@virginmedia An engineer will be sent on Saturday. Second one in a week. Trying to use the chat function to load get a complaint and it disconnects. The agents do not seem keen on taking a complaint. I have been happish with tservice for few years now but it has deteriorated in last 6 weeks

@virginmedia Well surprise surprise. The WiFi is down again. 6 weeks in a row. Call Centre hing yo when passing my call to a manager. Poor service. This is now unacceptable. How do I complain (other than @Ofcom) about this poor service. Why is the service so awful now.

@virginmedia Multiple times, yes. Tried ordering the pod via the connect app multiple times without success. Tried calling the support team for weeks now - still no luck : it’s always ‘no stock’ or ‘can’t place order’ as a response. I’ve been trying for weeks now 🤨

@virginmedia I am a Virgin customer and at 11:33 today I received a call on my landline from 01515177785. Female caller claimed to be from Virgin, asking about its performance. Challenged her ID and the link was broken. She did not call back. Suspected fraud.

@virginmedia at the time I had no internet, and using my current mobile roaming - which is not unlimited - was not ideal to go checking websites. It was a known issue if the phoneline was to be believed. And a 'tricky' one to fix. It took well over a week. Not happy about that
