  @virginmedia weekend only landline calls inclusive. Guess what? Christmas Day, a Sunday and the line’s dead. Self help in the app goes through everything, noise on line, nuisance calls etc but no option of dead line. Tried different handset. #bahhumbug

  @virginmedia everytime I try to login to my account it takes me to an old O2 link that I no longer have and unable to get into my virgin media account! Its also given me access to someone else's account and that is a BIG data protection issue you have!!!!NOT HAPPY!!!!!
