    @virginmedia in the 10 years I have been with virgin media, this is the first time my internet has gone down. Sometimes things do go wrong but it’s how you deal with it that matters. Well done to your engineers for restoring the service quickly!!

    @virginmedia Thanks. It’s only been down this morning. I’m advised it’ll be back by 4pm. So I lose one day of study/work and have no recompense because it isn’t 2 days. I can’t wait to leave Virgin Media but feel trapped. Not a good place to be.

    @virginmedia @jwsal Yeah, I’m in Brixton too and there are faults reported in our area. The estimated fix time keeps getting pushed further and further back, and new faults are being flagged. So it’s getting worse, rather than better. Been like this since last night. Very frustrating.

    @virginmedia Ok so there’s no problem with the wi fi connection on my phone. It’s just when I try to check the wi fi through the hub in those rooms. So the app is connected, it just can’t check the room for some reason. ??

    Au contraire! The #virginmedia customer retention/reputation management playbook clearly states that when VM fail to continue supplying a long-term customer, that customer shall be charged £240 for the pleasure of being cut off! You really couldn't make this up. 3/6

    @virginmedia I can't waste any more time with you lot. I've spoken to Customer Services, Pre-Installations, Virgin Mobile, Technical Support... no-one else is helping me or taking ownership of the situation. And you've just confirmed you're still not. Awful, awful service.
