    @virginmedia - yet again no internet in the UB8 3JQ area - as this is no a common occurance please arrange some form of refund as I’m getting sick and tired of this shoddy service.

    @virginmedia so my services, since being installed have not worked more than they have worked. As first impressions go this is very bad. If this isn’t fixed by this afternoon I will cancel my services as im still within 14 days cooling period.

    @ThreeUK absolutely fed up of the abysmal service I get with my broadband. It simply doesn’t work. Was promised a speed in the store, ive never even got half. Constantly dropping out. Time to change back to @virginmedia

    @virginmedia I'm never surprised. There call centre is disgusting. So unprofessional. Cutting people off. Not carrying out simple requests, eg calling people back as promised. Lying to get you off the phone.

    @virginmedia mmm. Apparently because 10 flats are not working at the same time it is not a fault on your side but each one of us has the same issue by chance as your sys say all is good. Well all is not good and we have to wait till Monday for an engineer (all of us) area 22

    @virginmedia new broadband install today, was working fine now nothing. Your website won’t allow me to set up my account to check local service. Im an ex virgin engineer so know what to do and check. No Down or upstream signals. Same for neighbours. Get this sorted immediately

    @virginmedia That is the first thing I checked and after the call center told me all is fine, an engineer will be sent out on Monday a text came back about 3 hours later to say there was actually an issue and you are working on it. So after we all called an issue was found hope it is fixed

    @virginmedia been waiting 5 days for a call back about my package now. Rang 3 times and each time they have “guaranteed” a call back within 24 hours. I know we are in a pandemic but quite shocking customer service

    @virginmedia Okay so Virgin have acknowledged the problem is on their end, as expected, now we have to wait another five hours to get the Internet back. I've tried complaining about this, the resolution was "apologise to customer". I just want the bloody service we're paying for.

    @virginmedia I did call you team on this number on several occasions but my issue has still not been resolved. Your technical team spend an hour with me every time I call to go through diagnostics, however the issue still remains. Can anyone else help me?

    @virginmedia Have run all the tests unfortunately with no resolution possible. Technician has been called out. Rather disappointed as we only got virgin 1 week ago and already have these issues

    Called Virgin media 4 times today to cancel our broadband. On hold for ages and then passed around 10 times. Then handed to disconnections team to be hung up / call dropped by them 4 TIMES! Literally worst company ever

    @virginmedia I rcd an email today saying complaint C-1604211808 was resolved but the resolution was left blank. I have had no contact from virgin and I don’t know which complaint it relates to (and it DEFINITELY isn’t resolved)The priority is not the overpayments but the default in my record!
