@virginmedia We just have a Fibre m50 broadband package, no TV. We’ve rebooted several times and this does nothing. Nothing unusual with modem lights, just a very slow connection, 4mbps. Only one device maximum works on the WiFi at a time which isn’t right.

@virginmedia We’ll it has been 30 minutes and I’m still waiting to be connected to a human. This is a joke, I expect to be dealt with within the next 10 minutes and I also want to terminate the contract due to yourselves being unable to provide a service we are paying for
