@randomranger @virginmedia The last six months it’s been on off on off on off. A few multiple day outages but mostly shorting all over the place. I pay for 200. Often 3,4,5. Upload speed never more than 29 which makes video calls unviable. The customer service just doesn’t care.

@virginmedia feeling let down. Even though a price was agreed for services if I called back on Friday it was not honoured. The service assistant I spoke to on Friday could see my notes and told me I had been misled but there was nothing he could do. Please check the recordings!
