    @virginmedia Are you able to remove all registered devices from my Virgin TV Go account? Searching online it looks like there is a bug on the system, which requires Virgin Support to remove the devices.

    @virginmedia i have been loyal customer and i asked if i change my package to phone and broadband as its far more affordable for me seeing the prices. You refused offering me what is on offer i find at absolute ridiculous and unvalued therefore requested cancellation.

    @EamonMelia @Old_Crone5 Virgin media cancelled all news programmes for 2 weeks over the Christmas. They only came back on Monday gone. RTE constantly cuts news programmes especially in summer and at xmas. But Virgin media actually replaced their 5.30pm news with a stupid English game show.

    @virginmedia The same as he did the time before that as well, that my equipment and cabling is fine and not at fault. He even went to the box down the road to check there and come back said nothing seems to be wrong here. Just admit it’s a server fault or what ever it is and be done with it-

    @Virgin Media Dear Virgin Media, I have been trying to contact you to cancel my contract or obtain a cheaper one for next six months. Your call system did cut me off twice after over an hour waiting and speaking to your team. Also your messenger seems to be useless. Please Help.
