.@virginmedia 9.30pm and our WiFi installation appointment for tomoz AM has been delayed another 4 weeks! this is third time. we’ve been waiting since July, 4 x professionals trying to work from home, awful customer service from chat bot - can we please have support and answers?!

@virginmedia It’s up and running now though I favour it a temporary fix as it’s a repetitive issue in Wandsworth and needs addressing. I pay a premium as opposed to going with a cheaper provider to avoid precisely this scenario. It’s far from a satisfactory service.

@virginmedia how many months are we supposed to accept an unreliable substandard service in KT2 and how much compensation will we get? Using a @ThreeUK 5G router as backup, it’s not 1GB but at least it is consistent!

@virginmedia Everytime I go on it, no issues in my area, I test my hub then it says. There is an intermittent issue, check back in 24 hours. Once I check back in 24 hours it gives the same message without the 24 hour time frame.
