    @virginmedia what time does your call centre open? Been without broadband all day through a fault now it’s showing as fixed but we are still without service. Have done all online tests. Please respond as this is unacceptable. Spending a fortune running 2 laptops from hotspots!

    1/2 Absolutely disgraceful service from @virginmedia - we’ve been trying to cancel your service since the middle of October and have been repeatedly cut off when being transferred to the cancellation team. In the end we had no choice but to cancel our DD.

    @virginmedia TOTAL LIE. Spent majority of lockdown complaining about my intermittent service, dropping out during meetings etc. Eventually moved to a different provider and paid @virginmedia TWICE. Told to return equipment BEFORE a chq will be sent. No Chq received YET.

    @virginmedia Well you said u only get compensation 4 certain things however for almost 3 weeks now the internet I rely on for nearly everything is slow &cuts out my neighbours the same . I have missed on line interviews , zoom meetings , unable to do some coursework & u guys say oh well ...

    @virginmedia And how am I to do that with no service? It took 3 technicians to figure out my modem had to be “pin reset” and another to rename it properly. Thats 1 hr of my life gone. So glad @CommunityFibre has arrived near me.

    @virginmedia seems virgin forgot about customers. I been waiting 2 months to settle my internet service . I even paid early statement fees. Not fair to charge such fees in current pandemic times.

    @virginmedia Don’t worry about it @virginmedia after 11 days & 15 calls, one 2 hrs long, I can’t take anymore, under Ofcom rules you’ve breached the contract so I don’t pay termination fees, I’ve had this confirmed by retentions. Pity, when it works it’s good, just terrible at sorting faults

    @TheWiganParky @virginmedia I stopped using VM hardware for anything but connecting to their network ages ago. Stuck it in modem mode and got a decent cable router from Amazon. Much better.

    @virginmedia Router flashing red and connections all seem fine and is there issues in the G20 area at all. Checked service status and nothing. Just randomly went off.
