    @virginmedia in the 10 years I have been with virgin media, this is the first time my internet has gone down. Sometimes things do go wrong but it’s how you deal with it that matters. Well done to your engineers for restoring the service quickly!!

    @virginmedia Thanks. It’s only been down this morning. I’m advised it’ll be back by 4pm. So I lose one day of study/work and have no recompense because it isn’t 2 days. I can’t wait to leave Virgin Media but feel trapped. Not a good place to be.

    @virginmedia We renewed contract last month and added a pod to improve WiFi. Called VM last week as still no WiFi in rest of house and 2nd tivo box not fully working. Moved pod and still no joy and yest was told by VM is because router signal too weak.

    .@virginmedia still no action re. closing of my account. No reply from complaints service despite several emails. Router collected 2+ weeks ago yet you seem to have no record and continue to issue bills. Webchat did not happen as planned and contact promised also did not happen.

    @SatonmyButt @virginmedia Father tried a free trial with Virgin media a number of years ago. It never worked. So didn’t go beyond free trail. Years later got letters from debt collecting company for £30. No letters from Virgin before that. It took a lot of persuading that the debt didn’t exist

    @virginmedia After being on hold for 45 minutes for the 4th day. They said they have definitely ordered me a pod today. This is the 6th time. I have no doubt my confirmation will not be sent and i will be on hold tomorrow to cancel all my services including mobiles

    @virginmedia hi have spoken to multiple agents on phone re accessing Netflix inc in my bundle - I'm always promised an activation email which never comes through, this has been going on for weeks, can someone please finally get to the bottom of this!??
