    @virginmedia I called yesterday about this xmas chaos plus the bill I just received and the lady didn't know what I was talking about. I said I was considering leaving VM and she promised her manager would call within 2 hours. Never happened.

    @virginmedia I was put through to a very helpful staff member, James Evans from teesside. Very helpful. Called me back and was very informative. However for it to take a good few months for a staff member to actually care about the customer is shocking

    @virginmedia It's due to you very nearly doubling our charges at the end of a fixed period. DOUBLE! So yes, we'll be going to a new provider and soon, if you'll just let us cancel the dratted contract!
