Sad in these times when a friend is forced to move home because her mortgage company won’t help her & now @virginmedia are charging her well over £200 as a disconnection fee. To leave a home she doesn’t actually want to leave.

@virginmedia This is getting boring now. Contacted customer services to be told a Virtual Technician would ring me by 18:00. I wasn’t holding out any hope. So far been without TV or Broadband for 10 days with so called engineers never turning up to replace equipment. I give up !!!!!

@virginmedia We have had problems with connectivity for a couple of weeks. We're currently having to reset our router everyday. Yesterday it affected an ethernet connection, do it was agreed someone would come out, by evening that changed. We were told it was our fault, but no reason.

@DaxJaryx @virginmedia dax dont worry! I chose virgin media out of stress cuz i really needed a internet provider and i CANNOT complain. Every issue was solved within 12 hours. in 12 months my internet cut out 4 times in total. 3 of them was due to problems outside their reach. They are amazing
