@virginmedia Thanks, I tried that route and it didn’t work - I’ve called via my mobile but with Covid staff restrictions naturally there’s a long delay. I can patiently wait but wanted to find through Twitter how many others were having the problem again.

Sadly, still no #virginbroadband and simply an infinite @virginmedia loop online of getting nowhere. As I use VOIP I have no landline phone signal and no internet other than my mobile so work is very difficult

@virginmedia If you could. The issue will be with the network not using the correct regional settings which means the iPhone will be looking at these settings and following what they are set to! My father also experiences the same being with Virgin on his iPhone too

Not by choice, purely because they have me over a barrel as they are the only ones who can supply superfast broadband to my house. All other aspects of their service are appalling. Getting through on the phone is a half day wasted
