  @virginmedia Pre install was yesterday with technician linking my house to virgin and ever since I've had no Internet from my current provider. spoke with pre install last night, and today, total of 4 handlers then cust. Service with no resolution and nobody wanting to deal with it now!

  @virginmedia Callback should have happened days ago. Now the person on 150 says that you failed to complete a process. They then tried to miss-sell me an upgrade to my package. Still not fixed but "should be" in a few hours! I doubt it. Abysmal deceptive service.

  Sickening it's still hard for customers leave your service despite being fined by the UK government £28m I moved away from your service in March to a new provider. I have been charged over £300 for unused services. Refund refused. Never sign up to ripoff Virgin! @virginmedia

A week later an engineer came out, we had been unplugged by an engineer on that Saturday for a new connection. VM offered a pittance of compensation. Told them to stick it

  What compensation am I entitled to as every other day there is an outage in my area. I require constant connection to WiFi and this just isn't providing that service. It's too inconsistent and I'm looking to end my contract because of tgue @virginmedia
