  @UtilitaEnergy I'm abroad and unable to access my account via app or webpage, my family at home are unable to access it 1) He has visual impairment issues so is unable to read the meter, 2) @virginmedia is down so I do not know how much credit I have till I get home on Monday.

  Virgin Media now have an ETA of 11:05am today to get these issues fixed. The Service Status tool now appears to be working for the vast majority of people.

  @virginmedia No TV signal for my dad's area since early yesterday, WiFi that cuts out multiple times a day in my home. Thank goodness your billing department isn't down though! Absolutely no issues taking over 100 quid from my dad's bank this morning for a service he isn't getting.
