  • Miss_Toppin Miss Toppin (@Miss_Toppin) reported from Croydon, England

Dear @virginmedia HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO WORK WITH NO ******* INTERNET? Saw your engineers on the road this week. Why have you not fixed the problem? Whatever licence you have needs to be revoked immediately.

  • ChristineAllado Christine Allado (@ChristineAllado) reported from London, England

@virginmedia Looks like there are issues that need to be resolved hopefully by tomorrow.. Is this something that might be fixed sooner and am I able to seek compensation?

  • SMillbery Spencer Millbery (@SMillbery) reported from Harrow Weald, England

@virginmedia Yes, I’ve done all these. Very frustrating as I only had a new super hub and cabling to house installed 2 weeks ago. Never had such intermittent service in 20 years of using virgin.

  • SMillbery Spencer Millbery (@SMillbery) reported from Harrow Weald, England

@virginmedia Service page says no issues.

  • U2Gorilla Snatch (@U2Gorilla) reported from Southall, England

Possibly the worst service Iv ever experience by @virginmedia signed up to a new contract on 4/08/22. Installation engineer was due today, no contact from virgin. called call centre on the phone for 56min multiple transfers asked to redo everything including provide bank details

  • timplumb Tim Plumb (@timplumb) reported from Wandsworth, England

  • lhntennis Lee Neale (@lhntennis) reported from Richmond, England

Virgin Media Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Haguey24 James Hague (@Haguey24) reported

@virginmedia I rang up customer service thinking about cancelling cause of the poor customer service, the call disconnected and then got a phone call back saying I’m just about to cancel would you like me to go ahead I said no not yet and the operator said he’d already pressed cancel 🤬

  • MarkDempsey8 Mark Dempsey (@MarkDempsey8) reported

@virginmedia If I am not getting the service I’m paying for, where do I stand legally for getting rid of the whole damn lot and going elsewhere? I’ll certainly make sure all my friends and family are aware that virgin will supply faulty equipment then charge you to come look at it.

  • wendeeeeee wendy richardson (@wendeeeeee) reported

I’ve been trying to cancel my Virgin Media since 30th June and still can’t get through to speak to anyone! #virginmedia @virginmedia #stoptakingmymoney

  • dazwold Darren (@dazwold) reported

@virginmedia I went in to check and accidentally ordered a further replacement at £9.99. Can you cancel this please?

  • Johnwilmans John Wilmans Photography (@Johnwilmans) reported

@virginmedia Constant dropping of my signal through my house. Been happening for over a year. I have phoned constantly to get it sorted but you haven’t fixed it. So I sent you a letter that I was leaving in September 29. But you chose to ignore it and are now billing me for this

  • wendeeeeee wendy richardson (@wendeeeeee) reported

@virginmedia I’ve been trying to cancel since June as I can’t afford it. Yet you’ve still been taking my money. I’ve had to cancel my direct debit as I can’t get through to anyone. Also I’m cancelling because the customer service is so bad.

  • MarkGrigg15 Mark Grigg (@MarkGrigg15) reported

@virginmedia No, we've not had a phone plugged into the socket for over a year but needed to contact you as the 360 remote won't scroll down, I have to use the tv go app as a remote. This is how I noticed no dialling tone.

  • radiator4612 Bamber Boozler (@radiator4612) reported

@virginmedia I see. In that case, is there a maximum time limit for graffiti damage to be cleared from your cabinets since the initial report is made?

  • Johnwilmans John Wilmans Photography (@Johnwilmans) reported

@virginmedia I have been. 2 letters. And 2 lots of 45 minute + phone calls to your service centre. No help what so ever. I’ll just pay the money I don’t owe you to make it all stop. So I’m basically paying for 12 months + of crap service and the incompetence of you not reading your mail.

  • BenMcIntosh93 Ben McIntosh (@BenMcIntosh93) reported

@AKThou @PyrionFlax @virginmedia It is compulsory, they either have to use Ombudsman Services or CISAS as their ADR. Virgin use CISAS, problem is no one has heard of CISAS so they assume they have no ADR
