@OwenJones84 @virginmedia @JeremyVineOn5 Usually a router issue of inefficient switching between bands 2.4GHz and 5GHz Can go into router settings and explicitly set it to 2.4GHz (lower speed/better range) or 5GHz (higher speed/poorer range)

As customer service standards go, @virginmedia sucks badly. They need to seriously ask themselves, is letting someone wait 45 mins and counting for someone to help with a technical fault acceptable? NO IT ISN’T. HEEEELLLLOOOOO???!! WHEN ARE YOU PICKING UP??!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬

@virginmedia Why when your team called me today regarding my decision to cancel my contract have I received an email confirming changes to my package (phone removed) and a PDF showing a contract start date of 30 Nov. The recoded call will show I’m cancelling everything and have given notice

@ItsDaveClayton @virginmedia Business or Residential service? We switched to VM Business two years ago and it is night & day better. Wi-Fi switched off at router and BT Home Hub used to distribute Wi-Fi throughout the house. I get 550 to the house and over 200 in other rooms

Anyone else left virgin media and can explain my final bill. We have now served our 30 day notice our service was cut off today. We got billed on the 12th of every month. We just got another bill with a credit and a readjustment to the final amount due Is this normal B.

@virginmedia Hi please send an engineer to my house to sort out the useless Hub 4 box that replaced my reliable and efficient Hub 3. I have asked the community for a solution and they say get engineer out to separate the 2 and 5 GEXT. Fed up of paying good £ for a crap service!

@virginmedia That doesn't help. Shouldn't you be looking to resolve a customer complaint? The temporary mobile Internet cost me £56. I expect that to be refunded due to the incompetence of cancelling my order and not informing me sooner, plus the inconvenience and service I've received

@virginmedia What for the past 6 months? And yes the router gets reset multiple times a day to restore the connection, the same as many other customers. The issue is your routers!
