    30 minutes on hold to @virginmedia only to be told that we still won’t have any internet til at least Tuesday as they can’t get a router to me before then. If I ordered it myself on Amazon I could get one tonight......pathetic customer service

    Given how badly BT’s share price has fared over the last few years, this might not be too unrealistic. There doesn’t seem to be much money in fixed telecoms at the moment. We@could have a Network Rail of broadband. Except there is also the Virgin Media fibre network.

    @virginmedia No, the customer service team did not give me one. The complaint is on the system though and was confirmed today before the phone was put down on my face. The speed test was conducted with one device only.

    @latoyaestella @TalkTalk @virginmedia and Sky’s customer service are better and no drops of speed I hear. That’s who I’ll be going to when I get rid of this rubbish (TalkTalk)provider and their service!

    @virginmedia deny one of the passwords I gave is correct. Their systems are appealing. As is customer service. Don't use Virgin Media. No good reasons for why their practices are in place.

    @virginmedia It was a terrible experience. 3 different people over a period of 1 hour 20 minutes. I had to explain the situation 3 times. You need to review your Customer Services approach as today it appears broken.

    @virginmedia Not impressed, area service is restored but my service is still down. Engineer booked for Tuesday - do you really call this service!!!! I seem to have ongoing issues with Virgin Media - seriously considering changing my provider.

    @virginmedia so, having been on hold for 25 minutes, then cut off, called back on hold for a further 15 minutes... cut off again. Your customer service is atrocious... I can hear @SkyHelpTeam beckoning... they were crap, but they were never this shit.

    @virginmedia This is the patter you bring out every time you have a price hike, and it really grates. For a customer barely a month into my new contract, after a year it took you to snag technical problems (have a look at my account), this leaves a very bitter taste.

    @virginmedia price rise , you all could argue and I may understand a tiny little but losing connections with the amount I pay is not understandable. Me and my wife both work from home. How do we keep explaining connection lost every few hours ? Fix up or we move.

    Thats it. That seals the deal. Im no longer with virgin media. I’ve been a virgin media customer since last year. I will no longer use their TV or renew my Internet deal. I’m taking my money to Sky where they actually know how to run good wifi.
