Why don’t companies offer deals for long standing customers not just new? Been with @virginmedia for 25+ years, started back when it was Telewest; want to downgrade, deal I am looking at is £37 for new customers, same package for me is £69. Where is customer loyalty rewarded?

@virginmedia hi is there a problem in TW10? I've checked the status page but it says no problems (tho it never says there are problems unless it's a national outage). TV has interference and broadband keeps dropping. I've done all the reboot procedures as usual.

@virginmedia Nothing other than to telephone again. We do now have an appointment so we will see if it gets fixed. Two of us working from home in zoom-heavy roles has been very difficult. And the only action we have got has been via ombudsman not your customer services.

@virginmedia No internet this morning, but according to your status page, there isn’t anything wrong. We know it isn’t just us and our whole street is out. Really wonder why we bother with Virgin, your reliability is shocking and your service is horrendous.

@virginmedia Yes, down for two days and when i called yesterday they said it was gonna be fixed today and it is not. I work from home. I have already spent my @EE mobile iNet and I'm buying @bt_uk passes. How can I cancel the service and move to other provider?

One of the other greivances I have with @virginmedia - aside from how often the service cuts out (and guess what’s been down since last night) but also that it takes down the wifi inside the flat. So I can’t print, or access our media server. What sort of router does that?

@virginmedia They spread lies about when it will be fixed, if you simply told your customers there has been a big underground explosion and it will take a while to fix instead of keep moving the goalposts for 2 days the customer might give you some leeway, but you didn’t you just lied.

Yet another day waking up with no Internet connection. @virginmedia you really need to sort out your service, you do not provide stability at all. The speeds are great, but what's the point paying for it when it constantly drops, or stops offering any connection altogether?

@virginmedia Complete shambles. Youve carried out work in my area and since then weve had nothing but problems. Weve now got no internet or tv channels in the house and are expected to wait until next week for you to get an engineer out to sort the problem your engineers created
