Wow @virginmedia is having a complete meltdown in my area and their automated service is telling me that this "short" interruption to my internet services should be resolved at 10 am tomorrow. That's 14 hours from now! What if my work depended on it?

@vmbusiness thanks for NOT INFORMING your business customers about a known outage that has been a fault since FEB 1st. Paying you for 1gb broadband and I simply cannot run a business with this type of service. Will look to cancel my service asap. You are clowns in disguise!!

@virginmedia weekend only landline calls inclusive. Guess what? Christmas Day, a Sunday and the line’s dead. Self help in the app goes through everything, noise on line, nuisance calls etc but no option of dead line. Tried different handset. #bahhumbug

@virginmedia the area issue is fixed, i'm pretty sure the wire outside just hasn't actually been connected to my house (it's hanging loose out of the ground). apparently there are just no engineers free until march (???) despite us having had no internet in 3 weeks and me being a keyworker

Virgin Media has to be one of the most unstable, crappiest internet providers you can get. It’ll be up for 10 minutes with 1 bar connection, and then you will have your *** sitting on mobile data racking up bills... this is how they get there pay... bastards. But whatever.
