    @virginmedia Getting a new/replacement Hub, existing one keeps turning off/resetting. Call lasted 50 mins, 6-7 mins was chatting to someone, until put on hold again. Gave up.... shocking service!!

    Finally get through to ooomph team @virginmedia explained everything he began looking into it then he hung up. Another hour on hold. Wtf is wrong with your systems! He’s not called back even though he’s got my details! No one give a ****. I had it for today 😩

    @virginmedia please help! Getting no where with your endless telephone systems! New ooomph customer no unlimited sim as promised which is badly needed because the 500 oomph speed promised is nonsense and doesn’t work at all in some of the house!

    @virginmedia Distortion/pixelated screen, ongoing for almost 1 yr. engineer came to ‘fix’ (not fixed), sent new TiVo box to fix (not fixed), on hold for hours on end to report then told basically nothing else they can do! Trying to watch football atm and it’s impossible.

    @SkyHelpTeam She needs @virginmedia to actually cancel her account as they added a package she didn’t agree to and now they won’t allow her to cancel or change. She’s not even signed or agreed to any new payments 😩
