@virginmedia 40 minutes it took for one of your operators to answer the telephone with no apology. I pay for a 200MB/s service and am currently receiving about 8MB/s and it’s been like this for weeks. I hope you’ll be adjusting my bill.

@virginmedia I’ve rebooted 5 times, I’ve done the on site and in phone diagnostics. The on site one found no issues. Nothing has worked and the only solution I’ve been given is to reset the router or wait for area issues to be fixed which has been no use

@virginmedia Hi, they got the TV/internet back but not the landline, I replied to text message if all was ok no - spoke to a locl manager, said someone would turn up on 24/3, they eventually turned up on 25or 26. Say people who pulled cable cut phone - I think not as already down ...
