@virginmedia Not very helpful. If your company can’t fix the issue, why would the community be able to? Spent another hour on the phone again today, again being told I will get a call back in 45 mins. It didn’t happen. Still no email!

@virginmedia That is a lie and your as should be reported. If your wifi works it early gets up to the speed that you charge me for. You also fail to mention that you slow down speeds when everyone is watching. So many disappointments when the wheel start spinning

@virginmedia hello, we are unhappy with our broadband. It’s bad as my husband and I are both WFH and my Teams calls are regularly interrupted. We have the highest broadband package available and pay over £100 a month so it’s clearly unacceptable. Please send an engineer ASAP!

@virginmedia Just spent an hour on the phone to yourselves, not only is the service going to be referred to @Ofcom due to frequent drops in the service + no LL, but you can’t offer me a 12mth contract insisting I have 18mth. Well, I might take up @SkyTV’s offer reluctantly. #Ealing

@virginmedia Anyone thinking about using Virgin Media read all the negative feedback first. This company does not deliver the speeds it promises and worse the services are disrupted and unstable. Impossible to get through to customer services and impossible to cancel.

@virginmedia I did call. One chap was very helpful and referred the poor broadband service and a faulty landline for two years to @Ofcom and the latter chap was not very helpful. Would you stay and have your monthly fee go from £28.50 to £49.50?

@browntoby @virginmedia My wife works at a well known provider. The biggest discounts are available from ‘retentions’ i.e tell them you want to cancel and you can sometimes get over 1/3 off your bill.

@virginmedia Thanks for getting back to me. The customer service rep said it would be logged on your system. So when I called back to accept it - after holding for 45 mins, to be told it was not available I was rather disappointed. I expected better from Virgin to be honest.

@virginmedia Yes. Spent 5 hours on the phone to 6 different people. Each time different information, different pricing and different problems. I’ve actually had 3 contracts set up today including an O2 sim. None of the contracts have actually been setup apart from the sim and we don’t need it
