    @virginmedia @telegraphmoney Over 1hr to get to India call centre, reading a script & NOT listening to my complaint of no Internet 4 24 hrs & poor service for 1/12 All she would say in an awful accent was reboot. Tech 2 come in 3 days no refund allowed!

    @virginmedia what’s happened to our internet?? I’m in GU14 trying to work from home. The last 2 weeks we’ve either had no internet or very very slow. Ran speed checks, used to be over 100, now it’s mostly around 6-15 and we are paying for 100

    @virginmedia It’s NOT ONLY happening to me. There are many people in the Heathrow area (hope that suffices) for a start, that have this issue. I’ve given up on your app and customer service as we are not trying to understand our issue or the frequency of it. You just want to close your ticket

    .@virginmedia let me do your job and help you. Someone is flipping a switch at 11pm and turning the internet and TV off in the UB3 area. Come 8.30pm, it comes back up. Then at around 3pm or 4pm, goes down again and then comes back up after 20 mins. Does this show you a pattern?

    @virginmedia This has been going on for 16 days. Are you kidding me with your canned response? Don’t even bother replying to me until you have sorted it out in the UB3 area. Every time at 4pm goes down. Every night at 11pm goes down until 8.30am on wkends always down. #virginmediadown

    @virginmedia @virginmedia 2 weeks daily drop in virgin media services. No notification by letter or email of services. Today services have been down all day in harlington. Unacceptable, take out money but don’t provide notification.

    @virginmedia One cancelled less 24 hours. 4 no shows. 8 months during a global pandemic as well with intermittent broadband that was only fixed yesterday after being reported in March 2020, pretty bad really. But eh when @ICOnews and @Ofcom come round just say you sent a letter of deadlock

    @virginmedia @JamesKins81 So we had an engineer out who ‘fixed’ the problem by giving us a new Hub but it’s still not working properly and we are still randomly losing connection. Tried ringing and it says there’s an hour and a half queue on the phone. How do I get the engineer to come back please??
