    So apparently @virginmedia has a massive issue and we and many others have been told it won’t be working to 29th November. They won’t update the app or their site to reflect this, their twitter team here are not be honest about what is clearly a big problem. #CustomerServiceFail

    @RetroSolesUK I’ve just got rinsed by @virginmedia told I needed extra equipment for 1gbps that was £35 activation fee then I get told by my mate he has a hub 3 and gets 1gbps we both have the same package me 24yrs with the £95 him new customer £69 these companies are taking ppl for granted

    I’ve heard @virginmedia customers are having trouble with the quality of their transmission. I’m a Sky customer so mine is so far so good but silver lining: at least you’ll get a refund if it persists. I’ll ask @EddieHearn for a refund if I don’t get a good fight. #SkyBoxOffice
