    @virginmedia All devices, wired and wireless. Status tracker says no known issues, which is contrary to what service desk told me when I called last night. They said there's a "short term network issue".

    @virginmedia Not only do I have TV issues also my internet keeps dropping out! And yes re booting it does sort it out but rather annoying clambering behind the TV all the time 🤬

    @virginmedia No, but more failed, incompetence calls with tech support. Forums cannot change your servers, but tech support can Another few days of waiting with heavily restricted services and no sign of client service.i have spent over 20k with you over the years.

    @johnnyjimbob @LeftieK13 @RLong_Bailey Repairs still come under the heading of infrastructure, also upgrades. Don’t really care who owns Virgin media now, the point was excess profits go to shareholders, not to improving service. I remember when post office, rail and energy all nationalised. Not a crazy ****** system.

    @virginmedia my mum is trying to sort her mobile as she has a sim free phone and wants a bank sim to continue using her existing number in her new phone apparently your customer services were rude to her and put phone down on her

    @virginmedia I've tried to call but it's achieved nothing. Twice I've been promised calls from management and the last time 1hr36mins being passed between sales and customer services, then being cut off..... If this is an indication how customers are treated then I'll pass

    @virginmedia Yes it is a signal issue. However that link does not cover it – it is largely a problem with the Hub3 router. I’ve had it since 2016. When I got it, was working perfectly on the 2.4GHz band. Largely affects an old laptop that only works on the 2.4GHz band.
