    @virginmedia It was down for the whole of yesterday. Came back eventually in the evening but too late for my working day. Please can you tell us what the problem was. The service is really flaky and for the price you charge I would expect 99.9% reliability.

    @virginmedia Thankfully network issue Sorted overnight- however it was frustrating not being able to report it over phone, having gone through auto message and diagnostics it then said office closed and cut you off.

    @virginmedia @virginmedia your company is a disgrace! I have been a customer of yours for a decade and broadband is crap (pay for 200 rarely get 100). TV is expensive for what we get. So fact that you won't compensate for loss of a service is ridiculous. An apology doesn't really cut it.
