After trying to tell me there was no fault in my area, before agreeing for an engineer to visit and check system (multiple faults) it proposed sending a pack of cables for me to try and fix myself. Err I don’t think so!

@virginmedia I ring and get hung up on after being on hold for 6 minutes. I just want what I was offered on Friday. I am not very happy with the customer service I am receiving at the moment and will just walk away. I have been a customer for 10 years and get no perks just bigger bills

So apparently @virginmedia has a massive issue and we and many others have been told it won’t be working to 29th November. They won’t update the app or their site to reflect this, their twitter team here are not be honest about what is clearly a big problem. #CustomerServiceFail

@virginmedia Please help. I've lost RTE radio and error 2010 showed telling me Virgin can't display stations. I can get all the other channels. Last night 2 programmes failed to record. Planner is only 69% full. I can't get onto your website.

@virginmedia I’m not sure. I was already a customer and enquired on the deals I could get. Was offered 350mb for £40 a month. But last agent advised there is nothing available for exsisting customers despite agent last year advising it could go on again
