    Switched to @virginmedia broadband in Nov ‘20 and agreed to pay more per month than I was paying before just to get reliable broadband. Now I find myself never using the Wi-Fi at home and the kids having to use my phone data to complete school lessons and work as it is SO BAD 😡

    @virginmedia Hi, yep. It’s been poor for over 4 days and non-existent for nearly 36 hours. Yes, I’ve checked BB status, it’s supposedly OK, yes I’ve rebooted, yes I’ve factory reset, multiple times. Still no BB. Still have to go to office, no choice unfortunately. No BB = Big health risk🙁

    Yay. @virginmedia has gone down. One kid needs online school, Husband needs online access to work, and I have a work zoom call... let’s hope it’s sorted pronto. I have zero tolerance for WiFi nonsense from a company that charges us a fortune!

    @virginmedia My 4g been so poor since Dec '21? I barely get 4g. Mostly I get 'H' or even 'E'. I switched to Virgin in 2020 & it was great. Regretting it now. Is this to do with your merger with 02? I still have 12mths contract left & don't see why I should pay for a poor service.

    @VirginMediaIE In Rialto, actually two guys from virgin media shows in my house and says that some maintenance is going in your neighbour house so we are shutting the connection for 5 minutes but then the connection was never resume again and there
