    @Barclays Why do I keep getting Error Code: 30915?? I’ve been trying to log into my acct for a LONG time now! Bcoz of not having access to my acct @virginmedia have been stealing DD even though I no longer have contract/subscription with them. Pls fix this b4 more money is taken!

    @virginmedia I rebooted, called the number, it says there is a known issue in my area and engineers are working on it. Does this take 5 days to fix? I try the status online and it tells me everything is fine but it isn’t. Is there anyone looking at this. I’ve never had an issue last this long

    @virginmedia really let down by Virgin media. I'm on M200 and am getting 50M at the mo. As low as 0.18M around 7pm and 10M around 8pm. Your customer service chat hasn't responded in 3hrs. I've reset router and changed channels. It's been patchy all week What am I paying for?

    @virginmedia I want to make a complaint over billing and how much time I've wasted with various call centre staff who haven't helped or cut me off. I'm not going through another hour on your standard line 150 - the foreign call centre can't help as they work to a script. I want a UK number.

    @virginmedia I've managed to brute force a way to see my actual service status (your system does not like long names). It says there are no errors in the area. This is an error that has been ongoing since the 6th! It does not take 5 days to update a service status. 1/2

    @virginmedia They didn’t advise anything. they dont want to listen, don’t understand what’s being said, and they don’t seem to want to help. I want to speak to someone that is UK based that speaks English as their first language and that might understand what I am saying.

    @virginmedia I’ve told you multiple times, the issues start in the evening. i pinhole reset as advised and it didn’t work. the internet upload speed is unusable every single evening and has been like this for over a week.
