@virginmedia first day as a new customer and hub 3 isn’t working and stream box isn’t turning on. Have followed guides on both counts and all cables are connected correctly. Hub is giving out a signal but light isn’t turning white. Stream box is totally dead. So frustrating!

@virginmedia @dingers93 Finally, The issue is intermittent. Jitter and Latencies are quite high a few times in a week and suddenly dropping connections intermittently. VPN is disconnecting. Teams and Zoom calls are dropping. As per some of your support, these are heavy use apps. 350MBPs connection!!!

@virginmedia Today I have received nothing but disappointing service from all of your staff in the UK mobile sales line. Trying to buy a phone, your systems went down. Promised 3 call backs from 3 different staff members and nothing!
