@lemonfreshrob @virginmedia Me too....been 5weeks and service is shocking. Not settling for it anymore . Just contacted BT and they are gonna install me WiFi with them in 2 weeks fibre as was with them before for 3 years and never ever had an issue with them

@ProfWoodward @virginmedia I can believe it. That’s outrageous - and clearly they don’t need the business. Which given the expense of their broadband + TV package seems about right. If it’s any consolation - it’s down a lot, and the speed we get is constantly being throttled, even before covid.

@virginmedia If you take a look on the followup tweet you can see the 17 disconnects ive had in the past 24 hours. Ive had some last upwards of 12 hours in the past 3 months and even with numerous maintenence rubbish its still broken
