    @virginmedia this is an absolute joke. No warning that there were issues with the AJ/Pulev stream so people are paying £26 for a basically unwatchable stream. If there's no refund you're defrauding your customers by getting them to pay for a service you knew wasn't working.

    @virginhelp i have been having issues with my broadband with @virginmedia for months. The router has been changed still no joy, a virtual tech was supposed to call me on Wed, he didnt, i keep calling and im still at square 1. Kids all study from home, so frustrating, help me🙏🏼🙏🏼

    @virginmedia I did, they won’t honour the agreed price and contract term, really unacceptable and dishonest. Not the first time this has happened. Only choice i was given is to take it to offcom, unbelievable way to treat a long standing customer of 12 years.
