@virginmedia i don’t tend to Tweet at brands much, but i’m actually disgusted by your mobile team. my direct debit was cancelled, i wasnt told about it, and then my service suddenly stops! had to call to find out it was blocked because the direct debit was closed! unbelievable!

@virginmedia Mum said she spoke to an operator who ran some checks. They confirmed there was a fault, but they couldn’t proceed because mum had forgotten her password. They said they would send the letter, this was over a week ago. Thanks for your help.

@virginmedia they told me it was because my direct debit had been cancelled (not by me though) and that, as a result, my service had been stopped. i’m more shocked that you have the ability to shut down the phone of someone with a disability with no warning. no text, letter, call, email etc

@virginmedia has got to be the #worst customer experience ever. 3times I have been cut off trying to report a problem with my landline. Do not sign up to this company. #bad service majorly #overpriced I do not recommend @virginmedia to anyone.

Hey @virginmedia! 3 days no internet or TV, you cancelled 2 visits because of ‘local network problems’, even though you identified a local fault in my premises. Can’t book another visit until the network fault is cleared. Oh, and to book it I have to call you again! #Fail

@virginmedia Hey Folks, Not sure whats wrong but over the last few days my internet is dropping even over a cat6 etgernet cable. Running a speedtest on both ethernet and wifi i get around 9 to 25 mbps down. I cant get through to support either !!

@virginmedia Are all your live chats closed? We want to discuss changing package as it's getting too expensive compared to new customers. Also want a Hub 4 to try fix some issues as it has a newer chipset inside!.
