@virginmedia good at persuading customers to stay with them just not very good at keeping promises. Several telephone calls to customer services still not activated request for Sky Sports can't even be certain new broadband speed has been implemented might need to contact @Ofcom

@virginmedia After a long phone conversation with one of your operatives today we were promised an engineer would come out but nobody showed. Over a month without reliable broadband. Checked our contract we are bound to you until 2024 and need to pay to leave your terrible service

@virginmedia really let down by Virgin media. I'm on M200 and am getting 50M at the mo. As low as 0.18M around 7pm and 10M around 8pm. Your customer service chat hasn't responded in 3hrs. I've reset router and changed channels. It's been patchy all week What am I paying for?

@virginmedia can’t even set up hub properly. 3 weeks since I upgraded my speed and I receive still the same but they keep insisting (we made changes will approve by tomorrow) REALLY!!! Is technical support think we are so stupid. Get a grip @virginmedia next stop complaints

@virginmedia Called customer services at 6.30pm yesterday Sky sports now added. Lots of issues with WiFi at same time was on phone unable to load tivo box history appears to of been sorted. We will see in next 14days

Possibly the worst service Iv ever experience by @virginmedia signed up to a new contract on 4/08/22. Installation engineer was due today, no contact from virgin. called call centre on the phone for 56min multiple transfers asked to redo everything including provide bank details

@virginmedia First thing we thought of, hence numerous customer service calls which conveniently seems to get dropped mid conversation when problem can’t be fixed!! Such a waste of time trying to fix issue. I am not paying mobile data to use as backup for Virgin Media failures.

@virginmedia My elderly mother is a customer of yours and has received a call from someone claiming to be you and I suspect a scam. Is there a number I can call to discuss if it is legitimate or not? My mother is elderly and vulnerable and I'm concerned she's disclosed things.
