    We won our case against @virginmedia for refusing to refund our money after they failed to cancel our landline. They owe us £321 and today they say they "can't refund due to #COVIDー19 so they will apply the credit to our account." Oh no you won't! Another poor #Virgin brand

    @virginmedia It’s been rubbish for ages, not just the past few days. The signal from the box is so weak in the house. The signal comes in and out and it’s not great when we are all using it. Working and schooling from home has highlighted how slow the connection is 😳

    @virginmedia Broadband is down in CR8 postcode. Fix time was estimated at 17:15hrs so registered for SMS updates. Why didn’t I get update when you simply pushed resolution on 4 hrs to 21:15hrs. Is this just another finger in the air guess?

    @piercegearhart Yeah.. just with the Pterodactyl Market issue and all the drama around that. Plus, having to deal with our boiler and that took a lot of my time... and now I'm having to finally settle my Virgin Media issue, which is looking bright.. so that's a plus.
