It for me and SURPRISE SURPRISE she was able do it no problem. I just kept refusing to be put on hold. Initially she muted me and probably wanted me to hang up but I stayed on the call. IM FINALLY FREE from Virgin and will happily never use their service again 💯👋🏼 #virginmedia

@virginmedia I recommend to anyone never to consider taking out a Virgin Contract. Be careful to read other customers reviews. Once you sign up there is no way to leave again. You’ll be holding in the waiting queue until the end of your life.

Been trying to get through to @virginmedia for 2 days now everytime we just get cut off. We have been loyal customers since it was ntl but so fed up with the price increases we need a new deal or will cancel, if we can ever get through to someone. Terrible customer service!
