1/2 Absolutely disgraceful service from @virginmedia - we’ve been trying to cancel your service since the middle of October and have been repeatedly cut off when being transferred to the cancellation team. In the end we had no choice but to cancel our DD.

@virginmedia I had to pay 2 callout charges for an alarm and cameras to be fitted but as the install was not done they had to cancel also 2 lots of £30 for data for a pay as you go sim card via EE so a temporary camera can be used this was explained to virgin

@virginmedia I don’t get why a reason can’t be given. People rely on the internet to be able to work, just being given a rough estimate of when it’ll be back without any reason why it’s down isn’t helpful. If people knew why, they’d far more appreciate the clarity, than being left in the dark
