@virginmedia worst internet provide and customer service ever!!! You’re honestly the absolute worst. We’re told that due to the useless internet for weeks on end, we could leave without fees. And now that we call to cancel you want to charge us?!?! Pathetic

@virginmedia It doesn’t for me. Virgin has build a wall of impenetrable bots and automised systems that makes any communication impossible.well done of not making any attempt to help your customers. This is such an arrogant attitude

@virginmedia That is a lie and your as should be reported. If your wifi works it early gets up to the speed that you charge me for. You also fail to mention that you slow down speeds when everyone is watching. So many disappointments when the wheel start spinning

Wouldn’t it be nice if @virginmedia actually delivered the service they get paid for!? And when you called to talk to them they actually answer or when you go on the offered live chat you’d get a person and not a robot!? Yeah me too. #worstservice #virginmedia

@virginmedia Not very helpful. If your company can’t fix the issue, why would the community be able to? Spent another hour on the phone again today, again being told I will get a call back in 45 mins. It didn’t happen. Still no email!

@browntoby @virginmedia My wife works at a well known provider. The biggest discounts are available from ‘retentions’ i.e tell them you want to cancel and you can sometimes get over 1/3 off your bill.

@virginmedia Anyone thinking about using Virgin Media read all the negative feedback first. This company does not deliver the speeds it promises and worse the services are disrupted and unstable. Impossible to get through to customer services and impossible to cancel.

@virginmedia you have one hour to respond with a solution. 5 - hours spent on call centres 3 - failed outdoor pre-installations. 2 - failed indoor wifi installations. 1st - time customer. This how you treat customers? No solution today, fine, I’ll go with @skytv

Can’t wait till I get to cancel my @virginmedia contract and move to BT. I mean selling me 200Mb internet and not even delivering an average of 10Mb is not cool right! I mean imagine all the people that pay for the same service but don’t know how to measure it!? Right!

If you are thinking of signing upto @virginmedia for internet, please don’t. They will happily leave you with no internet for 3 months, and cancel any installation dates. Their customer service is abysmal and they do not try to rectify their mistakes. Be warned!

@virginmedia @BureauOld You tell yourselves that. You overpriced services already before to gain as much profit as possible. I hope #ofcom ultimately finds this change unlawful, even if it's only based on the fact that a customer can't possibly predict how much it is going to be next year.

@virginmedia Keep receiving calls from 08001836403 Is this genuine? Every time I ask for the same services at a lower price they hang up on me. Not cool to receive a sales call and then be hung up on twice.
