@virginmedia They have a record, I called this morning as its lasted the weekend without issue. Compensation was refused. Hence the tweet. It was on an off whole week. Even tried changing a resistor which did not work

@virginmedia in the 10 years I have been with virgin media, this is the first time my internet has gone down. Sometimes things do go wrong but it’s how you deal with it that matters. Well done to your engineers for restoring the service quickly!!

@virginmedia do you know what the issue is in NW6. There are 2 faults one has said “The problem is almost fixed - our engineers are carrying out their final checks” for quite a while now. Area code 21.

@virginmedia Hi thanks for the response We reported issue 1st on Monday last week it was intermittent all week 2 or 3 days we had nothing despite engineer visit It corrected itself Friday late pm. We had been told we had an issue but The engineer advised we were affected by a local outage

@Kirlea75 @JustRonnie001 Tell them due to financial circumstances you can't afford it any more. Don't go into any details. At worst you should be able to cancel pretty much immediately, and they may well offer it at a much cheaper rate (Virgin Media did to me when I rang them up)

@Fosteezio @virginmedia Mate they cut me off 10 days before my bill was due for none payment and wouldn’t turn it on even though was there mistake. Couldn’t speak to anyone to cancel contract in First 14 days. Day 15 I got through 🤔 now I’m stuck with them and nothing I can do
