    @virginmedia Broadband down again this morning in SE London, got through to customer services and they advised the outage expected to be fixed by 12th April. No compensation offered and I would have to pay a penalty to cancel my contract.

    Appalling from @virginmedia today! The whole network in shambles today, no one working from has been able to do anything! Just spent 40 minutes listening to Footlose in their phone queue and as I got to the front, they put the phone on me! Absolute shambles!

    @virginmedia Brilliant send me a txt number to another robot. In don’t mind waiting on the phone, as long as i can’t talk to someone... but that isn’t possible for anyone, a robot Has to keep fixing a problem and then the problem comes back again and again.
