    @virginmedia 42 days without TV so talking to cancellations as VM aren't even offering to try and fix the problem before 20th Nov. Leaving after nearly 10 years. Feels like a good win for VM, clock stops on compensation, penalised as under contract and you don't have to fix the problem 😒

    After 10 years with @virginmedia , & after weeks of terrible WiFi & customer service, I asked they equal BT’s deal. Operator could not do that and would not let me talk to manager, nor send a message for call back. I asked x3. Operator terminated call. Poor service!

    Don't get Virgin Media broadband 🙃 no Internet for 6 days, it's an outside the house problem with a cable. They said a team were coming today (it involves digging the pavement). ONE man came and looked, realised it was a 2 man job and drove off. Ridiculous.

    @virginmedia I have spent DAYS calling up your cancellation/moving departments to have my services cancelled with no resolve meant on this issue. Every single phone call I get transferred from 1 department to another and then to be put on hold and the call ended while on hold.😡

    @BabsSheKing @virginmedia I was without internet for five weeks. Told I’d get compensation. Haven’t even had a refund for those 5 weeks. Complained twice. Asked for a deadlock letter x2. Not received. And my wifi down today & no response from chat/phone @Ofcom
