@virginmedia Wow I’m shocked. Clearly a lot of people will have gadgets that can only support 2Ghz which was available as a separate SIDD on the hub 3. If you were not going to support it you owed customers forewarning of this fact.

@virginmedia Honest PZ, I've literally done all of this with the customer teams I spoke to yesterday and the day before. Restarting, hard reset, pin resets, turned it off for more than 15mins etc etc The problem still persists.

@virginmedia But I don't think I do have an engineer booked - as said I was put on hold when I asked to spk to a manager and then the call was ended. Zero customer service or help. Was first told it was a problem in the area and then told it must be my 'gadgets' that are at fault.

@virginmedia Customers aren't being notified in a clear and timely way at all. That's the whole point of the tweet... The complaint isn't that you're cutting the service. It's that you haven't told the account holders or considered the impact on vulnerable people who don't have family help.
