    @virginmedia My previous landline telephone number was meant to be ported over and this never got done. I’ve never been able to receive incoming calls on my landline. Internet is very intermittent. My experience with your customer service hasn’t been great. All along I’ve been paying in full.

    @virginmedia I cancelled my VM package in Nov. Why is Virgin still charging me for something I no longer want or need. It's not fair for me to pay for something I don't want. To make things worst I'm stranded in another for a month and paying for phone and TV that was cancelled in Nov. Help
