    @virginmedia Every time I’ve called it’s been over an hour before I’ve given up. I just lose the will to live. Do you have an actual customer service that works? When I got through previously, they haven’t provided solutions. It’s a real let down in an otherwise decent offering.

    @virginmedia I got through. They made it worse. Now nothing in my house works as wifi is down. They told me they updated some internal software. What?!? Please advise, as I’m in a worse state now than I was before the call.

    @virginmedia service just gets worse and worse. 3 days with no TV service whatsoever, and now no Internet either in SE7. It's simply not good enough anymore. Your service has been declining rapidly for over a year. Sort it out please.

    @virginmedia My internet is the issue. I do not own a TV. I rang and was told Ofom would decide if we're entitled to any kind of compensation. We just want a reliable internet service from @virginmedia.

    @virginmedia had broadband issue last Saturday, yesterday, and today. It's totally unacceptable, especially when wfh. Have to get contract cancelled because there is no other choice.

    @virginmedia I am not plugging my laptop and sitting the floor all be it if temporary. All I know is it’s down yet again. We do need an engineer round at some point though as service issues constantly

    @virginmedia No I was all up to date,the new bill had only just came down. But I’ve not bn able to get thru to u for the past couple of weeks to cancel my services. My bill is usually £38 but as my deal ends on 23/2/22 the bill that has just came down is £93.

    @virginmedia Some apps on my phone do not open with your Hub 5, but they open when I switch on mobile data with another provider. And some evenings, the signal is intermittent like talk talk 20 years ago

    @virginmedia The complaint was closed last week with the resolution being my bill was corrected. The amount debited from my account yesterday was incorrect. They said it was resolved so I agreed to close, its clearly not resolved as the amount is still wrong!

    @virginmedia How long does that refund take? As that is almost 3x my normal bill. We’ve bn trying to get u to help us the past yr as our broadband only works when it wants but as soon as we said yesterday we wanted to leave u said u could help even tho u said there was nothing u cld do b4??

    @virginmedia made complaint yesterday. Write here as web chat was useless. VM delete tweets at around the 13 hours mark. They reply to messages to look like they care then do nothing. Promised they'd contact me today, that won't happen
