    @virginmedia Any news on when your fibre service will be running again in Richmond (TW10)? I switched to VM a month ago and already two full days of no internet. Crazy! Never had one blackout with Sky Broadband in two years. Regretting the switch!

    @virginmedia That issue fixed itself. However, this evening we're getting the same problem. This has been going on for the past week on and off. I'm now told that the issue is estimated to be fixed by 2pm tomorrow - the service we've received from Virgin has been particularly poor of late

    @virginmedia I have better things to do with my time than phoning @virginmedia The system should pick up on this. Virgin’s system is quick to chase me regarding the return of a bloody hub. Absolutely atrocious service.

    @PippaCrerar @virginmedia If you're using a Virgin router I would buy another one as they're useless Main issue I found was they don't switch between 2.4GHz/5GHz very well If you want stronger signal then switch off 5GHz

    @virginmedia Thanks for your honest reply it's different when lines are busy and you are on hold and different when someone purposely keeps transfering you disconnecting just because you want to leave. My experience never want to come back to VM even if I have to pay more thanks

    @lealoupilky @virginmedia @NOW Their actual internet connection was god awful here too. Genuinely could give a damn when we tried to find out what the score was. In a smart house, it was utterly useless. Never had issues since. Imagine older folk who just get fobbed off with no-one to fight their corner 🤷

    @virginmedia Sorry, may have not made myself clear, @virginmedia are supplying wifi (which is unfortunately poor) & an subscription cost was agreed via email, this email has been somehow misplaced on your system along with the agreement of free extenders and a new hub, now being charged more

    @lealoupilky @virginmedia Mate, nearly 6yrs of being free of Virgin, 5g mobile internet makes them redundant. Only service on the estate but was never going to use them after my experience. 5g tinterweb, less than £20 a month, 300Mbps download speeds. No brainer.

    @virginmedia Also, I am aware that the "live chat" is not an immediate response team but how long does it take to reply to a message? I had to guess what "you will be considered to us?" meant and even gave up waiting and just went back to my original request. The customer service is shocking.
