@virginmedia I was unable to use the same website on tablet or laptop - the website owner said the issue was due to slow internet speed and @TalkTalk had advised that you were digging up the cable in the area with the potential for disruption and I wondered if this work had overrun

I've just had to suffer the same 4 songs,1 a poor cover of 'Where my Rosemary goes', on a loop, in 2,45 mins of waiting for @virginmedia to pick up. Within 10 mins of engineer fixing fault, its playing up again. Its also the end of my contract so I want to deal with it.

@thatmisterj @virginmedia I'm so sick of it I WILL be leaving Virgin. No-one picking up phone, Just saying there appears to be an intermittent fault. Well No **** Sherlock, I already know that. Hey @O2 how do I cancel a SIM card that @virginmedia sent me as a data roaming replacement for the lack of WiFi installation service they’ve provided me at my new property? I wasn’t expecting to be charged extra for this mess up on their side so it’s a no thanks from me.
