    @virginmedia My internet is the issue. I do not own a TV. I rang and was told Ofom would decide if we're entitled to any kind of compensation. We just want a reliable internet service from @virginmedia.

    @virginmedia Wait 23hrs and if it’s still flakey I can book an engineer. However we lost service completely Tuesday for quite a long tine and it’s not just us, it’s a good number of households

    @virginmedia There has to be a way. These things are saved on servers. You need to understand that there’s important information I need access to. I will raise the complaint and I will speak with ofcom. There should have been forewarning.

    @virginmedia You've moved me so I'm not a new customer, do I still have a cooling off period? Yes Hub 3, yeah all poor. Have reset everything and best I get hard wired to PC is now 100, half of what I am paying for..

    @virginmedia I’ve tried and it doesn’t work. I need to speak to someone I can make a complaint with. I need access to those emails. If I need to then I will complain with ofcom but I need access to those emails for just a few hours.
