    @virginmedia Just spoke on the phone with an agent called Denande; I explained to her that days ago other Virgin agents reassured us that we would get compensation towards our next bill due to this outage and she said they lied to us and we won’t get any. This whole mess is becoming a circus

    @AnishModgil @virginmedia In my experience No. and when I asked for money back last time they told me there had to be a complete service loss for a certain number of days!!!! Maybe time to contact the #Ombudsman

    @virginmedia @Miss_SKM That is correct. What it does not cover is the persistent loss of service since August!!! #se7. Nor does it cover the absolute woeful customer services, and I use that phrase lightly, which @virginmedia is able to offer.

    @virginmedia Hello there, it’s past 12pm and we’re still without any Internet connection (and getting desperate now). I’d like to stress that this isn’t an intermittent signal issue but a total loss of service as we’ve been having no Internet connection AT ALL since last Friday. HELP PLEASE!

    @virginmedia Yes I did try to call but couldn’t get hold of anyone after a 20 min wait. As you can see from the screenshot above in previous tweet, every appointment I make gets cancelled. Are you able to do something about this? Any help would be much appreciated

    @virginmedia once again there is no connection between our box and the hub after a couple of days with no problems. Also why did the engineer I had booked for Thursday morning not turn up? 😡

    @virginmedia Brilliant get out clause @virginmedia. What you fail to realise is that when your so called service goes down for hours at a time, over the course of time amounts to so, so so much more than 48 hours!! Roll on switching of providers.

    @virginmedia .. in itself this is clearly unacceptable, however on the 18th Feb .@virginmedia stated that a) the work is now extended until the 24th (today) and that b) my complaint would not even be looked at until the issue has been resolved ..

    @virginmedia Great customer service from them today. I asked to lower my bill due to my wife being on maternity pay, they said I could pay £40 instead of £54 despite a new customer getting the same deal for £30. She even quoted due to the current climate at me. 🙈
