@jimmywim @virginmedia Don't use their frequently broken / questionable DNS servers. It's been a rule for years. They've had a horrible history of hijacking servfail, nxdomain and the like. Chose something else (8.8.8.8,1.1.1.1,9.9.9.9 etc)

@virginmedia Yep that’s funny. Really is. Do you not think I’ve not tried ringing you & only can do so on my mobile as no landline remember, on hold up to 40 mins+ & then cut off. You try it. It’s impossible to speak to a real person. WORST SERVICE EVER👎🏻

@virginmedia I was given a discount in March this year, what I didn’t know was that meant a new contract, that part was definitely not clear. Plus as I said my landline that you charge for has never worked. I will be making an Ofcom complaint

@virginmedia Disgusted again got through after an hour and because I didn’t select my one time offer discount on automated part as I wanted to speak to someone no discount given. Wouldn’t log a complaint either just said dissatisfaction logged and nothing will happen. I am fuming.
