All they said was that the issue *might* be fixed by August 2nd, which as you can imagine is far from ideal. Meanwhile, I’m also being charged a full month despite not having a reliable connection for over a week.

Their coverage isn't good because they are limited. They are only competitive on price, not on coverage.

You can block anything you want or them and restrict sites and device time and you get to okay anything they install on the device. Most adults as thick as pig **** to use them.
