    Just left @bt_uk and switched to @virginmedia Best move ever! 50% cheaper and broadband is 60x quicker! Standard and quality of service by @bt_uk was awful, not fit for purpose!

    @virginmedia But your SMS team either a) never respond or b) refuse to help me specifically because they say there are outstanding issues. So, through a combination of a) and b), you never look at my issue. Because there's either always a wider issue, OR you ignore me. Utterly unhelpful.

    @virginmedia My partner did. Two hours later after the auto response still nothing. Evidently different sections of your company do not talk to each other, your system is broken, and for the amount we spend on broadband it's frankly unacceptable.

    Hi @virginmedia. You were meant to phone us at 8am today. Just like your service guy was supposed to turn up 12-4 yesterday, but instead turned up at 7, hadn't been told what the issue was, got aggressive & drove off. You are appalling.

    @virginmedia If anyone is there, your Kafkaesque hellhole of a website is like the labyrinth in The Shining. It just sending a user back to sign in, even though we are, and that's after thirty minutes trying to change the password. You are abysmal.

    @lornajane2 @virginmedia Yeah, clearly something wrong specifically with my Virgin kit, or something hyperlocal (cabinet/wiring)... But they refused to investigate my query as there was an outstanding issue until May 5th, and since then disgracefully haven't bothered responding. So can't get a diagnosis.

    Never thought we'd have to contact @cedrsays regarding @virginmedia charging us too much per month for our package to what was verbally agreed, & never responding to multiple calls, emails, letters. Nearly 6 years loyalty & this is what you get. Terrible way to treat a customer.

    @virginmedia I am attempting to cancel a contract on a flat in Bristol.. Virgin media expects me to pay for a templated letter of cancellation from some other company called cancel contract or something in Kafkaresque language that also expects us to sign a contract for this company!

    @virginmedia Also seem too busy to help via text. I'm being sent to the stupid bot every time I reply. Would seem if I don't reply as soon as possible, I get my progress reset and have to start answering the stupid questions again, with a bot that clearly doesn't work. This is disgraceful tbh

    @virginmedia No. I literally signed up and it gave me two options for dates to get broadband out and that was 21st or 22nd then day later email saying it’s now 8th of jan. The outside work isn’t done by virgin so they can’t help with that which is poor.
