    I swear my virgin media is cursed. Ever since they rang me up and convinced me to change my package to include sky sports it’s been broken every time I’ve wanted to watch a game. 😩 just hung up after waiting on the helpline for over 30 minutes with no response

    @virginmedia I know this was the wrong service as when I rung up in August to complain about what I thought was a technical issue. I spoke with another agent who told me the devices I use won’t work on the broadband package I have properly as it’s to slow. Which you knew about from day 1

    @virginmedia I have tv service fault C133. Done your online check it says call you. I call you, automated tells me an texts me link to do online check which tells me to call you.. repeat.. in a loop an now been sat on phone waiting 38mins for someone to answe

    Nice of @virginmedia to email to let me know I'm out of contract but if I wish to tie myself down to an 18-month contract for the exact same service I can pay an extra £2+ a month for the privilege. Nice of them also to highlight it'd be £14+ cheaper a month for new customers
