    @EE hi there why has the broadband internet become so poor recently. When I switched a few months back from @virginmedia the signal was always reliable around 50 to 60mbps never dropping out. Recently keeps dropping out to below 2mbps which is the reason I switched from virgin.

    Yay. @virginmedia has gone down. One kid needs online school, Husband needs online access to work, and I have a work zoom call... let’s hope it’s sorted pronto. I have zero tolerance for WiFi nonsense from a company that charges us a fortune!

    @virginmedia Also "we're" not "were" Yes pls - can you give update on "Trouble Call 12165447"? I was given that as a reference number for issue engineers were investigating; I received a text saying it was fixed but the problem persists. Also - insane that your bot asks for bank sort code!

    @DanGSells @virginmedia Their customer service is one of the worst things about them, seem to have used covid as an excuse to go awol. Luckily their Internet speed just about makes up for it

    @virginmedia They didn't advise anything that was the issue. I was told that categorically I can't remove packages from my bill to reduce cost, if I did I'd be breaking contract. Then regarding a future move I would be billed the whole contract because I have nowhere to move the service to.

    @virginmedia when are you going to provide a service that works this week. You showed service that was down a few days ago and supposedly fixed. I haven’t had a reliable speed to do anything since then. Instead of 350mb, I’m luck if I get 350kb.
