@virginmedia Pre install was yesterday with technician linking my house to virgin and ever since I've had no Internet from my current provider. spoke with pre install last night, and today, total of 4 handlers then cust. Service with no resolution and nobody wanting to deal with it now!

@virginmedia hi there, all of our services have dropped out in the last ten minutes, the router changed to a flashing red light without anybody touching it. I have rebooted the router and it comes back on but is still flashing red. No TV, no WiFi, no landline help please

Well done to the engineers @virginmedia for sorting out my internet in Earl’s Court (ahead of time as usual). I appreciate that people have genuine problems, but we need to keep a sense of proportion. Especially compared with brave Ukrainians who face far worse troubles than us.

Hey @O2 just struggled down to the shopping centre to take advantage of the @GreggsOfficial free hot drink & treat offer, via my @virginmedia account, (available until 0000 tomorrow apparently) but got here, and offers have disappeared from app or come up as ‘sold out’ 🤬🤬🤬🤬

@virginmedia for the second time this week, I have spent 3 hours of my day trying to call you to speak to the technical faults team. I am put hold each call for min 45 minutes after which point the line cuts out and no one phones me back. This is absolutely disgraceful service.

@virginmedia negotiated new contract with tv added in Nov, sales person assured me no activation fee, of course, 35 quid activation on the first bill. Phone support, say they have to conduct an investigation. Meanwhile, I'm 35 quid out of pocket this month.

@virginmedia Sadly I have been down all those paths already. I have talked through the problem with a support technician completing tests and the engineer resetting the Hub remotely. That did not work and I was promised a site visit.
