    @virginmedia It’s Hannah. I’ve been a customer with Virgin since 2019. I don’t need to check the postcode checker again, I want to know why your still advertising our post code as available for service on price comparison sites? When you clearly don’t provide to that area?

    @virginmedia Just called. Message says there are intermittent problems in the area. Then back to main menu on the phone says “ there are no problems in the area goodbye “. Not impressed

    @virginmedia my entire network has died. I got no internet or tv service and have been told that you can only get an engineer out to me on Thursday...2 DAYS!!!! I work from home and need internet access otherwise I cant do anything. The TIVO box wont start up

    3 different @premierinn hotels this week and 6 in the last 3 weeks and I can honestly say that your Wi-Fi is absolutely atrocious. It’s always been bad, but some how it’s now even worse. It’s time to ditch @virginmedia and get a decent Internet supplier.

    Now going to look at changing to Sky. Absolutely unacceptable delay by @virginmedia for a week. Trying to work from home. Definitely time to go. We pay a lot of money for a service that we’re not receiving. Don’t use them

    @virginmedia Saturday online, Sunday over phone. Now after being on hold have told wont be here till thursday maybe? Was told would be delivered monday, waited in and nothing, same today. Not good enough! we work from home and can't and not getting the service am paying for!

    .@virginmedia So my internet is up and down _again_ in AL7. Your helpful little status page says "you can improve my WIFI". Odd, because I'm using ethernet, and your Wifi was so poor, I went out and got a WiFi router and use you as a modem. Been told this is a SNR issue. 1/2

    @virginmedia And I’m not busy? Your equipment broke and for 4 days I’ve not spoke to a human been told to text, email & call by different bots and guess what I STILL HAVE NO BROADBAND and I’m working from home but please excuse me if your too busy to give me the service im paying for

    @virginmedia This is two problems - your diagnostic is misinterpreting the situation AND there is a line issue, presumably the same SNR issue you admitted to a week or more ago.
