If you’re considering getting broadband / tv in SW5 central London don’t bother with @virginmedia. The service drops out almost daily for many hours and the customer service is non existent @ofcom

@virginmedia Just now. The service is appalling. They have no up-to-date info on faults, they can’t explain why faults often happen in SW5 9, and point blank refused to put me through to someone who could explain the faults, and also refused my request for a call back from a Uk based manager

@LynseyAnneWhite @virginmedia @Ofcom When they cannot even run a consistent broadband and tv service in central London you know they’re an unreliable organisation . Plus you cannot get through to customer service . On hold for hours and when you do get through you get someone rude who cannot communicate

@virginmedia I changed my direct debit date to 30th of each month and you failed to tell me it wasn’t going to be effective until next months billing cycle. Now I have charges from my bank. Not a good experience, especially as a new customer. I want my bank charges refunding

Hey @virginmedia! 3 days no internet or TV, you cancelled 2 visits because of ‘local network problems’, even though you identified a local fault in my premises. Can’t book another visit until the network fault is cleared. Oh, and to book it I have to call you again! #Fail

I decided to leave @virginmedia after approximately 15 years. Constantly increasing prices mid contract, services always down, Internet constantly cutting out. The cherry on top, disconnecting me out of the blue before my disconnection date, mid morning whilst working from home.

@virginmedia Its been since we had a new Internet provider installed down our road our Internet drops in and out constantly at all times of the day the WiFi plays up and often cuts out in certain parts of the house. We have an engineer coming out Thursday to look at it but we have to pay. 😞

@virginmedia Yes, we connect wirelessly to laptops, I also have a wired connection via two plug in mains extenders, I also hard wire an Xbox into the hub, and all drop out at the same time - I check the Xbox to confirm the issue is internet coming into the property and not wireless drop out
