@virginmedia I have spoke. To your CS team and I was passed to 3 different departments and basically told some admin nonsense about a call I made in October. Nothing as been resolved I don’t have TV service and I want have Broadband service soon as I will cancelling the that as well.

They won't come out to look. Have complained 10+ times but no one cares. So after 20+ loyalty to your company I expect more

Call from @VirginMedia, since I cancelled my line, they can now match the new customer deal I was told I couldn’t have. After 18 months I have to “cancel” again, then 2-3 days later they’ll again call and offer to do better. @ZenInternet don’t play games like a crappy boyfriend.

Time to leave @virginmedia I think! First they lie to me on the next price, then they open a complaint that they close 28 days later with no resolution given to me, in between they offered a credit 3 times and that never appeared on my bill! Crooks and liars! 🤬
