@virginmedia I spent almost an hour on the phone to a nice customer advisor who then forwarded me to another department. half hour later my disconnect. I called back to go through security- when answering my q’s disconnected. another half hour disconnected. Can comeone call me!!!

@PeterMilligan #Virginmedia are being terrible during #covid lockdown. Our business premises are temporarily closed. Water & electricity suppliers have reduced our bills, but Virginmedia still charging full amount for internet & phone we can’t use. Said min 90 days before they’d do anything!

@vmbusiness I would like to cancel my business broadband account and move to residential and also use the residential tv service but I’m told this can’t happen until my contract expires - looks like I’ll be keeping my sky account now and moving broadband to them as soon as I can

@virginmedia Hi, you need to make customers aware that you’re being used as part of a scam. People are ringing saying they are from Virgin Media and there is something wrong with their route. They then try and get people to download malware to “fix it”. People need to be warned
