@virginmedia I’ve never had a protracted problem like this before. It’s only ever gone down a couple of times before (in over 15 years!) and then come back within 7 hours or so.

@virginmedia Pls don’t take this personally but honestly it should be in your policy that customers reps should read treads before relying!! I’ve mentioned before - I’m deaf! I CANNOT make phone calls! That’s why that stupid BOT robot is demeaning and frustrating for ppl with limitations!

@virginmedia I currently have a SIM only deal with O2 and M200 Fibre broadband with VM. I’d like to cancel both and switch to your Fibre Broadband Volt package (M350 + 10GB SIM) for £11.50 extra per month. How should I go about doing this?

@virginmedia And what’s so annoying is that for some reasons it’s seems to be affecting my mobile network because even though I’m not connected to the wifi @O2 doesn’t works in the house and I’d need to leave the house and move further down street for the #O2 network to work and reply!

@kdy1303 @virginmedia I figured out that the router VM give to their customers is good for wired devices, but the wifi capability is terrible. I use it in modem mode with a mesh now & it all works brilliantly. VM must know this but don’t help their customers, which is insane!

@virginmedia third time we’ve had no WiFi and when you call customer service you get cut off and they don’t call back. Shambolic given the price you charge. Advertise ‘if you prove bad connection 3 times you can leave’ and then when you bring it up you’re told that’s not the case

@virginmedia No not really if your staff couldn’t care about trying to keep a long standing customer what’s the point in a complaint the attitude I have experienced doesn’t lead me to believe anything will change & the fact your competitors are miles cheaper
