    @avbuss @Ofcom @virginmedia If virgin haven’t fulfilled their end of the contract by providing the full service as promised and repairing any faults I don’t see why he should have to pay his notice period. A contract works both ways it’s clear you have failed this customer just as you are failing myself.

    @Ian_H_007 @virginmedia I pay for 500Mb - currently getting 86Mb. I can just about live with that. Being on hold during Skype/Teams/Zoom calls is unacceptable. The boys are having problems gaming and our video downloads on Sky keep failing - not great service.

    @virginmedia Hi. Thank you, I've been through all that. The problem happens maybe two or three times a day. Obviously I can't run tests when it happens, because the wifi doesn't work. I asked on the forums, but haven't heard anything back.

    @virginmedia "There is an outage. Network engineers are on site". The link you gave says there are no issues in the area! So who is correct? Either way I still have no intetnet, TV or landline service! It sounds like VM hasn't got a clue what is happening!
