    @virginmedia Hi! Our WiFi is constantly dropping out and not working even when the lights on the box look fine. And it can’t even reach around the whole house and it’s definitely not a big house! Is there any way you could sort it out as it has been a problem for a while. Thanks.

    @virginmedia enough is enough. Broadband in the Nunhead/ Peckham are has been useless for nigh on@a year. We were promised big improvements in Sept that never came. We now re-boot 2 to 3 times a day. Had enough of your suggestions that never work. Please arrange an engineer ASAP

    @virginmedia been on the phone for 30 minutes trying to get lack of internet sorted. Myself and neighbours on two year old virgin and all have issues but you cannot detect any. You cant access you technicians diary either so #unresolved. #frustrating @richardbranson

    @virginmedia The base light is a very light green, that’s on all the time. The Wi-fi light is green and keeps flashing. I’ve been running diagnostics checks for some months now, and it always says there’s a connection problem with the wi-fi.

    @virginmedia terrible customer service. I pay for one of the best package of broadband and I don’t have signal, called CS was said only on Monday a engineer ll come here hey I work from home and I will be losing 2.000£ for 3 days without service. Cancelling virgin services ASAP

    @virginmedia New contract signed start date on 14th December based on Wi-fi boosters arriving on that date. None have been sent, I’ve chased 3 times and are still waiting. Wi-fi is terrible, costing me data each month, it needs sorting. Can you do this for me?

    @virginmedia thank you, in response we are in the middle of a pandemic where people are suffering hardships we haven’t seen in our lifetime. it’s not as if you are running dry. the timing is just off and a letter of support to customers to temp freezing rates would have gone a long way.

    @virginmedia Unfortunately this tells me nothing new I already know other people are having problems with it, it doesn’t tell me how to fix it or to get through to talk to someone I get times are different and people are off but in the last 2 weeks I’ve been on hold for our 5 hours.

    @virginmedia This is what I’m telling you!! There is a fault in our village. Whole area is down and engineers are out visibly working on it, so you need to be aware that my house is also part of the fault. Please update your system. I went through all the test over the phone at 1pm

    @virginmedia I’ve also had the phone put down on me twice by what seemed like bored cs staff and when phoned back no answer. Virgin on the go is telling me I’ve maxed out devices and I only watch it on one device, I don’t understand why after so long of watching it it’s playing up now!
