@virginmedia Just gone off again. Truly terrible reliability. I can’t spend so much time ringing you up, checking status, rebooting and replacing routers. Merton is going to be one of he first places in the UK for FTTP. It’s going to be great to have a reliable broadband.

Ummm @virginmedia a day to use 5gb free data to compensate for no service, when the most important thing for me is being able to make calls. I get these things happen but you should know or ask what is important to your customers

@virginmedia So you only pay compensation after 2 days, which means I have to pay for 2 days service which I have not had. Compensation should be paid from day 1. The money I pay you covers everyday so the service you provide should cover everyday, or maybe I should withhold 2 days payment.
