@virginmedia stop letting visiting technicians tell customers they’ll rebook another visit 1st thing the following day. Just wasted half a day’s work waiting in to be told by VMCS they are coming Friday. Why not just send the customer an update via text? #VirginMedia

@JamesJWalsh @virginmedia The people on first line support are there to filter out the most obvious problems (wrong password, equipment not plugged or faulty, etc). Your goal noe is to prove that it's not your fault (device configuration, weak WiFi, etc).

@virginmedia my father has severe dementia & I've spent 50 mins on phone with advisor + manager. Sent POA so I could control acc on Dec 2019 after a prev complaint. Rec'd written confirming this. No-one would change email add 4 me to check bills. Manager asked me 2 send POA again
