@virginmedia If you read this correctly you would see that I said broadband is not the issue - it's everything else, and trust me we gave engaged with you on numerous occasions including 6 engineers who have so far failed miserably.

@virginmedia It’s fibre only. How do I cancel when customer service is so bad! I have had 2 calls ended tonight as they don’t want to cancel my contract. So bad. Your front of house is appalling and can tell by the number of complaints on here in such a short space of time. :(

@virginmedia Interesting when you get disconnected the moment you tell the agent the deal to stay with you as a loyal customer is way higher then new customers and £20 a month more than @SkyUK Especially when your charging me per minute to call you as you never fixed my landline

@Snowy273 I ditched Virgin media a couple of years ago & what a job I had trying to ditch them. Now use 3 mobile broadband.Went from around £70+ down to £10 p.m. as a special offer then £21 a month. More than adequate for what I use it for (TV,laptop & tablet).But depends on mobile signal.

@virginmedia This is as bad as your customer service not knowing how the rise is calculated a 13.8% rise on £29 is £4 rise which is still an inflation busting rise, how is a 24% rise justified, you are ripping off your customers How many of your staff have had an inflation + rise this year

@virginmedia Yes we have. One operator can see the POA authority and the next can’t. Given up on the phone after holding for hours now been waiting on What’sapp for nearly and hour and a half. Experience is always the same. Changing package, returning device and now trying to cancel :(

@virginmedia The service checker sometimes tells me there’s an issue and sometimes tells me there isn’t. And the chance of speaking to an actual person within about half an hour is as likely as me becoming the next pope.

@virginmedia Possibly John, but this is hardly encouraging me to stay. Would you rather I spent an entry tarrif with Virgin Media or go somewhere else. Think about long term gains and customer relations as apposed to short term profits.

@virginmedia Just got cut off by Virgin Media after being on the phone for 1 hour and 39 minutes. Have still not been able to cancel or suspend for 6 months as per agreement on the call. Have been a loyal customer and upgraded packages over the years but this is now ridiculous. Should I stay?
