    @virginmedia a conundrum. If I call your service centre to cancel my service I get routed to the website that doesn’t allow me to cancel or I get routed through to a team that don’t answer. Do I just cancel my direct debit? Then at least you’ll know I’m not longer your customer.

    @virginmedia My previous landline telephone number was meant to be ported over and this never got done. I’ve never been able to receive incoming calls on my landline. Internet is very intermittent. My experience with your customer service hasn’t been great. All along I’ve been paying in full.

    @virginmedia I’ve heard this since Tuesday. I’ve missed an England international, the Lord’s Test and all the Jubilee coverage yet all I hear is “sorry.” It doesn’t take a week to fix a fault. Try harder, fix my tv and then persuade me why I should stay.

    @Ghost_In_Exile @ItzabitRicky @virginmedia Geeze Louise, NTL? That's a name I haven't heard in a long time. It was Telewest in my area and United Artists before that. I dumped Virgin nearly 2 years ago and use a Smarty (3) Unlimited sim in an old 4g phone as hotspot. In trouble if 3 ever goes down as my mobile is also 3
