    @virginmedia Are you asking me a question? Surely this is something you should answer? Premier Sports coverage awful, then the feed distruption meant most of the game was missed and no highlights. I paid extra for this and you're asking me to find the fix?!!

    @virginmedia That you don't have enough staff to meet customer demand, apparently you don't have a complaints team and a £20 credit should solve all our problems. We never had this issue when we were with @SkyBroadband

    @mac_nicoll @virginmedia @OmbudServices I feel your pain. Perhaps I should follow suit for my complaint. Anyone wanting to join Virgin Media stay away. We can make allowances that there’s a pandemic but you have caused property damage and failed after months to resolve.

    @virginmedia Yesterday and almost every day in some way, is the router broken, is the signal bad, I don't know or care at this point I just want it fixed. Or at the very least tell me you see the problem instead of saying it's all fine every time when it's not
