    @virginmedia Hi! Our WiFi is constantly dropping out and not working even when the lights on the box look fine. And it can’t even reach around the whole house and it’s definitely not a big house! Is there any way you could sort it out as it has been a problem for a while. Thanks.

    @virginmedia I have completed your online form to extend this complaint before I apply to SCC. Let’s hope we hear from Virgin today. If not, I have tried and wouldn’t be surprised if I am not contacted because my account is closed as of Nov 18.

    @virginmedia But yet, you cannot call me to discuss! I find the benefit of hiding behind a system laughable. Particularly as it is your company who cannot log complaints, log a cancellation or fix a long term problem from which you had 20+ calls over many months. I have a pic library of my tv

    @CustomerFirst2 @virginmedia My complaints started long before I deemed the service received unworthy and I am not going to renew a rolling contract simply so I can continue a complaint - natural to leave with these types of issues. Now that I am not technically with them they ignore my attempts at contact

    @virginmedia At some-point in Dec I try cancelling contract through online chat => computer says no, you must phone up. Ugh. I don't understand why, but fine... 29th Dec -my move out date- I phone up to cancel, 25 minutes later apparently it's done. (...to be continued)

    @virginmedia 24 hours without WiFi. Still awaiting callback to arrange engineeer, who couldn’t be scheduled yesterday due to a systems fault. Tried calling but unable get through. Please help. I was guaranteed a call back by 1500 today. Not impressed with customer service.

    @virginmedia First phone call I’m told there are upgrades being done and it should be back Friday night. Then it was off all weekend. Today it says fixed by 4pm. Once 4pm came the message changed to a complex issue again.

    @ScottishLass73 @virginmedia I was dealing with a VM issue for my visually impaired relatives this weekend. I had problems including refusal to deal with me as i wasn't the account holder. It took 4 calls to sort out. How is a blind person supposed to read a serial number off of a set top box...ubelievable.

    @virginmedia No. That told me I need an engineer to come out after advising it is an issue within my postcode area. I have left the booking for engineer just in case but customer service tell me it’s virgin issue.

    @virginmedia this wifi is absolutely ridiculous !!!! Going down 19 times within an hour when we’re a house full of students is a joke- and even more so that we have to pay to have an engineer even come out SORT IT OUT
