    @virginmedia you say the issue has been fixed when clearly it hasn’t because lots of customers are still having connectivity problems. Far from ideal as I can’t connect to client video calls :-(

    @virginmedia It’s been rubbish for ages, not just the past few days. The signal from the box is so weak in the house. The signal comes in and out and it’s not great when we are all using it. Working and schooling from home has highlighted how slow the connection is 😳

    @virginmedia Hi Em, had the same email account for years and now for the past two weeks it’s been coming up with server errors. Not recognising the imap or smtp server address. I’ve lost a ton of emails.... have no one to call and the website is not very insightful.

    We won our case against @virginmedia for refusing to refund our money after they failed to cancel our landline. They owe us £321 and today they say they "can't refund due to #COVIDー19 so they will apply the credit to our account." Oh no you won't! Another poor #Virgin brand

    @virginmedia oh yes, survey has been done & we've been given a date of 2nd July for cable pull but in the meantime, you've left us completely stranded - expected to cope for 2 weeks+ with nothing, educating kids & running a business. Where is your customer services emergency back up plan?!

    @virginmedia @sky seems to think that this problem is your/my V6 box, I have no sound on the sky sports golf red button, or I have the F1 channel commentary but mainly no sound. All other erred button services are fine cheers
