    So @virginmedia wifi down in SW18 2 for the third time this week. Don’t ask me to check your status dashboard, this happens EVERY week. It’s a constant, systemic issue, please get an engineer to come out & look at local box. Paying £130/month for terrible service, fuming 🤮😡

    @virginmedia It’s been terrible since early June. Yes I have tried wired and wireless. There was an issue in the area that was ‘fixed’ a few days ago but nothing has changed. 4 people have come to the house and ‘fixed’ the issue. No change. I have work to do.

    @virginmedia I’m afraid not. I did ask to speak to a supervisor/manager and they said they would submit this request. My question is: is there actually a fault or is this an ongoing issue? It seems to be the latter, tbh.

    @virginmedia Last time, our wifi was down for over a week. I spoke to an agent on the phone who was utterly useless. You never offer any solutions. I’m starting to think that the only way for you to take any action is if I cancel my DD.

    @virginmedia Thanks, John. No they didn’t confirm. All they said was that the issue *might* be fixed by August 2nd, which as you can imagine is far from ideal. Meanwhile, I’m also being charged a full month despite not having a reliable connection for over a week.

    @virginmedia Internet has been going of 8+ times for 20-30 at a time! This has been going on for a week and all customer service say is 'there's no issues in your area' it's a joke. I'm seriously considering leaving.
