    I thought the design of the internet provided redundancy but @virginmedia seem to have relied on one point for all of SW London. One broken cable kills TV, broadband and phone. Time to move provider.

    @harerik @virginmedia They sell a business class service to businesses, schools and all manor of other organisations. They should be able in emergency to reroute traffic around a problem like this in minutes or hours, max..... #virginmediadown

    Still no TV, phone or internet in TW11 since Thursday morning. Their website is showing no known issues in the area! What an incompetent and disgraceful company @virginmedia

    Thank god @virginmedia have fixed the internet/cable issue that has been dragging on for days! I have been having to use my hands to turn lights on and off in the house! #nightmare

    So 4th different #virginmedia estimate time and date for returning service passes and surprise surprise they just extend the estimate again. They are making it up. Went from 5pm today to 9am Monday this time

    I cannot believe we are still without a service @virginmedia in SW London. Please give us a sensible update - it is the least that can be expected after 3DAYS of no service. It is an utter disgrace. Already looking for a new provider #virginmediadown @Ofcom

    @Mumma_haley35 @virginmedia Sounds that way. Unfortunately @ThreeUK seem to be having issues in KT2 as well, so even my 4G isn’t working very well on my phone. Telco needs to move into the modern world of customer service, maybe @Ofcom need to change their regulations.

    Appalled by lack of response from @VirginMediaCorp @virginmedia to me, colleagues & most importantly thousands of customers struggling without broadband, phone or TV for at least 2 days. Lack of info and misleading fix times unacceptable. An urgent case for @Ofcom to investigate

    @virginmedia @Baxter53Katy @virginmedia if anyone estimated something was only a couple of hours, and it turned into 5 days (5 days compared to 3 hours is 6000% difference) there is something majorly wrong with the estimates. Especially if the pictures of the issue are anything to go by.

    @____________jkg @harerik @virginmedia You have a backup hub that you can route traffic too if one is down. In a business environment this is standard practice. If Virgin want to just be a home TV provider, fine. But if they want to sell services to schools, other public services and business things need to change.

    @virginmedia Oh I did all that, you came nowhere near giving me a good deal. Annoyingly I have to stay with you as well because you’re the best speed in my area and I need good internet speed. I certainly don’t feel like a valued customer however.

    @virginmedia I have tried several times to discuss with a CS dep and they are completely inadequate in their reaponse. They can NEVER find my account. They promise the WORLD And then close the complaint????

    @virginmedia my broadband connection is terrible at the moment, meant to be getting 500mb, lucky to get above 15 at the moment, tried restarting router etc

    @virginmedia I've already spoken to a member of ur team and the best they could apparently do is ,lower my download speed to 50mb ,and reduce my bill by £8 . Which I feel is a penalty to an existing customer .most other companies that deal with will at least lower a bill for a period to help
