@virginmedia Yeah, I'm sure they thought long and hard about that one... Services continue to get worse, prices continue to go up under the guise of making them better but never actually do, only new customers get good deals and discount, loyalty not rewarded at all.

@virginmedia I honestly don’t think your people know; We’ve been told a few times there were issues in the area which were then “solved”. Also been told a few times it could be the router, but because service is established again after a factory reset (briefly), you never send an engineer.

Okay Virgin Media hanging up because I’m speaking facts. Trying to charge us for an engineer to come out when we pay god knows how much a month and have the same ******* problem every week. Mention this to them and they hang up. @virginmedia sort your **** out.
