@virginmedia Any news on when your fibre service will be running again in Richmond (TW10)? I switched to VM a month ago and already two full days of no internet. Crazy! Never had one blackout with Sky Broadband in two years. Regretting the switch!

@PippaCrerar @virginmedia If you're using a Virgin router I would buy another one as they're useless Main issue I found was they don't switch between 2.4GHz/5GHz very well If you want stronger signal then switch off 5GHz

@flyinggirlsarah @virginmedia That’s actually a really good idea Sarah, thanks. It’s like Catch 22. They say to call, the phone message refers you to the website, and the website tells you to call. The last time I had customer service as bad as this was @VirginAtlantic ! What’s the connection, I wonder?

@virginmedia That issue fixed itself. However, this evening we're getting the same problem. This has been going on for the past week on and off. I'm now told that the issue is estimated to be fixed by 2pm tomorrow - the service we've received from Virgin has been particularly poor of late
