@virginmedia are unbelievable. Took a direct debit in error at end of January from my elderly father, promised to pay back in 5 days but didn’t. Then promised 7-10 days but again didn’t. Still no refund and now not even responding to formal complaint. Disgusting!

@virginmedia had a fault with my broadband for 3 weeks. Constant drop outs. Speed falls below 10mb. Go online and told to wait 24hrs. Call and get told there fixing it. Ni follow up calls. I upgraded to 1gb. This is the worse service have ever used. Might as well go back to fftp
