I've just had to suffer the same 4 songs,1 a poor cover of 'Where my Rosemary goes', on a loop, in 2,45 mins of waiting for @virginmedia to pick up. Within 10 mins of engineer fixing fault, its playing up again. Its also the end of my contract so I want to deal with it.

Dreadful sales call from @virginmedia. I need broadband, Sky & BT sports. Best deal requires having a load of unwanted extras apparently. No attempt to qualify my needs just clearly underpaid & commission desperate sales staff relying on a very bad script. #badservice #badselling

Honestly hate virgin media ahhh, its down in my area and has been playing up for the past several days, and you call them and it just says sorry you experiancing problems, it should be fixed by 4:30pm.. Got a bad back so cant really do much and now i cant even watch films on tv..

@virginmedia Hi, it’s still the same problem. When im on wifi (virgin) it does not show videos /gifs etc here on Twitter. When I come off virgin wifi and use my Vodafone data it works fine.

@virginmedia what is going on with your internet? Have serious probs since Friday. Done a diagnos on Friday & there was DNS server issues, done speed test there, my laptop and phone, both 10ft away from the router. 500 mg line but.... Phone on 5g=50.83mbps Laptop on 3g=5.43mbps
