    @virginmedia I have now been trying to speak to someone about broken broadband for 2 weeks. Calls to call centre that don’t get answered, your automated text service which says they will be back in 24hrs and never do. What exactly do I have to do to speak to someone.

    @virginmedia There has been an outage in burgess hill since Saturday but it’s still not fixed. There are texts being sent everyday saying when the next update is but nothing has been fixed. I am totally dumbfounded.

    @virginmedia Ha, had to be sure because in past I've had responses about tube WiFi telling me to restart the router etc... It's pretty lame that I would need an app. I really can't see how that will help, as you can't surely expect all of London to download your app just to use tube WiFi?

    @virginmedia What app? I'm talking about tube WiFi. I've never needed an app for that before.... And I shouldn't need an app... I'm talking about the sign in page. In the past I only had to put my username and password in once in a while; now it's EVERY station.

    @virginmedia Hey, Thanks for the reply, Thankfully its only happened to me a couple of times so far. But it seems to be an issue that restarts the router any time between midnight to 0100. But I know others who it happens to every evening, even after a new router.

    @TimWardCam @virginmedia Well I did tell my bank and then virgin chased the ‘debt’ via a debt collection agency. The debt-collectors listened but I couldn’t get anyone at virgin to listen! I was being supportive. Their customer service is awful.

    Frustratingly, my @virginmedia broadband has cut out multiple times per day for the last week or so. I let it slide for a while but it's happened so often today and yesterday that I have to complain somewhere. The hub 3 is terrible for WiFi even across the living room too
