@virginmedia I am at my wits end with your awful service. I can’t get an answer by phone or online. I’ve had a faulty TV box replaced with another faulty box & when I eventually got thru to someone they’ve shutdown 1/2 of my channels.

@virginmedia Have to keep reseting hub 3 almost daily as devices lose connection to net or have intermittent internet. No black spots in house. Devices will connect to WiFi and state connected no Internet. Apparently no issues with signal to house.

@virginmedia I’ve been told that a complaint has been raised on my behalf, but I have to wait a week for a response - which given I’ve now waited a week in the dark is unacceptable. What can be done to resolve quickly? Are you able to supply a wifi dongle in lieu of our service going live?
