@virginmedia No you probably do it understand the extent of your lack of service. We have been having no internet for weeks and every time we call we get the automated voice saying the line is busy and to call later. 3 WEEKS like this. You guys need to sort this out.

@virginmedia Hi, the wifi disconnects several times throughout the day. An engineer changed our hub last year. We then spent £80 on wifi extenders/repeaters/boosters. We want to change the wifi channel to see if that works, but login details are incorrect on the hub.

@virginmedia The whole signal, as the streaming that is hard wired is also affected, though I don’t notice it as much as most stuff is wireless in the house and phones/iPads are the main things that get used.

@virginmedia My service with you started in mid January and ever since it did, I have to reset my router every 2 days as the Wi-Fi connection continually drops. I put up with it to start with but it’s ludicrous. I didn’t have this problem in the 9 years i@was with my previous provider
