@Victoria__Wai @virginmedia @ThreeUK @SkyUK Yes I was with BT at my last house but when moved no phone line and as under lockdown no engineer could come so had to go Virgin but last 5 weeks...apparently fibre but speed is appalling and then today! Never again

@virginmedia as a key worker, delivering Teams lessons online, I would expect any broadband issues to be responded to immediately. Sadly, this has not been the case; despite repeated complaints about the broadband dropping out mid lesson, you have not resolved the issue.

@virginmedia We have been having problems with our Broadband and TV service for over a week. Originally they did tests and were going to send out engineer. Engineer cancelled by VM as they say there is a problem in our area. Nothing on the VM site. The last problem says it was

@virginmedia your customer service is probably the worst I've experienced. My inet was supposed to be installed on the 02/01, then moved to 28/01. Now installed, it still doesnt work. The cable to the house needs replacing. Ive been told it will take 2 months until it is fixed.

@virginmedia I have tried using that link before and my account cannot be located! With the same customer number and area code I was emailed by yourselves! And YES I have raised several complaints over the last few weeks. To be honest I don’t feel like you are helping me at all!
