@virginmedia thanks for such a helpful and amazing customer support service. After 40 min waiting to talk to one of your agents, he complained he could not hear me properly, I asked him to bear with me while I plugged my headset and 30s later, he hanged up. 1/2

@virginmedia Can someone answer the phone. Last week when I got rid of sky and got virgin installed you had someone on the phone to me in record time the last two days I’ve had issues no one available. I’m within my 14 days so I’m gonna cancel if u don’t respond properly

@virginmedia An existing we - had a #WiFi outage all weekend last week then the #TV failed the WiFi came back on Sunday but tv didn’t - We aren’t stupid - we have done that a number of times - still nothing!

@virginmedia complained about my internet service last week, got sent a new box. Got an Ethernet cable wired up to console. WiFi goes and I lose connection and Ethernet goes offline too??
