@virginmedia I would not have used these terms as I didn’t know them however I presumed that all the necessary work would be done in the background. Why would I keep the landline with Virgin when I was VERY UNHAPPY with the service provided

@journokeith @virginmedia Good as in they acknowledged your existence was what I meant. That's how their "customer services" is set up, they don't have the staff based in the UK to deal with it and all they can do is what they are doing.

Hey @virginmedia I already am paying more with this new package I was forced to take to renew my contract recently and now you want to force me to pay £7 MORE a month?! Also why can I not get a human on the phone?! I refuse to pay a penny more. Fix this nonsense.

@virginmedia Never had we have such a terrible Internet service. Absolutely NEVER. "Can't find server.", for whatever page we want, day after day. Then it finds the server; next minute - puff! Gone! Absolutely abysmal.

@hummzak We at Virgin Media have a brand new IPTV service for 35 pounds flat fee, no monthly subscription + you get installations and service support, so it if breaks well fix replace it at no cost. Let me know if your interested

@virginmedia Thank you for responding . However after so many hours of trying to repair the issue surely there must be an indication of what the actual problem is. Also maybe Virgin need to renew cables rather than repair ones that have been laid god knows how many years ago.
