    @virginmedia @Miss_SKM That is correct. What it does not cover is the persistent loss of service since August!!! #se7. Nor does it cover the absolute woeful customer services, and I use that phrase lightly, which @virginmedia is able to offer.

    @AnishModgil @virginmedia In my experience No. and when I asked for money back last time they told me there had to be a complete service loss for a certain number of days!!!! Maybe time to contact the #Ombudsman

    @virginmedia Brilliant get out clause @virginmedia. What you fail to realise is that when your so called service goes down for hours at a time, over the course of time amounts to so, so so much more than 48 hours!! Roll on switching of providers.

    @virginmedia internet down and no way of contacting virgin media. Shoking broadband after having just upgraded my speed my broadband has been worse than ever! I hope they going to give me some discount as ive been unable to use the service im paying for!

    @virginmedia The engineer tested the signal but didn't test the internet. Unfortunately, left the hub cable unplugged and cover with wiring exposed on the outside of my home. We have sorted this ourselves after 4-5 hours clearing up this mess.
