@virginmedia Interesting when you get disconnected the moment you tell the agent the deal to stay with you as a loyal customer is way higher then new customers and £20 a month more than @SkyUK Especially when your charging me per minute to call you as you never fixed my landline

@virginmedia Service is available in the area, completed the engineer form 2 times in last 8 weeks. Builders confirmed that engineers were already there. Everytime I contact sales I am asked to fill out the same engineering visit form. Asked if they can talk to a engineer. They said no.

@MichaeljonF Good question... just having a bit of an iffy connection last few weeks. I have a full on Google WiFi Mesh network... tried to iron out a couple of dubious hacks in the system... plus I’ve upgraded the core hub to the Nest WiFi Router now. Starting to suspect it’s Virgin Media 😂

@virginmedia It’s not just today… it’s been since installation. If I switch the hub off and on again it works for a while but then the next day it happens again. Also when it is working I have never got over 400mbps it’s supposed to the the gig service
