    @virginmedia Thanks for your reply. I have been trying since last week to cancel my rolling 1m Broadband contract (nothing to do with the service, just needed it while renting). I have tired for 4 days to get through on the only # on your website to cancel a service but can’t get through.

    @virginmedia It was fixed about 1:30am but this is happening a lot since I moved to Hammersmith. But you never tell us what the problem is or give any compensation. I couldn’t do anything. Even my PS4 wouldn’t allow me to play games as they connect online. No TV nothing

    @virginmedia This was a good day ago. I'm at least 20 reboots down the line now. It's a Virgin Superhub 3 and we seem to be stuck with one solid green light at the bottom and one flashing green connection light....on a cycle

    Virgin Media is ******* rubbish. Says there isn't a problem but clearly there is coz we've had no Internet all night. Need to talk to them Monday coz this has been going on for ages.

    @virginmedia Not happy. Can't get through on your phone line. Finally got through on webchat yesterday and when being passed through to customer relations I never got a response. I want to change my package to broadband only and do not have the time to be holding constantly.

    @virginmedia My Disabled Mum’s Landline Is Down, Its Her Only Communication Method. Just Been On Hold For 50 Mins At Your Call Centre Then Disconnected. Now On Hold 40 Minutes So Far! U Have A Signed Document From Her GP 2 Confirm She Needs Her Phone But No Good If U Don’t Answer
