    @virginmedia you have now postponed an installation scheduled for 4th November to Christmas Eve! Can’t see that happening. Maybe someone actually based in the UK might bother to contact me about this? Minded to cancel otherwise. Not acceptable service.

    @virginmedia Brilliant get out clause @virginmedia. What you fail to realise is that when your so called service goes down for hours at a time, over the course of time amounts to so, so so much more than 48 hours!! Roll on switching of providers.

    @virginmedia The previous issue has been resolved. Turns out my Hub.3.0 was faulty but I thank the team for sending a replacement so fast. A bit disappointing that it took several weeks for the issue to be spotted.

    @virginmedia over 2 hours on the phone to you or I should say listening to the same songs on repeat for two hrs, got cut off twice with no resolution, finally while waiting to be put through the handset which was fully charged gave up. Unbelievably terrible service. Help please

    @virginmedia @dixiedeano7 Wouldnt be so bad if there was a decent customers service, been trying for days now to cancel the sky cinema add on. Easy to get it but so so hard to cancel it. suppose its one way of keeping my bill high. phone and text waste of time
