    @virginmedia first day as a new customer and hub 3 isn’t working and stream box isn’t turning on. Have followed guides on both counts and all cables are connected correctly. Hub is giving out a signal but light isn’t turning white. Stream box is totally dead. So frustrating!

    @virginmedia Why do you make it impossible to downgrade packages? Choosing "change package" only allowed was upgrade. Talk to customer service, they say they're only allowed to upgrade. Is the only possible to reduce package by cancelling?

    @virginmedia Yep, no issues in the area. Everything was working up until about an hour ago, and now the Internet has gone very sporadic and constantly disconnecting, as shown by the ping test.

    @neilpr85 @virginmedia Yes, this! Oh and now O2 have told me I might lose signal over 24hrs as they’re doing some works. So no mobile data for me either! I feel like I’ve jumped in a time machine and have gone back to 1990!! 😫
