    @virginmedia Just called. Message says there are intermittent problems in the area. Then back to main menu on the phone says “ there are no problems in the area goodbye “. Not impressed

    @virginmedia An intermittent problem in the area (we appear to be the only one). It’s not intermittent as it’s not working. It’s beyond a joke now. Costing a fortune in data usage

    @virginmedia my entire network has died. I got no internet or tv service and have been told that you can only get an engineer out to me on Thursday...2 DAYS!!!! I work from home and need internet access otherwise I cant do anything. The TIVO box wont start up

    Now going to look at changing to Sky. Absolutely unacceptable delay by @virginmedia for a week. Trying to work from home. Definitely time to go. We pay a lot of money for a service that we’re not receiving. Don’t use them

    @virginmedia At that time only 2 devices were connected. The wifi is pretty much useless, constantly loosing connection. The speed over wifi is extremely low. Do you think it might be an issue with the router?

    3 different @premierinn hotels this week and 6 in the last 3 weeks and I can honestly say that your Wi-Fi is absolutely atrocious. It’s always been bad, but some how it’s now even worse. It’s time to ditch @virginmedia and get a decent Internet supplier.

    @PaulbernalUK @virginmedia I had multiple dramas with mine last year/18 months while they were doing the network upgrades, having to resort to 4G. Annoying. Once all the pain is done & you get gigabit broadband using your own router/mesh system & the superhub as just a modem it’s staggeringly good.

    @virginmedia I’m currently on hold. My mum is in her 70’s and waited in for an engineer only for them to send a text 10mins before to say you were coming in the 26th. The original appointment was the 21st and her TV service has been down for well over a week.

    @virginmedia I have no service at all in KA11 area. Weirdly your website says it’s a planned outage. If planned, why didn’t you tell anyone? I’m working from home but could have gone into the office if I’d had some advance warning. Not good at all.

    @virginmedia As I explained in live chats previous tweets and to the engineer it's an intermittent fault that happens. For instance right now the WiFi is fine. But it very regularly cuts out entirely as in that photo. I need a solution I can't have daily cuts. Not dips in speed, cuts.
