    @virginmedia 24 hours without WiFi. Still awaiting callback to arrange engineeer, who couldn’t be scheduled yesterday due to a systems fault. Tried calling but unable get through. Please help. I was guaranteed a call back by 1500 today. Not impressed with customer service.

    @CustomerFirst2 @virginmedia My complaints started long before I deemed the service received unworthy and I am not going to renew a rolling contract simply so I can continue a complaint - natural to leave with these types of issues. Now that I am not technically with them they ignore my attempts at contact

    @virginmedia I spoke to someone on the 26th December raised another complaint and gave notice, I was then advised someone would contact me and they haven’t. Someone from the disconnection team called me and couldn’t discuss the complaint and said would chase [1 of 1]

    @virginmedia Awful customer service from Virgin. Receive an email saying my price will go up so call to cancel and supposedly “I’m not affected by the price increase” Just because I’ve shown an interest in cancelling before & they want the massive early disconnect fee! Not happy!
