So we’ve waited 4 weeks for @virginmedia to install our TV and WiFi, telling us it’s been in the flat before, they get here finally and say it’s never been in the flat and we can’t have it! So they’ve left and we’re back to square one....

I move house and seemingly return to dial-up. @virginmedia guy was a man looking for a problem and probably saw a solution getting in the way of an easy day. @bt_uk say 2 weeks to £50 activation even though cables already in and I’m self-installing and it’s only 3-7mb !!!! 😠

@virginmedia - 27 minutes on the phone to you to them be cut off! I have now been on hold for 34 minutes second time round so far. I have been on your app, but there are problems in the area; just want to find out why my phone is not working. Not feeling very like a VVIP!

@virginmedia does anybody actually handle cancellation calls? I’ve now been charge £63+ the cost of 3 calls and over an hour of my life to try and stop you charging me for a service I cancelled at the start of April. Currently been sat on hold 30 mins. Joke.

@virginmedia would just like to say that your agent Ryan was extremely helpful today and managed to sort out my issue, if customers have issues I would 100% recommend speaking with a agent on the live chat rather than wasting your time with the call centre staff, thank you Ryan!

@virginmedia shocking service today, overcharged for calls I haven’t made (no phone connected) but if your tech looks at it and decides it’s “not Virgin’s fault” you’re going to charge me even more. But £288 to disconnect so I’m stuck with your overcharging. Bunch of crooks.

@virginmedia so four months after closing my account and paying in full, I'm getting calls and letters telling me to pay up or my details will be passed onto debt collectors. A quick search online shows you guys do this often. I don't even live at the same address. Fix this
