    @virginmedia No, but more failed, incompetence calls with tech support. Forums cannot change your servers, but tech support can Another few days of waiting with heavily restricted services and no sign of client service.i have spent over 20k with you over the years.

    @JockItch96 @virginmedia Don’t know how many times I’ve told you mate, the worst company in the world. When I cancelled them they carried on trying to take money then put a black mark on my credit file for non payment. Wouldn’t use them if they were the only choice!! Go Sky!!

    @virginmedia my mum is trying to sort her mobile as she has a sim free phone and wants a bank sim to continue using her existing number in her new phone apparently your customer services were rude to her and put phone down on her

    @virginmedia Only after I set a disconnect date, even then I was given conflicting data. The solution is to send me a new router, when there is nothing wrong with mine!

    @PhilippaNewis @virginmedia I think the so-called compensation offer is inadequate and the process to secure it is appalling too. @VirginMediaCorp CEO is about to receive a letter from me where this very point is raised, along with a number of other issues relating to the outage.

    @virginmedia Yes, fix the navigation, have serious look at you chat app, as in the Name chat, is not what your application does, you using AI/ word recognition and you still list the reply as Agent. Having spent 10 min on your site. No thanks Virgin.

    Ok no tv for a week now thank you @virginmedia @richardbranson My cat threw up on TiVo box, killed box. Idoits try fix in call centre ( yes that thick) Will take 3-5 working days too. So best go get a new provider installed for faster! 🙄
