@virginhelp @Virgin @virginmedia I’ve been online using my EE data as your phone lines are so busy you are not answering. Online went through the checks to be told there is a problem with your broadband [I know this your engineers caused the problems and then left!] your online offered me Wednesday to fix this!

@virginmedia Hi, yep. It’s been poor for over 4 days and non-existent for nearly 36 hours. Yes, I’ve checked BB status, it’s supposedly OK, yes I’ve rebooted, yes I’ve factory reset, multiple times. Still no BB. Still have to go to office, no choice unfortunately. No BB = Big health risk🙁

@virginmedia @virginhelp Your engineers came to install on another property and managed to disconnect me I’m in NW area they knew they did this I told them at the time they said they would fix it and they just left without restoring or knocking to say when they would be back.

After over 2wks of going round & round in circles with @virginmedia can anyone recommended a broadband provider that has good speeds & good customer service. Being #deaf I don't need a landline, but stable broadband is a must.
