@virginmedia Every time I’ve called it’s been over an hour before I’ve given up. I just lose the will to live. Do you have an actual customer service that works? When I got through previously, they haven’t provided solutions. It’s a real let down in an otherwise decent offering.

@virginmedia My internet is the issue. I do not own a TV. I rang and was told Ofom would decide if we're entitled to any kind of compensation. We just want a reliable internet service from @virginmedia.

@virginmedia Ethernet is fine. It’s when I contact my tablets and phones that it continually drops out. Hub3, whilst having poor range, had a solid connection.

@virginmedia I got through. They made it worse. Now nothing in my house works as wifi is down. They told me they updated some internal software. What?!? Please advise, as I’m in a worse state now than I was before the call.

@virginmedia atrocious customer service. Probably one of the worst I have endured. Have been trying to change my landline number since the 20/03. Twice I have been told it will be done within 48 hours. Did it happen? Big fat no! I am leaving. Easier.
