    @virginmedia as a key worker, delivering Teams lessons online, I would expect any broadband issues to be responded to immediately. Sadly, this has not been the case; despite repeated complaints about the broadband dropping out mid lesson, you have not resolved the issue.

    @virginmedia I made a complaint when this happened weeks ago, which resulted in me forking out for my own router. You didnt acknowledge my complaint and sent a letter saying I should call you back and I did and still have had no response! Apalling service! Will have to go to Ofcom.

    Seriously @virginmedia? Need to return a handset as I cancelled my contract due to your poor service. To get it back to you I have to take it to a DPD drop off point - nearest (not especially) is in a supermarket, which I have deliberately avoided visiting for the last year.

    @virginmedia ...like #GTSport & #ModernWarfare. Then all this talk of the WiFi being vastly improved made myself try it again. It's vastly worse than LAN, with huge lag spikes in MW & #Warzone, and atmospheric changes like wind throw the signal out of the window. Switched back to LAN. 2 / 2

    @virginmedia Thanks John, I did. They will take 30 days to investigate and give me my notes (Dfar) and I am supposed to be paying during that period without service. Ironically the adjustment can be made to my future bills which assume I will stay

    @virginmedia I don’t see that I have any choice, but isn’t really on that in order to get the contract fully cancelled (and refund of first payment made) I am the one being inconvenienced when the reason for cancellation was due to your poor service.
