@virginmedia Hi Em, had the same email account for years and now for the past two weeks it’s been coming up with server errors. Not recognising the imap or smtp server address. I’ve lost a ton of emails.... have no one to call and the website is not very insightful.

My 84 year old dad & the 78 year old mother of a friend has had this happen in the past week! Get it sorted Branson!
