    @virginmedia Why is the connection between the internet and tv constantly going having to reboot modem all the time. Sick of this issue as not once in a while happening for a month on & off, more everyday in the last two weeks. This is not the service I expect for how much I pay.

    @YodelOnline OK have sent DM with details of the *Three* shipments @virginmedia have now sent due to their faulty software or equipment none of which shipments have been provided with a two hour delivery window by the carrier @YodelOnline as promised. Truly awful customer service.

    @virginmedia Callback should have happened days ago. Now the person on 150 says that you failed to complete a process. They then tried to miss-sell me an upgrade to my package. Still not fixed but "should be" in a few hours! I doubt it. Abysmal deceptive service.

    @virginmedia I rebooted, called the number, it says there is a known issue in my area and engineers are working on it. Does this take 5 days to fix? I try the status online and it tells me everything is fine but it isn’t. Is there anyone looking at this. I’ve never had an issue last this long

    @virginmedia Have raised a complaint but this is being dealt with by someone only capable of copying and pasting a series of platitudes into a superficial and thoughtless email. No intelligence or attempt to understand and address the issues. Pathetic. Still not fixed.

    @BeckyEverson @virginmedia I have been with them for about 10 years now never really had an issue until lately, my internet was pretty crap but there hub is rubbish as a hub it wasn’t handling what I had connected. I now only use there hub as a modem, my internet has been brilliant always get the top speed

    @virginmedia Hey, yes it seems to be ok if we reboot it every day - just. But multiple devices can't use it at once. There's no known issues, it's just constant for weeks now.

    @BeckyEverson @SkyUK @virginmedia I’m a longstanding Virgin customer. Customer service isn’t great, annual fight to get a reasonable price is tiresome but I have fewer problems with my broadband than non Virgin colleagues. Best thing I did was buy a decent router and put hub3 in modem mode. Massively better wifi
