    @GuseensLV @virginmedia Ah man, I’m with ya. 350MB here was fab until 16 days ago. Been “OK” today, had a relatively stable connection but it never crept over 10MB and that was if I was lucky *sigh*

    @virginmedia Dreadful customer service. Like others, waited nearly an hour on the phone only to get mucked about because I couldn’t instantly recall the name of my package. No help at all, representative wouldn’t transfer me and hung up.

    @virginmedia Have to wait until Monday until an engineer can come out to fix whatever the problem is, I have never ever had a good connection, made many complaints but this is the worse ever. Intermittence connections causing me to need another @SlimmingWorld consultant to cover my groups 💔

    @SinghT2j @virginmedia It’s been down a good 3 days in the last 14 here. Otherwise it’s either slow or randomly intermittent. They really need to sort their network out, it was never this bad until 2 weeks ago.

    Dear diary, day 16 of poor/zero broadband. I called @VirginMedia, joined a queue, cooked, served & ate dinner, started watching The Simpsons then after 48 minutes of Jake Bugg and some other repetitive on-hold phone entertainment, they cut me off!

    @virginmedia Hi AR, I was given no time at all, only that there were ongoing issues the last two weeks then he said 7-10 days. He said you were working on it, it would be fixed but no timescale. 15 days of unreliable BB is awful. Have had 100% outages of up to 36 hours.

    Aargh. @VirginMedia broadband is down again, 20 mins here in GU14. That’s 13 days of poor service. I’m trying to WFH and daughter’s trying to do her homework online. This is infuriating.

    @virginmedia Still no landline service to home and neighbour similarly. It’s been close on 24hrs - pretty irritated that there is no information coming proactively from your team to be honest but appreciate the social team’s responsiveness to my contact

    @virginmedia Called yesterday PM: engineer tested the line, said there were network issues despite status page saying to the contrary. Was told you were fixing the issue but today is day 15 and no BB since ~15:30 yesterday. I have to go to the office, no choice. Poor/no BB = risk my health 🙁

    @virginmedia Your web site is not very helpful really - apparently the fault will be rectified by 08.40 this morning. Understand technical problems arise but it’s surely much better to provide proactive updates rather than to react in receipt of complaints?

    @Binky_2301 @virginmedia The service was pretty reliable until now 19 days ago. Their status tool says no issues yet an engineer told me there were. And that they were fixing it. Been watching Twitter and it’s been an issue with folks all over the country.

    @sniveldirk @virginmedia Also it’s not reliable broadband. I’m suffering day 15 of anything but the 350MB connection I paid for. Right now it’s dead again. The lack of service forced me to have to work from an office today (again!) How unsafe is that?

    @virginmedia Just follow your own process properly and send a replacement sim to people before you carry out your 5G swap. Virgin has let her down and now you cannot correct your error. Hiding behind ‘security process’. No breech of security happening. Get off the script and use common sense

    @virginmedia This isn't the case, all they offer is that it's due to a technical problem there end. I'd hazard a guess that all the engineers are off due to the jubilee. But I have been made to wait at home for a non existing visit!

    @MoneySavingExp thanks to your advice I’ve just got my Virgin Media package down from £123 to £90 p/m and they even increased my b/b speed! Yearly saving of £400. Package still includes all sports channels!!! A simple call and discussion about what new customers get helped!!!

    @virginmedia Level 2 customer service dungeon telling me that I can’t have broadband on its own but they can reduce my current package by £10 - is this a trick? I asked about X but they try to sell me Y. I’m not going to be deterred so easily. I want to see if there’s a level 3 dungeon
