    @virginmedia Hi please send an engineer to my house to sort out the useless Hub 4 box that replaced my reliable and efficient Hub 3. I have asked the community for a solution and they say get engineer out to separate the 2 and 5 GEXT. Fed up of paying good £ for a crap service!

    @OwenJones84 @virginmedia @JeremyVineOn5 Usually a router issue of inefficient switching between bands 2.4GHz and 5GHz Can go into router settings and explicitly set it to 2.4GHz (lower speed/better range) or 5GHz (higher speed/poorer range)

    Anyone else left virgin media and can explain my final bill. We have now served our 30 day notice our service was cut off today. We got billed on the 12th of every month. We just got another bill with a credit and a readjustment to the final amount due Is this normal B.

    @virginmedia It’s happening periodically on a wired connection (not wifi related). When it happens upstream drops to 150-300Kbps and downstream drops massively too. No known issues reported in my area, but it’s been happening for a few days now.

    @virginmedia I have never known such incompetence in a company! Four times I’ve been told we’re going to get a refund after an hour on the phone. Wrong amount taken again! You just seem to treat your customers with contempt!

    Final pulled the plug on @virginmedia years of having it it’s not worth the price, I don’t recommend virgin media to anyone there customer service is appalling they said and quote “**** off” when we asked to cancel it if you asked me there not worth your time

    @virginmedia @virginmedia 3 days and a 6 hour webchat later and the resolution is "we'll send you a replacement router to self install." Really poor service from these guys. I wasn't even asked at any stage what the issue was or what I'd done. #failvirginmedia

    @Gav003 @virginmedia It doesn't get any better when it's installed. You should cancel. There's very good reason every single review site has these cowboys at the bottom. Read their twitter feed and Facebook. Look at downdetector. Cancel it mate, not worth the stress in these difficult times.

    @virginmedia Wow so your engineer is now in my property telling me there’s no issue with the WiFi it’s my devices even though when I spoke to your customer service team they said a fault was showing, his words you should be using it wired ummm pretty sure that defeats the object of wireless!!
