    @virginmedia a text to say there may be disruption to services is not the same as no wifi or TV since 8am and not expected back on until 4pm?! Can’t speak to anyone on the phone either! Not acceptable especially when I am having to cancel important work meetings?! Furious!

    @virginmedia I did. 3 calls to be precise. There seems to be a tech issue on your end which keeps hanging up on callers....I can't afford to lose any more hours, so I've resorted to writing a letter instead. Thanks.

    @virginmedia Not expecting a fault free service but an entire day with no Wifi when working from home is not acceptable in the slightest! The texts said some disruption not no service at all? Compensation is required!

    @virginmedia Everybody in your company said it should be brought forward then no one calls back and I have to ring to find out nothing is happening .. resolutions team have actually sent a response which is untrue and basically ignore me.. very very poor service @virginmedia

    @virginmedia Hi John, your agents keep hanging up so sadly not, the cumulative hours trying to get this fixed is unbelievable. Do you have a Head of Customer Service? Would love to send them a formal letter with some genuine concerns and advice, go to your competitors page, it isn't like this

    @virginmedia Gave a month's notice that I would be moving and told that I could use the same hub (which I have been using with little issue for over 2 years). Support can't find the hub on the system. They should have just sent out a new hub then instead of 'escalating' the problem.
