    @virginmedia I signed up to your service & order a sim only deal. I’ve been trying to order another one but can’t log in to my account. Keeps saying there has been a problem and try later. This is my first ever experience with Virgin. I can’t log in nor can I place my order #firstimpressions

    @virginmedia following a power outage in the epsom area my WiFi has been very very poor I have super fast M350 fibre Broadband package but unable to use the service. I have followed all the steps online resetting the router etc but nothing seems to work. SOMEONE PLEASE RESPOND!!!

    @lastdart @virginmedia I am with you on this one. They may have me over a barrel right now but when this is all over and normal service is resolved they can say farewell to this customer. If this is the way they treat loyal customer then #SirRichardBranson is in for a big expensive shock.

    @virginmedia We’d love to having signed up with virgin on 21/10; however despite one engineer visit you’ve still not connected us to your service. Currently, we are being charged for a service which is not being delivered. All attempts to contact, and complaints, have not been answered.
