@virginmedia Getting a new/replacement Hub, existing one keeps turning off/resetting. Call lasted 50 mins, 6-7 mins was chatting to someone, until put on hold again. Gave up.... shocking service!!

@virginmedia Not very helpful. If your company can’t fix the issue, why would the community be able to? Spent another hour on the phone again today, again being told I will get a call back in 45 mins. It didn’t happen. Still no email!

@virginmedia 3 days I've been having non stop issues now! I can't work because of it being down (which is costing me money!). I scheduled an engineer visit, who can't get here until Friday and now just received a text to say its been put on hold! Wtf is going on.

@virginmedia please help! Getting no where with your endless telephone systems! New ooomph customer no unlimited sim as promised which is badly needed because the 500 oomph speed promised is nonsense and doesn’t work at all in some of the house!

@virginmedia If you need broadband internet urgently, STAY AWAY from #virginmedia. Their customer service suck. You definitely WON’T get the service at the scheduled time. They are not RELIABLE.

@virginmedia All he wanted to do was renew our current package. Remove a channel we did not use & add a channel we wanted. Everything else we wanted kept the same. But apparently 5hrs this week & 8 customer services reps can't manage that.

@virginmedia Offical complaint put in. Advisor reconnected the service till 1st Nov but if the investigation is completed by then it'll be disconnected again. So if Virgin don't get the complaint investigated in time the customers service will be disconnected again. You couldn't make this up
