    @virginmedia It’s now been more than 48 hours and once again our catch up services and virgin media store is down and unavailable ... this time with no known local issue. What am I meant to do?

    @virginmedia I did call. One chap was very helpful and referred the poor broadband service and a faulty landline for two years to @Ofcom and the latter chap was not very helpful. Would you stay and have your monthly fee go from £28.50 to £49.50?

    @virginmedia Not very helpful. If your company can’t fix the issue, why would the community be able to? Spent another hour on the phone again today, again being told I will get a call back in 45 mins. It didn’t happen. Still no email!

    @virginmedia Hi, the wifi disconnects several times throughout the day. An engineer changed our hub last year. We then spent £80 on wifi extenders/repeaters/boosters. We want to change the wifi channel to see if that works, but login details are incorrect on the hub.

    @browntoby @virginmedia My wife works at a well known provider. The biggest discounts are available from ‘retentions’ i.e tell them you want to cancel and you can sometimes get over 1/3 off your bill.

    @virginmedia hello, we are unhappy with our broadband. It’s bad as my husband and I are both WFH and my Teams calls are regularly interrupted. We have the highest broadband package available and pay over £100 a month so it’s clearly unacceptable. Please send an engineer ASAP!

    @virginmedia Just spent an hour on the phone to yourselves, not only is the service going to be referred to @Ofcom due to frequent drops in the service + no LL, but you can’t offer me a 12mth contract insisting I have 18mth. Well, I might take up @SkyTV’s offer reluctantly. #Ealing

    @virginmedia No you probably do it understand the extent of your lack of service. We have been having no internet for weeks and every time we call we get the automated voice saying the line is busy and to call later. 3 WEEKS like this. You guys need to sort this out.

    @virginmedia It isn't so much that things go wrong - that happens. It is the total lack of information that is unacceptable. We pay for assured services and we get no assurance whatsoever. Your customer service is a joke and we have no single point of contact. BT/TalkTalk here we come.

    @virginmedia How the idiots you have working for you tied the tests to the network that was down.Constant slowing of the network as you are selling product you can't supply.Have to speed check regularly and suddenly your network detects the test and returns to full speed.

    @virginmedia I have already been on the phone for over 2 hrs this morning 2 calls dropped ! 2 transfers inti other departments with out telling me . Then and agent that wast help full and just kept putting me on hold and caning back asking if they can help me with anything else !

    @MatthewEwers @virginmedia Yeah I definitely want to see it too, but an update I saw sent to a VMB customer mentioned having to remotely reset and physically reseat some FPC cards on the juniper gear as they were dropping traffic on the aggregate links
