    @virginmedia hello, we are unhappy with our broadband. It’s bad as my husband and I are both WFH and my Teams calls are regularly interrupted. We have the highest broadband package available and pay over £100 a month so it’s clearly unacceptable. Please send an engineer ASAP!

    @browntoby @virginmedia My wife works at a well known provider. The biggest discounts are available from ‘retentions’ i.e tell them you want to cancel and you can sometimes get over 1/3 off your bill.

    @virginmedia Getting a new/replacement Hub, existing one keeps turning off/resetting. Call lasted 50 mins, 6-7 mins was chatting to someone, until put on hold again. Gave up.... shocking service!!

    @virginmedia Distortion/pixelated screen, ongoing for almost 1 yr. engineer came to ‘fix’ (not fixed), sent new TiVo box to fix (not fixed), on hold for hours on end to report then told basically nothing else they can do! Trying to watch football atm and it’s impossible.

    @virginmedia please help! Getting no where with your endless telephone systems! New ooomph customer no unlimited sim as promised which is badly needed because the 500 oomph speed promised is nonsense and doesn’t work at all in some of the house!

    @virginmedia If you can, please pull up complaint COM104274237. I was sent a letter asking me to send a text to help address my complaint which I did this Monday at 2.15 pm. No-one responded until Tuesday and the issue (an engineer visit) is still unresolved.

    @Chickpea200 Virgin Media! If I'm forced 2 call them I know I will b on phone from 3- 7 hrs getting put around houses with useless call centre staff from Philippines or India speaking in broken English,wont admit they hvnt got a clue..so i hv 2 repeat my problem until I'm going aff my heid!

    @virginmedia As I inferred in my original response, the issue I had is now dealt with, but ONLY because I had to get my MP involved. You listened to him and took action within 48 hours. You ignored me for more than a year. No way to treat long-standing customers.

    @Ofcom @virginmedia further to my complaint, just discovered we’re trapped in unfair @virginmedia terms until we’ve had loss of service for 30 days otherwise WE have to pay £240 to disconnect. would be better off with a dial up connection at this rate...
