  It would appear that despite 3 emails to @virginmedia regarding their lack of service, their rubbish broadband and the fact my TV hasn’t worked since November - they have instead chosen to engage debt collectors for a £141.54 (for ONE MONTH) bill. See you in court then I guess.

  @virginmedia first day as a new customer and hub 3 isn’t working and stream box isn’t turning on. Have followed guides on both counts and all cables are connected correctly. Hub is giving out a signal but light isn’t turning white. Stream box is totally dead. So frustrating!

  @AnishModgil @virginmedia In my experience No. and when I asked for money back last time they told me there had to be a complete service loss for a certain number of days!!!! Maybe time to contact the #Ombudsman

  @virginmedia Virgin media is the worst business to get answers from . Either trying to actually speak to someone rather than a Bott who doesn’t understand. Trying to upgrade due to constant messages saying my box needs upgrade and getting no help is a joke !!!!
