@virginmedia All fine now - but TBH we're probably going to cancel. Our contract is up its going up from £70 to £85/month. To sign a new deal is a £82. Your offer to new customers is £45. I can't be bothered with this hassle every few months so am looking at sky. Thanks for checking though 👍

@virginmedia So, after more than 25 years of Cabletel, NTL and now VM I have given up and am moving to Sky. VM customer service non existent, online support shocking and now I find I have to write a letter and post it to even cancel my contract. Feels like I’m back in the 80s

@virginmedia I need urgent chat help. My upload speed is the worst. It's taken 8 hours to upload 70% of a 30 min video to YouTube. You sent an engineer to my house last week, and he did everything he could, except my upload speed is still the worst. This is not worth £27 a month.
