  Called Virgin Media to complain about the TV box not working and to get it removed from my package. Somehow ended up singing another 18 month contract with the TV box included but at a reduced price. Not ideal but not horrendous.

  @Raphas_Angel_ @virginmedia Imagine that day everyone knows you can Hot Spot your Own Phone or Buy a Data only Sim in case ever need it. I never have a second with no Internet access, but in saying this I cannot remember which year my VM didn't work. Also plenty FREE Wi-Fi places the Benefit Office suggests
