@virginmedia Hey @virginmedia Here i go again Tks for the new hub, the same model as the old one. The HUB was delivered to me but no technician to check the problem and no signal yet. I didn’t have broadband for 4 days, then it came back for 1 and today off again.only. Sorry @LifeInKilburn

@virginmedia I am at my wits end with your awful service. I can’t get an answer by phone or online. I’ve had a faulty TV box replaced with another faulty box & when I eventually got thru to someone they’ve shutdown 1/2 of my channels.

@virginmedia I’ve tried the basics and First time I called customer services the message was “we are very busy at the moment, please try again later” and later I waited 30min to speak to someone who didn’t sort the problem out. Instead she told me the technician will visit in 4 days!!! What??

@virginmedia a conundrum. If I call your service centre to cancel my service I get routed to the website that doesn’t allow me to cancel or I get routed through to a team that don’t answer. Do I just cancel my direct debit? Then at least you’ll know I’m not longer your customer.
