    Seriously @virginmedia what is wrong with your internet in Wandsworth I pay £47 a month and the service is patchy cuts out all the time it’s supposed to be fast fibre broadband but it’s anything but at the moment!!

    @virginmedia Thanks. The link says there are problems in the area and they should be fixed by 8pm but that’s a whole day using my mobile data instead of broadband! I am really disappointed.

    @virginmedia Please could someone let me know how to deal with issues, regarding mobile Wi-fi hotpspots and voicemail from abroad. Tried a number of times and yet to have any conversation, that didn’t require me repeating myself two or three times !!

    @virginmedia We lost internet Friday night. Today Sunday morning support team say issue fixed in area and so created a new ticket nbre giving YOU another48hrs to solve it and at same time saying engineer will call within 3hrs. No call. Support unable to help. No Senior to speak to.

    No broadband since June 27 and told fix by July 9th. In central London. Wow. Just wow. Also despite calls still no explanation just a prepared script in a distant call centre. Internet is an essential service for business in the developed world @virginmedia @richardbranson

    @virginmedia Yes I’ve reported several times and when I run the checker it says no issue Yet when I call the 0345 number it says there is It was supposed to be fixed by the 24th Today I’m working from home and I don’t have any internet AGAIN!! Come on guys

    My internet has been down for hours. But there is no way to contact @virginmedia. They are had at customer service. If I don't get internet soon I will go mad like in the Shining and there will be no Edinburgh show for anyone

    @virginmedia So day 3 still no internet. Ur team promised to deal with it this morning at 10. Of course nothing happened and no one called. Now call centre telling me that there’s another outage in my area. Gave me a number to file a complaint. Ridiculous !!!

    @emloue @virginmedia @virginmedia contacted me and we went through some trouble shooting guides. Fortunately, as well, I have two tech savvy brothers who helped and sorted it, updated and all. We managed to fix between us all. 👍🏼

    @virginmedia I spoke with someone from customer services today and there is no order, there never had been an order but to now upgrade the original TiVo to a TiVo v6 would be a one off £130 and then £7.50 per month. For this I will run down my contract and leave, nothing short of theft

    @virginmedia @virginmedia Oh to top your abysmal customer service off you wanted to take a dead man to court over £12.50 despite me supplying you with all the paperwork you requested. I sent it numerous times. Horrible company to deal with. Never again.

    @virginmedia @andriagV Same issue here. Ended up getting rid of the tv package and just kept the fast fibre broadband at £46 per month. Such a poor offering for existing loyal customers. 👎🏻
