.@virginmedia let me do your job and help you. Someone is flipping a switch at 11pm and turning the internet and TV off in the UB3 area. Come 8.30am, it comes back up. Then at around 3pm or 4pm, goes down again and then comes back up after 20 mins. Does this show you a pattern?

@virginmedia I have. How do you expect me to work today & tomorrow if the engineer can only come on Tuesday evening? And why doesn’t your customer service centre pick up the calls? I spent about 3 hours yesterday trying to self-diagnose the problem and waiting for someone to pick up the phone

@jayrayner1 @virginmedia If the service isn’t down in the area then the fault could simply be resolved by restarting the hub. I guess you’ve done that already?

Thank you @virginmedia for the worst service ever. We have been suffering from no broadband all day today while our work depends on this. It has been horrible for many days now. You do not answer phones or messages through your app. Is this what your customers deserve???

@virginmedia In addition, when will it be fixed for good? If you don’t want your customers up in arms, be transparent, honest and say what the problem is and relay and exact date. No canned responses!!!

@virginmedia what’s happened to our internet?? I’m in GU14 trying to work from home. The last 2 weeks we’ve either had no internet or very very slow. Ran speed checks, used to be over 100, now it’s mostly around 6-15 and we are paying for 100

@virginmedia just been on hold to your customer services team for almost an hour, the call has just been cut off. We have no internet, but you’ve still taken payment. Can you get someone to call me ASAP please before I report you.

@virginmedia Wow I’m shocked. Clearly a lot of people will have gadgets that can only support 2Ghz which was available as a separate SIDD on the hub 3. If you were not going to support it you owed customers forewarning of this fact.

@virginmedia Sure, I ordered a phone. The delivery company lost it. I cancelled the contract (within your 14 day cancellation policy) 2 months down the line I have spoken to four different people who assure me my contract is cancelled and then you send a debt collection company after me!

@virginmedia seeing all these issues on here just confirms that I should leave. WiFi intermittent on all devices. Now nothing connecting. And your answer after 1 reboot on the router & it's not fixed is a factory reset. What a joke. So poor.
