The tv and broadband both constantly go down , service is totally unreliable . So even if you ‘fix’ it, it will probably only work for a few hours @ofcom

I am assured, every time I call, that it will be fixed within 7 days. It never is

Someone had informed me the issues are to do with them not upgrading the cabinets you see on the pavements outside. The older cabinets cannot Cope with high usage !!! @ofcom
