    @lemonfreshrob @virginmedia Me too....been 5weeks and service is shocking. Not settling for it anymore . Just contacted BT and they are gonna install me WiFi with them in 2 weeks fibre as was with them before for 3 years and never ever had an issue with them

    @ProfWoodward @virginmedia I can believe it. That’s outrageous - and clearly they don’t need the business. Which given the expense of their broadband + TV package seems about right. If it’s any consolation - it’s down a lot, and the speed we get is constantly being throttled, even before covid.

    Never had such bad service as I’ve received from @virginmedia ..Waited over 3 months for installation, been told excuses that have been proven to be lies and now they are saying it’s not their fault it’s another company that works for them but can’t put me in touch with them!

    @virginmedia If you take a look on the followup tweet you can see the 17 disconnects ive had in the past 24 hours. Ive had some last upwards of 12 hours in the past 3 months and even with numerous maintenence rubbish its still broken

    @virginmedia Your broadband service goes off at certain times especially at night and weekends. I was sent a new hub and ‘upgraded’ locking me in to a new contract still not good enough! Use my free phone data most of the time. I’m lodging a complaint
