@TweetingKatzo @virginmedia A large proportion of residents are in contact with each other on this and the few that that have waited an hour plus on calls have been told this. We know we are are dealing with the same issue (as timing of loss of connection is concurrent amongst us all)

@virginmedia just witnessed the most outrageous and aggressive driving by one of your employees. I would have provided the number plate but they were so close I couldn’t note it down. Undertook multiple cars and almost caused a crash with a lorry on a roundabout. #awfuldriving

@virginmedia This is not about individual accounts but a whole neighbourhood looking for an adequate response from you on this issue. We don’t think it’s reasonable to have to wait 6 more days for an engineer to fix when everyone is in lockdown/working from home. Can your response be quicker?

@virginmedia in Islington and have just been booted off a call on an internet issue after being on hold for 90minutes. Only two songs (both awful) as hold music is about the end of my tether. Try picking up the phone. Feel like I’m in the 1940s!

@virginmedia shocking service lately and we are not happy clients, with broadband being down. We were forced to upgrade and then the engineer didn’t even bother to show up. Waited over 4 hours on the phone. Finally had enough and will be disconnecting.

@virginmedia My area (TW15)has had intermittent WiFi issues since the 10 Feb. Meaning working from home is impossible. Initially - fixed by the 14th, then the 18th now maybe the 24th… Is there anymore info as the customer service has been less than satisfactory?

@virginmedia Thank you for the quick response. Do you have an update as to when the issue may be fixed. An outage or intermittent outage is disruptive and being without Service for 2 weeks without a definitive time as to when the issue will be fixed is not great.

@virginmedia I don't really want to leave, that's my last resort. But no one is actually prepared to do anything to assist. We were getting 200mb but really I reliably. Then our hub was 'recalibrated' and now we get 25mb with less reliability. We just want someone to actually help us
