    @virginmedia had broadband issue last Saturday, yesterday, and today. It's totally unacceptable, especially when wfh. Have to get contract cancelled because there is no other choice.

    @virginmedia The supervisor from Kier said they need an emergency permit to clear the blockage the they can pull the cable, they haven’t even requested the permit as I have checked with the council

    @virginmedia service just gets worse and worse. 3 days with no TV service whatsoever, and now no Internet either in SE7. It's simply not good enough anymore. Your service has been declining rapidly for over a year. Sort it out please.

    Cannot believe how atrocious @virginmedia is. We're paying for fibre broadband and experiencing daily, repeated outages. But of course we can't cancel our contract. We have to call in every single day, endure 20-30 min waits, just to document every time it goes offline. Unreal.

    @virginmedia I understand that but, why is 1 agent taking personal calls on his mobile and cutting off the call whilst another (from customer care team) doesn't bother calling back when his phone fails after I spent ages on hold?

    @virginmedia So was on the phone to virgin and they where giving me the run around, why am I paying £70 for 100mbps when I could upgrade to 200mbps for £30 cheaper, this is taking the mick at this rate, and support was just foul, this is just theft.

    @virginmedia Not the way I would have liked the way you should have done. My company would sack their comms team if it was as bad. I don’t like complaining but it’s the frustration of not being able to get the correct information or ever speaking to a human being in customer services. 1/2
