@virginmedia 42 days without TV so talking to cancellations as VM aren't even offering to try and fix the problem before 20th Nov. Leaving after nearly 10 years. Feels like a good win for VM, clock stops on compensation, penalised as under contract and you don't have to fix the problem 😒

@virginmedia 3 weeks after you drill through my pipe & send cowboy plumbers out I still haven’t heard anything! I filled a complaint 2 weeks ago and no response. If you think I am paying my bill this month you can jog on. Absolute terrible customer service

After 10 years with @virginmedia , & after weeks of terrible WiFi & customer service, I asked they equal BT’s deal. Operator could not do that and would not let me talk to manager, nor send a message for call back. I asked x3. Operator terminated call. Poor service!

Let the record state I waited on the phone two (2) hours to Virgin Media I tweeted them and they said they wouldn't be able to do anything as I wasn't the account holder THEY ANSWERED THE PHONE SAID THEY MIGHT BE ABLE TO HELP PUT ME ON HOLD 15 MINS AND HUNG UP ON ME

Hi @virginmedia I have just spent my entire break, for 1 hour talking to someone about my rubbish internet of 200mb that doesn't even reach 20 ft from my router and his answer was charging me more. What a joke for a customer who has been with you for 15 years. SORT IT OUT. 😡

@virginmedia Hi, it’s Broadband, the service in TS273LE seems to drop daily and at regular intervals. It’s not just my connection it’s neighbours. I know a few have recently left Virgin and reverted to Sky for a more stable service.

@virginmedia Doesn't mean they're justified though does it? Even if you expand coverage or if we move to a covered area in the future we won't be coming back because of this extortionate charge. Lost a customer for life.
