@virginmedia It’s a solid white light with no other lights but my phone, iPad, alexa, or my missus phone won’t connect to the WiFi says no internet... and yes I checked via your website I signed in to check the service status

@virginmedia Yes I also hope it gets sorted soon. But every single time there’s a problem the fix estimate is midnight of same day. And then the next day it’s the same again! So no amount of council permits, 3rd party access etc is the cause, it’s just rubbish communication from you guys

@virginmedia I have spoke. To your CS team and I was passed to 3 different departments and basically told some admin nonsense about a call I made in October. Nothing as been resolved I don’t have TV service and I want have Broadband service soon as I will cancelling the that as well.

@virginmedia No reported issues in my area. Weirdly hive hub appears online but every other device, phones laptops etc are reporting "IP configuration" and nothing connecting. Your website keeps falling over on 4g too which doesn't help

@SonosSupport I’ve only noticed it today, I’ve had the same set up for 3 years and then just stopped. Doesn’t seem to be an issue with any other devices. No extenders as I live in a tiny flat and my speakers are all less than 5m from the router - my router is a Virgin Media hub 3.0 - ta

@virginmedia Away for 20 days. Tivo not working (M58 error) says it's not been used for 30 days. 2 days on hold, told twice someone would call us back in 10 mins. 3 days w/o Tivo. 8th time since Dec 2020 had tech, wifi and bill issues. Can we get out of your dire contract yet?
