@virginmedia I want to cancel; there’s been a fault with the broadband for a while and you wrote to inform of a price rise. I’m out of contract so should be easy enough-can you let me know how to cancel please-ideally the quickest way without having to try to get through on the phone!

@virginmedia My previous landline telephone number was meant to be ported over and this never got done. I’ve never been able to receive incoming calls on my landline. Internet is very intermittent. My experience with your customer service hasn’t been great. All along I’ve been paying in full.

@virginmedia I have been assured by your team I didn’t need an engineer at my house on the latest of my many calls. That the whole neighbourhood has a problem . So , day 8 , still crappy service #hampstead it is proposed to be fixed by the 28th your advisers tell me in the phone .

@virginmedia on 14/11/20 you sold me a contract renewal for 18 mths @ £44 per month. Today, you sent a letter increasing my price by £3.50 from 1/3/21. Meanwhile you offer the same package to new customers on your website @ £40 for 18 mths. Is this how you treat loyal customers?

Hi @virginmedia , moved house and was told our new service would would take 4-6 weeks for maintenance teams needed to do a pre-pull. After many lies and hours and hours waiting on your phone lines I’m now being told I have to wait another 6-8 weeks for a pre-pull and install

@virginmedia Thanks, this time I was able to get through. The issue has been resolved. FYI - I had renamed my network on your Hub Admin screen, but it had only changed the slower 2.4hz network name, and had renamed the faster 5hz to "1". Not sure why it doesnt rename both networks? A glitch.

@virginmedia Timescales? Any clue how you tell who on there actually works for VM? Someone in same area as me posted same problem 24hrs ago no official response. Helpful unpaid amateurs having a go is not proper support.

@LSanders_Music @virginmedia We came soooo close to changing provider last month. I've been with Virgin (Blueyonder before them) for 30 years but the service dropouts are getting too frequent. We signed a new contract because of the TV and wifi failed again the very next day. Still no answer to my complaint

@virginmedia I have tried ringing up and had no joy getting through to anyone. I have also posted on the community forum page and had no response or solution, it’s getting very frustrating as you can imagine
