    @virginmedia Any news on when your fibre service will be running again in Richmond (TW10)? I switched to VM a month ago and already two full days of no internet. Crazy! Never had one blackout with Sky Broadband in two years. Regretting the switch!

They say to call, the phone message refers you to the website, and the website tells you to call. The last time I had customer service as bad as this was @VirginAtlantic ! What’s the connection, I wonder?

    @tzusj @virginmedia .@virginmedia are just the worst. Over the course of about four months we found they incentivise their call centre staff to full on lie to you. Awful business practice, puts their service staff in a real bind

    Ordered broadband from @virginmedia on 02/11, earliest installation was 20/11 (tomorrow). 7.45pm tonight I receive text with no explanation rescheduling installation to February! Customer service line is closed. We need broadband for work, this is appalling service.

    @virginmedia your phone lines are telling people your call centre are closed! I have had an issue with our bill since we opened our account with you. I was apologised to on the 30th October and ASSURED the credit would be applied to November’s bill. Just been charged full amount!

    @virginmedia shocking service lately and we are not happy clients, with broadband being down. We were forced to upgrade and then the engineer didn’t even bother to show up. Waited over 4 hours on the phone. Finally had enough and will be disconnecting.

    @virginmedia It says there is an issue but it doesn’t say what and I called virgin media nearly 2 hours ago and they said they would call back with a technician within the hour.

    @virginmedia Your website is down also so can’t get complaint through, your engineer has damaged my property, left nails hanging from the wall, and has left staples and debris down my hallway, I need to complain to someone who can understand what I’m saying!!

    Customer service from @virginmedia has been appalling since I joined but to be fair, I knew what I was getting into. However, upon cancelling, they have now sent another bill which is due on the 26th May even though the service will end on the 13th May?

    @virginmedia virgin media delete my Netflix. Im told its a known problem and i should pay up and lose a weeks use, even though charged. They hang up. Next agent says that info is a lie and that i deleted it. Then hang up. Now 26 hours on WhatsApp. DO NOT USE THESE CLOWNS. NO HELP
