    @SW_Help @RMTunion btw, was due to work at home part of tomorrow because of ongoing #swrstrike but cos of @virginmedia’s ineptitude fixing cable fault, no WiFi , so I can’t. I’ll need to use @SW_Railway terrible strike replacemen trains!. You All owe me compensation I think!

    @virginmedia yet again the service in the Tw12 postcode area has completely failed phone broadband and Tv. Would be nice to have just 1 month of trouble free service

    @virginmedia Thanks for replying so quickly. Finger crossed you can fix it sooner than later. Not necessarily for me (though that wld be nice) but for people who really need phones & computers to work. Using mobile WiFi at moment.

    @virginmedia Oh yes, full outage since around 10:00am. All services. Registered the fault, with the resolution estimate just back from 13:35 to 00:00 tomorrow.

    I do know people have worse problems but not having internet, mobile phone signal or home phone working is proving a nightmare. #virginmedia and explaining to a 2 yr old why he can’t watch Andy’s Prehistoric Adventures and Hey Duggee isn’t much fun either @CBeebiesHQ

    @virginmedia This is the second time in less than a month. Last time it was a full week. I reported you to Ofcom and am waiting for their reply. Your customer services are appalling and you can bet we will be claiming a refund and finding a better service provider.

    @virginmedia nearly 3hrs on the phone to sort out my contact renewal and attempt to have broadband speeds investigated. 5 different agents, 3 call cut offs and £58 (FIFTY EIGHT QUID) of call charges later and I’m still required to call YOU back to fix broadband faults. Poor.

    @SQRLTV @virginmedia Bit of perspective. In Saint Petersburg RU, it's around £5 a month (500 roubles) for nearly 100mbps up n down unlimited data (they don't do data caps)

    @virginmedia Absolutely fuming, the last 3wks I've spent 4.5hrs trying to get through to cancel my subscription. Tonight another 40min for somebody to pick up the phone and cut me off. Consider this my 3rd week cancellation notice and my DD stopped.

    Been waiting two days for an advisor from VirginMedia to have his ops manager support him on a matter and provide us with an update on an issue we are having. Two weeks in total I have been waiting to have a manager deal with my issue. @virginmedia
