    @Moi_Twitting @CorporalMum @Ofcom If this is true @virginmedia then it’s a disgrace as you provide this service for homes and not business. I know as I manage our Virgin Media BUSINESS service for my employers. If I don’t get compensation for the whole period of the outage I’m off. £128.50 pm + £33 pm mobile. 👋

    I can say that @virginmedia is giving me a proper nightmare before Christmas! I’m going to have 3 days with no Internet, TV and Phone... and they just push the fix date/time forward... should be fixed at 9 am, now they pushed to 5 PM... always that way! #fail #virginmediadown

    @MariaMCasey @virginmedia That's a very ambiguous sentence. Not clear whether they'll only pay for working days, whether they'll pay for all days but only after 2 working days, whether the time starts from registering or whether it started from when the service went out.

    @virginmedia Hi. I’m very well aware of the fault, the causes and the hard work your engineers are putting in to the fix the issue. All I and thousands of others want to know is a realistic timeframe to be reconnected. If we know it’s going to be days we can make alternative arrangements.

    @IfIKnewThen @Tell2k @ThreeUK The point is, is that it’s Virgin Media’s obligation to keep their fee-paying clients informed with truth and transparency. Anything less is an insult. Accidents happen, (as with the fibre optic ****-up) but lying, misleading and manipulating is utterly deplorable, #leavevirgin

    Anyone ever thinking of moving to @virginmedia DONT! The services are absolutely terrible! I’m currently without phone, with a vulnerable adult in the house and they could not give a damn! If I refuse to pay, they soon would!

    @virginmedia I love all the positive stuff you advertise, the harsh reality is you sell products that don’t work and customers can never get to speak to you to resolve the issues and you are the most expensive provider. Your product does not match the price.

    @virginmedia So been on the phone this morning from 8am. Got straight through, then after 20mins he transferred me to a different department who cut me off. So now I begin my next call!! God I cannot wait to never have to call you again. The customer service is dirt poor

    @virginmedia The complaint was logged just under 2 weeks ago now (C-210622454) and although you mention "up to" 31 days for a response, I do not have that time as need to sort out other options. It's not being taken seriously.

    @virginmedia I have been trying to cancel my contract with you for days and it’s been impossible to get through when I call. Is this even legal? You still charge me but give me no way of cancelling. I’m abroad and sending a letter is not an option.

    @simonlevans @virginmedia I share your pain. My service has been dropping out since November and was without it for a whole month in January, promised a call and a refund and still nothing. They reply here but don’t actually do anything! @virginmedia such a good look :(
