Being on hold during Skype/Teams/Zoom calls is unacceptable. The boys are having problems gaming and our video downloads on Sky keep failing - not great service.

A contract works both ways it’s clear you have failed this customer just as you are failing myself.

Neither seems to know what they are doing!
