@virginmedia you contacted me to replace my TiVo box... you did this on Thursday,it didn’t work, I called up, no resolution, I waited 48 hours... called again, still no resolution.... was told I had to wait 5 business days... manager going to call in 30 mins...90 mins🙄 #service

@virginmedia Yes even with a wired connection anyone with Virgin in my area has been having this problem around 9.30pm your WiFi dies and doesn't start working again till about half 1/2 in the morning which isn't acceptable.

Thanks for the retweet Christine. We are having a horrendous experience with @virginmedia, which is compounded by them sending texts which indicate that the problem has been resolved when it clearly has not. 6 days and counting with no service

@virginmedia Also, not one of the many text messages I have received during our 6+ days of VM Blackout indicate that the fault is a general area one to area. Please check the exact wording of the message. Terrible service from VM

@virginmedia When I attempt a speed test on ookla it says I'm on BT and gives me servers located down south. I'm in the North East. When I try a real speed test it says my router isn't compatible, it most definitely is (its a Hub5)

@virginmedia well as a returning customer it’s not going well so far …. My equipment arrived on Friday and an engineer was supposed to come between 8am and 1pm to install said equipment, I stayed in for 10 hours today and the engineer was a no show .
