    @virginmedia - over 48 hours now and no broadband or TV. Really unimpressed, mostly because I can only access an automated service for info. How hard is it to provide decent customer service and let me know what is going on - @SkyUK gets back to me before you do!

    Get home from work....2 out of 3 kids sick...oh well at least I can catch up with some work this evening on my laptop....oh no @virginmedia outage today means no broadband & no telly either 😱😡....would be good to get a report on when this issue will be fixed.....

    @virginmedia At some-point in Dec I try cancelling contract through online chat => computer says no, you must phone up. Ugh. I don't understand why, but fine... 29th Dec -my move out date- I phone up to cancel, 25 minutes later apparently it's done. (...to be continued)

    @virginmedia Netflix freezes, loses signal and then just hangs. Only way round it is to turn box off. This is a very common problem that VM seem to choose to ignore

    @virginmedia Your telephone service claimed it was a general outage in my postcode between 2am and 2pm. I was up at 5am to take a call. I couldn’t take that call bcos I didn’t have a working tv/phone/broadband connection. No warning. No explanation.

    @virginmedia enough is enough. Broadband in the Nunhead/ Peckham are has been useless for nigh on@a year. We were promised big improvements in Sept that never came. We now re-boot 2 to 3 times a day. Had enough of your suggestions that never work. Please arrange an engineer ASAP

    @virginmedia I grumble, why, why, why is it so hard for the online people to do anything. You are after all an online company. He feels my pain but all he can offer is for someone to call me back the next day. I never get the call.

    @virginmedia has to have the worst hold music for a service line on the planet. And, as a #VirginMedia customer you get to listen to it every couple of weeks. One of the pluses of being a Virgin customer!

    @virginmedia currently on the phone and I’ve been told 3 different stories from 3 members of staff 🤪 apparently the phone cut off before she had time to book the engineer but knew enough to give me a time and date but if the phone did cut out (it didn’t) why wouldn’t I get a call back? Lies!

    Problem solved (sort of) @virginmedia not only fixed my phone a few days ago, now it’s stopped receiving calls. Because within a few days my phone number is changed, no idea why and I’m too FO to care atm, don’t bother responding it won’t mean anything

    @domburch @virginmedia I’m with VM I never speak to them if they call I just hang up, records will show that I’ve called them every time I want to know something about my account, change plans etc. secretly I think someone in VM is selling contact details of its customers to scammer firms!

    @RupaHuq @virginmedia We have the same problem just outside your area. I pay over £60 a month for something that is either slow or non-existent. I would ask Mr. Sharma, but he doesn’t reply to emails, tweets or even a good old-fashioned letter.

    @virginmedia Already checked that. There’s a known fault which is absolutely no use to me wanting to watch the cricket is it. Every day the internet drops out for no reason or a weak signal. Give customers better routers
