    @virginmedia @mundaytom Not true. No response to complaint letter sent August and when we’ve rung “manager will call you in 3-5 days”. Been told that 3 times. Not one callback. Shambles.

    @virginmedia Just spouting corporate line does not improve the situation. No advanced notice, no resolution to problem, appointment missed, but if I am not here for a visit I am fined. This is very one sided for a service that has other companies wanting the business

    I’ve had 3 hours sleep, I’m trying to catch up and within 10 mins I’ve had four calls from **** bags pretending to be from Virgin Media. The next **** to do this, I’ll be tracking your location and paying you a ******* visit! 😡

    @virginmedia I cancelled my broadband subscription in October and Virgin have kept charging me for landline although other provider inform me that they are providing service I just want to close the Virgin account

    @virginmedia You have given me a number 0345 454 111 which doesn't exist come on this is getting ridiculous also tried 150 has no option 3 and takes me straight back to someone who wants to do a diagnostic check and I am also using a virgin phone just how bad does this get

    @virginmedia we’ve had no service in EC1V London, since our Wi-Fi was installed last month. We’ve tried to call countless time and we keep being told about “area issues” that would be solved the day after but never do. This is just unacceptable behaviour!

    @virginmedia So you cancel the service months if not years before the 4G replacement is a really extensive alternative, while increasing your prices and telling customers “sorry, but that’s tough”. I understand your team is just at the sharp end dealing with flack, but that’s really bad of VM

    Imagine being half way through a chat with virgin media about WiFi not working. It then kicks me off cause of intermittent WiFi in the area (issue I’ve had for about 7 months lol) and now I can’t get back on to it. What a waste of 50 mins of my life

    @misselledee @virginmedia This is normal. My friend has been on a broken line for weeks now. Engineers came out 3 times. His internet is still worse than his mobile internet. Virgin is saying everything is ok. Engineers barely know much more than: Let's reboot your router. Get out. Get City Fibre.
