    @virginmedia 35 mins plus on the blower, still not answered. You customer service is a shambles. No info on the website either. Hanging up and going for a run,hopefully someone has pressed ctrl Alt del by the time I get back! 🙄

    @virginmedia I’m trying to solve a billing issue it’s been a month but It’s very difficult since your costumer service is terrible. I’ve paid all my bills but you are insisting that I didn’t. I’ve been at Bank I could confirm that I’ve paid. This is driving me crazy!

    For the 14th day in a row there is WiFi issues with @virginmedia in #Teddington. Web chat team unavailable, stupid long wait on phones and the twitter team will give useless info like usual.... #fedup

    @virginmedia The account holder is my husband. The account number is 104507406 area 26. I made a complaint 2 days ago, where I put all payments receipts numbers but I’ve not received a response until now.

    @virginmedia I did they were useless. Told me to put up with these lousy slow speeds. Told me you don't guarantee the broadbamd speed on wireless at all!

    Hi @virginmedia I am trying to close a mobile phone account for my dad who has dementia and is unable to speak to answer security questions & we don't have power of attorney. Speaking to your cancellation line has been a waste of time and awful customer service

    @virginmedia Router provided is crap, had a BT one before and could get signal everywhere in the house with it, downstairs is all I can manage with the virgin one, the customer service is ****, spend way too much time trying to explain yourself to people in India and Philippines

    @virginmedia Trouble shooting FFS what do you think the usual one! had it up to here with virgin media, never had any issues with sky or bt that even came close to the problems I’ve had wih virgin, the tv box is shit, had nothing but problems with it, the wifi is crap, the router provided..

    @virginmedia No. It's an intermittent problem so is currently working. The message that goes out on the phone line ( when I call in to report when it ISN'T working) says Iit's a ''complex problem' . This is frustrating as your customer services ( appalling) said it would take until Sept 9 th

    @virginmedia Sorry to say that I contacted your online chat, but they offered no significant update other than 9th Sept for a fix and no offer of compensation as I am not experiencing a total loss of service. Not happy at all.

    Sneaky sneaky @virginmedia I wanted to check how much to add kids channels. Was told a £5er a month. Then agent asked if we use our phone etc (we don’t, don’t even have a phone), then they proceeded to try and add extra phone bundle and tried to rush it through. Poor form.

    @virginmedia At this point, I will be canceling my phone plan with you, as your customer service providers are so unhelpful, and I find it too frustrating to deal with you when I need too, and know there are other places that can do better.

    @virginmedia I have previously, as the service has been pretty bad for a while. At this point, I just want to cancel my contract - but am told I can't even do that. I have previously canceled contracts - and just had to pay a fee - but now I am being told that's not even an option anymore.

    Been having issues with @virginmedia where the internet drops several times during the day. 9nly get told to do a reset/factory reset of the hub but the issue continues to persist. Not helpful when working from home.

    @virginmedia @EnrichMarketing When I follow the steps on the page, it states that there is an issue and I need to call. When I call, I get told I need to wait for my contract to end. So I am in a limbo with you until it ends - which is thankfully soon. This thread, is also, not helpful.
