@virginmedia I had a letter saying work was being done on 26th August and may effect broadband but since then the internet keeps going down intermittently throughout day ? No issues listed online can you check if work still being done as I am wfh post code SE39lr

@CateSevilla @virginmedia They then tried to fine me for not sending their 'hub' back and refused to refund the house move cost I'd paid a few months earlier. So so incompetent! SO stressful when all of us work from home too. I moved to TalkTalk & is cheaper and no problems so far, at least :)

Not the best start to the day when you attempt to log-on to work and discover that @virginmedia is down. Hoping that we don’t get anywhere near as late as 11:55 for KT2, that the website is saying that the issue is supposed to be resolved by.

Test @virginmedia service on wired and WiFi, it won’t load. Have to turn my phone to mobile data and it loads only to tell me there is “no problem”! Clearly is I can’t use with on my phone, my laptop keeps dropping out and the Xbox can’t play online but is connected?WTF?

@virginmedia Had an engineer come in to have a look at it on Saturday and he said there was a fault with the wiring outside. It was my house and 2 others that had a problem. He also said it would be fixed 24hrs. Its way over 24hrs and still not fixed. No one came to check the wiring.
