@virginmedia Broadband down again this morning in SE London, got through to customer services and they advised the outage expected to be fixed by 12th April. No compensation offered and I would have to pay a penalty to cancel my contract.

@TfL why is the 4G signal on the Central line underground only around the posh area's of Notting Hill Gate, Queensway and Holland Park? Since @virginmedia stopped their WiFi in April it's annoying that a major metropolis like London has no internet connections on a lot of lines

@virginmedia I phoned and it said that there is ongoing problems in the NW5 area and you don’t know how long it will take to fix. Why doesn’t your website say this? How am I supposed to register for compensation?
