Season’s greetings to @virginmedia Broadband unusable for over a week now. The ETA to fix is 2nd Jan, when whoever’s job it is to fix my issue comes back from their break. I especially enjoyed the staff who refused to put me through to a manager even though I asked 4 times

@virginmedia 2 weeks with no internet. Four phone calls (one hour each). Three engineer visits cancelled. I even tried calling you BEFORE today's engineer visit to try to stop you cancelling it but no luck. Please help. Nobody on the number you provide is able to do so.

@JockItch96 @virginmedia Don’t know how many times I’ve told you mate, the worst company in the world. When I cancelled them they carried on trying to take money then put a black mark on my credit file for non payment. Wouldn’t use them if they were the only choice!! Go Sky!!

@virginmedia Engineer noted it last month when he fixed telephone line. It has become worse overnight, probably hit by a car. Have reported via virgin media online complaint also.

We have internet, thank you to the engineers who fixes it but @virginmedia need to take a long hard look at how they managed this, poor poor communication , o-one monitoring SM over the weekend, a classic lesson in failing in crisis management and customer care

@virginmedia Thank you. I'm way beyond reviewing your site for tech support (which is limited) and have cancelled my account. I asked Virgin Media to take some responsibility for 5 months of problems by not charging us for the 30 day cancellation period but they wouldn't even consider this.

Parents have had ongoing issues with their internet from @virginmedia for last 6yrs! Had NO internet all over Christmas, new router received still not working. Told due to the size of their house. Now being told have to pay another 30 days for something that doesn’t work

@virginmedia Had enough WiFi absolutely pony , paying top dollar and can hardly get any coverage in my area for months now !!!!!! Spoke to customer care in the uk , gotta love the Geordie accents!!!!! Try rebooting your rooota man !!! Yeah done that !!! Still no coverage !

@AquariusDg @virginmedia Agree and we had no wifi all day- not fun no Wifi or TV etc in lockdown and the joke is Virgin customer service inform you to track via virgin website- a bit hard with no wifi- do the maths Virgin !!!

@john_nufc42 Don’t know which is next ... I’ve got Virgin Media which I’m happy with and generally doesn’t cause me any problems ... I use only internet connection for everything .. computers, all TV channels, tablets, phones (all the wifi) Netflix, Prime etc and don’t have a problem.

@virginmedia ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME trying to get through to cancel an account. Literally 3 hours on the phone being passed around 4 times to then be cut off! Great at taking your money but **** at customer service.
