    @virginmedia I made a complaint when this happened weeks ago, which resulted in me forking out for my own router. You didnt acknowledge my complaint and sent a letter saying I should call you back and I did and still have had no response! Apalling service! Will have to go to Ofcom.

    @ProfWoodward @virginmedia I can believe it. That’s outrageous - and clearly they don’t need the business. Which given the expense of their broadband + TV package seems about right. If it’s any consolation - it’s down a lot, and the speed we get is constantly being throttled, even before covid.

    Trying to work out whether it’ll be better to just leave @virginmedia (I am out of contract) rather than go through the awful, awful process of calling them AGAIN, to be told the router is fine. There must be better deals out there?

    @virginmedia I don’t know I use an Ethernet connection on a booster for my pc and one minute my connection is fine and then one minute later the connection is horrible and it happens all the time it’s just so inconsistent
