@virginmedia once again trying to contact virgin media is a no go a proper waste of time contract has run out trying to cancel they have put the money up to £60 a month for basically 2 freeview boxes I have cancelled my direct debit which is due on the 7 april what a scam😡

@TomGeorgeBest @virginmedia I live in South London and this keeps happening to us too. Internet cuts out between 10-11am and then again between 3:30-5 every day. We pay for 50mbps and have internet speeds as slow as 0.9mbps. So frustrating.

@virginmedia It must be WiFi using your speed tester it says to the Hub 649mbs but to my Phone 90mbs. I've never been happy with where my Hub is because it kind of hidden down the side of my TV

@virginmedia Waste of time calling in. The CS reps just tell me the same thing over and over… restart the router etc Even had an engineer out and he said your mesh pods are a waste of time!!! Had nothing but issues with them. It’s at the top of the stairs with the router directly below it.

@virginmedia The test was done stood next to one of your WiFi pods in my home office. The things that are supposed to increase performance in poor signal areas!!!! I don’t have the facility to wire in directly to the router.
