    @virginmedia Hi. I’m very well aware of the fault, the causes and the hard work your engineers are putting in to the fix the issue. All I and thousands of others want to know is a realistic timeframe to be reconnected. If we know it’s going to be days we can make alternative arrangements.

Accidents happen, (as with the fibre optic ****-up) but lying, misleading and manipulating is utterly deplorable, #leavevirgin

    @virginmedia Thanks John. Getting buffering too now on TV’s this am connected via hardwire back to the router. So feels like a virgin issue than WiFi. Ive order new / different WiFi stuff to eliminate that and rebooted the virgin router too

    @virginmedia My broadband never worked properly from installation. All my complaints were ignored by virgin media. I cancelled my direct debit because virgin customer service is non existant. I then got threatening emails about virgin using a debt recovery agency.
