    @virginmedia @zakisaunt Signed up for updates...nothing. No compensation for the mast outage last month despite registering and shallow as it may sound, no internet and tv is a problem for people living alone. Always bad service this is a new low...

    If you have virginmedia email, it’s quite likely that if you no longer use them as a sp, they will deactivate your email without any warning. I’ve not been a virginmedia customer for years and can’t recall ever receiving a notice of deactivation #virginmedia Thanks for the upset

    @virginmedia We only have virgin broadband. In the time we have had your service, we have had slow speed, no connection, poor connection in most rooms, some days that it just doesn't come on. And now your going to charge us double for it

    @virginmedia Everything was down until 8pm on Monday (an issue in SW20), it was down yesterday afternoon until late evening (area issue), it’s now going up and down now and after the test says we need a technician booked for Tuesday. How can I WFH without reliable broadband?
