@virginmedia Will we be compensated for the outage? Because this is two days now and almost 2 weeks of intermittant, keep dropping out and unplugging and I’m sure you can appreciate many of us are having to work from home atm

@virginmedia It was down for the whole of yesterday. Came back eventually in the evening but too late for my working day. Please can you tell us what the problem was. The service is really flaky and for the price you charge I would expect 99.9% reliability.
