    I think we are done with @virginmedia after having a total #blackout of all services. Apparently waiting 4 days for an engineer to come to my house is acceptable. The auto compensation scheme gonna cover you if working from home too?

    @richardbranson @nicolareindorp @Crisis_Action I'm appalled that virgin media, under the guise of changing fibres ( whatever that means) are disconnecting landlines then charging customer's £35 to reconnect! My 84 year old dad & the 78 year old mother of a friend has had this happen in the past week! Get it sorted Branson!
