    @virginmedia Yeah, I'm sure they thought long and hard about that one... Services continue to get worse, prices continue to go up under the guise of making them better but never actually do, only new customers get good deals and discount, loyalty not rewarded at all.

    Now on Day 25 of @O2 (now part of @virginmedia ) failing to unlock my old phone for my teenage son to use. Twitter help was no help, customer service line gave false promises and emails have been ignored. Can't use a phone I have paid them for. How do I get them to do anything?

    @virginmedia 1/2. And the appalling service from you continues. Quick run down: Order for Broadband: 23 March Install date: 18 April then cancelled New install date: 29 April didn’t happen Next new install date: 4 May no-one turned up
