@Barclays why do I keep getting Error Code: 30915? I’ve been trying to log into my account for a LONG while now!! Coz of not having access @virginmedia have been stealing DD from my account even though I no lover have a subscription with them! Pls fix this b4 more money is taken!

@virginmedia It obviously is an area issue as we have an area WhatsApp group and everyone’s internet is down: but I don’t have time to call as I have appointments all afternoon and knowi will be stuck in a queue for an hour minimum. Can you email to alert them to the issue???

@virginmedia I rebooted, called the number, it says there is a known issue in my area and engineers are working on it. Does this take 5 days to fix? I try the status online and it tells me everything is fine but it isn’t. Is there anyone looking at this. I’ve never had an issue last this long

@virginmedia Hopefully before his £59 bill for 50mb broadband, Medium TV package and weekend calls goes up to £63 in two weeks which is scandalously high for a service you don't even actively offer anymore. Shameful to take advantage of pensioners like this

@virginmedia Spoiler alert. Don't touch Virgin with a barge pole, always be wary of companies that don't allow DMs on social media, take months to resolve issues, cut you off unexpectedly and show no loyalty to customers who've been with them since they began in 2006. Shambles of a service!

@virginmedia i checked during the 2nd practice today - same problem as often - press the red button - when a multiscreen is then picked the sound switches from the commentary to the background noise - the yellow button is then supposed to toggle between commentary and background but doesn't.

@virginmedia finally free from a provider that provides no real customer service and won't accept mails on twitter, a service I've been loyal to since their first day trading back in 2006 and been treated like **** over the past 6 months, so I finally I get my disconnection......
