    @virginmedia @telegraphmoney Over 1hr to get to India call centre, reading a script & NOT listening to my complaint of no Internet 4 24 hrs & poor service for 1/12 All she would say in an awful accent was reboot. Tech 2 come in 3 days no refund allowed!

    @virginmedia if you have planned maintenance in the area ‘to make the service better’ why not send your loyal customers a heads up? You can’t just take the service away for a whole day W/out informer us beforehand. This is really poor customer service #virginmediadown

    My wife tried to cancel our @virginmedia the man on the other end of the phone wouldn't let her go, baby screaming in the back ground for a bottle my wife kindly told him to cancel and she needs to feed the baby, nope he still was asking questions to why. Very unprofessional
