Self help in the app goes through everything, noise on line, nuisance calls etc but no option of dead line. Tried different handset. #bahhumbug

I have lost count on the times I have called the help line. I have rebooted routinely, it works for a while then off again. I have had enough now as enough is enough!!!

Right above the service status issue box is a box saying it’s time to renew, look at contract options. No chance. 4/4.
