    .@virginmedia amazing that when I want to talk to someone about moving house or changing my existing package, your team are more than willing to chat to me. When I get transferred to the team to disconnect my services and cancel my contract I get hung up on after 25 mins on hold.

    @virginmedia I am with you for 7 years. I am trialing EE in an effort to get rid of you. In Nov, broadband was appalling, 3 days no service, inconsistent all the other times. Drops during business calls. Customer service totally absent. Emailed CEO no response. Shame on you

    @virginmedia shocking service lately and we are not happy clients, with broadband being down. We were forced to upgrade and then the engineer didn’t even bother to show up. Waited over 4 hours on the phone. Finally had enough and will be disconnecting.

    Ordered broadband from @virginmedia on 02/11, earliest installation was 20/11 (tomorrow). 7.45pm tonight I receive text with no explanation rescheduling installation to February! Customer service line is closed. We need broadband for work, this is appalling service.

They say to call, the phone message refers you to the website, and the website tells you to call. The last time I had customer service as bad as this was @VirginAtlantic ! What’s the connection, I wonder?

    @virginmedia been on hold for 2 hrs 15 mins trying to book engineer to fix tv service & just been cut off😡😡. same prob that was allegedly fixed by engineer on 29 Sept (obviously wasn’t as still happening). Tried going online but no help!!

    @virginmedia upload 0.5 Mbps (Vs. a 30Mbps + promise) since 13/11. No fix in sight in spite of @virginmedia having acknowledged our pb, at a time where having a decent internet service in your home is a matter of life & death.

    @virginmedia your phone lines are telling people your call centre are closed! I have had an issue with our bill since we opened our account with you. I was apologised to on the 30th October and ASSURED the credit would be applied to November’s bill. Just been charged full amount!

    @virginmedia ports feel about room temperature, the hub itself is its usual slightly warm to the touch on top of it. Other than the wired cables, the internet & router appears to be working fine, as is the cable TV coming through the same wall socket. There's no visible damage to either port.

    @virginmedia broadband down. Awaiting a cable repull, which has been rescheduled 6 times now. Each time i call, i'm told to wait.. wait until when? Next christmas? An absolute joke. Customer service is abismal.

    @virginmedia is this a breach of your SLA? If this the best you can do then I will NEVER go with Virgin Media again. I have been a customer since 2005 and have tolerated a couple of days of outage here and there but 4 weeks is another thing. £50 on ave a month for 14 years.

    @virginmedia The problem is that this is consistent. To charge increasingly high fees for ‘super fast’ broadband when often there is no broadband at all contravenes trading standards regulations.
