  @virginmedia We had issues last month, a nice engineer came (Mohamed) and said it was a local problem. I reported it on the phone again on Tuesday (Aqeelah), she said there are local problems (again). I fed up wit this, it’s been a week of impossible internet, day and night!

  @virginmedia Outages do occur and that's understandable, what is beyond ridiculous is your customer service team. To tell people there's no outage showing when near enough a whole town is down is insulting.
