    I upgraded our wifi from 200mbps to 500mbps but as always the darn thing is even slower than before. The worst thing about is am paying even more now?? I complained so many times but @virginmedia only ignores it. Why are you deceiving the public @virginmedia? @BBCWatchdog

    @virginmedia upload speeds are constantly slow during the day. As low as 2Mbps at times, in the evening it’s back to 38Mbps. No reboots or usage changes in that time. Has been like this for at least over a week. Download speeds not as impacted.

    @virginmedia So everyday for the last 2 weeks the internet has been dropping badly, it was playing up last night so I went to bed, woke up to loads of problems mainly no wifi, after finding my password for the router I found out you you had disabled my 5ghz wifi, like what ******** fix up

    @virginmedia I have been doing both daily, as have the rest of the community. We are told it will be fixed by X date and time and it never is. Was told an engineer would be out and they never turned up nor let us know in advance. It is infuriating!!

    Not gonna lie Virgin Media is trash, goes down at 3am to 6am everyday, and on there website it says issues in your area, bruh it's the entire ******* country. For such a big company having this big of an issue really shows that BT is the better service.

    @virginmedia My wife has spent half of the day on hold to you. We have had our internet installation date moved repeatedly. Numerous staff have hung up on her! Dreadful customer service!! The rudeness of your staff have reduced my wife to tears! @lulualanis

    @DocSquiffy @virginmedia I signed up for the 1gb service 12 months ago. Still only getting speeds of 400mbps thats after adding 3 booster pods.
