@SonosSupport I’ve only noticed it today, I’ve had the same set up for 3 years and then just stopped. Doesn’t seem to be an issue with any other devices. No extenders as I live in a tiny flat and my speakers are all less than 5m from the router - my router is a Virgin Media hub 3.0 - ta

@virginmedia @StockerAlex And yes @StockerAlex it is true, in a 2 hour phone call, you talk with several members of staff, and to each one you have to start the same conversation over and over again! @virginmedia not good! Improve customer service, and don’t lie to your clients!

@virginmedia Hi thanks for getting back. It was a credit of £45.66 for Complaint reference: C-1403221277 due to issues we experienced which remained unsolved for two weeks when we renewed our contract and upgraded to virgin 360 and had been on the phone for hours trying to resolve.

@virginmedia It’s resolved. We’ve cancelled. What should have taken 10 minutes took two days of constant chasing. I’m so annoyed. To be treated like this after over 20 years as a customer. What an awful experience. We’ll never be back.
