    @virginmedia After going through webchat sales team and customer care. Could not reach deal to upgrade so I said Would talk to other providers. Customer care wanted me to wait to speak to relationship manager and I waited on line for a further 45 minutes for the person to come on line.

    @virginmedia Constant connection issues, I have had issues with it for 2-3 months and have still been paying for something that does not work properly. on top of that you guys write lies on my notes that was read out to me by the cancellation department team member.. 👎 scamming customers

    @virginmedia Thanks for clarifying. Anyway I’ve now been without broadband and landline since 8.30am, back from unplanned trip to office for their wifi to find that service is not going to be fixed until 9am tomorrow! This is the second time in a month I’ve been without service all Friday. 😫

    @virginmedia It’s up and running now though I favour it a temporary fix as it’s a repetitive issue in Wandsworth and needs addressing. I pay a premium as opposed to going with a cheaper provider to avoid precisely this scenario. It’s far from a satisfactory service.

    Here we go yet again. Quelle surprise @virginmedia down in SW11 for the past few hours. Warning to anyone in South London, avoid them as your broadband provider. It truly is an awful service.

    @virginmedia #internet So glad I left Virgin a year ago. I have much better speeds at half the price. Virgin are expensive and customer service the worst I have ever experienced.

    @virginmedia No just ended the call. I guess they didn't want the cancellation on their figures. She didn't even say bye literally I have system issues and ended call. I'm on hold again but think this service certainly cemented my cancellation

    @virginmedia and your last member of support was sublime the lady who was clearly reading off an auto cue was god awful! Hire people who know what they are talking about please because them auto cues come across to me as very condescending!
