    @virginmedia @Miss_SKM That is correct. What it does not cover is the persistent loss of service since August!!! #se7. Nor does it cover the absolute woeful customer services, and I use that phrase lightly, which @virginmedia is able to offer.

    @AnishModgil @virginmedia In my experience No. and when I asked for money back last time they told me there had to be a complete service loss for a certain number of days!!!! Maybe time to contact the #Ombudsman

    Hi @virginmedia, I’ve spent more than an hour on the phone to your advisors this morning and am getting nowhere. I have therefore now decided I would like to cancel my contract (I am within cooling-off period). Would I still be considered a ‘new’ customer if I find a new deal?

Although happy to rant about them and how they assisted a guy in Manchester to do ID fraud on my dad and actively refused to do anything when when they were alerted to how it was happening (and 100% their problem)

    @virginmedia Just got new Hub 4 & 1GB service. Loving the speed but why is the Hub 4 software STILL BUGGY? You can't change device names properly on the home screen - only the top row devices! Come on Virgin sort this bug out! It's clearly just a UI issue.

    @virginmedia absolutely disgusted with the service we are receiving from Virgin media. Lost at least 2 whole days of tv & internet last week resulting in me missing my kids being on tv & lost of work earnings now another 2 days of nothing, with no fix time. Not good enough
