    @SkyHelpTeam WORST company I have ever signed upto in my life. Made a bad decision to leave @virginmedia and it's time sky own up they messed up and dodge all of my calls and complaints and when asked for a final letter so I can complain to @Ofcom they refuse too.

    @virginmedia It was from broadband team the gentleman name was Robert. He was not listening to anything I had to say he was beginning to annoy me so I had to put the phone down before I said something I would regret

    @virginmedia Yes and my hardwired connection was terrible as well paying for 350mb was only receiving between 40 and 70 MB on download. The Wi-Fi I resolve with my £400 mesh system

    @virginmedia I telephone back in June to report an issue only to be fobbed off by one of your call representatives. Then I telephoned again in August because my issue had got worse to be promised a manager will call me back on several occasions no one did.

    @virginmedia The fee is to change my husbands name (which actually has wrong initials) to mine as I have always paid for it and dealt with it. You also want to close down account and start another with new direct debits!!

    @virginmedia It seems ok the last few times I have checked it, but the whole point of this is that several months have passed with poor service poor management and me getting not the service I am paying for. Only time you want to telephone is when you want more money

    @virginmedia I literally posted the results of the speed test. Does that look like “weak signal” to you? As for compensation, which bit of “I don’t want compensation” do you fail to understand? I just don’t want to pay for a service I cannot get, or an intermittent service.

    **** move from Virgin Media today. I made some changes to my package, removed the TV. Been a long time customer etc... They agreed to remove the TV. Said no extra charges. Closed the deal and the rest. Then contacted me and said "oh yeah £118 for early disconnection please"

    I’m paying for, and supposed to be getting, 1Gb download speeds. I’m getting 33mb tops at the moment – the uploads are quicker than that! @virginmedia I’ll be contacting you later with details, but it isn’t good service at the moment.

    @virginmedia I was told that the lines were closed for the team I need to speak to so I have to wait for them to call me. This is new. I’ve had boxes fixed/replaced before and I’ve never had to wait 5 days for someone to call me just to arrange this.

    @virginmedia Yeah. I have had experience of raising “formal complaint”. You just close it off. When I first joined, I terminated my BT service and paid a penalty. Your sales team lies about the reimbursement of that penalty. And simply closed the complaint after referring me back to

    @virginmedia There shouldn't be charges as per the legal terms in my contract with Virgin for Android phones under 24 months old. I am paying for a handset that doesn't work and now you're trying to charge me for fixing faulty goods when repairs are covered under my contract?!
