    @Binky_2301 @virginmedia The service was pretty reliable until now 19 days ago. Their status tool says no issues yet an engineer told me there were. And that they were fixing it. Been watching Twitter and it’s been an issue with folks all over the country.

    @virginmedia 4 days??!!!! What about 2 people doing home office?! Is Virgin Media pay for it?! I understand technical issues happen, but I don’t understand incompetence to deal with problemas. Virgin Media is a expensive service and it’s unacceptable this lack of good service to its customers

    @virginmedia I am trying to contact your customer service team regarding #nuisancecalls plaguing my 84 yr old (isolating) Dad, all numbers online are unobtainable or recorded mssgs which cut off - im right in thinking you are a tele-communications provider aren't I ?

    @virginmedia I’ve tried the basics and First time I called customer services the message was “we are very busy at the moment, please try again later” and later I waited 30min to speak to someone who didn’t sort the problem out. Instead she told me the technician will visit in 4 days!!! What??

    @virginmedia I am at my wits end with your awful service. I can’t get an answer by phone or online. I’ve had a faulty TV box replaced with another faulty box & when I eventually got thru to someone they’ve shutdown 1/2 of my channels.

    @virginmedia Been trying to speak to someone the last two day. Was told yesterday (when I did get through) that broadband was ok ( clearly it wasn’t) and that someone would escalate and call back today... No call today and broadband slow and intermittent again, has been for 4 weeks now, help!

    @virginmedia a conundrum. If I call your service centre to cancel my service I get routed to the website that doesn’t allow me to cancel or I get routed through to a team that don’t answer. Do I just cancel my direct debit? Then at least you’ll know I’m not longer your customer.

    @virginmedia I am absolutely appalled by your service! I have been having issues with my internet for over a week now. Your staff did not resolve my issues and were not all that helpful. I asked for a manager call back not once but twice. Did I get a call? NO. It’s been 5 days!

    @virginmedia I can't find a solution to this issue in the listed forums but it seems to affect a fair number of people. I have also been trying to find a solution with Samsung and they have suggested that I check that VM still support HDMI-CEC. Do you still support this?

    @virginmedia Hi! I didn't have service because self-install didn't work - a problem at the junction and an engineer had to be sent out. This meant I was paying for the first 10 days of the contract with no service. It wasn't automatically refunded, and you said there was nothing you could do

    @virginmedia Problem is our way wifi keeps dropping but when I phoned was told they could only help if not working at that very second but as it goes on and off all day impossible to do . Also in neighbouring estate all with Virgin say same thing
