@virginmedia signed my mum up for service today. Got email but have spent 4 hours trying to get hold of you as the number you included is not manned “due to covid” the main number take ages to find online. No one answers it. Can’t email anyone. Think I want to cancel already!!

@virginmedia Are you asking me a question? Surely this is something you should answer? Premier Sports coverage awful, then the feed distruption meant most of the game was missed and no highlights. I paid extra for this and you're asking me to find the fix?!!

@virginmedia Compensation was not the point of my complaint. The point was that there needs to be an investigation into why myself and many other residents were not notified of massive planned outages twice two weeks running! That was why the agent said he was requesting a ticket.

@virginmedia I’m sorry but this is a very lack lustre response. Will we get to find out why we were not told? Compensated not for the outage, but the lack of notification? This isn’t just me I am aware of numerous people affected on our estate for both outages who received no notification!
