    @virginmedia At that time only 2 devices were connected. The wifi is pretty much useless, constantly loosing connection. The speed over wifi is extremely low. Do you think it might be an issue with the router?

    @PaulbernalUK @virginmedia I had multiple dramas with mine last year/18 months while they were doing the network upgrades, having to resort to 4G. Annoying. Once all the pain is done & you get gigabit broadband using your own router/mesh system & the superhub as just a modem it’s staggeringly good.

    @virginmedia Yeah and speak to a snr complaints Mgr which I’ve attempted 3 times, been promised a call back in 48 hours and each time never got one… seems like they’ve not been trained to use your own phones! #saynotobadcustomerservice

    @virginmedia why does no one ever call back your customers when they say they would! When you call to try and resolve your issue operators cut you off cause they can’t be bothered with your issue! And when you call to leave oddly you don’t want to answer for a bloody hour now
