If you have virginmedia email, it’s quite likely that if you no longer use them as a sp, they will deactivate your email without any warning. I’ve not been a virginmedia customer for years and can’t recall ever receiving a notice of deactivation #virginmedia Thanks for the upset

@virginmedia @Virgin_Victoria For a start my phone keeps coming up as no service available and your csa says I need a new sim card,!!!! WiFi in my flat is rubbish and keeps dropping out. They won't come out to look. Have complained 10+ times but no one cares. So after 20+ loyalty to your company I expect more

@virginmedia are there broadband outages in the OX2 area of Oxford currently? We were told they would be fixed by 5pm today but it's still down. Now you're saying will be fixed by 10am 13th January. What on earth is happening to your service at the moment?
