Do you have an actual customer service that works? When I got through previously, they haven’t provided solutions. It’s a real let down in an otherwise decent offering.

Been told it takes 24 hours. If it’s not working by this time tomorrow I’ll be cancelling and looking into a better service provider

Ian May (@Eyebee) reported from Hounslow, England@virginmedia 1. I already have this app. 2. It didn’t work with hub 4 3. The problem is NOT Wi-Fi dead spots as the Wi-Fi will drop when I’m only a couple of feet away from the router.
