    @virginmedia Why do you make it impossible to downgrade packages? Choosing "change package" only allowed was upgrade. Talk to customer service, they say they're only allowed to upgrade. Is the only possible to reduce package by cancelling?

    @virginmedia Never had we have such a terrible Internet service. Absolutely NEVER. "Can't find server.", for whatever page we want, day after day. Then it finds the server; next minute - puff! Gone! Absolutely abysmal.

    @virginmedia weekend only landline calls inclusive. Guess what? Christmas Day, a Sunday and the line’s dead. Self help in the app goes through everything, noise on line, nuisance calls etc but no option of dead line. Tried different handset. #bahhumbug

    @JamieGBarry @virginmedia Cancel. Call retentions a week later. Dont go via live chat. I was offered £2 a month more than I was offered in my account (£34) by Mohammed on live chat., after an arduous conversation. A nice chap from Scotland over the phone gave me it for £28 a month. Done in 2 minutes.

    @JamieGBarry @virginmedia Becoming common throughout... About a year ago Sky did exactly the same to me, Loyal Gold, Platinum, Diamond (All that S**t) member for over 35yrs.. Price increase from around £100 to £153 in about 3mths.. Plus reduced service.. It's all a load of Bulls**t greed.
