We were also advised they would send us a hub 4 to try and get rid of the existing hub 3

Currently ok but recently every day there is a long period of issues.

Can’t speak to anyone on the phone either! Not acceptable especially when I am having to cancel important work meetings?! Furious!

In the meantime, I was contacted today and agreed a way forwards to stay with VM. It is quite hard to have to deal with bad customer care while grieving.
