@virginmedia Thanks for replying so quickly. Finger crossed you can fix it sooner than later. Not necessarily for me (though that wld be nice) but for people who really need phones & computers to work. Using mobile WiFi at moment.

Probably finding it funnier than I should, but our @virginmedia is down until at least 16:00 tomorrow. My teens seem to have no idea what to do without WiFi. 🤣🤣

@virginmedia This is the second time in less than a month. Last time it was a full week. I reported you to Ofcom and am waiting for their reply. Your customer services are appalling and you can bet we will be claiming a refund and finding a better service provider.

If you have virginmedia email, it’s quite likely that if you no longer use them as a sp, they will deactivate your email without any warning. I’ve not been a virginmedia customer for years and can’t recall ever receiving a notice of deactivation #virginmedia Thanks for the upset

@virginmedia Well, a few things including triggering the verify username manually. Then I was told "it's a known issue" and that the technical team is looking into it. I had a call the other day for an update but the line dropped. Haven't heard back. I'm still unable to verify my username.
