@MichaeljonF Good question... just having a bit of an iffy connection last few weeks. I have a full on Google WiFi Mesh network... tried to iron out a couple of dubious hacks in the system... plus I’ve upgraded the core hub to the Nest WiFi Router now. Starting to suspect it’s Virgin Media 😂

@lastdart @virginmedia I am with you on this one. They may have me over a barrel right now but when this is all over and normal service is resolved they can say farewell to this customer. If this is the way they treat loyal customer then #SirRichardBranson is in for a big expensive shock.

@virginmedia Yes. So have many others, according to reports on @Moneybox and @bbcRogueTrader Virgin has had issues for years caused by incompatible databases from companies it bought as it grew. Understandable. But choosing to blame the customers and bully them for money is not acceptable.
