    @virginmedia Oh yes, full outage since around 10:00am. All services. Registered the fault, with the resolution estimate just back from 13:35 to 00:00 tomorrow.

    @virginmedia This is the second time in less than a month. Last time it was a full week. I reported you to Ofcom and am waiting for their reply. Your customer services are appalling and you can bet we will be claiming a refund and finding a better service provider.

    I do know people have worse problems but not having internet, mobile phone signal or home phone working is proving a nightmare. #virginmedia and explaining to a 2 yr old why he can’t watch Andy’s Prehistoric Adventures and Hey Duggee isn’t much fun either @CBeebiesHQ

    @SW_Help @RMTunion btw, was due to work at home part of tomorrow because of ongoing #swrstrike but cos of @virginmedia’s ineptitude fixing cable fault, no WiFi , so I can’t. I’ll need to use @SW_Railway terrible strike replacemen trains!. You All owe me compensation I think!

    Honestly never experienced such a poor service @virginmedia Internet drops out every single day. Dropped out on Tuesday for 12 hours, Wednesday for 3 hours, Thursday for 2 hours and today it’s just constantly dropping in and out every 5 minutes. Utter joke.

    @virginmedia We have signal in the lounge and when you go upstairs you lose the WiFi connection or it becomes very slow? We are paying for the service but not recieving it. Then u send us a letter saying you are putting the price up but offering new customers a better deal?

    @jpd3_jim @virginmedia You are lucky...after 3 days on hold I managed to speak to customer relations..the man that answered called me a fool, told me off for every time I interrupted or corrected him , called me a liar, when I said I only get an 48 and not 100+ speed ..had to put the phone down on him

    @virginmedia Don’t blame it on customers. Did anyone choose this?! No. Your company is penalising customers through no fault of their own. Most of the reasons, I can agree with but the second you put blame on customers who are literally using what they pay for, that’s horrible.
