  @virginmedia weekend only landline calls inclusive. Guess what? Christmas Day, a Sunday and the line’s dead. Self help in the app goes through everything, noise on line, nuisance calls etc but no option of dead line. Tried different handset. #bahhumbug

  Took out an @O2 account as part of some 'volt' deal with @virginmedia. My god O2 are bad. Apparently you have to wait a few months to access your account online to wait until their systems "catch up" for new joiners. Shouldn't have bothered.

  @gblondon1 @skytv @virginmedia No company seems to Reward Long Term Customers, its all "New Customer Deals" and forget those who have kept the company going, Both Sky/VM are the same in such respect Just have Roku Stick with Projector now, only sub to Amazon Prime now really, Got rid of Live TV years back
