    Hey @virginmedia - I was charged £15 on July 19 for Virgin Media WiFi on the London Underground. But the pass isn't showing on my account. I'm not a Virgin customer, so go in circles on the menu when I call customer service. Please help!

    In a world that runs on the net if you are a @virginmedia customer you have to wait 4 days for an engineer to fix a modem, installed only in November 2018. IT’S NOT A JOKE!!! Thank you for letting me loose a day of work and 3 days worth of studying. #virginbroadband

    @virginmedia service is appalling. Engineer arranged last Friday for today. Didn’t turn up. Now told it had been cancelled and we were informed. Lies Lies Lies. Broadband is almost unusabale. Can’t wait for contract to end so we can get sky.

    @virginmedia Asked for a manager to call me but he was reluctant to commit. So called your helpline and got though after 45 minutes. Started explaining but got cut off! No cal back. Just want to know what’s happening! Whole house does t work without wifi. Lights, locks, tv… poor planning 2/

    @virginmedia Hi there. It s not me who wants to cancel but my friend who is 90 years old and moving out. He actually spoke with two virgin media staff on the phone only after 1 hour and 27 minutes waiting and when he said he wanted to cancel for some misterious reason the call was cut. Twice

    @virginmedia Thank you the advice and another waste of an hour, but I would rather cancel my dd and have you need something from me, rather than the other way round as virgin are useless at listening or helping. 4 times you have just hung up the phone. Its rude
