@virginmedia Hi Em, had the same email account for years and now for the past two weeks it’s been coming up with server errors. Not recognising the imap or smtp server address. I’ve lost a ton of emails.... have no one to call and the website is not very insightful.

I have registered for email updates but they tell me nothing it’s the same generic message ‘our engineers are working to fix the problem’
