    Possibly the worst service Iv ever experience by @virginmedia signed up to a new contract on 4/08/22. Installation engineer was due today, no contact from virgin. called call centre on the phone for 56min multiple transfers asked to redo everything including provide bank details

    @virginmedia no service on landline for 5 weeks first saying no issue then saying on going issue tv distorted too cant get to speak to no one saying will be sorted on 12th no refund

    @virginmedia Yep, no issues in the area. Everything was working up until about an hour ago, and now the Internet has gone very sporadic and constantly disconnecting, as shown by the ping test.

    @virginmedia can’t even set up hub properly. 3 weeks since I upgraded my speed and I receive still the same but they keep insisting (we made changes will approve by tomorrow) REALLY!!! Is technical support think we are so stupid. Get a grip @virginmedia next stop complaints

    @virginmedia The internet and tv service has been down since 1330 today in SA1. No info given by you all day. Work meetings cancelled today, no tele to watch tonight. Zero communication on a timescale for a fix. Simply not good enough
