Virgin Media moving weird. My wifi is working but for certain things. YouTube, IG, Disney+ is all fine but Safari, Twitter and other apps ain’t working. Fix up man. I ain’t paying all this money for daily issues @virginmedia

When you cancel services with a company, because you are fed up with crazy price increases, but the next day get some ultra pushy sales guy from an overseas office try to argue they can do it better, when will they ever learn, no means no. @virginmedia you are the absolute worst!

How does one formally complain about broadband availability? Looking at our new place our options are either Virgin Media (up to 1Gbps down/52Mbps up) or atrocious ADSL service (up to 13.2Mbps down/1Mbps up). In an era of WFH, those ADSL speeds are untenable.

@virginmedia can you please help - I want to cancel my contract and been calling Virgin for days, it says high volume of calls & cuts off the line at 55 mins. I’ve tried at all different times of the day. No joy to reach anyone. It’s impossible to cancel if no-one picks up?

@virginmedia what a disgraceful service. We have had no end of bother with our internet. New hubs new cables slow speeds total loss of internet. 3 engineers call out and you have the cheek to charge me £25 for a call out fee and they refuse to return it #leaving

This makes @virginmedia an effective monopoly here. Why do we allow this? The cable internet infrastructure should be separated into a non-profit wholesale backhaul provider which other ISPs can re-sell instead of being locked down to a single provider.

@virginmedia I was told by virgin media that the direct debit is active your end my bank says its not thier end so I'm going to leave it as it is and if the money doesn't come out on the 26th of this month then its not my fault as I believe you have a it problem your end
