@virginmedia this is an absolute joke. No warning that there were issues with the AJ/Pulev stream so people are paying £26 for a basically unwatchable stream. If there's no refund you're defrauding your customers by getting them to pay for a service you knew wasn't working.

@bilbooblib @shazcow55 @virginmedia your point being we signed a contract I wouldn't wipe my ar*e on? like ALL contracts to be fair to virgin media. I've been with virgin media 18 months and had 2 minor issues plus this one, so my service has been fantastic and 1 outage is fine for me!
