@virginmedia Thankfully network issue Sorted overnight- however it was frustrating not being able to report it over phone, having gone through auto message and diagnostics it then said office closed and cut you off.

Hi @virginmedia Broadband been down in KT10 all day and update now says estimate 9.05 tomorrow morning earliest. Is there any more info on how accurate this is? If true I have to cancel only bit of paid work I’ve had for last 4 months so keen to know either way ASAP.

@virginmedia It was down for the whole of yesterday. Came back eventually in the evening but too late for my working day. Please can you tell us what the problem was. The service is really flaky and for the price you charge I would expect 99.9% reliability.

@virginmedia since the 23rd October we have had no tv service. I have called 4 time and got NOWHERE! The next available engineer to come is 26th November ! Absolute shocking ! I then asked to cancel my contract, but guess what the lady ended the call on me ! And I was polite !

@virginmedia Yesterday my wife’s email account had a problem and she was locked out. That was fixed but at the same time whatever was done caused me to be locked out, which I had to get fixed today. Whilst your colleague was very helpful and sorted it all out it was difficult to get through.

@virginmedia Yes. I've been trying to get a Technician out to check again, but every time I log the outage it into your system I'm told to wait 24 hours and try again. So 24 hours later I try again and I'm told to try again in 24 hours. And so on and so forth...
