  It would appear that despite 3 emails to @virginmedia regarding their lack of service, their rubbish broadband and the fact my TV hasn’t worked since November - they have instead chosen to engage debt collectors for a £141.54 (for ONE MONTH) bill. See you in court then I guess.

  @gblondon1 @skytv They will but ring you when its too late stuff them I say, I've been with @virginmedia for years now and everytime my contract ends I just ring up and get a decent deal, not as good as a new customer which I have an issue with, but still a good deal!

  @gblondon1 @skytv @virginmedia I switched from Sky to Virgin, worst decision I ever made. All was fine until I renewed my contract, they overcharged me for services agreed and I even had it in black and white on a contract from them, multiple phone calls to India with no resolution. Buffers all the time too

  @gblondon1 @skytv @virginmedia Wish we had virgin in my area. Sky extortionate fees now, love sports, multi room and boys watch at uni so not really much choice. I believe their Sat contract runs out in a few years so will lose some of the service I currently get so will def leave then

  Today I have had telephone wars with E-on, Virgin Media, EE and UPS. I hate having to deal with call centres. They bring out the worst in me.
