@virginmedia Not expecting a fault free service but an entire day with no Wifi when working from home is not acceptable in the slightest! The texts said some disruption not no service at all? Compensation is required!

@NickChis @virginmedia I just called their helpline and I was told service improvements are currently being done locally and "everything should be back to normal by 3pm" today. 😒

@virginmedia a text to say there may be disruption to services is not the same as no wifi or TV since 8am and not expected back on until 4pm?! Can’t speak to anyone on the phone either! Not acceptable especially when I am having to cancel important work meetings?! Furious!

@virginmedia thank you for sending out an engineer after the previous two couldn't fix our ongoing issue, but it would've been nice to have gotten a text or more than one call from an unknown number to confirm whether or not they are actually coming x

@virginmedia Everybody in your company said it should be brought forward then no one calls back and I have to ring to find out nothing is happening .. resolutions team have actually sent a response which is untrue and basically ignore me.. very very poor service @virginmedia

Hi @virginmedia. I've just spent 1.5 hours/3 calls on the phone with you to cancel my contract due to moving flats. Each time the line went mute after a long wait and eventually disconnected. Please fix your service! Thanks.

@virginmedia O I’m sorry that is not a good enough. A full public apology and acknowledgement that you failed on your customer services is required. It shows how bad it is as your asking me what the call was about. This whole thread tells you what was being discuss3 when promised a call.

@virginmedia 10 to 5 at night now. No WiFi all day. Through to someone in Customer Service eventually only to be told to keep resetting it and pressing the black button at the back. Now waiting an hour for someone to call me back. Absolutely helpless and hopeless. Will definitely be leaving.

@virginmedia Tried this john last text was received at 10:24 after all security checks were passed, this was the reply..... You’re now in a queue to speak to someone who can help. Our team is available every day 8am – 10pm. We aim to respond within 4 hours, over 6hours later no reply 🙄
