    @virginmedia Hottest day of the year and VirginMedia rang me up and then put me through to someone else. Left me hanging twice so far. Thought service was cancelled but money still coming out of account. I'm just trying to get email address to write to. It isn't hard.

    @virginmedia @MoneyTelegraph For last 2 months in the SW16 area VIRGIN TV & BROADBAND services has an ‘outage problem.’ Despite several engineer call outs the issue has not been resolved so no access to internet. Virgin please sort out and provide compensation for lack of service

    @virginmedia what is up with your customer service line! After the automated bits get told that everyone’s busy so get music. no voice updates “we will be with you soon” or “you have x mins to wait”. Tried 3 times over 20 mins - my WiFi is rubbish and if not fixed I will leave

    @virginmedia I’ve had over 6 months of having poor WiFi where it cuts outs and has to be rebooted every other day (twice today already!). I want a technician to come out and sort ASAP as my family mobile bills are through the roof due to using data plan instead at home!

    @virginmedia your customer service is shocking! Been trying to fix my WiFi (no internet connection). You won’t send someone to help but rather send a letter on “how to fix it” Gone are the days of actual help instead I’m being spoken to like I’m stupid.

    @virginmedia Broadband is down. Box is showing solid green base light, solid green WiFi light and a flashing green internet light. Reboot, lower cycling, full disconnection and reconnection achieves nothing. TV service fine (sans network features).

    In a world that runs on the net if you are a @virginmedia customer you have to wait 4 days for an engineer to fix a modem, installed only in November 2018. IT’S NOT A JOKE!!! Thank you for letting me loose a day of work and 3 days worth of studying. #virginbroadband

    @virginmedia I have a fault logged, I can send emails with attachments, I can send emails without attachments and can receive emails without attachments. I am not receiving any emails that have attachments. If I use gmail, and therefore the same equipment, I have no problems. So do something.

    @virginmedia Something to do with the network and that the network engineer will do nothing on a Saturday as they are on call for broadband that's gone down completely and not intermittent. He was here literally 2 minutes and then left.
