    @virginmedia Yes after a 5 hour outage during a key work time did me it came back up. But I’m more disappointed in the delay in customer service response time.

    Yay. @virginmedia has gone down. One kid needs online school, Husband needs online access to work, and I have a work zoom call... let’s hope it’s sorted pronto. I have zero tolerance for WiFi nonsense from a company that charges us a fortune!

    @virginmedia Yeah, I'm sure they thought long and hard about that one... Services continue to get worse, prices continue to go up under the guise of making them better but never actually do, only new customers get good deals and discount, loyalty not rewarded at all.

    @virginhelp @Virgin @virginmedia I’ve been online using my EE data as your phone lines are so busy you are not answering. Online went through the checks to be told there is a problem with your broadband [I know this your engineers caused the problems and then left!] your online offered me Wednesday to fix this!

    @virginmedia That’s who I’m waiting on for WhatsApp. Was transferred to your Customer Relations team due to the incorrect billing issue and I’ve been waiting since Friday to speak to someone. How long will it take as I’ll be cancelling my direct debit so this money does not come out
