First time I’ve ever finished my data on my phone because I had to keep tethering internet at home because @virginmedia can’t be bothered to fix the internet at my house. Mum, dad if I die this weekend and can’t contact you, you can blame @virginmedia 😡

  • marinaGraham7 Marina Sharma (@marinaGraham7) reported from Hounslow, England

@virginmedia Unfortunately none of what you have posted in the link applies as technically I have not list any service just can’t watch it in the room in which I wanted it to be. Should’ve just cancelled my contracts and gone to sky #Professional

  • MartinCox0155 Martin 'Snazzy' Cox (@MartinCox0155) reported from Croydon, England

@virginmedia No. Ever since I've had broadband, the router (of which yours is my third), has been pretty much in the same place. I've had your service for maybe 3 years. The issue is relatively recent. The nearest items are 1) my PC 2) loudspeaker. 1/2

  • deanwoods Dean Woods (@deanwoods) reported from Horley, England

Not sure about Virgin Media's new "Intelligent Wi-Fi" update. Devices now regularly lose connection which wasn't a problem before 🤔

  • daphnemotivates Daphne Clifton (@daphnemotivates) reported from London, England

@virginmedia Thanks. It’s only been down this morning. I’m advised it’ll be back by 4pm. So I lose one day of study/work and have no recompense because it isn’t 2 days. I can’t wait to leave Virgin Media but feel trapped. Not a good place to be.

  • RicBebop Riccardo Servini (@RicBebop) reported from Lambeth, England

@mrbonturcode @virginmedia That whole entire service is bullshit.

  • MartinCox0155 Martin 'Snazzy' Cox (@MartinCox0155) reported from Croydon, England

@virginmedia Before I moved the router, I kept on losing Internet connectivity in other rooms in my one floor flat on my phone. No issue in my living room where the router is located. I would have to disconnect Wi-Fi on my phone, then reconnect. I moved the router by a about 1 foot. Now fine

  • MartinCox0155 Martin 'Snazzy' Cox (@MartinCox0155) reported from Croydon, England

@virginmedia I've had the issue for several months. Used to have no problems. Moving the router seems to have resolved it.

  • loftyjen #hellomynameis Jenny (@loftyjen) reported from Camberwell, England

@virginmedia Have already spoken to a customer advisor today - is due is with the fraud dept failing to follow up issues & so now going via complaints dept.

@virginmedia Was useless. Uninstalled. Moved my router seemed to fix the issue

  • bburey Bill Burey (@bburey) reported from Croydon, England

@virginmedia @virginmedia Wow you can’t even keep on top of your communications - if you bothered to look you would of read the ongoing saga about a cancelled install following a move date and broken cable @SkyUK 1 @virginmedia 0 !!! 5 times cheaper to keep a customer than create a new one

  • deanspread Deano (@deanspread) reported from Kensington, England

@virginmedia your service is so shit. Media store cant watch one film without having problems absolute joke

  • DaniMaguire94 𝕯𝖆𝖓𝖎 :) (@DaniMaguire94) reported from Merton, England

@virginmedia my v6 box keeps making a clicking sound, i done everything suggested by your team online and no luck! Help please

  • MartinCox0155 Martin 'Snazzy' Cox (@MartinCox0155) reported from Croydon, England

@virginmedia I did. This is where this conversation started. The first time I tested using, it claimed all was well. Substantially it simply advised me to restart the router. It was not of any help, hence I moved the router, which resolved the issue & uninstalled the app.

  • CllrAl Alan Smith (@CllrAl) reported

@virginmedia To busy to answer Call back later whenever you call it. Its the system that doesn't work not the hardware. Other companies use a response system for online confirmation Text, Call back of even slow mail.

  • LondonHotspur London Hotspur (@LondonHotspur) reported

Second time in 3 months @virginmedia Internet has dropped, no fix until Thursday. I'm working from home as clinically vulnerable so I'm now going to lose money. Nice one #VirginMedia #VirginInternet

  • martind48 Martin Duffy (@martind48) reported

@virginmedia Cancelled contract on Monday. Wednesday got voicemail offering better price to stay. Ignored. Yesterday email with new contract starting immediately loosing chanels we want. Took 4 hours to cancel again. Disgusted with V.M. arrogance. Any point in complaining

  • CeriSass Ceri Sass (@CeriSass) reported

@virginmedia We were assured the install would be on Monday via the text service but no one has been here all week and no communication. If install cannot be done we will need to cancel and go with someone else as I cannot afford additional data daily

  • andrewbroaders Andrew Broadbent (@andrewbroaders) reported

@virginmedia Yes, but the key question is - why don’t you have enough capacity in your support team to handle the number of calls you’re getting? It literally takes hours to be able to talk to someone

  • _AshWilliams83 Ash Williams (@_AshWilliams83) reported

@virginmedia They’re fixed now thanks. The service status page didn’t show a broadband issue until I called, at work, at 9am yesterday. 12 hours after the problem started.

  • adelwire graham littler (@adelwire) reported

@virginmedia See this is one of the problems. The customer shouldn't have to repeat themselves eg I have an automated online ongoing? Conversation. Pooja said they had moved me to CRT and it said they will reply when they are available. Think that was about 6pm last night...

  • stephen_carp Stephen Carpenter (@stephen_carp) reported

@virginmedia Still waiting for a resolution: "We tried to ring you about the result of your recent complaint but we couldn’t get through." No call, no missed call
