@virginmedia 1. I already have this app. 2. It didn’t work with hub 4 3. The problem is NOT Wi-Fi dead spots as the Wi-Fi will drop when I’m only a couple of feet away from the router.

@O2 it is now day 19 since I received a computer mouse instead of the phone upgrade I ordered and 27 days since I put the order through, still no phone, and no update. Since you are now in partnership with @virginmedia now, I'm thinking I will cancel both contracts - shocking

@virginmedia Ethernet is fine. It’s when I contact my tablets and phones that it continually drops out. Hub3, whilst having poor range, had a solid connection.

@virginmedia with the new price increase it states with don't need to pay any cancellation fees. My contract ends on the Summer, if I were to cancel do I need to pay the remaining months?

@virginmedia No it is straight from the smart TV but we ruled out that the problem is lnly when on Virgin broadband not on G4 or any other broadband when at friends for instance. Please help

@notasborednow @virginmedia Obviously you checked and got a no but do you know why others arn't available? I'm assuming at this point you have a land line connection which should get you everyone, if its just disconnected, open reach should be able to re-add Look at mobile as well (if you have signal)

@virginmedia my dad contacted you 2 weeks ago regarding a new box as his has been damaged he was told 3-5 working days he has rung again twice in those 2 weeks and been told that it’s on the way but still no sign can you help???

@virginmedia Finally got to the bottom of it but I got hung up on twice by said Retention team, sent to different departments before finally having it annulled. Not sure if it’s a marketing strategy or not but it’s a time consuming & tedious process just to cancel a contract.

@virginmedia Not so much damage - the door isn't fitted and when I tried to put it back on I wasn't able to - I think the door has been damaged or bent. Postcode for the area is DN35 7TD. It's a wiring cabinet right next to Queen Mary School. Hopefully that gives enough information?

@virginmedia Why can't VirginMedia carry out a simple pre-pull on my property. Every time I phone I go round in the same loop and just get lied to by call handlers. I have no TV and Broadband after giving notice to Sky but VirginMedia just don't care. Appalling customer service

@virginmedia - brand new customer here. Been with you around two weeks. Today the TV box has given up with no power. Called support who are going to send one out in 5 business days. Is this really acceptable??? Really hoping you won't be charging me over this period.
