    ‘ere, @VirginMedia, it’s been a full month now of totally unreliable service at my house; 5 engineers later, with the last call to 0345 454 111 on Friday saying you KNOW there’s a problem and it WILL be fixed in 24 hours. I called bullshit. I was right. Sort this out!!!

    @virginmedia broadband service in Greenwich London is shocking, hasn't been working for 1 week now and when I've rang customer services multiple times, all they try to do is up-sell me on their other more expensive packages. Terror to think we pay for this service!!!!

    @virginmedia After going through webchat sales team and customer care. Could not reach deal to upgrade so I said Would talk to other providers. Customer care wanted me to wait to speak to relationship manager and I waited on line for a further 45 minutes for the person to come on line.

    @virginmedia Apparently it will take 6 to 8 weeks to install. I've been repeatedly misled by your representatives. If I'd not spent 4 hours on hold over 2 days discovering what's going on. For a communications company you don't seem great at communicating, or customer care, or honesty.

    @virginmedia The complaint was about ongoing nuisance and verbal abusive calls being received from Virgin Media. 1st logged with CEO back in Dec 2020. No resolution yet. No apologies. Nothing. No ownership by any members of the team. Just rude and dismissive behaviour from Syed.

    @virginmedia i mean if its not fixed were just going to swap to another provider, this isnt the first time You guys have had issues, There has been issues non-stop since the start of the year without any sort of fix, Paying package of broadband, tv and phones... And getting 10mb is terrible

    @virginmedia no I was told this wasn't an option and I had to keep trying!! I'd be interested to know if Virgin are in breach of contract though....because if you are I'd really love to cancel all my services with you. It's been diabolical since day 1!!
