@virginmedia Yes, I went through those before I contacted VM. I have also gone through them again each time I've called. No solution. It's been three weeks + already, I'm sick of waiting. Another call back promised today hasn't happened. Shockingly bad customer service.

@virginmedia We need to find another way to sort this out then don't we. Signing up for a forum and getting a 'Hello' badge and no guarantee of a reply is really not solving my problem is it? You say you can't arrange call backs- your team say they can't escalate problems, who can help?

@virginmedia No it's being installed for a customer, the reason I ask is we are paying for this just now and I was told not so much as a hanging basket was to be put on it any damage to the insulation would render the warranty void that's why I am asking thanks
