@foxinthebox2010 @virginmedia You do have a point @foxinthebox2010 though because they were asking if customers would be willing to pay £20 one off fee, then £15, £10, £5...which implies they could afford to upgrade for free but just want to squeeze more money of out their customers. We’ve had awful service

It’s so annoying how broadband cos try 2 screw existing customers. They suck u in with an offer better than their competitors, then each yr, they increase the price, but offers small reduction if you u stay with reduced service #VirginMedia

@virginmedia I did have 3 complaints made, but 1 wasn't logged over the phone. Someone failed to do that properly. The second complaint went through, but again they said it was resolved. I also wrote a letter because your complaint team clearly can't do their jobs. I do expect a response.

@MelERoy @virginmedia We have had issues well before the Queen died, and for only now to fix them is silly. My advice Virgin would be to check yourside and any faults before you do the equipment check lecture.
