    @virginmedia No fault in the area according to the link. Same as yesterday. There is an issue either with the line from the green box to the house or the hub or the configuartion of the hub not being able to receive any internet connection since it was first plugged in yesterday afternoon.

    @AyoCaesar Problem is that Sky have no control over it, because its actually owned by Openreach. They own the lines for all providers, apart from obviously Virgin Media.

    I will now make a point of tweeting every time my @virginmedia broadband service is down so we can keep a live record of how often this happens. It will be a wild ride! (Down for the last 20 minutes, website also down for maintenance apparently).

    @virginmedia No, it was never resolved and despite the fact we explained it over 5 long calls it was essentially swept under the rug and followed up by a letter informing us off inflation price charges. We're on a rolling contract now and are considering our options.

    @virginmedia More about Fees I should charge you. Booked service with your Call Centre who committed to supply, sent out tech. That would not connect. Waited for engineer to call who said that Virgin was not installed in area. Surely you should know at first call. You entered a contract.
