    @virginmedia Router provided is crap, had a BT one before and could get signal everywhere in the house with it, downstairs is all I can manage with the virgin one, the customer service is ****, spend way too much time trying to explain yourself to people in India and Philippines

    @virginmedia No. It's an intermittent problem so is currently working. The message that goes out on the phone line ( when I call in to report when it ISN'T working) says Iit's a ''complex problem' . This is frustrating as your customer services ( appalling) said it would take until Sept 9 th

    @virginmedia Trouble shooting FFS what do you think the usual one! had it up to here with virgin media, never had any issues with sky or bt that even came close to the problems I’ve had wih virgin, the tv box is shit, had nothing but problems with it, the wifi is crap, the router provided..

    @virginmedia Hi NL The features had been there for years, they disappeared just recently. They did not advise anything, I gave up hanging on after 1 hour of waiting to connect to tech support for the 2nd time. No callback from supervisor either.

    @virginmedia She is moving house and was told that she would have new equipment sent. It never arrived so she was told to use her old equipment. It’s all set up, received a text saying It’s been activated but It’s not . Now through to a team who can’t even find her details
