    @virginmedia Every time I’ve called it’s been over an hour before I’ve given up. I just lose the will to live. Do you have an actual customer service that works? When I got through previously, they haven’t provided solutions. It’s a real let down in an otherwise decent offering.

    @virginmedia My internet is the issue. I do not own a TV. I rang and was told Ofom would decide if we're entitled to any kind of compensation. We just want a reliable internet service from @virginmedia.

    @virginmedia I got through. They made it worse. Now nothing in my house works as wifi is down. They told me they updated some internal software. What?!? Please advise, as I’m in a worse state now than I was before the call.

    @virginmedia service just gets worse and worse. 3 days with no TV service whatsoever, and now no Internet either in SE7. It's simply not good enough anymore. Your service has been declining rapidly for over a year. Sort it out please.

I’m ALL for inclusion, but when you know a company is outsourcing to line their pockets and their staff can’t even string sentences together.. we have a problem. They spend 30 mins taking us through ‘security’ too and/or be placed on hold. AI could do better.

    @virginmedia We were not notified of reschedule, it was due to be fixed today. Have been told it won't be sorted until 23/02/23 - not happy and complaint submitted as no service at all, need WIFI for work, having to make expensive calls for updates on mobile, not happy

    @virginmedia a complaint. Day 39 without internet. A Thread. We agreed and entered a contract on the 2nd December for our broadband to be provided by the only fibre accessible to our property and received our self install router on the 6th.

I've tried switching the box off and on (3 times today) and still the problem persists! My planned recording list keeps disappearing too. Only started happening today
