@virginmedia Yes, I’ve done all these. Very frustrating as I only had a new super hub and cabling to house installed 2 weeks ago. Never had such intermittent service in 20 years of using virgin.

@virginmedia Many complaints have been raised and we have tried to leave the contract due to the complete lack of anything beneficial to actually fix our broadband. Of course I’m not having a a go at you but your customer service team is very bad. They don’t care about actually helping 👍🏾

So after wasting a whole day waiting in for my @virginmedia box to be delievered when it was meant to, @YodelOnline has still got it sitting in there warehouse and after 2 webchat with the help desk I get told you get it when you get it…what a joke so atm have no internet fml

@virginmedia Download speeds in SW18 are down to 5Mbps (on a 200Mb account) after works in the area earlier in the week. Called to report the issue only to be told by a message to wait 24hrs to see if the issue resolves itself. Can you please log the issue? Thanks.

Possibly the worst service Iv ever experience by @virginmedia signed up to a new contract on 4/08/22. Installation engineer was due today, no contact from virgin. called call centre on the phone for 56min multiple transfers asked to redo everything including provide bank details

@virginmedia I have always wanted to leave as I only used broadband and nothing else. But the customer services retained me with the price reduction. FYI community fibre is £20 a month for what I need. I just need to get out.

@virginmedia you sneakily increased the price of the contract from £31.39 to £40.39 within the contract period via an email in Jan. All - check your emails as not all are spam! Cancelling the contract once the plan expires and never returning.
