  @virginmedia weekend only landline calls inclusive. Guess what? Christmas Day, a Sunday and the line’s dead. Self help in the app goes through everything, noise on line, nuisance calls etc but no option of dead line. Tried different handset. #bahhumbug

  If you’re with Virgin Media and have had issues, I would leave them if you have the option. A company that treats its customers like this, doesn’t deserve customers. This starts from the top of Virgin media. Will @richardbranson allow his brand to be trashed like this? Or does he not care anymore?

  @virginmedia While 6 weeks ago I was struggling to cancel my VM contract for charging me for a TV package I never signed up for. VM was negotiating with @Ofcom a reduced fine for making it difficult to move to another supplier. VM palmed off my complaints so class action it is
