  @virginmedia I rebooted, called the number, it says there is a known issue in my area and engineers are working on it. Does this take 5 days to fix? I try the status online and it tells me everything is fine but it isn’t. Is there anyone looking at this. I’ve never had an issue last this long

  @Simon_Whale @virginmedia Rubbish company, Customer Service is just scammers, no system , bunch of scumbags in the industry. We had in one of our BTL and got it cancelled for all those reasons ,am sure many have experienced. Stay away from @virginmedia
