@virginmedia No fault in the area according to the link. Same as yesterday. There is an issue either with the line from the green box to the house or the hub or the configuartion of the hub not being able to receive any internet connection since it was first plugged in yesterday afternoon.

@virginmedia we know the code of practice. we have read it. the issue is that you outsourced your complaints to an external company, but then stopped using them, and now you dont have a proper complaints procedure in place. the advisor said that they are not capable of raising the complaint.

@virginmedia you record calls but are not able to access when you make a mistake?? You hang up 'by mistake' (3 times today). You get the bill wrong 'by mistake'. You don't make mistakes taking my money though #poorcustomerexperience #virginmedia
