    @virginmedia Also, yesterday you told us that there had been service issues in our postcode since beginning of April. You forgot to mention this when selling a contract to us with allegedly faster speeds, which apparently can't exist.

    Just left @bt_uk and switched to @virginmedia Best move ever! 50% cheaper and broadband is 60x quicker! Standard and quality of service by @bt_uk was awful, not fit for purpose!

    @virginmedia My partner did. Two hours later after the auto response still nothing. Evidently different sections of your company do not talk to each other, your system is broken, and for the amount we spend on broadband it's frankly unacceptable.

    Hi @virginmedia. You were meant to phone us at 8am today. Just like your service guy was supposed to turn up 12-4 yesterday, but instead turned up at 7, hadn't been told what the issue was, got aggressive & drove off. You are appalling.

    @robertgilbert86 @virginmedia Hm, ok. Today has been a nightmare. Bf listening to hold music for an hour, lied to about when a technician was coming, then he was aggressive and both he & customer services then seemed to be gaslighting.

    @virginmedia I didn’t, but it should be on your system who you sent. I called to say the problem hasn’t been resolved and was told I would need to pay £25 for another engineer. Can you organise another senior engineer to sort the issue or I will probably just downgrade to M500.

    @virginmedia Apparently, the system wouldn’t let your colleague send out a technician because it wasn’t flagging a fault even though your 2nd line team said there was an issue. Therefore, I had to pay a fee even though a technician was already sent out to me.

    @virginmedia I've contacted them via online chat, they are aware of the issue and apparently it should be resolved by 2.20pm tomorrow. You can also apply for credit via the online chat too, just need to ask for it when finally speaking to someone.THIS IS WHAT NEIGHBOUR WAS TOLD LAST NIGHT.

    @virginmedia Well I rang and asked you to activate my service. And that it would take 2 hours max. So I went to bed and woke up the next morning and the hub4 has been stuck on a bright white light all night, not even showing up in available networks

    @virginmedia we were due to have our Wi-fi installed on Tuesday 16th but an engineer needs to fix the cable. The virgin media app and customer services team have told us every day since that it will ‘definitely be fixed today’ but it still hasn’t happened!! Please can you help?

    @virginmedia @O2 I need help for my mom and dad they can't get Netflix working on their Tivo box the circle for loading just keeps spinning. We did call yesterday but they said they would put us thru to a tech department where they can get charged for their service? This is unacceptable!
