    Sadly, still no #virginbroadband and simply an infinite @virginmedia loop online of getting nowhere. As I use VOIP I have no landline phone signal and no internet other than my mobile so work is very difficult

    @jackbremer @virginmedia Wow - nice 👍 Our Virgin speeds are up and down like a yo-yo and mostly pretty terrible. Might have to start a nocturnal working schedule to actually have a usable internet connection 😬

    @virginmedia Sorry, I didn’t expect a reply. I have managed to get an engineer to come to@tomorrow as although the signal came back briefly it disappeared again

    @virginmedia my broadband speed has dropped 90%, but you’re reporting no fault in the area of Richmond London. Can you escalate this please, seems the whole street is having the same issues.

    @virginmedia Thanks, I tried that route and it didn’t work - I’ve called via my mobile but with Covid staff restrictions naturally there’s a long delay. I can patiently wait but wanted to find through Twitter how many others were having the problem again.

    @virginmedia It’s the router that needs replacing. It no longer powers up. Apparently there is no way to ship a replacement until an engineer brings it to me in May. Please help - surely a new router can be dispatched before then? This seems ludicrous.

    And while I was online via BT (which is how I had accessed the @virginmedia chat where I was told that there was an intermittent and area fault affecting only ... er ... me) I was sent a signal from the hub via thehome WiFi (which is still working) which killed that connection.

    @virginmedia how ever after multiple calls and undue stress, I finally have an engineer booked who will be able to see the issue first hand and that it is the box it self at fault

    @virginmedia I am SO disappointed with your service!! You delayed my installation date from 23rd March to 2nd April, then sent someone over to just say you can’t actually do it today!?!? What on Earth have you been doing the last 2 weeks!?

    @virginmedia Of course. Your customer service is useless & u can’t resolve a thing. Last phone call I repeated the issue 3 times, slowly & clearly, & the staff couldn’t understand. I gave up & hung up. My contract should be null & void cos u can’t provide even the most basic customer service

    @virginmedia Well its not happened as expected for the 3rd time,its a issue from October and still not sorted now, have opened up 5 complaints on your site , each time with them its closed after 4 weeks with no contact

    @virginmedia The outcome is that no one can do anything until May. We’ve established the box needs replacing but apparently you can’t send me a replacement until an engineer comes with it. I’m a home worker and this is a major problem 🤯 I’m left to try and buy a second hand one on eBay!
