    @virginmedia Thankfully network issue Sorted overnight- however it was frustrating not being able to report it over phone, having gone through auto message and diagnostics it then said office closed and cut you off.

    @Joeynoble @virginmedia Trying to get the account transferred into my wife’s name, we’ve been messed around for weeks. Utterly useless, I could move to another provider I would, cannot stand them. @skytv customer service used to be incredible when I was with them, Virgin could learn a lot from them! 😡

    @DavidBeckitt @virginmedia In my experience (so might be wrong), all the others use the same BT/Openreach infrastructure - so much of a muchness. I’ve got TalkTalk, it’s cheap & the new router is good. The customer service is poor tho’!

    Virgin Media have the worst customer services, shambolic systems and ridiculous processes, I hate having to be one of their customers as no other provider down our road gives us fibre broadband. Utterly shameful! @virginmedia #virginmedia #rubbish 😡

    Hi @virginmedia Broadband been down in KT10 all day and update now says estimate 9.05 tomorrow morning earliest. Is there any more info on how accurate this is? If true I have to cancel only bit of paid work I’ve had for last 4 months so keen to know either way ASAP.

    @virginmedia Still not fixed but had a really good engineer out called Andy, he's given me his mobile number and requested a network engineer to fix the power levels in the cabinet. If still not working to call him direct next week! You need more Andys.

    @virginmedia It was down for the whole of yesterday. Came back eventually in the evening but too late for my working day. Please can you tell us what the problem was. The service is really flaky and for the price you charge I would expect 99.9% reliability.

    @virginmedia how many more times are you going to let me down. From a simple home install on the 2nd Dec 2020, overcharged by £116 on my bill and no engineer arrived on 14th Jan even though confirmed on text and assured on phone last Sunday. Come on sort it out please..........

    @virginmedia When it comes to customer service. Virgin is without doubt the absolute worst company I have ever had the misfortune to have had dealings with. You know my address and mobile number from the emails and complaint letters. The contract is over, sort it!

    @virginmedia your internet has been **** since i got it for work, it still disconnects my work vpn. T&c says i should get at least half. Half would be 50mbps. I have plenty of screenshots different days where it is not even 50. Can someone message me or reply regarding this
