After trying to tell me there was no fault in my area, before agreeing for an engineer to visit and check system (multiple faults) it proposed sending a pack of cables for me to try and fix myself. Err I don’t think so!

@virginmedia I ring and get hung up on after being on hold for 6 minutes. I just want what I was offered on Friday. I am not very happy with the customer service I am receiving at the moment and will just walk away. I have been a customer for 10 years and get no perks just bigger bills

@virginmedia customer services needs a nig improvement! A gent from your marketing team called and offered FREE channels as I’ve been witn u since 2002 or so. Bill comes and I’ve been charged for the service. I call customer support and they tell me that the marketing team LIED.

@virginmedia That doesn't help. Shouldn't you be looking to resolve a customer complaint? The temporary mobile Internet cost me £56. I expect that to be refunded due to the incompetence of cancelling my order and not informing me sooner, plus the inconvenience and service I've received
