    @virginmedia Well you did she has proof but trying to get help is ridiculous. No new contact had been sent or signed. She has spent 2 days trying to sort it out. 5 hours on the phone each day, being passed around and having the phone put down on her.. #illegal #nohelp #badcustomerservice

    @virginmedia Distortion/pixelated screen, ongoing for almost 1 yr. engineer came to ‘fix’ (not fixed), sent new TiVo box to fix (not fixed), on hold for hours on end to report then told basically nothing else they can do! Trying to watch football atm and it’s impossible.

    @virginmedia it's been 7 days, 4 phone calls of over an hour each trying to have broadband installed - and now you can't even efficiently help me to cancel my account. Service & communication is shockingly bad!

    @virginmedia Getting a new/replacement Hub, existing one keeps turning off/resetting. Call lasted 50 mins, 6-7 mins was chatting to someone, until put on hold again. Gave up.... shocking service!!

    I upgraded our wifi from 200mbps to 500mbps but as always the darn thing is even slower than before. The worst thing about is am paying even more now?? I complained so many times but @virginmedia only ignores it. Why are you deceiving the public @virginmedia? @BBCWatchdog

    @virginmedia Nope, never is. Its a faulty Hub. I know it Cx Srvs know it & have said about an engineer visit but to give it 24hrs for an issue you've detected 1st, this is what you tell me everytime

    @virginmedia Hello, I did end up speaking to someone. Although, they informed me that the fix will take place in a week or two. This is unacceptable, I have work to complete and I have to result to my mobile data to complete it, please fix this, immediately.

    @virginmedia You wouldn't, but I can assure you it is very bad customer service. I'm on hold now. I've been trying to contact Virgin Media for nearly three hours today (the delay only started when I refused the retention deal offer @Ofcom). I'll keep tweeting so you know how I'm getting on.

    @virginmedia Exactly. The remote control was the problem and I explained this to her but she still went and messed with the box which had only been installed this morning. Once she messed with the TiVo box she affected the internet. The 2nd customer services person I spoke to told me this

    @virginmedia Every single night? Good one. Additionally, any other company I've been with issues a simple "Please note, due to scheduled maintenance on X between Y and Z you may experience disruption to your service." in advance, so that their users are aware and can expect it.
