@virginmedia hey there. Our broadband has been down since yesterday and the estimated fix time keeps being put later and later. My wife is working from home today so it's pretty impossible. Please could we have some sort of replacement dongle in the mean time?

Please @virginmedia can you change your waiting music. Its the same 4 tracks adnauseum & very poor quality at that. No wonder customers who wait for over an hour hang up. Its enough to drive you mad with these earworms all day.

Hey @O2 how do I cancel a SIM card that @virginmedia sent me as a data roaming replacement for the lack of WiFi installation service they’ve provided me at my new property? I wasn’t expecting to be charged extra for this mess up on their side so it’s a no thanks from me.

No Internet service at all from @virginmedia since 3am Wednesday morning. It's rediculus. Every text says the exact same blanket message. No actual details of the issue just "An engineer is on the way and we hope to have a fix by such a time"... What are you playing at Virgin!!

@virginmedia Initially I got appointment, technician came and said they don’t have wire & reschedule. Then my rescheduled appointment was cancelled without informing me. And now each time I call, they give me a new excuse. Shortage of wire for an year is the lates. Help!

@virginmedia Apparently the order never went through so had to re-do the upgrade. One of your colleagues persuaded me to go up to 350mbs. I only want to go up to 200mbs, but it was only 95p extra for 350. The highest speed I've measured isn't even half of 350.

@virginmedia unimpressed with the service. Our internet was cut off yesterday and after being assured we'd be back on yesterday we're now being told that was cancelled, although we weren't notified, and now no internet for another 48h!! Absolute shambles
