@virginmedia I guess this sums up the level of service. Simply can’t get in touch to discuss the contract we have. Website, telephone, Twitter, bots... no doubt I’ll get a call at the supermarket checkout or at dinner.

@virginmedia If it's before 10am then yes, more than happy to talk. Would prefer to get this resolved. We've had to raise a complaint to try and flag this up. I feel sorry for the customer service agent as it's not his fault. I do need to get this sorted.
