    @virginmedia You describe your service like a land of milk and honey, but cancelling a contract with you is basically impossible. I've been kept on hold for more than 40 minutes and all the operators I spoke with pretend not to understand my request and moving me to another colleague. Shame.

    @virginmedia #virginmedia spoke to a very nice lady today from Virgin media who wanted to know why I was leaving Virgin after 10 minutes of me complaining on how bad Virgin has been extending my contract and all sorts of things she did apologise but I said it wasn't her fault

    @virginmedia The engineer left no notes on the file. So it’s unexplainable…. What is so annoying is the apparent inability of customer services to do anything other than book the next available appointment (i.e. the back of the queue)
