    @virginmedia your service is a joke. Just taken me 32 minutes to change my bank details on the phone. Call centre staff should be able to speak the same language as your customers to a standard high enough to be able to do the job. Such a waste of time 😩😩😩

    @virginmedia seems to be a problem with playback on iPad from virgin media box. Stored shows on the box were playable now not. Connects, plays 2 secs then stops noticed 3 days ago.

    I have just received the most atrocious customer service from @virginmedia ! WiFi was supposed to be here two days ago because it was signed for at the wrong address & I’ve just been told by a supervisor that there’s nothing they could do, thanked me for my time. Then hung up!😡

    The @virginmedia customer service can’t understand one simple request and problem, passing my housemate between pillar and post for hours on the phone and making broken promises. Seriously useless. Oh and the internet speed has been crap and not as advertised for months - avoid

    @virginmedia Hi ALG, thanks for the reply, it’s greatly appreciated😊 After a long call with Yodel we’ve found out there was a system error resulting in them having to return to the depot & they will attempt to deliver today. Nevertheless, the problem has been the lack of communication to us.

    @virginmedia Can someone answer the phone. Last week when I got rid of sky and got virgin installed you had someone on the phone to me in record time the last two days I’ve had issues no one available. I’m within my 14 days so I’m gonna cancel if u don’t respond properly

    So I find out now if they can't migrate ur service ur responsible for paying for the remaining balance of the contract. 😳 So basically the option with @virginmedia is to pay £13/mth MORE or a huge cancellation fee if VM don't supply the area you move to (months down the line)

    @storywhispers Hmmmm, interesting that you mention this. We’ve just swapped from Sky to VirginMedia and the kids keep complaining about having no WiFi and losing connection. We wanted faster broadband for home working. I assumed the issues were possibly due to the weather, but now I’m not sure
