    @virginmedia thanks virgin media for a wasting 5 hours of my day waiting for an engineer after I reported a fault with my landline on Sunday. Turns out it was a problem with your cabinet so the engineer didn't need to check my property.

    @SonosSupport I’ve only noticed it today, I’ve had the same set up for 3 years and then just stopped. Doesn’t seem to be an issue with any other devices. No extenders as I live in a tiny flat and my speakers are all less than 5m from the router - my router is a Virgin Media hub 3.0 - ta

    @virginmedia Yes I’ve had many text messages why am I still wasting my time just cancel my account ! I have moved and no service for virgin media not that I would have wanted it anyway ! Just cancel my account Now and send me a confirmation email .

    @virginmedia Yeah that's what I've been hearing for the past two years. Was a loyal VM customer before we moved. Entire street has Virgin cabling. The entire street except the row of 3 houses that I live on. VM clearly just not that interested in having mine and my neighbours business!

    @virginmedia Having to wait 28 days to get a response on a complaint when I’m paying for a service I’m not getting, is not good service. Why can’t I speak to someone on the phone? Using personal hotspot for video conferencing is not what I should have to be doing!
