  Took out an @O2 account as part of some 'volt' deal with @virginmedia. My god O2 are bad. Apparently you have to wait a few months to access your account online to wait until their systems "catch up" for new joiners. Shouldn't have bothered.

  @virginmedia @FeelitWorking I think the OP is airing his frustration at the fact that he has to ask for discount at the end of the contract.
