I have my own router, wireless mesh plus the hub 3 is in modem mode which means it’s usually very reliable. Any issues on the entire network or croydon area?

A few multiple day outages but mostly shorting all over the place. I pay for 200. Often 3,4,5. Upload speed never more than 29 which makes video calls unviable. The customer service just doesn’t care.
