@virginmedia It was down for the whole of yesterday. Came back eventually in the evening but too late for my working day. Please can you tell us what the problem was. The service is really flaky and for the price you charge I would expect 99.9% reliability.

@virginmedia Thankfully network issue Sorted overnight- however it was frustrating not being able to report it over phone, having gone through auto message and diagnostics it then said office closed and cut you off.

@virginmedia Yes tried the app it’s on one room the issue back bedroom. Have complained few times to no avail. Just asking for more money £8 a month for Wi-Fi pods or something… I don’t think so pay for 128mb and get 70-80mbs at the best of times.
