@foxinthebox2010 @virginmedia You do have a point @foxinthebox2010 though because they were asking if customers would be willing to pay £20 one off fee, then £15, £10, £5...which implies they could afford to upgrade for free but just want to squeeze more money of out their customers. We’ve had awful service

It’s so annoying how broadband cos try 2 screw existing customers. They suck u in with an offer better than their competitors, then each yr, they increase the price, but offers small reduction if you u stay with reduced service #VirginMedia

I don’t normally do this, but nobody should bother with Virgin Media. The customer service is absolutely terrible. They’ve farmed it out to a call centre abroad full of people who just pass your query between themselves until one of them hangs up.

@virginmedia This number simply gives the same information as the automated line. There was no option to speak to someone, which is frustrating. The works seem to now be finished, so the problem is now resolved. Thank you for your help all the same.
