  @virginmedia ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE! I’ve worked with major computer and ISP’s over my time but by far Virgin Media is the worst! I pay £111 a month and not one person can help. Intermittent internet for a month but they say just wait another week it may be back on!

  @virginmedia Why do you make it impossible to downgrade packages? Choosing "change package" only allowed was upgrade. Talk to customer service, they say they're only allowed to upgrade. Is the only possible to reduce package by cancelling?

  @virginmedia Thanks, John. No they didn’t confirm. All they said was that the issue *might* be fixed by August 2nd, which as you can imagine is far from ideal. Meanwhile, I’m also being charged a full month despite not having a reliable connection for over a week.

  Telefónica and Liberty Global are looking at ways to bring down the £22bn debt pile at Virgin Media O2, their UK joint venture, after a sharp sell-off in the company's bonds. A roughly $925mn unsecured note fell to as low as 57 cents on the dollar this week, down from about 78 at the start of July, and even the senior secured paper slipped.   @virginmedia I logged a complaint a few weeks ago regarding mis-sold broadband rate. I rejected your initial offer in writing, then spent over 1 hour on hold only to be promised a callback in 20 minutes that never happened. Please check my complaint.
