@virginmedia When you are using your data in your own house so often, have Netflix, Now and Amazon Prime you pay for that you can’t even use when Broadband are down, you have to ask, what the HELL am I doing with a company that can’t provide a basic bloody service.

@virginmedia I did manage to get through to negotiate my contract now I have reached my first year. I went for an upgrade... now realised if I was a new customer I would get the same offer but £5 cheaper AND a free xbox/£150 odd bill credit. Going to cancel it now I think....

@virginmedia I cannot believe the audacity of your adverts. We live in Twickenham and have regretted every day since we switched from Sky. (Even though they were robbing us for 11 years loyalty). We would happily pay overpriced sky for absolutely substandard virgin service.

@virginmedia Ok, so as promised here’s an update… the problem still exists!! Instagram works perfectly on 4G & any WiFi other than Virgin, but on Virgin WiFi it is slow & won’t load videos or carousel posts properly. As per the forum threads, this is an ongoing issue with Virgin WiFi only.

@virginmedia It says if I upgrade my renewal contract for another 18 months you'll arrange collection of kit after confirmation and reinstallation, however I can't see this is necessary. So my question is can we just carry on with our existing kit without a drop in service and still upgrade?

@JimSterling @virginmedia We got our stuff okay, but Virgin changed my £45 precontract for one service to £31 to a different service without saying anything and are saying if I want what I signed up for I’d have to ‘wait for a deal’ or it’d be £63 a month because it’s too late to ‘change’ my contract

I'm moving house soon and I can't tell you how *overjoyed* I was that the new place has no Virgin service, meaning we can cut contract early without penalty. They are truly awful, constantly. Hope you sort it soon!
