@lemonfreshrob @virginmedia Tell me bout it. And now when you contact phone number it just goes dead. Even when it’s up I find their download speeds shocking. Only been with them 5 weeks and not accepting this level of service.

@virginmedia all broadband services not working in SW18. Having to connect and work via my iPhone using personal hotspot. What is status with your broadband service. You sit hang your phones up so cannot call you. Not great service

@lemonfreshrob @virginmedia Me too....been 5weeks and service is shocking. Not settling for it anymore . Just contacted BT and they are gonna install me WiFi with them in 2 weeks fibre as was with them before for 3 years and never ever had an issue with them

@ProfWoodward @virginmedia I can believe it. That’s outrageous - and clearly they don’t need the business. Which given the expense of their broadband + TV package seems about right. If it’s any consolation - it’s down a lot, and the speed we get is constantly being throttled, even before covid.

Hi @virginmedia. My street WhatsApp group shows that all of your customers on this road have no broadband service. A Google news search shows the problem is wider. Your status page is broken. Please give us some information.

How poor is @virginmedia customer service? Contract up, chatting online and on phone for weeks, still not sorted. 2 weeks ago said they couldn't cancel because system down and I still needed 30 days notice, passed from pillar to post then forgotten about. Absolutely useless.

@virginmedia have a green light on router. Reset/restarted etc. Ran service status test. There is a problem but just says monitor for 24hrs. 🤔
