    @jackbremer @virginmedia Wow - nice 👍 Our Virgin speeds are up and down like a yo-yo and mostly pretty terrible. Might have to start a nocturnal working schedule to actually have a usable internet connection 😬

    @virginmedia Thanks, I tried that route and it didn’t work - I’ve called via my mobile but with Covid staff restrictions naturally there’s a long delay. I can patiently wait but wanted to find through Twitter how many others were having the problem again.

    Sadly, still no #virginbroadband and simply an infinite @virginmedia loop online of getting nowhere. As I use VOIP I have no landline phone signal and no internet other than my mobile so work is very difficult

    @virginmedia Spent all day wanting to talk about cancelling broadband package £53.25/month for, 100mb. I get faster 5G! Loads of deals out there which suggest I’m a mug for staying with you. I called you/web chat and finally spent 6 HOURS waiting for a response on WhatsApp. Help

    Just wondering how to check @virginmedia delivery of 42 inch TV following set up, as set up was over the time for delivery and dispatch. Problem is no easy answer to check, suggested sending text, did that last week and no response.

    Is there anything worse than @virginmedia Wi-Fi? I don’t think so. Dropping out and sometimes no Wi-Fi for hours. Such a bad service. Took 9 months to fix it the first time!
