@virginmedia Thanks, I tried that route and it didn’t work - I’ve called via my mobile but with Covid staff restrictions naturally there’s a long delay. I can patiently wait but wanted to find through Twitter how many others were having the problem again.

With all the no’s I don’t think you need a website check to tell you there’s a problem. It’s the whole of the uk. Since lockdown started I new Virgin Media would let us down I’ve been grateful they lasted this long....

@ballerz223 @virginmedia Yup. It's how their customer service model works, I think -- I've seen it in other Virgin branded businesses in the past, too. Deliver mediocrity, pay out small gestures of goodwill when things go wrong, apologise, and carry on regardless.
