    @virginmedia 40 minutes it took for one of your operators to answer the telephone with no apology. I pay for a 200MB/s service and am currently receiving about 8MB/s and it’s been like this for weeks. I hope you’ll be adjusting my bill.

    If you have @virginmedia broadband and have been having issues the past 24-48 hours and have found their customer services less than helpful then it might be worth a complaint to @Ofcom I’ve just filled a form in. We are now paying for data due to lack of broadband service

    So apparently @virginmedia has a massive issue and we and many others have been told it won’t be working to 29th November. They won’t update the app or their site to reflect this, their twitter team here are not be honest about what is clearly a big problem. #CustomerServiceFail

    @virginmedia Interesting how quickly a response is given once placed on Twitter. Being told you will be called back and this does not happen only after chasing and then ridiculous question about compensation and stupid language such as deadlock.

    @virginmedia is an absolute joke. I was lied to about a contract length and an extra fee, but also have been neglected by four different members of staff, who were meant to “call back”. Furious isn’t the word. All of this for years of **** WiFi with them!

    @virginmedia I was told in January when I wanted to cancel my contract that in July I could cancel without a fee, which I found out is a lie. I have rang four times, each time told they’d ring back one by manager. Total neglect and lies, I cannot solve the problem as no one is helping.

    @virginmedia Day three update in the VM Internet Free house. Decided as I can’t look at anything online or stream any tv shows I’d check the car over. Oh dear I have a nail in a tyre. Called a National Tyre repair service - didn’t have to wait a week or even 4 days.
