    @virginmedia I couldn't care less about the name issue. You're taking your payment anyway so this only becomes an issue for your security checks. I need a solution to my broadband, if you fix that you can write whatever you want as my name in the contract.

    @virginmedia @Virgin_Victoria The reason I refuse to get anyone in trouble is that if I was doing that job I would be frustrated too if im not hitting my targets for his commissions. Maybe you need pop up stores rather than door to door. And I’m massive on customer service

    @virginmedia Seriously, it's laughable. Operator asking for a picture of my hub because you don't have a log of the equipment you provided me. 51min in and the only 2 things we know: that you didn't update my name when I asked months ago; and the broadband is slow after the patch up from Dec.

    @virginmedia There were 6 people in different houses that I know in Waterloo, Bermondsey and London Bridge all talking to each other and experiencing the issues still. FGS put your hands up in the air and say, "We told people it was fixed a little early...it was near to fix we jumped the gun!

    Update. Past 15 minutes i have had a static green power light, static green wifi symbol but the 'up and down' arrows are flashing green. VM website is saying to leave it, forums are telling me to restart. @virginmedia what should i do? Now offline for 45+ mins and WFH
