    @virginmedia 42 days without TV so talking to cancellations as VM aren't even offering to try and fix the problem before 20th Nov. Leaving after nearly 10 years. Feels like a good win for VM, clock stops on compensation, penalised as under contract and you don't have to fix the problem 😒

    After 10 years with @virginmedia , & after weeks of terrible WiFi & customer service, I asked they equal BT’s deal. Operator could not do that and would not let me talk to manager, nor send a message for call back. I asked x3. Operator terminated call. Poor service!

    @virginmedia broadband service in Greenwich London is shocking, hasn't been working for 1 week now and when I've rang customer services multiple times, all they try to do is up-sell me on their other more expensive packages. Terror to think we pay for this service!!!!

    @virginmedia 3 weeks after you drill through my pipe & send cowboy plumbers out I still haven’t heard anything! I filled a complaint 2 weeks ago and no response. If you think I am paying my bill this month you can jog on. Absolute terrible customer service

    @virginmedia Hello, I gave a call, your systems show I’m in a Virgin area and you just need confirmation of the homeowner (which I am) I wasn’t offered the service of someone coming to check the block is connected or not. I was definitely told last year it wasn’t,would your systems show that?

    @virginmedia I cannot sign into my email account, therefore I cannot sign into my virgimedia account. Each time I call I am told the same, asked to do the same things which don't resolve the problem and promised call backs which did not occur. Shockingly bad customer service.

    @virginmedia Yes. We booked our install and gave a secondary preferred date too. Both of those were cancelled by VM almost instantly and given another, and now another. Waiting 3 weeks for our services. VM had also dug up our garden without permission. Raised a complaint. Still nothing!

    @virginmedia Hi,i called that number and it ran a diagnostic, then they said my hub isn't plugged in correctly-which is untrue.they asked me to switch off and on again after checking connections.This has not resolved the problem. I also do not think I managed to register the loss of service?

    @virginmedia Just tried Microsoft Edge and Firefox - both came back with ‘Oops’ - so I’ve shut the whole thing down just see if it reboots differently - will let you know as this must be resolved!

    @Cheqraise1 @virginmedia I had BT fttp prior to this and it was great. Only moved as BTs price went up and these were much cheaper. But my daughter no longer gets WiFi signal in her bedroom. I live in a 3 bed semi. Hardly difficult to cover the whole house.
