    @virginmedia An engineer will be sent on Saturday. Second one in a week. Trying to use the chat function to load get a complaint and it disconnects. The agents do not seem keen on taking a complaint. I have been happish with tservice for few years now but it has deteriorated in last 6 weeks

    @virginmedia not the best time to have an outage if all your services!!! Happens far to often for my liking and often for hours on end if not the whole day. As a home worker I rely on my internet connection!!! Sort it out!!!

    @virginmedia Well surprise surprise. The WiFi is down again. 6 weeks in a row. Call Centre hing yo when passing my call to a manager. Poor service. This is now unacceptable. How do I complain (other than @Ofcom) about this poor service. Why is the service so awful now.

    @Tricia__Lowe @virginmedia Two managers were supposed to phone me still no call. When you call customer service they either disconnect you or transfer to the wrong department since last Tuesday spent at least 10 hours on the phone trying to sort it out 😡

    @virginmedia I'm not a customer but keep getting emails about someone elses account! I've called multiple times, been told that it's been sorted, but it definitely hasn't. Clearly a breach of data protection regulations. Can you actually fix this?

    @virginmedia i have been paying £60 per month for no service for over 6months now £300 in total and you can only compensate me £50 to my account... this isn't good enough! I have lost out on £300 and you want to give me £50 and then bill me £60per month for no service 🚩🚩🚩🚩

    @virginmedia Everyone using O2 has the same issue, not just my handset. It was ok when you used EE but now it’s not worth the money
