@virginmedia hello, we are unhappy with our broadband. It’s bad as my husband and I are both WFH and my Teams calls are regularly interrupted. We have the highest broadband package available and pay over £100 a month so it’s clearly unacceptable. Please send an engineer ASAP!

@virginmedia I did call. One chap was very helpful and referred the poor broadband service and a faulty landline for two years to @Ofcom and the latter chap was not very helpful. Would you stay and have your monthly fee go from £28.50 to £49.50?

@virginmedia We managed to get through to your team on the phone yesterday and they said they will call us back. It started working again yesterday evening but it’s an on and off problem we have had for weeks so needs looking into properly which I hope will happen soon.

@virginmedia No you probably do it understand the extent of your lack of service. We have been having no internet for weeks and every time we call we get the automated voice saying the line is busy and to call later. 3 WEEKS like this. You guys need to sort this out.

@virginmedia Just spent an hour on the phone to yourselves, not only is the service going to be referred to @Ofcom due to frequent drops in the service + no LL, but you can’t offer me a 12mth contract insisting I have 18mth. Well, I might take up @SkyTV’s offer reluctantly. #Ealing

@virginmedia at the moment the service in the AL2 area is substandard, with upload and download rates well below the promised level of 10/100 except very early and very late. so the fault is with you. Other users in the area confirm the problem

@virginmedia We are not able to use the app as we have a Hub 4 router and it’s not supported. The problem is not the black spots, the problem is that the connection drops out every two secs and has high latency. You need to send us someone who can fix the issue or give me a call to resolve.

@virginmedia complained about my internet service last week, got sent a new box. Got an Ethernet cable wired up to console. WiFi goes and I lose connection and Ethernet goes offline too??

Made a huge mistake joining @virginmedia broadband. They have the worst customer service and broadband connection you can get. I will be going back to @SkyMediaUK or another provider.
