    @Papi85799379 @virginmedia Is awful isn’t it? Mine’s been on and off since early June. Many people have come out and ‘fixed’ it for it to be even worse. One guy said that he went out and fixed whatever the issue was, but he was in my house the whole time!

    @virginmedia On wired connection I’m getting the same results 431mb download and 30mb upload. I’ve tried to diagnose the issue via your website and it suggested again to send out a technician, so I’ve requested one to come again next Monday 11th.

    @JessOrchardd @virginmedia I think they know their equipment is faulty and will never work properly. This is my fourth broadband provider and I have never experienced this. It was the only broadband instantly available in my new house. I really should have waited.

    @virginmedia worst experience with a utility provider in the UK. Back in June I let them know I am moving address. The agent I spoke with told me I don’t need to book an appointment and I can just take my equipment with me and connect it in the new place. I was surprised by 1

    @virginmedia hi issue is a new customer gets a quicker connection with more kit for less per month that what i’m paying. im happy with my bill would like to at least have parity with speed as a new customer. would like to either increase speed at current cost or maintain and pay less.
