    @virginmedia Broadband in SM4 area has been down today since around midday and went down yesterday afternoon too. Actually saw a Virgin Media engineer on our road on a green box and he advised that it was all working again. Service status also currently advises no issue!!

    Less than two weeks on from having to wait a week to get my wifi back up & running, here we are again. No service (Battersea) and 4 days wait for an engineer @virginmedia I deserve to be compensated. This is ridiculous and unworkable. #virginmedia

    @virginmedia Yes I have it shows no issue. Yet when i call it says there is. Why can you never speak to anyone at Virgin? 90% of channels show W02 error message

    @virginmedia the service has dropped a few more times since this morning but is currently back on. it has now dropped over 5 times today, and it takes over 15 mins to be connected again

    @virginmedia hi I reported an issue on sunday & an engineer booked for today who has not shown up. I have hardly any programmes & rebooted box numerous times.I am now unable to get through on the phone as message is saying there is an issue but my service update says no issues

    .@virginmedia 9.30pm and our WiFi installation appointment for tomoz AM has been delayed another 4 weeks! this is third time. we’ve been waiting since July, 4 x professionals trying to work from home, awful customer service from chat bot - can we please have support and answers?!

    @virginmedia Yes. It's constant. Daily disconnecting. Even now it's gone off again! It's so frustrating.. I never knew a service could be this bad. If future customers are reading this and thinking about joining Virgin for broadband then I highly recommend they don't.

    Hey @virginmedia We are moving home and taking our current fiber package with us. Is it possible to keep the signal activate at the current address and on the new one for some short time e.g 1-2 weeks? Or does switching one address disables the other immediately? Thanks

    Is anyone else having trouble with their @virginmedia tivo box lagging and not responding to remote? We've turned it off-plug out, changed batteries, even got a new remote and its leggy as hell. Getting fed up with it now. Anyone else having this problem?
