    @virginmedia I need to complain about your customer services. I’ve had multiple issues with a new contract I took out 31/01 this year. No manager has contacted me to follow up (after weeks since complaining) & yr customer sales centre is harassing me with calls. Pls contact me.

    @virginmedia Not good enough! I would believe you if this was the first time it happened but I am not paying £53.75 a month for this awful service and unreliable service… not when there are plenty of providers offering more for less.

    @virginmedia Yep, no issues in the area. Everything was working up until about an hour ago, and now the Internet has gone very sporadic and constantly disconnecting, as shown by the ping test.

    @virginmedia hi virgin.. my TV is showing error codes c217 and c230. I have turned everything off and reset modem and tivo boxes 5 times and more and still no Internet. Its my husbands account but he's away till Thursday. Help please

    @virginmedia Once again, your status checker says there’s nothing wrong but I have just called the number provided and was told by an automated messaging say your engineers are working to resolve a very complex issue. This is the second time in less than a month.

    @virginmedia Mines by down at least 24hrs. Ridiculous and told they are working on it. Not good enough considering how much we pay. I live in Liverpool. It seems to be affecting different areas differently. I just get to welcome on the screen and nothing else. Tried rebooting etc nothing

    @virginmedia When is this likely to be? I have stuck on the welcome page for over 24hrs. This is not acceptable and no information being shared on what the problem is and when service is likely to be resumed. Very poor

    @virginmedia No one to help and besides have charged a penalty for non- payment. Terrible service. Will find a way to get out of the contract.
