    Yay. @virginmedia has gone down. One kid needs online school, Husband needs online access to work, and I have a work zoom call... let’s hope it’s sorted pronto. I have zero tolerance for WiFi nonsense from a company that charges us a fortune!

    @virginmedia Yeah, I'm sure they thought long and hard about that one... Services continue to get worse, prices continue to go up under the guise of making them better but never actually do, only new customers get good deals and discount, loyalty not rewarded at all.

    @virginmedia can someone please get in touch with me. I moved home on 12th May, gave over months notice to you of the move and I’ve still no services or installation. Every time I call I’m on for over a hour and passed about. Service has been shocking.

    @rolphandfloyd @virginmedia We have had issues with Sky Fibre in Purley as well. Note that an exchange box was involved in a car crash on the 1st of June which might be contributing to the interruption of service. But my service went down on 31st May at around 11:15am. Cc @SkyHelpTeam
