    Not the best start to the day when you attempt to log-on to work and discover that @virginmedia is down. Hoping that we don’t get anywhere near as late as 11:55 for KT2, that the website is saying that the issue is supposed to be resolved by.

    @CateSevilla @virginmedia They then tried to fine me for not sending their 'hub' back and refused to refund the house move cost I'd paid a few months earlier. So so incompetent! SO stressful when all of us work from home too. I moved to TalkTalk & is cheaper and no problems so far, at least :)

    @virginmedia I have intermittent internet like most people around London losing the connection completely then back again. Virgin are no longer answering calls !!! After an hour waiting in the call queue they cut me off. Is this the new Virgin service ? Offcom where are you ?

    @virginmedia Twice i have waited on the online chat, today 3.5 hrs and I got cut off, 2 days ago over an hour on phone (at your request) and I get cut off. My speed is 1mb, ive reset etc. If i stop my dd mandate will that get me a quicker result? I pay for 200mb. A fix??

    @virginmedia I have a hub 3 in connecting via WiFi. I’ve used the connect app that tells me the WiFi signal is great but no internet connection. I have the VM boosters and the one in the living room is showing a red light

    @virginmedia I am now in another queue using that mobile text no. I should not have to waste several hours cancelling something in a statutory cooling off period. Unacceptable that I can buy in one go but must cancel separately when you don’t take calls. You are on notice of cancellation.
