    @neilpr85 @virginmedia Yes, this! Oh and now O2 have told me I might lose signal over 24hrs as they’re doing some works. So no mobile data for me either! I feel like I’ve jumped in a time machine and have gone back to 1990!! 😫

    Again my Virgin Media broadband has shat itself. Shows it’s connected to the net but with zero download zero upload yet service checks says no problems In your area. Can’t wait to leave fed up of this

    @virginmedia I have done this now 7 times since 28th Nov without any Virgin service. I just called for the 8th time as I am expecting a new hub today to now be told it’s not coming today . A long list of bad customer service. I am fed up . Don’t use Virgin media as for the customer your left

    @virginmedia No package has come today for my hub replacement. No text by who bringing it today as promised by VM . I am waiting still going in to the 10th day of no service from VM. Any update ?

    @virginmedia once again I have no Virgin media services at my home. I can’t even log in to my Virgin media app or access the Virgin media website by using my phone data. I have no way of checking the service status. TW15 area

    Anyone else watching Sky Sports News on Virgin Media channel 509 having problems? The picture is flickering/bouncing and the text at the bottom is really blurry. Every other channel, including the other Sky Sports channels, is absolutely fine. Anyone else getting this? @virginmedia

    @caz_fizz @MelJanie @virginmedia Virgin are terrible now. Since the Welsh and North East staff were laid off. The overseas workers are untrained and promise the earth but deliver nothing and cause hours of phone calls for issues that could and should be solved in 3 minutes.
