  @virginmedia Still no service. Your website tells me service is fine. Over the phone the automated message is “an intermittent service” and when I finally spoke with someone they’ve organised a technician to visit next TUESDAY. It’s a mess.

  @virginmedia On wired connection I’m getting the same results 431mb download and 30mb upload. I’ve tried to diagnose the issue via your website and it suggested again to send out a technician, so I’ve requested one to come again next Monday 11th.

  @trapdoor456 @virginmedia I did exactly same. Sacked Virgin off, expensive and loads of problems. You Fibre have been spot on 👍 I wouldn’t change from these now. Never had problems and cheap.

  @virginmedia The biggest problem I'm having with virgin 360 is the removal of the best features from the old software. Where is the "wishlist" recording mode so I can record anything that has "*random city name*" in the description? I have so many more problems. We need a money discount..

Now imagine that’s the only way you can actually pay the bill and O2 force you onto a promise to pay to restore service, tell you that you must pay, and it’s still not fixed! (Long story.   @virginmedia I have more problems with your Virgin 360. When I'm watching a programme that is also being recorded. When I change channel during the adverts and then turn back it won't let me rewind! The old software let me do this from 2017-2026... Why did you remove so many features?

  Since upgrading my hub 5 Virgin Media hub my internet drops every evening. Hub 4 & 3 never dropped and I’m paying like £30 more per month 😶
