    @virginmedia That you don't have enough staff to meet customer demand, apparently you don't have a complaints team and a £20 credit should solve all our problems. We never had this issue when we were with @SkyBroadband

    @virginmedia Are you asking me a question? Surely this is something you should answer? Premier Sports coverage awful, then the feed distruption meant most of the game was missed and no highlights. I paid extra for this and you're asking me to find the fix?!!

    @virginmedia Yes. Looks fine at the moment. The issue is that it drops for 5 to 10 mins or so. Does not seem like much, but is a real problem when in a meeting. Sometimes just restarting to router works , sometimes I just have to wait. Never had this many outages when with BT.

    @virginmedia Seriously ridiculous to ask me to pay £250 in early disconnection fee when I am cancelling because you simply do not provide service for my new flat? Would have made sense if the flat had a virgin media line. This is not how you treat your loyal customer of 2+ yrs

    @virginmedia Here is a line from my latest email to them: My primary complaint is about the lack of communication, particularly from the installation team. Your remedy for this is for me to contact the installation team.
