    @virginmedia An engineer will be sent on Saturday. Second one in a week. Trying to use the chat function to load get a complaint and it disconnects. The agents do not seem keen on taking a complaint. I have been happish with tservice for few years now but it has deteriorated in last 6 weeks

    @virginmedia Well surprise surprise. The WiFi is down again. 6 weeks in a row. Call Centre hing yo when passing my call to a manager. Poor service. This is now unacceptable. How do I complain (other than @Ofcom) about this poor service. Why is the service so awful now.

    @virginmedia not the best time to have an outage if all your services!!! Happens far to often for my liking and often for hours on end if not the whole day. As a home worker I rely on my internet connection!!! Sort it out!!!

    @virginmedia hey I've tried calling to cancel my 12 month contract as it's finished soon but I have to wait on hold for ages (I understand there are less call centres open), is there any other way I can close my contract without being stuck on hold for ages

    @virginmedia I checked the service status last night, said that my local area had no issues alongside said that all services were working as recommended. but was still getting lag spikes, i'm on one of the highest packages for internet 300+ download. and i'm getting under 200?

    @paullewismoney Huge problems with Virgin media & Money They changed their mobile network last year, I now have no access ,new SIM doesn't work . To login to savings a/C they send access code to the mobile no - so no access to savings a/C either. Impossible to contact them

    @davecoghlan @MichaelMDowling @virginmedia For the money it saves, 45 mins isn't a long time. I'm thinking when I cancel/sign up with them I'll ring the sign up section. I figure the lad on the other end will help me cancel so he can get the sign up on his records.
