    @libertyglobal Nice. But @virginmedia refuse to extend their existing network by 50 yards to allow me & my neighbours the option of super fast broadband. Instead we’re left struggling with speeds in single digits. And we don’t live in rural Scotland - we live less than 15 miles from C London.

    @virginmedia unsurprisingly internet is down again. Thought there was no plans to do anything yet with @O2. Also your service checker states no issue. That needs to be addressed urgently, misleading info.

    Hey @virginmedia, what's the process for ending my service with you? No point in remaining a customer since loyalty is a foreign word. And even after the few years, I'm still annoyed about you charging me for a free speed upgrade.
