@foxinthebox2010 @virginmedia The £20, £15, £10 down to £5 smacked of desperation really! Just give me the bloody box. We’ve been with you long enough!!!!!

@virginmedia Thanks. No known issue in the area according to your site. I'm now able to sign it, but your website keeps freezing when I try to run a test.

@foxinthebox2010 @virginmedia You do have a point @foxinthebox2010 though because they were asking if customers would be willing to pay £20 one off fee, then £15, £10, £5...which implies they could afford to upgrade for free but just want to squeeze more money of out their customers. We’ve had awful service

@virginmedia I totally agree. Sadly it doesn’t seem that easy. I repeated at least 5 times ‘I’d just want to cancel my account’ to no avail.

@virginmedia This is not customer service. It's inertia selling. I have to call you, fill in forms etc for a problem you created. You have all of my details. I want you to contact me.

Just want to say after being a long standing @virginmobile and @virginmedia customer for many years I had it with their appalling customer service and excessive charges. Don’t use them people they don’t deserve our business

My internet has been down for hours. But there is no way to contact @virginmedia. They are had at customer service. If I don't get internet soon I will go mad like in the Shining and there will be no Edinburgh show for anyone

@foxinthebox2010 @virginmedia It was a customer insight survey sent to me by email. Gives you no chance to really voice your opinion as it’s just pushing the new box.

@virginmedia I did manage to get through to negotiate my contract now I have reached my first year. I went for an upgrade... now realised if I was a new customer I would get the same offer but £5 cheaper AND a free xbox/£150 odd bill credit. Going to cancel it now I think....

@virginmedia I cannot believe the audacity of your adverts. We live in Twickenham and have regretted every day since we switched from Sky. (Even though they were robbing us for 11 years loyalty). We would happily pay overpriced sky for absolutely substandard virgin service.

@virginmedia I'm already a customer. I was considering moving up north, until I found out that nearly all the areas I want to move to have no virgin broadband. So I am stuck where I am.

@virginmedia I have just talked with your support team and it was a failure. In my personal opinion your returning router service is a * fraud. No worries at all, forget the router.

@virginmedia Ok, so as promised here’s an update… the problem still exists!! Instagram works perfectly on 4G & any WiFi other than Virgin, but on Virgin WiFi it is slow & won’t load videos or carousel posts properly. As per the forum threads, this is an ongoing issue with Virgin WiFi only.

@virginmedia your app and customer service are absolutely dreadful. Been going round in circles with captcha for 20 minutes, the ‘forgot your password’ link doesn’t work, and nobody replies on the online chat!!! 🤬

@virginmedia @richardbranson It was initially a pay monthly sim only contract, it was converted to pay as go. Regardless of what it is, my number is my number. This is a broken promise from virgin mobile and I number which has sentimental value to it.
