  @virginmedia I have done this now 7 times since 28th Nov without any Virgin service. I just called for the 8th time as I am expecting a new hub today to now be told it’s not coming today . A long list of bad customer service. I am fed up . Don’t use Virgin media as for the customer your left

  It would appear that despite 3 emails to @virginmedia regarding their lack of service, their rubbish broadband and the fact my TV hasn’t worked since November - they have instead chosen to engage debt collectors for a £141.54 (for ONE MONTH) bill. See you in court then I guess.

  @QxPain_ @virginmedia You said router with ethernet under the pc, is the pc connected with eithernet or WiFi as if both this will cause a loop back if on the same network and hence why WiFi is not working. For best rest result connect the pc via ethernet & phone to WiFi
