So we’ve waited 4 weeks for @virginmedia to install our TV and WiFi, telling us it’s been in the flat before, they get here finally and say it’s never been in the flat and we can’t have it! So they’ve left and we’re back to square one....

@virginmedia Yes and my hardwired connection was terrible as well paying for 350mb was only receiving between 40 and 70 MB on download. The Wi-Fi I resolve with my £400 mesh system

@virginmedia @virginhelp Look at the photos. 4g+ (PLUS) has stopped working 1 week ago. Used to get 4g+ for over 4yrs and now can only get the slower 4g (not plus) my vodaphone sim gets 4g+ on this phone but virgin doesn't. 789 help said its due to virgin customers migrating to o2. So who will fix it!
