@avbuss @Ofcom @virginmedia If virgin haven’t fulfilled their end of the contract by providing the full service as promised and repairing any faults I don’t see why he should have to pay his notice period. A contract works both ways it’s clear you have failed this customer just as you are failing myself.

@virginmedia I tried all that, the bloke on the phone told me an engineer would be the only one who could fix it, surprisingly it started working after a few hours, don’t have much confidence in your tool or your help desk! Neither seems to know what they are doing!

@Ian_H_007 @virginmedia I pay for 500Mb - currently getting 86Mb. I can just about live with that. Being on hold during Skype/Teams/Zoom calls is unacceptable. The boys are having problems gaming and our video downloads on Sky keep failing - not great service.

@virginmedia The fix.time has changed 3 times. 21st, 25th and now 2st December. Not acceptable to be left without TV and wifi service for weeks on end. Website isn't up to date. I, and my neighbour, have never been kept informed either. We have to constantly call for updates. Terrible service

@virginmedia Yes it is - the street and the address is listed, but we are in the upper flat which is not listed on your database. I tried to find out what info I would need to get to resolve this (eg from the existing tenants) but got no help.
