Guess what, having issues with @virginmedia again, online chat at 10.23 & the agent can’t fix it, doesn’t know how to fix it & now says they’re taking a scheduled lunch break, AT 10.25 AM , can’t get through to a human on the phone, absolutely shocking wasting my time online
