    Appalling from @virginmedia today! The whole network in shambles today, no one working from has been able to do anything! Just spent 40 minutes listening to Footlose in their phone queue and as I got to the front, they put the phone on me! Absolute shambles!

    @virginmedia Yep, no issues in the area. Everything was working up until about an hour ago, and now the Internet has gone very sporadic and constantly disconnecting, as shown by the ping test.

    @PeteUK7 @virginmedia The most frustrating for me was trying to cancel my husband’s mobile phone contract. In the end I lost it and told them they could sue his estate. As if by magic a supervisor appeared and sorted it out.

    @JamieGBarry @virginmedia Same with me, I got put through to cancellations and told I wouldn’t get a better price than what they offered. Next morning I then had a call and they gave me a cheaper price than a new customer offer with doubled Internet speed. If you follow me I’ll message you the number.

    @virginmedia @JamieGBarry Its the most stupid thing that they all do that. Sky wanted 128 from me after paying them 68 for a year so I moved to virgin for the same price.

    @JamieGBarry @virginmedia I begrudge the time & effort required every time to simply maintain continuity of service. Lowest TV package (💩) don't use landline, but pay for it coz can't opt out, but broadband is good. This time, I'm seriously considering switching provider. 2/2

    @Billymawa @PeteUK7 @virginmedia Same. I was asked “are you the account holder?” I said, no, she died. I was told they would only deal with the account holder. That was 6 years ago. Cancelled virgin and will never ever use it again.
