    @virginmedia No broadband since 11.30am yesterday. Recorded message tells me intermittent issues in our area for TV and broadband Website tells me there are no issues. Agent assured me all sorted by 6.00pm yesterday. Rang at 7.00pm, told all sorted by 3.00pm today. Appalling

    @virginmedia Neither of these give any information. We have an engineer booked for Thursday, which is hopeless. I was sent a link to check the latest and to report if we had no broadband. That tells me there are no issues and there is nowhere to report a total loss
