    @virginmedia new broadband install today, was working fine now nothing. Your website won’t allow me to set up my account to check local service. Im an ex virgin engineer so know what to do and check. No Down or upstream signals. Same for neighbours. Get this sorted immediately

    @virginmedia Well surprise surprise. The WiFi is down again. 6 weeks in a row. Call Centre hing yo when passing my call to a manager. Poor service. This is now unacceptable. How do I complain (other than @Ofcom) about this poor service. Why is the service so awful now.

    @virginmedia so my services, since being installed have not worked more than they have worked. As first impressions go this is very bad. If this isn’t fixed by this afternoon I will cancel my services as im still within 14 days cooling period.

    @virginmedia An engineer will be sent on Saturday. Second one in a week. Trying to use the chat function to load get a complaint and it disconnects. The agents do not seem keen on taking a complaint. I have been happish with tservice for few years now but it has deteriorated in last 6 weeks

    @virginmedia hey I've tried calling to cancel my 12 month contract as it's finished soon but I have to wait on hold for ages (I understand there are less call centres open), is there any other way I can close my contract without being stuck on hold for ages

    @virginmedia This issue is now appalling. Now I will not have internet connectivity for at least 3 days. That is unacceptable and I will have to wait until a new router arrives which is shocking

    @virginmedia been waiting 5 days for a call back about my package now. Rang 3 times and each time they have “guaranteed” a call back within 24 hours. I know we are in a pandemic but quite shocking customer service

    @ThreeUK absolutely fed up of the abysmal service I get with my broadband. It simply doesn’t work. Was promised a speed in the store, ive never even got half. Constantly dropping out. Time to change back to @virginmedia

    @virginmedia Yes wired and wireless. sadly this is a recurring problem. Service checker says no local issues, prompts me to check connections and reboot router. Nothing changes. Had a technician out who couldn’t find a problem. Just have to wait till randomly comes back on.

    @virginmedia @LauraKnight2010 I have had this same issue, I have been able to connect my Sky Glass to my mobile hotspot from my phone and it connected fine so there is definitely a problem with the Virgin Media end. All other devices have connected to the broadband fine.

    @virginmedia You still have not confirmed this appointment will NOT be cancelled. Can a senior individual call me today. I expect a case manager to detail what compensation can be offered until the issue is fixed and the issue will be resolved. I expect concessions by the end of this week.

    @virginmedia And still with the same issue of fading broadband in and out. 5 mins working ok, then it fades making zoom impossible, not even being able to run BBC iPlayer. And the monthly cost is massively increased. I feel like crying. 1st world problem maybe but can’t work, bank, or watch!

    @virginmedia I’ve been trying to get my self build connected to your network for 2/3 months now and anyone I call isn’t interested in the slightest and I’ve been told to just go elsewhere? Is that really what you want your sales team to be telling people?
