    @virginmedia I have gone to your on line complaint form and completed it back in Jan. You are a disgrace of a company as you cannot even be bothered to follow your own rules. I have now complained to Fisac regarding all this.

    @virginmedia 24 hours without WiFi. Still awaiting callback to arrange engineeer, who couldn’t be scheduled yesterday due to a systems fault. Tried calling but unable get through. Please help. I was guaranteed a call back by 1500 today. Not impressed with customer service.

    Love this, just called up @virginmedia to tell them I am leaving and they are too busy to take the call!! 🤔 that’s how you keep a customer.

    @virginmedia Hi! Our WiFi is constantly dropping out and not working even when the lights on the box look fine. And it can’t even reach around the whole house and it’s definitely not a big house! Is there any way you could sort it out as it has been a problem for a while. Thanks.

    @virginmedia Well - what a surprise. No contact after 48hrs which I believe is part of your resolution criteria. Don’t know how else I can move a complaint through this process when I am ignored!!! A court letter will no doubt wake someone up there 😊👏👏🤭

    @virginmedia My aim is to take you to small claims court as you DO NOT respond except on Twitter to them tell me - oh you need to do this on line and some responses take longer than 28days. You are just a poor company with contempt for customers even when we ‘follow’ your requests

    @virginmedia Dont use the virgin router switch off wifi buy another router and use the virgin one as a modem. I did this at another property and its fixed all my issues apart from the dns issue. Thats an issue due to the way the virgin router works

    @CustomerFirst2 @virginmedia My complaints started long before I deemed the service received unworthy and I am not going to renew a rolling contract simply so I can continue a complaint - natural to leave with these types of issues. Now that I am not technically with them they ignore my attempts at contact

    @virginmedia Thanks sorted mums out, trying to sort my new packge out but the customer service is appalling and being a longtime customer means nothing at #virginmedia they are unable to offer me anything. Not impressed at all, especially when the whole family is on #virginmobile 😡

    @virginmedia Well we already had an engineer out and even he confirmed its the most problematic router virgin has given out. Especially with the dns issues. We also have 6 people in a 3 story house. We were told adding wifi extenders also cause issues so we cant even get signal now...

    Virgin MEDIA I am very frustrate and ANGRY because after 3 months I CAN,T OPEN MY EMAIL ACCOUNT. Is no way to treat a customer for over 20 years this way and no one seeing to have a CLUE HOW SOLVE MY PROBLEM. SHAME ON YOU Virgin Media.

    @CJPanteny One of my first Social Media campaigns was for Virgin Media. The conversation they “sparked” from punters according to my research mainly consisted of: MY BROADBAND IS DOWN, AND YOU HAVE PUT ME IN A QUEUE!!!!. IM CANCELLING MY SUBSCRIPTION!!!!!!!! and a variation of it. 😬

    @virginmedia Sorry I am frustrate and tire looking for answers. The only solution I have is CANCEL MY SERVICES WHITH VIRGIN. I HAVE try all the alternatives and still the same problem.

    Dear followers, a challenge if you choose to accept it. Find how to speak to a @virginmedia rep via online chat. Screenshots will get you 17 internet points. Double if you're a customer. Triple if you can do it without being sent round in internet hell circles more than 3 times.

    @virginmedia Seriously?! Called the number and its an automated system which repeated everything I've already done. I want to speak to an actual person and stop having my time wasted. £50 a month for a service that always breaks is a joke.
