I pay them 70 quid a month to be Spoken to like dirt by someone who has no knowledge of all the problems and can’t construct a sentence . The most appalling service I have ever experienced . The problems in sw5 have gone on for weeks @ofcom

    @RuthPetrie1 @virginmedia @Ofcom Thanks I don’t hold out much hope . Someone had informed me the issues are to do with them not upgrading the cabinets you see on the pavements outside. The older cabinets cannot Cope with high usage !!! @ofcom

    @virginmedia note...... it is not good customer service to disconnect the call simply because you are unable to answer some legitimate questions relating to your poor service. I made a move to you last month and have to say it is one of the worst decisions that I have made!

    @virginmedia My issue is that this happens all the time . It’s about the seventh fault in as many days . The tv and broadband both constantly go down , service is totally unreliable . So even if you ‘fix’ it, it will probably only work for a few hours @ofcom

    @MutliRaceMan @virginmedia My friend whose 82, had letter saying a new sim would be delivered. It never came, his phone was cut off a week later. After repeated calls, he told me they'd hung up on him. I rang, was told new sim would arrive..it did, and didn't work. Was told it would be 24 hours..still no .

    @virginmedia hi there is there an issue with internet in the OX11 area as we have a white flashing data light no ready light either it is a virgin media business one and is sorted through my landlord so can’t login to the virgin media account

    @virginmedia I don’t want to make formal complaint. I want to be able to talk to person about why things aren’t working on my TiVo package. I want someone to understand how frustrating it is to pay huge amounts of money while watching new users get all the deals. Loyalty means nothing to you

    @virginmedia When I’ve tried to ring there’s no reply because you’re short on operatives. I understand times are challenging and we’re prepared to make allowances, but there’s never a question of a rebate or a lower tariff unless we have a smaller package. All the deals are for new ppl
