  @virginmedia Yep, no issues in the area. Everything was working up until about an hour ago, and now the Internet has gone very sporadic and constantly disconnecting, as shown by the ping test.

  @virginmedia @FeelitWorking I think the OP is airing his frustration at the fact that he has to ask for discount at the end of the contract.   It would appear that despite 3 emails to @virginmedia regarding their lack of service, their rubbish broadband and the fact my TV hasn’t worked since November - they have instead chosen to engage debt collectors for a £141.54 (for ONE MONTH) bill. See you in court then I guess.

  Called Virgin Media to complain about the TV box not working and to get it removed from my package. Somehow ended up singing another 18 month contract with the TV box included but at a reduced price. Not ideal but not horrendous.

  @virginmedia Pre install was yesterday with technician linking my house to virgin and ever since I've had no Internet from my current provider. spoke with pre install last night, and today, total of 4 handlers then cust. Service with no resolution and nobody wanting to deal with it now!

  @wrighty1707 @virginmedia the company is a complete joke, i was paying £56 a month for 1gig and the last 2 months were atrocious for connection the best they could do was send patronising emails saying it was my issue, so i switched to EE 1.6gig for £35 a month with unlimited mobile data to boot
