@virginmedia hello, we are unhappy with our broadband. It’s bad as my husband and I are both WFH and my Teams calls are regularly interrupted. We have the highest broadband package available and pay over £100 a month so it’s clearly unacceptable. Please send an engineer ASAP!

@browntoby @virginmedia My wife works at a well known provider. The biggest discounts are available from ‘retentions’ i.e tell them you want to cancel and you can sometimes get over 1/3 off your bill.

@virginmedia Hi, the wifi disconnects several times throughout the day. An engineer changed our hub last year. We then spent £80 on wifi extenders/repeaters/boosters. We want to change the wifi channel to see if that works, but login details are incorrect on the hub.

@agowa338 @robertsdotpm That really does depend on the ISP - not every ISP uses point-to-point tunnels. In the UK, Virgin Media (a DOCSIS network) are purely DHCP in decent sized ranges.
