    @virginmedia It’s been rubbish for ages, not just the past few days. The signal from the box is so weak in the house. The signal comes in and out and it’s not great when we are all using it. Working and schooling from home has highlighted how slow the connection is 😳

    @virginmedia Well it’s been six weeks now of it going down every day. I hate having to tweet you about it (and you probably do too)! We called today and were told it would be fixed this morning...then 4:30...and it’s still terrible.

    @virginmedia Hi Em, had the same email account for years and now for the past two weeks it’s been coming up with server errors. Not recognising the imap or smtp server address. I’ve lost a ton of emails.... have no one to call and the website is not very insightful.

    Just played my best match of DBD so far. Killer couldn't keep up with me. Soon as a teammate was hooked, I was swooping in to rescue them. All over the gens. Running to the gate and the internet went down. Outage in my area due to be fixed at 9:30pm. Thank you, Virgin Media.

    Spent, sorry wasted over 2 hours trying to sort my 80 year old mother in law's email. @virginmedia passed my call to 4 different teams, ending up back at the start. All of them completely failed to demonstrate any kind of customer service. Cancel your VirginMedia accounts now!

    @virginmedia I have experienced today the worst customer service I have ever had. YOUR sales team promised us a credit when joining and during a 90 min phone call I spoke with 6 advisors who all agreed we needed the credit but wouldn’t apply it. Should have stayed with sky.
