Whole reason, is that in my road/area, their broadband in miles quicker than the 'Openreach' slow version. To be fair, it works well most of the time - but when it doesn't and you have to ring the Indian Tech Support; Oh dear it's grim!

I say 'no, she won't come into the lounge or bother you' 'Tea, coffee?' I say 'No' 'Water, fruit juice?'
