Within 10 mins of engineer fixing fault, its playing up again. Its also the end of my contract so I want to deal with it.

In the meantime, I was contacted today and agreed a way forwards to stay with VM. It is quite hard to have to deal with bad customer care while grieving.

Me and the Mrs had Virgin we were paying something like £87 a month for the full package come renewal price they wanted £213 a month for the same package claiming the £87 was a new customer only deal
