@virginmedia I made a complaint when this happened weeks ago, which resulted in me forking out for my own router. You didnt acknowledge my complaint and sent a letter saying I should call you back and I did and still have had no response! Apalling service! Will have to go to Ofcom.

@virginmedia I read earlier you had fixed the connection issues only to find it’s no better no internet no landline phone customer service not working it’s a complete joke when my contract is up I will be looking at other providers very disappointing @Virginmedia.
