@VMSolutions_ I emailed you 3 weeks ago to get a broadband upgrade (as you would not take phone calls). I now have a letter from Customer Resolutions asking me to call, and the phone number provided “is not supporting voice calls”. @virginmedia is SO USELESS. PM me!!!!

@JustMeBeingMe4 @virginmedia Glad I'm furloughed, if I was working from home I'd be screwed. Their network hasn't gone back to normal since the national outage last week. Obviously something is down and can't be repaired. They're text conversation customer service covers up the fact they're partially reopen.

Outraged! Spent 1 hour on the phone trying to sort out an order for two @virginmedia mobile phones. On top of 2 hours yesterday. Still not resolved, and can’t cancel the order without passing me on to a third customer service agent. Worst service ever! #virginhatecustomers

@virginmedia Well that’s not the best deal is it the best deal for me would be the same as a new customer if not better, and when you are on the top package it is a big jump to go to £139 when new customers can get the same package for £89.
