    @virginmedia Called from Bangalore touting me to renew contract offering me upgrades but lied about cost, sorted this out, then VM continued to bill me at rate I never agreed too, then we had four days of outages, then Bangalore team just disconnect if they cannot sort out a problem

    @virginmedia Got through finally to the faults department after 5 hours going over the same problems round and round got Internet back up and running been told TV should be back tomorrow 🙄 poor virgin Media 62 hours with no services’ and hours of my life wasted on the phone
