    @SonosSupport I’ve only noticed it today, I’ve had the same set up for 3 years and then just stopped. Doesn’t seem to be an issue with any other devices. No extenders as I live in a tiny flat and my speakers are all less than 5m from the router - my router is a Virgin Media hub 3.0 - ta

    @virginmedia Ignore the other person. They have cancelled their contract and received confirmation of cancellation. This is now reconnection issue. Noone seems to be able to reconnect the service despite no pending installation. Noone seems to do anything other than passing to someone else.
