@lemonfreshrob @virginmedia Tell me bout it. And now when you contact phone number it just goes dead. Even when it’s up I find their download speeds shocking. Only been with them 5 weeks and not accepting this level of service.

@lemonfreshrob @virginmedia Me too....been 5weeks and service is shocking. Not settling for it anymore . Just contacted BT and they are gonna install me WiFi with them in 2 weeks fibre as was with them before for 3 years and never ever had an issue with them

@ProfWoodward @virginmedia I can believe it. That’s outrageous - and clearly they don’t need the business. Which given the expense of their broadband + TV package seems about right. If it’s any consolation - it’s down a lot, and the speed we get is constantly being throttled, even before covid.

@virginmedia I made a complaint when this happened weeks ago, which resulted in me forking out for my own router. You didnt acknowledge my complaint and sent a letter saying I should call you back and I did and still have had no response! Apalling service! Will have to go to Ofcom.

@derrickca @virginmedia I’ve just seen an advert for 100mps for £26 ! In 7 years and not one defaulted payment at 3x times that I’ve never had 100mps or close to it. I’m still waiting a year to have my landline sorted so I’d have a backup phone to reach mums carers. 😡

@derrickca @virginmedia Crazy Del crazy, It’s why I went with BT coz I couldn’t trust VM to provide a service in an emergency for her, shudda listened to my gut, they got their last payment of £96 a few days ago and Im out of contract so it’s being canx and il happily donate that money while I wait..
