@virginmedia Download speeds in SW18 are down to 5Mbps (on a 200Mb account) after works in the area earlier in the week. Called to report the issue only to be told by a message to wait 24hrs to see if the issue resolves itself. Can you please log the issue? Thanks.

@virginmedia really let down by Virgin media. I'm on M200 and am getting 50M at the mo. As low as 0.18M around 7pm and 10M around 8pm. Your customer service chat hasn't responded in 3hrs. I've reset router and changed channels. It's been patchy all week What am I paying for?

@redheadlass1402 @virginmedia We’ve got the business service but it’s no better. They don’t seem to have any proactive monitoring or fault prevention and pretty much don’t care. They have a 3 hour service level that passed 12 hours ago, totally useless bunch of money-grabbers

@virginmedia Many complaints have been raised and we have tried to leave the contract due to the complete lack of anything beneficial to actually fix our broadband. Of course I’m not having a a go at you but your customer service team is very bad. They don’t care about actually helping 👍🏾

@Ofcom @virginmedia dear ofcom , please help , I recently switched to Virgin media 100 Mbps broadband. But most of the time I get between 20 to 60 Mbps through WiFi. I have logged complaints couple of times but they just close it without any notification or resolution.

@virginmedia Terrible customer service. Explained multiple times that Virgin Hub and TiVo box both completely dead and not powering up. Was told that new hub would be sent to me on Tuesday and appt for TiVo on Thursday, but appt paused and now no record of Hub on the system.
