@virginmedia @FeelitWorking I think the OP is airing his frustration at the fact that he has to ask for discount at the end of the contract. VM does not do this with its business customers (I know as a former very satisfied business customer) so why should it apply to consumers? To be fair, Sky, BT, Talk…

@virginmedia On wired connection I’m getting the same results 431mb download and 30mb upload. I’ve tried to diagnose the issue via your website and it suggested again to send out a technician, so I’ve requested one to come again next Monday 11th.

@virginmedia and quite rightly VM have been heavily fined. Anyone who has ever contacted VM knows what bastards their customer service ppl can be.

  • Vocalandproudx
    Vocal and Proud (@Vocalandproudx) reported

The £28 million fine by @Ofcom was long overdue. Hopefully, it sends a clear message to @virginmedia and the rest of the industry that making it difficult for customers to cancel simply isn’t acceptable.

@Ofcom @virginmedia did exactly the same thing to me back in 2019! It was - and still is - the worst customer service experience of my life (and I'm now 65). I was just so relieved to escape them eventually. They're utter scum. Do yourself a favour & don't go anywhere near this company

  • mrrjwilson
    Rob Wilson (@mrrjwilson) reported

@ToddCoxeter @virginmedia I remember trying to cancel my broadband and the guy was just downright rude and obstructive. I vowed never to use them again and ripped out the ugly cable termination box from the front of my house.

  • UserrReb

Ofcom has ordered #VirginMedia to check that every affected customer who complained has received the compensation or other remedies to which they may be entitled within the next six months. A disgusting company that no-one should touch.
