@virginmedia shocking service lately and we are not happy clients, with broadband being down. We were forced to upgrade and then the engineer didn’t even bother to show up. Waited over 4 hours on the phone. Finally had enough and will be disconnecting.

Hey @virginmedia here’s a suggestion for you. When you “make planned improvements to your broadband service” how about you contact your customers in advance to tell them they will be without internet whilst they try to work from home?! Appalling customer service

@virginmedia just witnessed the most outrageous and aggressive driving by one of your employees. I would have provided the number plate but they were so close I couldn’t note it down. Undertook multiple cars and almost caused a crash with a lorry on a roundabout. #awfuldriving

@virginmedia Nothing is hard wired, it’s mainly at night the signal drops causing issues, it does it daily, I’ve done the system check on call a few times to reset the router and It works for a while then back to intermittent Wi-Fi
