    @virginmedia I’ve tried the basics and First time I called customer services the message was “we are very busy at the moment, please try again later” and later I waited 30min to speak to someone who didn’t sort the problem out. Instead she told me the technician will visit in 4 days!!! What??

    @virginmedia Been trying to speak to someone the last two day. Was told yesterday (when I did get through) that broadband was ok ( clearly it wasn’t) and that someone would escalate and call back today... No call today and broadband slow and intermittent again, has been for 4 weeks now, help!

    @virginmedia Hi there I switched over onto the 1gig broadband service 10 days ago however the service/speed is v slow. Right now it’s 40mb down and 6mb up. I’ve rebooted many times over the last week however service remains poor. What should I do?

    @virginmedia Yes I have and none are reported. I received a new router and 1gb service upgrade 10 days ago. Since then the speed has been so slow.

    @virginmedia a conundrum. If I call your service centre to cancel my service I get routed to the website that doesn’t allow me to cancel or I get routed through to a team that don’t answer. Do I just cancel my direct debit? Then at least you’ll know I’m not longer your customer.

    @virginmedia Is there a particular issue with you call centre today? I have been cut off twice today, on hold for cumulative 3 hours, your instant messenger doesn’t respond and your text message service doesn’t reply. Is there anyway to actually get in touch

    @virginmedia Consistency in service would be great. It’s fine one moment and then drops out during meetings, working, etc. Why is fibre suddenly inconsistent?

    @virginmedia I am at my wits end with your awful service. I can’t get an answer by phone or online. I’ve had a faulty TV box replaced with another faulty box & when I eventually got thru to someone they’ve shutdown 1/2 of my channels.

    @virginmedia Hey @virginmedia Here i go again Tks for the new hub, the same model as the old one. The HUB was delivered to me but no technician to check the problem and no signal yet. I didn’t have broadband for 4 days, then it came back for 1 and today off again.only. Sorry @LifeInKilburn

    @virginmedia 4 days??!!!! What about 2 people doing home office?! Is Virgin Media pay for it?! I understand technical issues happen, but I don’t understand incompetence to deal with problemas. Virgin Media is a expensive service and it’s unacceptable this lack of good service to its customers

    @virginmedia switched the phone lines wed, they keep promising to send someone out for 3 days, we raise a complaint and the second we get off the phone they close it They said someone was coming at 8 today then didn't then 9:30 now they haven't this has happened for 3 days now

    @virginmedia Hi I have had your engineer out to address the slow or non existent WI-FI he said to call the help line and they will send me a booster to fix the problem.When I called the help line they want to charge an extra £5 a month for to fix the problem. I am having speed problems

    @virginmedia No you're wrong because the have not helped me once during any of my calls. They transfer me to "technical support" and other teams. It is not an install issue, it is an issue where your company used my address to secure a sale for a person that lives somewhere else...

    @virginmedia @Whats_UpWithU I can expand 2 1/2 hours on your customer chat yesterday 5th agent I’ve spoken to to try and get a bil showing my broadband and tv separate and was told no although the previous agents assured me 100% I can get one. I have 12 pages of the communications @virginmedia shocking

    @virginmedia Until at some point the customer either gives up or spends DAYS of their lives getting a fix, for you to say "glad to have helped" when you didn't help! Or the ever popular predefined phrase "we aren't able to access specific accounts on here" #virginmedia #customerservicefail
