@virginmedia as a key worker, delivering Teams lessons online, I would expect any broadband issues to be responded to immediately. Sadly, this has not been the case; despite repeated complaints about the broadband dropping out mid lesson, you have not resolved the issue.

@virginmedia I made a complaint when this happened weeks ago, which resulted in me forking out for my own router. You didnt acknowledge my complaint and sent a letter saying I should call you back and I did and still have had no response! Apalling service! Will have to go to Ofcom.

@AndreaBragg4 @virginmedia It's not a cop out. They're legally obliged to give compensation after loss of service beyond a threshold. Considering the fault that occurred, they've worked wonders to get it back up and running.

@markh177 @virginmedia Embarrassing outage? A major electrical fault, beyond virgin's control isn't embarrassing. They couldn't have done anything to predict it.
