    @virginmedia Yep and no issue with the promotion running out - my issue is the way the email is laid out, basically suggesting the deal will carry on the same only to hide the actual cost (that changes a few days later) in the same print, which is incredibly misleading.

    @virginmedia Service is available in the area, completed the engineer form 2 times in last 8 weeks. Builders confirmed that engineers were already there. Everytime I contact sales I am asked to fill out the same engineering visit form. Asked if they can talk to a engineer. They said no.

    @MichaeljonF Good question... just having a bit of an iffy connection last few weeks. I have a full on Google WiFi Mesh network... tried to iron out a couple of dubious hacks in the system... plus I’ve upgraded the core hub to the Nest WiFi Router now. Starting to suspect it’s Virgin Media 😂

    @virginmedia Did that. First attempt told me an engineer had already been booked to investigate, and gave a link to manage the booking, which didn't work. Second attempt said that there is an issue and it needed reporting. Not very helpful, as usual.

    I am getting so annoyed with @virginmedia for the amount of outages/problems I have on a regular basis. It is constant and when I work from home it is not good and my employer is not happy as I am a key worker. When are you going to get your act together and stop it happening

    @virginmedia In fact I ran a test which promised "clever checks" and got the following- "Looks like there’s still an issue with your connection We’re looking into it. Check back here after 23 hours and if there’s still an issue we’ll help you book an engineer."
