@MartinSLewis It is the worst company I have ever dealt with and I’m now actively discouraging others to use Virgin Media. Cancelling is also very difficult and deliberately so

  • LutherB40510976 Luther Blissett (@LutherB40510976) reported from London, England

  • JessicaCarmodyV Jessica Carmody (@JessicaCarmodyV) reported from Richmond, England

@virginmedia I need to complain about your customer services. I’ve had multiple issues with a new contract I took out 31/01 this year. No manager has contacted me to follow up (after weeks since complaining) & yr customer sales centre is harassing me with calls. Pls contact me.

  • mattrose18 Matt Rose (@mattrose18) reported from Camberley, England

  • tomaszrykala Tomasz Rykała (@tomaszrykala) reported from London, England

Wow @virginmedia is having a complete meltdown in my area and their automated service is telling me that this "short" interruption to my internet services should be resolved at 10 am tomorrow. That's 14 hours from now! What if my work depended on it?

  • LutherB40510976 Luther Blissett (@LutherB40510976) reported from London, England

@virginmedia can you give me a direct number to call to cancel my contract. I've used whataspp / webchat and spoken to two people in last 24 hours - but to no avail.

  • mattrose18 Matt Rose (@mattrose18) reported from Farnborough, England

@virginmedia TV is an issue. broadband is not. Tests are always either cannot connect at this time or say there is nothing wrong. Don’t see how my kit in the house can one minute have speeds on +300Mb to next to nothing?

  • RogerHighfield Roger Highfield (@RogerHighfield) reported from London, England

@virginmedia My broadband is down again - area21. Any idea of when it will be fixed?

  • tlcko1882 Burnley Dave:Not woke just human.💙🌈🍺🇪🇺 (@tlcko1882) reported from London, England

@journokeith @virginmedia Good as in they acknowledged your existence was what I meant. That's how their "customer services" is set up, they don't have the staff based in the UK to deal with it and all they can do is what they are doing.

  • farnsworth_adam Adam Farnsworth (@farnsworth_adam) reported from London, England

@virginmedia It’s appalling they can act so quickly What about the speed issue?

  • paulhelpspeople Paul Smith (@paulhelpspeople) reported from Twickenham, England

When you cancel services with a company, because you are fed up with crazy price increases, but the next day get some ultra pushy sales guy from an overseas office try to argue they can do it better, when will they ever learn, no means no. @virginmedia you are the absolute worst!

  • RogerHighfield Roger Highfield (@RogerHighfield) reported from London, England

@virginmedia, your app does not seem to think there's a problem with the internet in area 21. I think different. Can you check?!

  • joybrenda Brenda (@joybrenda) reported from London, England

@virginmedia help why have you made it so difficult to log a landline vault on line. Need to call, as line out of order since friday. I am certain it's systems fault as display message I have seen on previous occasions.

  • shombell Paul Riddell (@shombell) reported from Ash, England

@vmbusiness thanks for NOT INFORMING your business customers about a known outage that has been a fault since FEB 1st. Paying you for 1gb broadband and I simply cannot run a business with this type of service. Will look to cancel my service asap. You are clowns in disguise!!

Hey @virginmedia, do customers usually wait SEVEN months for installation? Be continuously bounced between "customer service", pre-install and construction teams? Receive ZERO updates from Virgin Media, other than re-scheduled install dates that are NEVER fulfilled? #Shambles

  • pdonduncan Peter D-D (@pdonduncan) reported

@virginmedia Yes, new router anf TV360. Problem is with the network I am told by VM. The infrastructure just isn't capable of handling the higher bandwidth. Why sell stuff that doesn't work?

  • Seth_Jones Seth Jones (@Seth_Jones) reported

@virginmedia brand new customer, and I’m cancelling before you’ve even arrived. Appalling customer service. Misleading communication, engineer no shows. Convoluted automation systems. Four phone-calls, one WhatsApp chat and nothing is resolved. It’s 2023. Be better.

  • JacknifeStein Stuart Edward (@JacknifeStein) reported

@virginmedia This is exactly the problem you reply with a scripted load of rubbish to kick the can down the road. Yes, there have been problems now for 8 days. It is broadband and if you spent two secs to check you would know this.

  • John69960488 John (@John69960488) reported

@virginmedia please enlight me on how signal boosters are going to solve this issue when our 2 PCs are connected with ethernet directly to the HUB? I have been with virgin media for 12+ years and all working fine until December last year, still not acknowledging my fault, I can't believe this

  • LucasBall2211 Lucas Ball (@LucasBall2211) reported

  • tonydicarlo Tony Di Carlo (@tonydicarlo) reported

@virginmedia They haven’t!! I was passed around 5 people and no one can give me a answer on how to get this sorted. Avonline don’t seem to be able to help either!! I may as well cancel. Shambles
