I gave all info only to be now told they are not the department I speak to despite you giving me the nbr and options to use!!! I am not holding to them speak to yet another person ... AWFUL!!!

We had been told we had an issue but The engineer advised we were affected by a local outage

The frequent outages, as can be seen just by searching for Virgin Media on twitter, or looking at Down Detecter, have been out of hand lately. Last night around midnight, it went out for hundreds of people, no warning.
