    @virginmedia Any news on when your fibre service will be running again in Richmond (TW10)? I switched to VM a month ago and already two full days of no internet. Crazy! Never had one blackout with Sky Broadband in two years. Regretting the switch!

    @virginmedia I have better things to do with my time than phoning @virginmedia The system should pick up on this. Virgin’s system is quick to chase me regarding the return of a bloody hub. Absolutely atrocious service.

    @virginmedia your phone lines are telling people your call centre are closed! I have had an issue with our bill since we opened our account with you. I was apologised to on the 30th October and ASSURED the credit would be applied to November’s bill. Just been charged full amount!

    @PippaCrerar @virginmedia If you're using a Virgin router I would buy another one as they're useless Main issue I found was they don't switch between 2.4GHz/5GHz very well If you want stronger signal then switch off 5GHz

They say to call, the phone message refers you to the website, and the website tells you to call. The last time I had customer service as bad as this was @VirginAtlantic ! What’s the connection, I wonder?

    @virginmedia That issue fixed itself. However, this evening we're getting the same problem. This has been going on for the past week on and off. I'm now told that the issue is estimated to be fixed by 2pm tomorrow - the service we've received from Virgin has been particularly poor of late

    @virginmedia shocking service lately and we are not happy clients, with broadband being down. We were forced to upgrade and then the engineer didn’t even bother to show up. Waited over 4 hours on the phone. Finally had enough and will be disconnecting.

    @virginmedia Hello, it's not that the upload speed is not as fast as advertised it's that the upload speed of 52Mbps (which is the advertised speed and what I get) is not enough. As mentioned, providers on CityFibre can give 900Mbps symmetrical (up and down)

    @LutzSchueler Having. Sorted out the awful service that your provide for my 95 year old mother I’m now trying to terminate our contract with Virgin media. Every time I call I get cut off!! How do we terminate without you sending us a hefty bill for nothing!

    @virginmedia The broadband is cutting out intermittently several times a day has been for months now & we cannot get through on the telephone to make a complaint or get an engineer out because there’s always a queue so we can never speak to someone to resolve

    @virginmedia At your convenience, we live about 30 miles from him but visited today. He said that he thought that the whole of his postcode was out (PL2), but clearly this isn’t the case as his neighbour still has service.
