  @8252Hazel @virginmedia Yes it has been unreliable for a week now. Their customer phone line goes straight to voicemail. Monthly bill goes up by£9 this month for such a poor service.

  Called Virgin Media to complain about the TV box not working and to get it removed from my package. Somehow ended up singing another 18 month contract with the TV box included but at a reduced price. Not ideal but not horrendous.

  @elliviant I've got just broadband with virgin media (worst customer service in the world) and I'm paying £21 for 250mb. Also this reminded me I forgot to pay my bill 2 days ago so thanks for this haha 😭
