    @virginmedia Still not working. The best @virginmedia can say is “have you tried re-booting” it !!! YES - multiple times. Hoping an engineer might come tomorrow. Sadly a very poor service.

    Virgin Media are crap. Wifi gets interrupted loads, phoned a few times n they say it's fine. I'm a total novice but after a Google I learned about channels, downloaded an app - on a 1⭐ channel vs multiple available 9⭐, switched it in 30secs. Why can't they do or advise that?

    @virginmedia WOW. Over 4hrs on WhatsApp to try to cancel my broadband and subscriptions and you still want to charge an exit fee. Farewell @virginmedia your decidedly average service and dreadful customer care will not be missed.
