    @virginmedia hi I reported an issue on sunday & an engineer booked for today who has not shown up. I have hardly any programmes & rebooted box numerous times.I am now unable to get through on the phone as message is saying there is an issue but my service update says no issues

    Less than two weeks on from having to wait a week to get my wifi back up & running, here we are again. No service (Battersea) and 4 days wait for an engineer @virginmedia I deserve to be compensated. This is ridiculous and unworkable. #virginmedia

    @virginmedia Broadband in SM4 area has been down today since around midday and went down yesterday afternoon too. Actually saw a Virgin Media engineer on our road on a green box and he advised that it was all working again. Service status also currently advises no issue!!

    @virginmedia Service status is all green, which is wrong because there is known maintenance work happening. My point is that planned work should happen over night to reduce impact.

    @virginmedia how many months are we supposed to accept an unreliable substandard service in KT2 and how much compensation will we get? Using a @ThreeUK 5G router as backup, it’s not 1GB but at least it is consistent!

    @virginmedia I wanted to go with you years ago but because your installation guys left such a poor state in the area of Canvey island they didn't approve works. So I had to wait months with no internet before I had to give up and go to the dreadful sky.

    @SkyUK look how @virginmedia treat 90 year olds with dementia!! Disgusting really and the lady on the phone was just as rude trying to ignore my concerns I tried to cancel it over 3 weeks ago. Cancelling DD tomorrow

    @virginmedia so on Dec 2nd I tried to cancel my 90 year old nans Virgin but as she has dementia she couldn’t remember her password so it was posted. So today I called back with the password and was told you will not honour the date we first called!!! £75.. @richardbranson
