    @virginmedia We just purchased a film from the media store and it won’t play - just is stuck at 0 minutes 😡 we’ve restarted our box but always have problems like this with catch up especially… not ideal when we’ve paid money to rent a film! Can you help at all?

    @virginmedia 42 days without TV so talking to cancellations as VM aren't even offering to try and fix the problem before 20th Nov. Leaving after nearly 10 years. Feels like a good win for VM, clock stops on compensation, penalised as under contract and you don't have to fix the problem 😒

    @virginmedia apparently there are no issues in my area…my lack of broadband (after 2 restarts) suggests otherwise.

    @virginmedia Nope. There’s “nothing wrong” with the broadband according to the status page. Never is. It’s always the hub supposedly downloading updates. 10 weeks of this now, getting a bit bored of the lack of service TBH. This needs to be escalated.

    @virginmedia so, I've been trying for over 3 hours now to cancel my contract and absolutely no progress made so far!!! 3 hours. Surely this is a breach of ofcoms rules to make cancellation a reasonably quick and easy process!?

    @virginmedia Spoken with someone today that has confirmed they've solved my problem. I am awaiting a confirmation email (don't hold much hope). We will see if I've been lied to AGAIN! #worstcustomerservice

    @virginmedia my broadband is running at 10mbps (supposed to be 200). The app has done a "scan" and it says there is a network error and check back in 24 hours. Problem is, it's still slow three days later and there appears to be no more help on offer. Now what?

    @virginmedia Unfortunately we can no longer ring again, it’s totally pointless, we can never get to speak to people who can help , they DO NOT UNDERSTAND what we r telling them that we DONT HAVE A ACCOUNT WITH NETFLIX but you continue to deduct from her bank ! You need to contact her NOW

    @virginmedia I am still having problems but have just resigned myself to the fact that this is the poor level of service I am going to get from your company because your ability as a business to deal with customer service issues and answer calls in less than an hour is obviously too hard

    Dear @virginmedia please explain to me why my 100mbps broadband is currently reading at between 9 and 30 mbps and won't allow me to work from home smoothly? I've had problems every morning this week between 8-10am. Not acceptable.
