  @virginmedia On wired connection I’m getting the same results 431mb download and 30mb upload. I’ve tried to diagnose the issue via your website and it suggested again to send out a technician, so I’ve requested one to come again next Monday 11th.

  @virginmedia Thanks, John. No they didn’t confirm. All they said was that the issue *might* be fixed by August 2nd, which as you can imagine is far from ideal. Meanwhile, I’m also being charged a full month despite not having a reliable connection for over a week.

  @Argos_Online I've always thought Virgin Media were the unanimous heavyweight champions of 'couldn't give a ****' customer 'care' but today, I've just realised (only because I deal with VM a lot more) that there's a genuine contender - a great white 'hope'!🤬 DISGUSTING!
