your 1st reply! On 150 it says there is an issue which will be fixed “by 1020”? Your call centre says it will be fixed 28/1 by noon? No coordination of the problem anywhere! So how do I get notified? I don’t even trust any reply!
