    I can say that @virginmedia is giving me a proper nightmare before Christmas! I’m going to have 3 days with no Internet, TV and Phone... and they just push the fix date/time forward... should be fixed at 9 am, now they pushed to 5 PM... always that way! #fail #virginmediadown

    @IfIKnewThen @Tell2k @ThreeUK The point is, is that it’s Virgin Media’s obligation to keep their fee-paying clients informed with truth and transparency. Anything less is an insult. Accidents happen, (as with the fibre optic ****-up) but lying, misleading and manipulating is utterly deplorable, #leavevirgin

    @virginmedia It’s basically a speed issue and the lack of signal in the rest of the house. We only have the lounge that has signal (where the router is). We are toying with the idea of a mesh system to solve the latter, but only if the first issue is solved

    @virginmedia I am currently in a webchat that is taking a very long time. I would like a phone call from the English manager who issued the refund as I am tired of arguing with people who don't understand what the problem is because English is their second language. I've had 18 months of it.

    @virginmedia. My parents live in their own home and you provide their landline service (I manage their account because of their age - 97 and 96). I’ve been away but discovered 2 days ago their phone is ‘number not recognised’. I cannot contact you neither can my sister.
