@virginmedia following a power outage in the epsom area my WiFi has been very very poor I have super fast M350 fibre Broadband package but unable to use the service. I have followed all the steps online resetting the router etc but nothing seems to work. SOMEONE PLEASE RESPOND!!!

@virginmedia I spent almost an hour on the phone to a nice customer advisor who then forwarded me to another department. half hour later my disconnect. I called back to go through security- when answering my q’s disconnected. another half hour disconnected. Can comeone call me!!!

@virginmedia Official fix time today 12:55 from Virgin website. According to same website it was "fixed" yesterday after a similar outage. Of course 'fault free' unrealistic but area suffering persistent issues. Hopefully the '5 days' is wrong! 😱

@virginmedia I already got told to buy a signal booster from Argos and that didn't work. And I don't want to pay more for a "better" package with no guarantee it will work which is what your cold calling sales team tried to do, so as long as it isn't either of those then yes I'm free :)
