    @virginmedia Every time I’ve called it’s been over an hour before I’ve given up. I just lose the will to live. Do you have an actual customer service that works? When I got through previously, they haven’t provided solutions. It’s a real let down in an otherwise decent offering.

    @virginmedia I got through. They made it worse. Now nothing in my house works as wifi is down. They told me they updated some internal software. What?!? Please advise, as I’m in a worse state now than I was before the call.

    @virginmedia Yes, I raised 1 complaint with an agent, spoke to a 2nd agent who informed me that a complaint hadn't been logged, nor was there a recocord of the conversation, which as we both know is contrary to your legal obligations. which is why I say #corrupt and #ofcom should be aware
