Sadly, still no #virginbroadband and simply an infinite @virginmedia loop online of getting nowhere. As I use VOIP I have no landline phone signal and no internet other than my mobile so work is very difficult

With all the no’s I don’t think you need a website check to tell you there’s a problem. It’s the whole of the uk. Since lockdown started I new Virgin Media would let us down I’ve been grateful they lasted this long....

@virginmedia Thanks, I tried that route and it didn’t work - I’ve called via my mobile but with Covid staff restrictions naturally there’s a long delay. I can patiently wait but wanted to find through Twitter how many others were having the problem again.

My Virgin media is down since early afternoon. Trying to get to speak to a physical person is impossible all I get is on line not which is ****. Wonder whether it's Tim to think about changing over to other providers. At almost £70 month for basic TV and broadband it's not great
