@virginmedia My internet is the issue. I do not own a TV. I rang and was told Ofom would decide if we're entitled to any kind of compensation. We just want a reliable internet service from @virginmedia.

@virginmedia The supervisor from Kier said they need an emergency permit to clear the blockage the they can pull the cable, they haven’t even requested the permit as I have checked with the council

@virginmedia I did, and the woman on the phone said "I can offer you £51/mo" so she clearly didn't understand the issue, I'm already on £26/mo how the heck does tha make sense. I will try again but helpline is shocking, hence why I tried twitter.
