@virginmedia what is up with your customer service line! After the automated bits get told that everyone’s busy so get music. no voice updates “we will be with you soon” or “you have x mins to wait”. Tried 3 times over 20 mins - my WiFi is rubbish and if not fixed I will leave

@virginmedia Hottest day of the year and VirginMedia rang me up and then put me through to someone else. Left me hanging twice so far. Thought service was cancelled but money still coming out of account. I'm just trying to get email address to write to. It isn't hard.

After some discussion, which involved several "can you repeat that" I got it down to £48 for 18 months. Result but took some careful listeing.
