Quite appalling and in my experience always approached on basis that the customer is wrong. It consistently bad - to be told you don’t send texts when I clearly had two texts quite insulting!

Another complaint was raised but resolution was ‘apology to customer’ which I haven’t actually had! Now I have to take the complaint externally. Shocking it has got to this point.
