@virginmedia Broadband in GU14 is up and down like a "****** draws". I pay for 350 Mbps but am getting much less than that. I've rebooted and reset my Hub 3, please sort it out!

@virginmedia Hi Em, had the same email account for years and now for the past two weeks it’s been coming up with server errors. Not recognising the imap or smtp server address. I’ve lost a ton of emails.... have no one to call and the website is not very insightful.

@virginmedia Will do, thanks. The message gives no time frame, it just says it’s a complex issue which is taking time to fix. Post code area is WS9 if you’re able advise of an estimate? In the scheme of things, a little data cost isn’t a big issue. Obvs would much rather it just fixed asap!

@virginmedia This is just the auto compensation - I wouldn't qualify as I don't have a complete loss of service. As mentioned, it is intermittent. Send me a new router and see of that resolves the issue. Also, look at how I should be compensated.

@virginmedia We were looking to upgrade, but the offers you had for loyal existing customers were not competitive with other providers, especially when a new customer for you gets a similar deal for a much reduced cost. The difference was almost £40! No incentive to stay.
