    @virginmedia Yep that’s funny. Really is. Do you not think I’ve not tried ringing you & only can do so on my mobile as no landline remember, on hold up to 40 mins+ & then cut off. You try it. It’s impossible to speak to a real person. WORST SERVICE EVER👎🏻

    @virginmedia if you have planned maintenance in the area ‘to make the service better’ why not send your loyal customers a heads up? You can’t just take the service away for a whole day W/out informer us beforehand. This is really poor customer service #virginmediadown

    @virginmedia I was given a discount in March this year, what I didn’t know was that meant a new contract, that part was definitely not clear. Plus as I said my landline that you charge for has never worked. I will be making an Ofcom complaint

    My wife tried to cancel our @virginmedia the man on the other end of the phone wouldn't let her go, baby screaming in the back ground for a bottle my wife kindly told him to cancel and she needs to feed the baby, nope he still was asking questions to why. Very unprofessional

    @virginmedia It’s now being suggested I go to the sales team and start a new order. I went all through that on Tuesday with your sales team. They set me with a install date for next week. Then they put me through to someone who said I’d have a temporary fix the next day.

    @virginmedia Ok so I didn't have Internet all day yesterday whllst working from home it only came back on around 4.30pm and now it's gone down again today!! Why I am even paying all this money when I am not receiving any Internet connection on supposed to be working from home again today!!

    @virginmedia She keeps getting messages saying her Jam pac will send in January 2020 which is terrible as Virgin advised her to have this only last June 2020 during the pandemic - I’m driving to her 30 miles away in an hour to see what the sim is doing
