    @virginmedia Still not fixed but had a really good engineer out called Andy, he's given me his mobile number and requested a network engineer to fix the power levels in the cabinet. If still not working to call him direct next week! You need more Andys.

    @virginmedia third time in four days no broadband - helpline and service status say ‘no problems’ but it’s not working. I hope it comes back in time for a full week of online learning we’ve secured for my 16 year old - first structured teaching in 4 months and this happens! HELP

    @virginmedia wow I just spent 39 minutes speaking to one of your colleagues she transferred me to someone else I got cut off! Now trying to call back and on hold for 15 minutes I know things are bad why do you cut customers off when transferring them?

    @virginmedia As I’ve already stated. The phone, and text options are always ‘too busy’ and not available. Which leaves me with the ‘could take up to 28 days’ web form option. Not good enough I’m afraid, really you are seriously letting your existing customers down right now #virginmedia
