    @virginmedia So, after more than 25 years of Cabletel, NTL and now VM I have given up and am moving to Sky. VM customer service non existent, online support shocking and now I find I have to write a letter and post it to even cancel my contract. Feels like I’m back in the 80s

    @virginmedia I had a letter saying work was being done on 26th August and may effect broadband but since then the internet keeps going down intermittently throughout day ? No issues listed online can you check if work still being done as I am wfh post code SE39lr

    @CateSevilla @virginmedia They then tried to fine me for not sending their 'hub' back and refused to refund the house move cost I'd paid a few months earlier. So so incompetent! SO stressful when all of us work from home too. I moved to TalkTalk & is cheaper and no problems so far, at least :)

    @virginmedia I don't have a house phone as I pay a monthly contract for a mobile. I've never had this problem with other networks. You keep offering solutions that don't work. I can only email, the sim card won't work, your system isn't sending me log in emails for your system.

    Hey @virginmedia, thanks very much for turning off our internet 10 days early, taking 4 days to turn it back on, forcing us to use our mobiles as hotspots and refusing to cover our financial losses. Quite glad we're moving somewhere without you! Shocking customer service.

    @virginmedia I'd been a customer at this address for nearly 15 years but not giving me any option to change my contract after you putting the bill up £10 a month and hammering me with penalty charges was the final straw. Allegedly, I owe you some money too, but really not happy at extortion.
