    @virginmedia Thanks for clarifying. Anyway I’ve now been without broadband and landline since 8.30am, back from unplanned trip to office for their wifi to find that service is not going to be fixed until 9am tomorrow! This is the second time in a month I’ve been without service all Friday. 😫

    @virginmedia the service has dropped a few more times since this morning but is currently back on. it has now dropped over 5 times today, and it takes over 15 mins to be connected again

    @virginmedia After going through webchat sales team and customer care. Could not reach deal to upgrade so I said Would talk to other providers. Customer care wanted me to wait to speak to relationship manager and I waited on line for a further 45 minutes for the person to come on line.

    @virginmedia It’s up and running now though I favour it a temporary fix as it’s a repetitive issue in Wandsworth and needs addressing. I pay a premium as opposed to going with a cheaper provider to avoid precisely this scenario. It’s far from a satisfactory service.

    @virginmedia Yea a bit pointless. When the link isn't down, but I got dropped packets all over the place. Oh and the screen shot is from your check service status page. Sort yourselves out please. I had an entire week with no Internet last year and no one admitted anything.
