    @leemallon @virginmedia Have you got a hub2 or hub3? We had the former and service was dreadful, did lots of reading 🤪 and found that we could request a hub3 and now the service is so much better

    @Leesasdream @virginmedia @BBCWatchdog It’s actually ridiculous how unethical they are. The amount of promises they’ve made with no delivery. Something as small as a manager reaching out. It’s actually ridiculous how piss poor their customer service is.

    @GraemeKelly1 @virginmedia I moved house and wanted to take my 500mb virgin package with me (£110 pm) they don’t service my new area so they charged me £240 to leave them even though it’s their fault! Disgusting!

    @virginmedia @nancycooper This is an absolute lie, we’ve been told on two occasions that a manager would reach out and we’ve had nothing. We haven’t had our virgin tv working for almost a month. Their service is an absolute joke, if you can get out then get another service provider. Virgin is unethical.

    @virginmedia are the complaints team able to reach out? Consistently given the run around by all your customer service reps, you guys are unethical and quite frankly don’t respect your customers enough to keep promises. Will be going to @Ofcom next.

    @virginmedia Right went through all that and guess what still no good it’s still saying the same intermittent signal check back in 24 hrs reboot your hub blah blah do you only send engineers to install your equipment?? Why is it so difficult to just book an appointment to get it checked??

    @virginmedia OMG! It certainly isn't good- I cannot explain in any more simple terms what the problem is! It's nothing to do with the credit!! I have been charged the wrong amount for my package AGAIN - 2 days after I was told everything was sorted!!!

    @virginmedia since you switched to o2 signal is dog **** everywhere calls regularly cut out and can’t even send a text message in my own house now , lucky I have WiFi or I’d have no internet at home either 80s dial up is faster
