    @virginmedia Never had we have such a terrible Internet service. Absolutely NEVER. "Can't find server.", for whatever page we want, day after day. Then it finds the server; next minute - puff! Gone! Absolutely abysmal.

    @virginmedia Yep, no issues in the area. Everything was working up until about an hour ago, and now the Internet has gone very sporadic and constantly disconnecting, as shown by the ping test.

    @MartinSLewis It is the worst company I have ever dealt with and I’m now actively discouraging others to use Virgin Media. Cancelling is also very difficult and deliberately so

    @journokeith @virginmedia Good as in they acknowledged your existence was what I meant. That's how their "customer services" is set up, they don't have the staff based in the UK to deal with it and all they can do is what they are doing.

    Wow @virginmedia is having a complete meltdown in my area and their automated service is telling me that this "short" interruption to my internet services should be resolved at 10 am tomorrow. That's 14 hours from now! What if my work depended on it?

    Called Virgin Media to complain about the TV box not working and to get it removed from my package. Somehow ended up singing another 18 month contract with the TV box included but at a reduced price. Not ideal but not horrendous.

    @TheRealFbloke All services are off for me since 12.20. Phone, TV and internet. Even the Virgin mobile network has been patchy. Ingleby Barwick, TS17 area. The virgin media checker says "it's not possible to run a test right now". I've been unable to work all afternoon. Not impressed.

    should virgin media be allowed to charge us for no service unless it's been two days? personally I think they should be made to take every minute of no service off our bills. but what do you think?
