    @virginmedia Says no known issues, which is what is has said for 3 days. But if that was the case my WiFi, and other people’s in the area, would not be cutting out constantly would it!

    @virginmedia Hi ALG, thanks for the reply, it’s greatly appreciated😊 After a long call with Yodel we’ve found out there was a system error resulting in them having to return to the depot & they will attempt to deliver today. Nevertheless, the problem has been the lack of communication to us.

    @virginmedia I’m trying to solve a billing issue it’s been a month but It’s very difficult since your costumer service is terrible. I’ve paid all my bills but you are insisting that I didn’t. I’ve been at Bank I could confirm that I’ve paid. This is driving me crazy!

    @virginmedia The account holder is my husband. The account number is 104507406 area 26. I made a complaint 2 days ago, where I put all payments receipts numbers but I’ve not received a response until now.

    @virginmedia seems to be a problem with playback on iPad from virgin media box. Stored shows on the box were playable now not. Connects, plays 2 secs then stops noticed 3 days ago.

    I have just received the most atrocious customer service from @virginmedia ! WiFi was supposed to be here two days ago because it was signed for at the wrong address & I’ve just been told by a supervisor that there’s nothing they could do, thanked me for my time. Then hung up!😡

    @virginmedia No. It's an intermittent problem so is currently working. The message that goes out on the phone line ( when I call in to report when it ISN'T working) says Iit's a ''complex problem' . This is frustrating as your customer services ( appalling) said it would take until Sept 9 th

    @virginmedia There is one thing... the picture quality on Sky Sports, which we've just added to our bundle, is terrible. Worse than NowTV we were using before. A new box is being sent out anyway (ours is 3 years old) - is that likely to improve things?

I’m a keyworker and spent months trying to sort out WiFi that we got installed in October and has failed to reach 2 out of our 4 rooms in our tiny flat since. Customer service = speaking to a robot that does nothing other than want me to jump out the window

    @virginmedia No. I wasn’t given an option to do that. I felt I was rushed off the phone tbh. I will raise a complaint when (if) the manager calls back. I was advised call back will be a few hours.

    @virginmedia Which I have tried only to be cut off from phone calls n been told some would call me back within 48hrs, that was last Thursday had no call back tried several times to call customer support only to be cut off 2-3 times

    @virginmedia Wow. I wish I had thought of that. After running 6 diagnostic tests on your website which reported no issues. Along with your app that also reported no issues.
