Mariachiara (@mariesnotcool) reported from Islington, England@virginmedia we’ve had no service in EC1V London, since our Wi-Fi was installed last month. We’ve tried to call countless time and we keep being told about “area issues” that would be solved the day after but never do. This is just unacceptable behaviour!
-
Lawrence ****** 🇺🇦 (@goonerlgh) reported from Islington, England@virginmedia Do you, or could you make a TV box remote for the elderly? Tiny buttons with tinier symbols instead of words, black buttons on black body.... Almost impossible for some older people to use. An OAP version with larger coloured buttons would be such a help!
-
Ella A Cutler (@angelstorm13) reported from Welwyn Hatfield, EnglandAnd it's down again. #virginmedia
-
Andrew Battle (@andy_s_battle) reported from East Ham, England@virginmedia But cutting people off to enforce this is unethical, besides no previous communication has indicated this and the solution is not convenient with where they want to do this and no suggestion to reposition my hub
-
Geoff Neale (@g_neale) reported from Camden Town, England@premierinn no Free WiFi or Ultimate WiFi at Premier Inn Euston. Twitter has lots of other complaints of the same issue nationally… why I am asked to speak to Virgin Media, how hard can it be? Forget Network does not force the page to reload, what else can I do?
-
Paul Lewis (@paulstevenlewis) reported from Mill Hill East, England@virginmedia So you cancel the service months if not years before the 4G replacement is a really extensive alternative, while increasing your prices and telling customers “sorry, but that’s tough”. I understand your team is just at the sharp end dealing with flack, but that’s really bad of VM
-
✖️𝔻𝕖𝕒𝕟 𝕄𝕔𝔽𝕒𝕣𝕝𝕒𝕟𝕖✖️ (@NoddyMaccy) reported from Romford, England@virginmedia My phone is now over two weeks late, which isn’t an issue, I understand waiting for one to become available to send but to suggest I send this phone back and go without a phone until one eventually gets sent to me is just ridiculous. I’m not gonna pay my bills with no phone…
-

John Bird (@John_L_Bird) reported@virginmedia This is not an acceptable solution having to crowd around an ipad when customers have paid to watch it on their TVs. Seems it was the same last week for the league cup games? Given all the problems Virgin had with the red button in the past this is really poor.
-
