@virginmedia I have spoke. To your CS team and I was passed to 3 different departments and basically told some admin nonsense about a call I made in October. Nothing as been resolved I don’t have TV service and I want have Broadband service soon as I will cancelling the that as well.

@virginmedia @Virgin_Victoria For a start my phone keeps coming up as no service available and your csa says I need a new sim card,!!!! WiFi in my flat is rubbish and keeps dropping out. They won't come out to look. Have complained 10+ times but no one cares. So after 20+ loyalty to your company I expect more

@BBCBreakfast I only use mine for calling 150 when Virgin Media have an outage of some king; assuming it's not a phone outage that is. Quite a few "This is the HM government, your NI number has been used illegally....." type calls. And for some reason, my VM bill increases if I get rid.
