    @virginmedia TOTAL LIE. Spent majority of lockdown complaining about my intermittent service, dropping out during meetings etc. Eventually moved to a different provider and paid @virginmedia TWICE. Told to return equipment BEFORE a chq will be sent. No Chq received YET.

    @virginmedia can you help us out? Service has been BAD for the past month. 3 time calling call centres and NOBODY picks up. Engineer appointment booked but cancelled as ‘issue solved’. It keeps disconnecting devices throughout the day. We work from home. Help or go to BT?

    @virginmedia I managed to speak to the customer services after 20 odd minutes of holding the line. I have changed my plan but yet to receive an email confirmation though!

    1/2 Absolutely disgraceful service from @virginmedia - we’ve been trying to cancel your service since the middle of October and have been repeatedly cut off when being transferred to the cancellation team. In the end we had no choice but to cancel our DD.

    @virginmedia total service failure 47 on hold to be told can't get an engineer until Thursday then they cut me off - no phone back and the know I am in the medically vulnerable

    @virginmedia what time does your call centre open? Been without broadband all day through a fault now it’s showing as fixed but we are still without service. Have done all online tests. Please respond as this is unacceptable. Spending a fortune running 2 laptops from hotspots!

    @virginmedia hello. My internet is down with the flashing white light on the modem. Your online guide says to wait 5mins, as it means it is rebooting, but it has not changed for 24 hours. Who do I contact please?

    @virginmedia And how am I to do that with no service? It took 3 technicians to figure out my modem had to be “pin reset” and another to rename it properly. Thats 1 hr of my life gone. So glad @CommunityFibre has arrived near me.

    @virginmedia Current download speeds are at 5mpbs. My package is "M200 Fibre Broadband" Help a guy out, please! (Already check for service issues, there aren't any & run all the normal troubleshooting steps, eg restarting the router and my other gear.)

    @virginmedia not a GR8 start. Had Hub 4 installed and only getting 600MBPS with cable and only 20 MBPS by WiFi in some areas. Called and asked for VM adapters and phone was put down on me 😪
