    @virginmedia Ethernet is fine. It’s when I contact my tablets and phones that it continually drops out. Hub3, whilst having poor range, had a solid connection.

    .@virginmedia have given up trying to retain dissatisfied customers. Their staff can no longer fulfil their offer to waive the price increase for 6 months because "the system won't let me" #rogueAI Madness when customer retention is defeated by the programmers. Please fix this.

    @virginmedia I now have another broadband supplier. You make it too hard to cancel. A 30 minute phone call, just to be told to ring back in FIVE DAYS time because "the system is down".

    @virginmedia 1. I already have this app. 2. It didn’t work with hub 4 3. The problem is NOT Wi-Fi dead spots as the Wi-Fi will drop when I’m only a couple of feet away from the router.

    @virginmedia I’ve upgraded to sky cinema and sky sports but the catch-up isn’t working. Been told it takes 24 hours. If it’s not working by this time tomorrow I’ll be cancelling and looking into a better service provider

    @virginmedia Finally I was told after 8 hours on phone, cuz of an internal #virginmedia error i had to cancel my service and reapply. When I got transferred to the retentions team, they told me "you have to give 7 days notice". At that point I lost my mind. I lost a whole days of work.

    @virginmedia what a crap company this really is. This company treat their customers like something they walked in. From an average week i will notice them down for at least 5-10 times. They never compensate and do there work when they feel like not when customers not using
