  A combination of @OpenreachHelp‘s incompetence by cutting through the internet cable outside my house and @virginmedia no showing for an engineering visit to fix it has me having to run my business through my phone hotspot until Friday. That’s if they show up, of course.

  @virginmedia The outage was a nightmare for me, important online tasks could not be completed. Had to spend ages online trying to find a solution to jobs that could not be done offline. Managed to finally speak to someone at Virginmedia and shown how to get update some progress. Finally, I have got back online again.

  @Simon_Whale @virginmedia Had to move away from them last year absolute joke of a company. Constantly lying about their speeds, work always seemed to be happening affecting the network and the yearly price rises were eye watering. Their customer service is also laughable to top it off

  @Simon_Whale @virginmedia Had a similar issue with EE/BT. Sent the faulty router back but they argued I never sent it back… continued to charge me for over 6 months. After complaining they opened an investigation, admitted they lost it and they did eventually send me a cheque for £400 😎
