Sad in these times when a friend is forced to move home because her mortgage company won’t help her & now @virginmedia are charging her well over £200 as a disconnection fee. To leave a home she doesn’t actually want to leave.

.@MoneySavingExp @MartinSLewis I've noticed that Virgin Media have now stated that they have changed their t&C's to include the fact that they will put up their prices annually and as such there will no longer be a right to cancel penalty free due to increase after May 2023

@virginmedia Now on my 7th day without any internet at all, system shows fix will be 2pm, 2pm comes and goes, forward 24hrs. The worst customer service I’ve ever had, can’t speak to anyone about it and still none the wiser to the problem or when it will be resolved
