    @virginmedia Since this afternoon getting drops in the internet for 20 seconds or up to a minute. I have my own router, wireless mesh plus the hub 3 is in modem mode which means it’s usually very reliable. Any issues on the entire network or croydon area?

    @randomranger @virginmedia @virginmedia is anyone able to help? Internet cutting out constantly again today. The problem is not fixed. Can’t get through to our customer service lines.

    @virginmedia Yes this was one of the first things we tried. Ended up having a repull after two engineer visits, but still not fixed the issue. How about trying a new hub?

    @virginmedia Two days? Seriously? Why are you always too busy to respond to and help your customers? You have multiple communication channels yet it’s all pointless as the only way you will do anything is on the phone and I can never get through.

    @virginmedia I was given a discount in March this year, what I didn’t know was that meant a new contract, that part was definitely not clear. Plus as I said my landline that you charge for has never worked. I will be making an Ofcom complaint

    @randomranger @virginmedia The last six months it’s been on off on off on off. A few multiple day outages but mostly shorting all over the place. I pay for 200. Often 3,4,5. Upload speed never more than 29 which makes video calls unviable. The customer service just doesn’t care.

    @virginmedia I guess this sums up the level of service. Simply can’t get in touch to discuss the contract we have. Website, telephone, Twitter, bots... no doubt I’ll get a call at the supermarket checkout or at dinner.

    @virginmedia Just to top off the worst customer service i've ever experienced I spent an hour waiting for someone to answer the phone and booked a technician to come out today between 12-4pm and they haven't showed up, no call to say way, now on the phone to you guys and have been on hold
