    @virginmedia Yeah, I'm sure they thought long and hard about that one... Services continue to get worse, prices continue to go up under the guise of making them better but never actually do, only new customers get good deals and discount, loyalty not rewarded at all.

    @virginmedia Yes after a 5 hour outage during a key work time did me it came back up. But I’m more disappointed in the delay in customer service response time.

    @virginmedia terrible terrible service. Internet cuts out every day at least 10 times a day, keep telling us it’s “due to the amount of devices” yet that has never been a problem before. DO NOT GO WITH VIRGIN

    Yay. @virginmedia has gone down. One kid needs online school, Husband needs online access to work, and I have a work zoom call... let’s hope it’s sorted pronto. I have zero tolerance for WiFi nonsense from a company that charges us a fortune!

    @virginmedia Either wait 24 hours to wait for a problem to MAYBE fix it's self or wait 3 days for an engineer tell me exactly why I am paying £60 a month for this "service"? And even if I did wait I'll be back here again in 3 - 4 months. Let's see what your competition can offer me

    @virginmedia I opened the link which went to virgin media page, I just clicked on chat then after the bot an agent arrived and we resolved the issue of an outstanding bill that wasn't in my closed account yet I was still being harassed by capresolve

    @virginmedia I've had Internet issues for 3 months with several virgin media "senior" engineers and still no resolution. Constant packet loss and less than 1mb download speeds when I pay for 200mbps!

    @virginmedia Today I got a letter saying that my TV package will go up on 1st April by £6! I called the number provided, the handler say they’d have to call me back in 20 minutes as the computer was down. That was 4 hours ago!

    @virginmedia Yes!!! Constantly. Haven't had selected channels now for over 2 weeks and WiFi is abysmal! Seems to fall on deaf ears as the issue is never resolved ! Certainly won't be renewing my contract with yous if its not resolved anytime soon!

    @virginmedia Your advice to post on the forum didn't work, I submitted something this morning and as yet I've had no response. Its getting to the pont where im thinking it would be best if I cancel the contract, virginmedia are not holding up to their part of the contract.

    @virginmedia are truly terrible Wednesday we lose our internet Thursday Woman from Virgin comes over and says basically our cable was replaced by people and we now have a faulty cable So Friday guy comes round to fix it, He says he can't fix it so they were supposed to send 1/?
