I’ve never been able to receive incoming calls on my landline. Internet is very intermittent. My experience with your customer service hasn’t been great. All along I’ve been paying in full.

They didn't fix it, so I refused to pay my outstanding bill and switched immediately to BT. They kept sending me threatening emals. I won my case.
