@virginmedia Download speeds in SW18 are down to 5Mbps (on a 200Mb account) after works in the area earlier in the week. Called to report the issue only to be told by a message to wait 24hrs to see if the issue resolves itself. Can you please log the issue? Thanks.

@virginmedia Many complaints have been raised and we have tried to leave the contract due to the complete lack of anything beneficial to actually fix our broadband. Of course I’m not having a a go at you but your customer service team is very bad. They don’t care about actually helping 👍🏾

@virginmedia I spoke to cancellations and they said they couldn't contact the text team to whom I sent the instruction. A media company that can't talk within its own business. Crazy! Best they offered was to cancel on the day of the phone call with the 30 notice from that day. No way!!!!
