    When you wake up and realise it’s not virgin media still at fault but your son who to ‘fix’ it has put a pointy thing in the factory reset of Virgin router deactivated modem mode causing total network chaos in the house

    @virginmedia I complained some weeks ago and have received a written response. I want to discuss it but have been holding on the phone now for half an hour. I have just moved house and the service has got worse. I cannot make video calls that is affecting my business

    @Lgb89 @virginmedia We had the same situation about a year ago and they replaced both our boxes with the new ones 😩 it’s just our whole WIFI that’s useless, never not had issues with them and there’s always a “technical fault” being fixed somewhere 🙃

    @virginmedia Tried texting this number twice but no reply. I have no been trying to cancel my broadband contract for a _month_ but no one from @virginmedia will speak to me.I even tried calling the # on the outstanding bill e-mail but it will only automate taking your money not let you leave

    @virginmedia I can try but I shouldn’t have to do all this chasing about … I just wanted to cancel , this has been going for ever since I renewed my contract and it’s been causing unnecessary stress and anxiety, never knowing if I will be able to connect to class or upload movies for work.

    @virginmedia disgusting service. Just closed my account after being overcharged from 2015. Due to their error I wasn’t notified of contract ending. Furious and hundreds of pounds out of pocket!

    @virginmedia Yes they have done updates on firmware etc , we already pay for the WiFi boosters as well and the service has never been as bad as it is now. I shouldn’t have to get two other people out during a pandemic to have an unsatisfactory service cancelled 😡

    @virginmedia Yeah says no issues but as I understand it the information isn't updated regularly so you have more chance of seeing it up-to-date. The phone line will just divert to a call center who use the same info from website
