    @virginmedia I have done this now 7 times since 28th Nov without any Virgin service. I just called for the 8th time as I am expecting a new hub today to now be told it’s not coming today . A long list of bad customer service. I am fed up . Don’t use Virgin media as for the customer your left

    @virginmedia This problem is still here; internet has been sporadic all day, dropping out for several minutes at a time. You are not reporting any issues on your coverage tracker however.

    @virginmedia Promised date someone to sort external connections come and gone and still same s*****. Can’t believe 4 weeks and nobody can’t fix it. 🤔I think something is fishy @virginmedia get it sorted

    @virginmedia once again I have no Virgin media services at my home. I can’t even log in to my Virgin media app or access the Virgin media website by using my phone data. I have no way of checking the service status. TW15 area

    @virginmedia thank you, I am trying to register so I can access the service but I can't receive SMS so I cannot receive my verification code. I tried to login but it said email not recognised so guess i havent logged in before. Please advise.

    @virginmedia We had issues last month, a nice engineer came (Mohamed) and said it was a local problem. I reported it on the phone again on Tuesday (Aqeelah), she said there are local problems (again). I fed up wit this, it’s been a week of impossible internet, day and night!

    @virginmedia good at persuading customers to stay with them just not very good at keeping promises. Several telephone calls to customer services still not activated request for Sky Sports can't even be certain new broadband speed has been implemented might need to contact @Ofcom

    @virginmedia broadband down since 7am today and intermittent for a week. Your customer phone line cuts off. You are adding 10% to my monthly bill for an appalling Service. What is the excuse?

    @virginmedia This is false advertising. My broadband goes off more than it’s on and then it is so slow. I have lost count on the times I have called the help line. I have rebooted routinely, it works for a while then off again. I have had enough now as enough is enough!!!

    @virginmedia Good morning, This is the 3rd day with no broadband. You have conflicting messages as to whether there is an issue or not, and whether it has been fixed or not. I have been unable to speak to anyone or log a call out. Can someone please help

    @virginmedia Yes at £37 when as a new customer I could get it for £25. I am happy to stick at the £32 but you are not willing to match.

    When you cancel services with a company, because you are fed up with crazy price increases, but the next day get some ultra pushy sales guy from an overseas office try to argue they can do it better, when will they ever learn, no means no. @virginmedia you are the absolute worst!

    Not a great start by @virginhelp @virginmedia Engineer doesn't turn up and now 90mins and waiting on hold to find out what the issue is. Annoying we had to leave @skytv because of their broadband speed in the new house.

    @virginmedia I just tried to contact you remotely re my TIVO box & the changeover. Your Terri bot clearly couldn't deal with it. My whole computer then froze completely followed by a page of Chinese writing before the computer telling me there is a problem & rebooted itself. Will I have to wait four hours on the 150 landline as I did the other day before giving up.

    @virginmedia down for 9 hours now, only fixed in 24 - 48 hours. In today’s world where everything relies on internet this is really appalling service. If you had prior warning there was an outage expected you can prepare but to have it off for so long is ridiculous

    @Fiercely_FE @virginmedia Yeah for some reason that's in the extra TV channels package rather than sports, have the same issue in the NFL season as that's what they put Redzone on

    @virginmedia Hi, is there an outage causing issues on the APP catch-up/box sets? The sound is in and out on all programs & films on these services, but there no sound issue with live programming on the APP. Can someone advise or provide help to resolve? Thanks

    @JaneVCarroll @virginmedia Theyve been downright rude to me on the phone today. As soon as I can cancel my services with them the better. A customer of over 20 years and because I'm a mature 72 year old woman they speak to me as if I'm stupid. Cancelling next week.
