    @virginmedia Why is the connection between the internet and tv constantly going having to reboot modem all the time. Sick of this issue as not once in a while happening for a month on & off, more everyday in the last two weeks. This is not the service I expect for how much I pay.

    When you cancel services with a company, because you are fed up with crazy price increases, but the next day get some ultra pushy sales guy from an overseas office try to argue they can do it better, when will they ever learn, no means no. @virginmedia you are the absolute worst!

    @virginmedia Pre install Refused to acknowledge any wrong, wouldn't get anyone to even attempt to look till 24th, cust. Service refused to engage as pre installs problem, so am left still with no Internet and no way to sort issues, plus having been spoke to rudely

    @virginmedia Never had we have such a terrible Internet service. Absolutely NEVER. "Can't find server.", for whatever page we want, day after day. Then it finds the server; next minute - puff! Gone! Absolutely abysmal.

    .@virginmedia - well done. Definitely the worst and most customer hostile new login system to my unwanted "Virgin Media O2 ID". So badly designed your email points to an invalid URL of to manage this insanity. Who approved or tested this? Total fail.

    Hey @virginmedia I already am paying more with this new package I was forced to take to renew my contract recently and now you want to force me to pay ยฃ7 MORE a month?! Also why can I not get a human on the phone?! I refuse to pay a penny more. Fix this nonsense.

    @BobLakey1 @virginmedia Got the same problem. Message came up that I'm not authorised to watch any channels including BBC and ITV and to contact 150. When I tried, the phone line doesn't recognise my phone number and the website can't trace my account. Nothing to do but wait I guess.

    @virginmedia Can you please explain.. when you set up a new c9ntract with VM you end up having a contract with 02 as well, never asked for or agreed to. And now im struggling to get them to cancel the 02 contract as 02 have incorrect email address and never received a sim card?
