All they said was that the issue *might* be fixed by August 2nd, which as you can imagine is far from ideal. Is that my mother and father abused me most of my life. And maybe since I never got her unconditional love as she loved only through money. I wanted to use the only thing she gives me now. Since she wouldn't call virgin to explain. As she cares more about my brother's partner's mother having cancer. Than that I may have cancer. So virgin media get their payments. And I have finally given up. That is all.
