    @virginmedia I think it’s pretty poor that your routers don’t allow us to change DNS servers - I’d like to use some family filtering (Cloudflare/Cleanbrowsing etc) and have to do it per device instead. The kids will figure out how to change that in no time!

    @avbuss @Ofcom @virginmedia If virgin haven’t fulfilled their end of the contract by providing the full service as promised and repairing any faults I don’t see why he should have to pay his notice period. A contract works both ways it’s clear you have failed this customer just as you are failing myself.

    @virginmedia Persistent network issues continue to hinder the ability to work from home. I endeavoured to check the service page but it itself would not load so I’m guessing there’s an issue somewhere. Issues include long dropouts and high response times. #networkengineer

    @virginmedia I tried all that, the bloke on the phone told me an engineer would be the only one who could fix it, surprisingly it started working after a few hours, don’t have much confidence in your tool or your help desk! Neither seems to know what they are doing!

    @virginmedia Not now that we have invested in a £300 mesh WiFi system so we can get WiFi across the house as the router is pointless. And apparently the issue is with the infrastructure in the Sotih Croydon area so intermittent broadband is to be expected 🙄

    @virginmedia Not sure, we were originally told that we would get 300-350 mbps per month. Its been gradually getting worse over the past few years, had 3 “technicians” come round and all they did was restart the router a few times. Still didnt fix it.

    @virginmedia Your call centre dont see any notes. Someone called today, spoke to my wife and said “they fixed the issue” and they’d call back but the cable hasnt moved. Dont know what they did. This is a mess. 13 year customer about to leave. DM me or lose me
