    @virginmedia had broadband issue last Saturday, yesterday, and today. It's totally unacceptable, especially when wfh. Have to get contract cancelled because there is no other choice.

    @virginmedia Yes. But that didnt stop you charging me for a full month even though i didn't have service for a full month. Your customer service is appalling, I've complained for years and you make no change or comoensation. You don't care one iota for your customers.

    @virginmedia I got through. They made it worse. Now nothing in my house works as wifi is down. They told me they updated some internal software. What?!? Please advise, as I’m in a worse state now than I was before the call.

    @virginmedia Every time I’ve called it’s been over an hour before I’ve given up. I just lose the will to live. Do you have an actual customer service that works? When I got through previously, they haven’t provided solutions. It’s a real let down in an otherwise decent offering.

    @virginmedia My internet is the issue. I do not own a TV. I rang and was told Ofom would decide if we're entitled to any kind of compensation. We just want a reliable internet service from @virginmedia.

    @virginmedia Really, wonder if this outage will take 6 months like the last faults did to fix?? Time to start refunding money. Poor service, and everyone says American customer service is the best. This is the worst.

    worst thing about @virginmedia is since they merged with O2 my Internet has been down most days and when its down my O2 signal cant even get 4G. Suggestions on who's best to change to would be appreciated sick of virgin customer service is appalling too

    What time is rivals cut off? Looks like an all nighter for me. Need 2 more wins but @virginmedia Internet been down since 2pm costing me valuable working time and now leisure time too but no communication whatsoever from them. Time to change provider I think due to poor service.
