After trying to tell me there was no fault in my area, before agreeing for an engineer to visit and check system (multiple faults) it proposed sending a pack of cables for me to try and fix myself. Err I don’t think so!

@virginmedia Haha, that’s actually incorrect. Without having checked, I’m pretty sure for your 50 mbps connection you guarantee a minimum speed of at least 25 mbps at all times if I’m not mistaken. Either way, I’m paying for a service which I’m not receiving and the connection is so bad 1/2
