  It would appear that despite 3 emails to @virginmedia regarding their lack of service, their rubbish broadband and the fact my TV hasn’t worked since November - they have instead chosen to engage debt collectors for a £141.54 (for ONE MONTH) bill. See you in court then I guess.

  @Starlink Exciting times. VIRGIN MEDIA BULLIES NEED KNOCKING DOWN MANY PEGS. MY PREVIOUS CONTRACT STARTED AT £36.. WITHIN 2 YEARS IT ROSE TO £92 FOR A BASIC INTERNET PACKAGE. CONTRACT ENDED I MOVED ASAP. NOT REALISING VIRGIN WERE STILL CHARGING ME, RACKING UP A DEBT. RUINED MY CREDIT SCORE WHEN I REFUSED TO PAY THEM. I OFFERED 50% AND THEY POINT BLANK REFUSED. THE WORST CUSTOMER LOYALTY I'VE EVER DEALT WITH.

I rang Virgin to try and end contract, explained my partner was dead and I couldn't afford the service any longer. They spent most of the call trying to get me to upgrade to more services.
