    @virginmedia I have done this now 7 times since 28th Nov without any Virgin service. I just called for the 8th time as I am expecting a new hub today to now be told it’s not coming today . A long list of bad customer service. I am fed up . Don’t use Virgin media as for the customer your left

    @virginmedia After the two hour chat, it was finally resolved. Wife have arranged an internet connection to our new flat before this(with Virgin btw), took 5 minutes. Lot of hoops to jump through to cancel, when I just wanted to get it over with. No offers, just cancel.

    @BigupJeff @virginmedia Yeah, unfortunately. We are okay with the service, that’s why we kept it in the new one, but the customer service is a joke. Had @Hyperoptic once, was absolutely brilliant. Too bad it’s rarely available.

    @Mike_Randazzo1 @virginmedia Oh, they did let me cancel, but I had to answer about 3 “last question”s before they proceeded 5 minute response time on chat, took me nearly two hours, after the 4 hours it took to connect an agent. We could get a contract with a credit check in 5 minutes.

    @virginmedia Pre install Refused to acknowledge any wrong, wouldn't get anyone to even attempt to look till 24th, cust. Service refused to engage as pre installs problem, so am left still with no Internet and no way to sort issues, plus having been spoke to rudely

    @virginmedia weekend only landline calls inclusive. Guess what? Christmas Day, a Sunday and the line’s dead. Self help in the app goes through everything, noise on line, nuisance calls etc but no option of dead line. Tried different handset. #bahhumbug

    @virginmedia Pre install was yesterday with technician linking my house to virgin and ever since I've had no Internet from my current provider. spoke with pre install last night, and today, total of 4 handlers then cust. Service with no resolution and nobody wanting to deal with it now!

    @virginmedia I’m trying to cancel an engineer appt next week. Followed online instructions but only option I get is to re-book for a different time. No option to cancel. And I don’t have time to wait for a response from you if I phone! Help!

    @virginmedia Why do you make it impossible to downgrade packages? Choosing "change package" only allowed was upgrade. Talk to customer service, they say they're only allowed to upgrade. Is the only possible to reduce package by cancelling?

    @virginmedia Had enough WiFi absolutely pony , paying top dollar and can hardly get any coverage in my area for months now !!!!!! Spoke to customer care in the uk , gotta love the Geordie accents!!!!! Try rebooting your rooota man !!! Yeah done that !!! Still no coverage !

    @AquariusDg @virginmedia Agree and we had no wifi all day- not fun no Wifi or TV etc in lockdown and the joke is Virgin customer service inform you to track via virgin website- a bit hard with no wifi- do the maths Virgin !!!

    @john_nufc42 Don’t know which is next ... I’ve got Virgin Media which I’m happy with and generally doesn’t cause me any problems ... I use only internet connection for everything .. computers, all TV channels, tablets, phones (all the wifi) Netflix, Prime etc and don’t have a problem.

    @virginmedia ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME trying to get through to cancel an account. Literally 3 hours on the phone being passed around 4 times to then be cut off! Great at taking your money but **** at customer service.

    @virginmedia can you give an update on restoring the tv? I’ve paid for a box set and now unable to watch two nights in a row, most on demand tv unwatchable too. Internet and tv have been terrible all over Christmas, which given the amount in paying per month is forcing me to jump
