@virginmedia When you are using your data in your own house so often, have Netflix, Now and Amazon Prime you pay for that you can’t even use when Broadband are down, you have to ask, what the HELL am I doing with a company that can’t provide a basic bloody service.

@virginmedia Ok, so as promised here’s an update… the problem still exists!! Instagram works perfectly on 4G & any WiFi other than Virgin, but on Virgin WiFi it is slow & won’t load videos or carousel posts properly. As per the forum threads, this is an ongoing issue with Virgin WiFi only.

@virginmedia I cannot believe the audacity of your adverts. We live in Twickenham and have regretted every day since we switched from Sky. (Even though they were robbing us for 11 years loyalty). We would happily pay overpriced sky for absolutely substandard virgin service.

@virginmedia That would imply that I had faith in your services & belief that you cared about your customers. I know from the past that this is not the case. I have already checked and this problem is supposed to be fixed by 3pm, it has been ongoing since 8am. It really is tedious and boring

@virginmedia Engineer on site. No signal for the “little” channels E4, Channel 5 etc. (others are OK) so he’s in the pit in the street. Presumably therefore not just us....

@virginmedia I chose to leave you guys as I am paying £30 a month for simple wifi as was offered a deal for £40 for wifi and tv elsewhere you disconnected me same day I called not 30 days later I’ve rang 3 times and every time someone can’t help me. Fuming told 1-4 days for wifi.

@virginmedia Both. Two engineer visits, one claiming the issue would be resolved 21st January.. it wasn’t so another came out.. changed some wires.. still didn’t fix it.. was meant to get a new router to see if that would work.. still waiting for the router..

@virginmedia Two phones on WiFi, they drop intermittently with an authentication error message, independently of the PC wired ethernet connection issues. This hub was a replacement due to similar issues a few months back, and this has started since about mid January, gradually getting worse.

BBC iPlayer on Virgin Media Tivo is pointless. You wait for it to load, and then "You now need to sign in to your BBC account". Nope. BBC catch-up is included in my Virgin Media TV package. I'm already signed in.
