    @virginmedia An engineer will be sent on Saturday. Second one in a week. Trying to use the chat function to load get a complaint and it disconnects. The agents do not seem keen on taking a complaint. I have been happish with tservice for few years now but it has deteriorated in last 6 weeks

    @adelarks @virginmedia Best way to cancel is send a letter to their complaints dept, Sunderland,send it recorded delivery, and then cancel direct debit in 30 days time. You have done your legal duty to cancel. They then have no leg to stand on. Meantime arrange to switch providers. Hope that helps.

    @virginmedia Your broadband service hasn’t managed to stay up continuously for a full 7 days yet in 2021. Minimum once per week, for anything from 5 mins to 4 hours, there is an outage. Any plans to fix this? It’s just that I’d really like to receive the service I pay for.

    @virginmedia what the hell is wrong with virgin media for the last week. Friday night just wanted to relax and watch a movie with family and it’s gone down. I want a refund for all the outages I’ve had genuinely sick of it. GIG1=completely useless

    @virginmedia why can't I sign into TvGo its telling me I've reach my maximum devices again. I can use 5 devices but I only have 1 device. Making it impossible to sign in with devices I don't have. This is the 7th time this has happened.
