@1Drubsy @virginmedia I have already filed a monitoring request for @virginmedia with Ofcom and submitted a complaint with CISAS. I had enough of them. They must face the consequences of their actions and I will not stop until this is done.

@virginmedia We have had no phone service for 4 days in the NW9 area are you able to see if engineers will be fixing this issue urgently?

@virginmedia Not expecting a fault free service but an entire day with no Wifi when working from home is not acceptable in the slightest! The texts said some disruption not no service at all? Compensation is required!

Dear @VirginMedia, after 3x visits from technicians over 6 months (one of whom LIED about fixing bb/WiFi) I’m now back to no service (48 hours). Yes, tried rebooting, off/on etc, status says everything OK, Called yesterday and there IS an issue. When are you going to fix it?

Hi @virginmedia. I've just spent 1.5 hours/3 calls on the phone with you to cancel my contract due to moving flats. Each time the line went mute after a long wait and eventually disconnected. Please fix your service! Thanks.

@virginmedia Well…either an early cancellation or resolve the issue that I am having at your expense and not mine :)

@virginmedia any broadband issue in New Malden area? Unusable in last half an hour or so. I am using physical cable connection.

@virginmedia how many months are we supposed to accept an unreliable substandard service in KT2 and how much compensation will we get? Using a @ThreeUK 5G router as backup, it’s not 1GB but at least it is consistent!

@virginmedia Thanks. Engineer showed up, plugged in a new Hub 3, “fixed” my BB & WiFi and, 3 hours later, it’s still not working. Can I 1) file a complaint and 2) get a guarantee that this will be fixed for once and for all.

@virginmedia how can you fine me for being unable to take VM with me to my new home because you don’t cover that area, and even though I was giving 30 days notice but under contract for 7 more months, maybe we should check first with the holy VM, discussing service

@virginmedia Yep. Wired isn’t working either. I have no broadband, no WiFi, no service. Been like this since Saturday and intermittent since Jan/Feb.

@virginmedia I did. 3 calls to be precise. There seems to be a tech issue on your end which keeps hanging up on callers....I can't afford to lose any more hours, so I've resorted to writing a letter instead. Thanks.

@virginmedia Thanks. Done that. Multiple times. And over the last 6 months. And when I was an ntl: customer. And CableTel before that. 27 years of 56k > 350Mb and now it’s totally doing my head in. Unable to work from home properly. Boss won’t be happy!

@MTB_Flyer @drewsonix @virginmedia Exactly. They are selling a service that they know they cannot support. And there is no one who can do anything about this. They have an army of hounds protecting them.

@virginmedia a text to say there may be disruption to services is not the same as no wifi or TV since 8am and not expected back on until 4pm?! Can’t speak to anyone on the phone either! Not acceptable especially when I am having to cancel important work meetings?! Furious!

@virginmedia I still can't log in to my account despite being promised a call back from IT support after a 'ticket' was raised 2 MONTHS AGO. I'm at the end of my contract and need to leave Virgin for a more reliable broadband provider. Sort it out
-
prince de la poche

@ShogunAsh @virginmedia They quoted me an offer and it seems 300mbps is the default offer. Soon as the footy season is on break I’m moving suppliers. Their service isn’t even good enough anymore. Smh

@virginmedia There are no reported issues. We have called every day, always on hold for 45 mins to get through to someone, or otherwise just faced with an automated message. The technicians are always excellent when they come but this is a terrible customer experience in every other way
-
Dawn louise
(@OpticalFusion) reported
@virginmedia I've had 6 engineers to my property to resolve a connection issue. And had the worst experience with your customer service teams. I am left with option but to go to the telecommunications ombudsman as your company fails to recognise the service has been inadequate.
-
hsf24

@virginmedia Yes I have done all that. And as a result of that not working an engineer attended my property and said I need two Wi-Fi pods. I think it’s unreasonable to expect me to pay another £7.99 a month because what’s provided isn’t fit for purpose
-

@virginmedia been trying to contact you for an hour about my bill and you just keep cutting the call off and apparently not something live chat can help with. Getting frustrated now and if I don’t contact you, you’ll restrict my services which will be your own fault!!
