    @harispurs82 @SkyHelpTeam @virginmedia Hence my point initially being Brandon owns a fraction of VM I don’t see them doing what Sky have done for for their customers. @skytv are far better for customer service.

    @virginmedia following a power outage in the epsom area my WiFi has been very very poor I have super fast M350 fibre Broadband package but unable to use the service. I have followed all the steps online resetting the router etc but nothing seems to work. SOMEONE PLEASE RESPOND!!!

    @virginmedia @BBCNews @MartinSLewis terrible terrible service. Student daughter has been on hold for nearly an hour trying to cancel a simple rolling monthly student Internet contract. “I’ll just get my colleague” and “why do you want to cancel” doesn’t cut it. Very very annoyed

    @virginmedia once again trying to contact virgin media is a no go a proper waste of time contract has run out trying to cancel they have put the money up to £60 a month for basically 2 freeview boxes I have cancelled my direct debit which is due on the 7 april what a scam😡

    @TomGeorgeBest @virginmedia I live in South London and this keeps happening to us too. Internet cuts out between 10-11am and then again between 3:30-5 every day. We pay for 50mbps and have internet speeds as slow as 0.9mbps. So frustrating.

    @virginmedia tried everything to get through keep getting cut off no email service i understand these are difficult times you have whacked my bill up im out of contract so ive cancelled my direct debit ill wait to hear from you VERY SOON

    @virginmedia FYI, received phishing email today claiming to be from Virgin Billing & with your logo. Said our service will be suspended from 02/04 due to invalid billing info & invited us to sign into our account by clicking on button in email to validate billing details.

    Once again @virginmedia broadband and TV is not working. It’s a ******* joke! Every month our broadband and TV goes out at least three times. When our broadband isn’t down it’s often as slow as dial up. We are moving to Sky!

    @BaddPreacher @GrumpyXMatelot @virginmedia To be fair to them, despite knowing about their atrocious customer service reputation, I signed up for 100mb last summer. Got a free upgrade to 200mb a couple of months ago. Speeds never below 110 / 210. It sounds like a cable fault somewhere, maybe?

    @GrumpyXMatelot @virginmedia It’s the speed unpredictability that’s largely the issue for me too. Drops in & out, speeds are inconsistent. I expect less at peak times but not 14mb.
