    @virginmedia Upgraded to volt500 from 350 and speed haven’t changed now 3 weeks despite your engineer changed the hub him self still same shame I been loyal customer for the last 13 years

    @virginmedia We had issues last month, a nice engineer came (Mohamed) and said it was a local problem. I reported it on the phone again on Tuesday (Aqeelah), she said there are local problems (again). I fed up wit this, it’s been a week of impossible internet, day and night!

    @AnishModgil @virginmedia In my experience No. and when I asked for money back last time they told me there had to be a complete service loss for a certain number of days!!!! Maybe time to contact the #Ombudsman

    @virginmedia Once again, your status checker says there’s nothing wrong but I have just called the number provided and was told by an automated messaging say your engineers are working to resolve a very complex issue. This is the second time in less than a month.

    @virginmedia Yes but it just tells me to check my hub. TV has gone down as well so it looks like a cable issue and not internet. It’s not telling me anything else. Please can you check. Post code is KT12 3. And I’m not the only one !

    @virginmedia Wi-Fi is SO BAD. I’ve check service status online it says it’s fine but I hasn’t been working for 2 hours now. Wtf is you lot doing. It’s been disturbing for weeks now too.

    @virginmedia On wired connection I’m getting the same results 431mb download and 30mb upload. I’ve tried to diagnose the issue via your website and it suggested again to send out a technician, so I’ve requested one to come again next Monday 11th.

    @virginmedia Good morning, This is the 3rd day with no broadband. You have conflicting messages as to whether there is an issue or not, and whether it has been fixed or not. I have been unable to speak to anyone or log a call out. Can someone please help

    Possibly the worst service Iv ever experience by @virginmedia signed up to a new contract on 4/08/22. Installation engineer was due today, no contact from virgin. called call centre on the phone for 56min multiple transfers asked to redo everything including provide bank details

    @virginmedia Since w/c 22Aug my wife and I continuously keep checking the service status which gets updated and deadline pushed back. Nobody with virgin has broadband or TV for over 3 weeks now without explanation or a decent update

    @virginmedia ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE! I’ve worked with major computer and ISP’s over my time but by far Virgin Media is the worst! I pay £111 a month and not one person can help. Intermittent internet for a month but they say just wait another week it may be back on!

    @virginmedia How many promised texts and phone calls does it take to actually be contacted. Waited over 2 weeks for resolution of a problem with Virgintvgo due to O2 linked accounts!! Still no returned calls … despite several phone calls, what do I need to do???

    @virginmedia @____LP____ My experience of being able to reach your customer service people is very bad. You routinely get transferred about, long holds, then the call gets dumped. It’s terrible, chat bots and complicated phone trees make it worse. Employ people to answer the phone and direct the call.
