@virginmedia I did. 3 calls to be precise. There seems to be a tech issue on your end which keeps hanging up on callers....I can't afford to lose any more hours, so I've resorted to writing a letter instead. Thanks.

@virginmedia hi is there a problem in TW10? I've checked the status page but it says no problems (tho it never says there are problems unless it's a national outage). TV has interference and broadband keeps dropping. I've done all the reboot procedures as usual.

@virginmedia So it seems you are doing "service improvements" in my area, and "everything should be back to normal by 15:00". It's the middle of the working day....😒😐. Could those improvements not be done at night or during the weekend? Cheers.

@NickChis @virginmedia I just called their helpline and I was told service improvements are currently being done locally and "everything should be back to normal by 3pm" today. 😒

@virginmedia Everybody in your company said it should be brought forward then no one calls back and I have to ring to find out nothing is happening .. resolutions team have actually sent a response which is untrue and basically ignore me.. very very poor service @virginmedia

@virginmedia But it's meant to be in modem mode. I have it plugged into my own wi-fi mesh so I can access internet across the flat. I've plugged things directly into the eth port on it and still get choppy internet. Also the TV problem is still a problem

Hi @virginmedia. I've just spent 1.5 hours/3 calls on the phone with you to cancel my contract due to moving flats. Each time the line went mute after a long wait and eventually disconnected. Please fix your service! Thanks.

@virginmedia I have not had any service since around 10pm on Saturday. It was supposed to be fixed at 4pm today but still not working. That's over 66 hours. Does Sunday count towards the 48 hours? Are the first 2 days compensated or is it just compensation for the days after the first 2?

@virginmedia Now 6* different people have "looked into this" and there is no resolution except "you will have no wifi for a week until we get the cables installed". The whole point was it is a quickstart process. Then I get told AS THE FACEPLATE PEOPLE ARE LEAVING that Virgin haven't told me

@virginmedia I have received an email from complaints team saying they have looked into the fact my box hasn’t been delivered, and can confirm it has! How is this a solution. I’m telling you I haven’t received it and multiple people I have spoken to have confirmed this!!!

@virginmedia Not worth my time clearing cookies, I then have to re-set my cookie settings for every site and sign in to everything. Can you maybe, perhaps, ring me on the phone (!) and give me a reason why I shouldn't just blow you out completely and give my money to a competent company?
