    @MurlocPhil @mainlymono @virginmedia I can cope with the outage (VM mega-fast WiFi still fine so laptop hooked up to TV), it’s the inability to get any sort of response or information from @virginmedia that bugs me. Just an update via tweet, or even just a voice mail message when you ring them, would suffice.

    I swear my virgin media is cursed. Ever since they rang me up and convinced me to change my package to include sky sports it’s been broken every time I’ve wanted to watch a game. 😩 just hung up after waiting on the helpline for over 30 minutes with no response

    @ianbriggs @virginmedia This is why I left them for Sky years ago. They are poor. Been with Sky for 12 years, and they have always been good customer service wise, and rectifying faults quick.

    @virginmedia I had to get my password reset by support. Looks like I can login using the Virgin TV Go app on all devices. However, it looks like access to the MyVirginMedia app is only showing the error on my iPhone

    @virginmedia I don’t use a wired connection. Are you actually doing anything to look into this or just sending links to your website which tell me nothing? It just says ‘we’re looking into your issue’ - but I raised it on 8th April and it was escalated on the 14th and haven’t heard a word…

    @virginmedia Hi, had broadband go off for about 20 mins at weekend, it's now off and not come back up. Checker says no issues in my area and I've rebooted the hub, no joy.

    @virginmedia 20+ and I have no issue with the service on my Nighthawk router. But try this on Hub 3 and it falls over itself constantly!

    @virginmedia It says there’s an intermittent problem in my area but it’s said that before done the usual things like reboot check cables ect and it says do you need more help I click yes then it says to check back in 24 hours but where do you go to then?in 24 hours

    @virginmedia About 2 weeks. And no, it's totally unpredictable. It's happened in the past too a year or two ago. I've had a new TiVo box since then, and I think, anyway, it was found to be a national network, not local, issue.
