    @virginmedia At some-point in Dec I try cancelling contract through online chat => computer says no, you must phone up. Ugh. I don't understand why, but fine... 29th Dec -my move out date- I phone up to cancel, 25 minutes later apparently it's done. (...to be continued)

    @virginmedia You made it as hard as possible to make a complaint. I would like someone from your customer services to call me, so I don't have to waste yet more time on hold and then explaining the problem to a poorly trained member of staff with a script

    @virginmedia If you cannot call me in this instance, then fine. I will go to court as I have the detail, lack of service, a signed tech report stating local equipment not fit for purpose, no calls received on landline for 2 years coz it didn’t work! LL £16.99 x 24=407.76 I was fair. V weren’t

    Get home from work....2 out of 3 kids sick...oh well at least I can catch up with some work this evening on my laptop....oh no @virginmedia outage today means no broadband & no telly either 😱😡....would be good to get a report on when this issue will be fixed.....

    @virginmedia I grumble, why, why, why is it so hard for the online people to do anything. You are after all an online company. He feels my pain but all he can offer is for someone to call me back the next day. I never get the call.

    @virginmedia - over 48 hours now and no broadband or TV. Really unimpressed, mostly because I can only access an automated service for info. How hard is it to provide decent customer service and let me know what is going on - @SkyUK gets back to me before you do!

    @MartinSLewis On @O2 SIM-only, just gone up to £10/month unlimited calls, texts and 20GB data (doubled to 40GB as we have Virginmedia FTTP at home). Secured on their Black Friday offer last November. I usually buy a Motorola handset for about £150 which gives at least three years good service

    @virginmedia As well as 14 days of no landline I have spent ages on the phone to your "customer service dept" engineer visits that were cancelled and emails with no offer of help. Emails almost unreadable! All because VM migrated me without notice and something I didn't ask for!

    @virginmedia There wasn’t one - it’s Sat or nothing! Also advised re compensation but call terminated before completed - automated systems are fine but not when you are passed from pillar to post with no resolution

    @virginmedia Having been without internet for several days and an appointment being rescheduled during a call with a technical advisor from Saturday to this morning - it was a no show and a ‘it’s not in the system’ time wasted and poor customer experience….we continue with no internet again

    @virginmedia Today I called again as I was supposed to have an engineer visit to adjust the line and give me my HUB, no engineer was ever booked!!! You now tell me that you have no record of any of my conversations!!! I am amazed at the lack of customer service and the lies constantly told.
