    @virginmedia recently joined virgin for broadband and it isn't cheap its amazing when it works but every night recently it has gone down and when you check the app it says engineers are working on resolving an issue is there a update with this please as its so frustrating

    @virginmedia Couldn't use my phone so couldn't call you. I tried from hotel landline to your so-called help numbers to no avail. All others in a group of 40 people did fine cause weren't using Virgin. Not ideal to have single female abroad no phone, no maps, can't call cab etc. Last century

    @virginmedia having massive issues with billing and tried over 5 times to sort this over the phone. Most times someone will hang up and not call back making me have to call again, wait for 30m, tell the whole story again. Need to speak to an actual human at a store. Suggestions?

    @virginmedia On wired connection I’m getting the same results 431mb download and 30mb upload. I’ve tried to diagnose the issue via your website and it suggested again to send out a technician, so I’ve requested one to come again next Monday 11th.

    @ThreeUKSupport So does it only work when Three Wi-Fi is available? On Virgin Media it always asks me to login then says it should have logged me in automatically.

    Took out an @O2 account as part of some 'volt' deal with @virginmedia. My god O2 are bad. Apparently you have to wait a few months to access your account online to wait until their systems "catch up" for new joiners. Shouldn't have bothered.

    @virginmedia Yes but it just tells me to check my hub. TV has gone down as well so it looks like a cable issue and not internet. It’s not telling me anything else. Please can you check. Post code is KT12 3. And I’m not the only one !

    @virginmedia I was unable to use the same website on tablet or laptop - the website owner said the issue was due to slow internet speed and @TalkTalk had advised that you were digging up the cable in the area with the potential for disruption and I wondered if this work had overrun

    @virginmedia Nope was assured I would be contacted within half an hour I was contacted about contract coming to an end and explained still having issues despite 2 engineer visits and a replacement hub so would not be staying and how annoyed I was and was assured it would be sorted today!

    @virginmedia WiFi is poor. Even wired is poor 500mb con best I can get on wired 50mb, WiFi 10mb) and no, switching it on and off and resetting several times a day is NOT A FIX

    @EvilAbsolute @shazwalter @virginmedia I would argue that the service doesn't work. It's only as good as the weakest link in the chain, which is the hub. I don't really want another box in my house to fix an issue that is fixable by the service provider. We have BT fibre in the street which is what I'll investigate.

    @virginmedia We found dour that it's an issue with your software everytime we try to put the hub 3 into modem mode its shuts down and red lights, the we have to press the reset button on thr back to get it working again, how can we get around this?

    @virginmedia The most unreliable internet in the land.Been awful for so long and yet no one answers your call centre unless you wait online for hours only to be cut off and left in limbo. Pay for 250 mbps and sometime get 0.5 or nothing. Had to switch to 4g to write this as my wifi is so slow

    @michdavey71 @virginmedia I recontracted thinking they would resolve the issue they are due a price hike I’m sure you can get out of the contract if they increase it lol if they resolved it I was going to take an iPhone 12 Pro Max contract with them today don’t think il bother
