@virginmedia Service is available in the area, completed the engineer form 2 times in last 8 weeks. Builders confirmed that engineers were already there. Everytime I contact sales I am asked to fill out the same engineering visit form. Asked if they can talk to a engineer. They said no.

We’ve had intermittent service for MONTHS now, which cost me hundreds of £££ in income (the £8/day compensation are laughable, and you don’t even get those if they manage to provide service for 5 min the 48 hour period)
