@virginmedia the customer service at virgin media is below 0 star they treat there customers like crap and lie. I have a recording of the agent I spoke to and she put a bunch of lies on her notes and transferred me to there cancellation team. Terrible service!! Rubbish connection

@virginmedia I have been trying to cancel my account for days. Your website is circuitous and no help "cannot be done online" and wait times on the phone are hours and the message to go online to help you support vulnerable customers. Hugely frustrating. Even keener to leave now.

Sadly I have more than 1 year left with you. terrible network service on my phone, no wifi in half the house and attempts to contact you by phone result in endless loops and cut offs.

@virginmedia Your response is very different from the experience I & many Virgin customers I know have experienced over the last 9 months. Your website is horrifically broken, links going nowhere, sessions not passing between pages(meaning multiple logins required). And phone support is awful
