    @virginmedia Yeah, I'm sure they thought long and hard about that one... Services continue to get worse, prices continue to go up under the guise of making them better but never actually do, only new customers get good deals and discount, loyalty not rewarded at all.

    @virginmedia I was told I would get a Volt boost to my Volt package from 200mb to the next one up, BUT was told today VM have via the agent dropped me down to 100mb and boosted to where I was to start with, which 100% was not told/explained at any time,

    @virginmedia I have done this, you never said I would have to talk to a bot? Plus yet again a message, due to being very busy, it maybe sometime before our CS can help you, or words to that effect, but did not say how long I will wait, so again I am still not able to communicate with anyone

    @Keith37475461 @virginmedia @Ofcom Glad I am not the only one being ****** by them, £490 early termination fee because they cant provide a service to my new area!!! 8 months also to get my residential to business account issues resolved too!!!
