@virginmedia so, I've been trying for over 3 hours now to cancel my contract and absolutely no progress made so far!!! 3 hours. Surely this is a breach of ofcoms rules to make cancellation a reasonably quick and easy process!?

@virginmedia having massive issues with billing and tried over 5 times to sort this over the phone. Most times someone will hang up and not call back making me have to call again, wait for 30m, tell the whole story again. Need to speak to an actual human at a store. Suggestions?

Please @virginmedia can you change your waiting music. Its the same 4 tracks adnauseum & very poor quality at that. No wonder customers who wait for over an hour hang up. Its enough to drive you mad with these earworms all day.

@libertyglobal I use virgin media wifi and broadband have been a customer for little under a year now and have spent all day on the phone with them I am a priority customer as I have medical equipment that needs wifi to transmit readings to hospitals and they said they would

I've just had to suffer the same 4 songs,1 a poor cover of 'Where my Rosemary goes', on a loop, in 2,45 mins of waiting for @virginmedia to pick up. Within 10 mins of engineer fixing fault, its playing up again. Its also the end of my contract so I want to deal with it.

@thatmisterj @virginmedia I'm so sick of it I WILL be leaving Virgin. No-one picking up phone, Just saying there appears to be an intermittent fault. Well No **** Sherlock, I already know that. @virginmedia I was unable to use the same website on tablet or laptop - the website owner said the issue was due to slow internet speed and @TalkTalk had advised that you were digging up the cable in the area with the potential for disruption and I wondered if this work had overrun

Had a call from @virginmedia trying to keep me as a customer as I have just cancelled my "rolling contract". When I was asked what I wasn't happy with the caller didn't like what I had to say about being ripped off and hung up on me. Typical shocking customer services. #bye 👋

Virgin media are crap over 10 yrs as a customer they send a message saying I'm going be cut off, I paid 2 weeks ago, enquired about reducing channels as I have discovery+ etc I can lose channels except free view saving 33 a month guess I'll be leaving
