✖️𝔻𝕖𝕒𝕟 𝕄𝕔𝔽𝕒𝕣𝕝𝕒𝕟𝕖✖️ (@NoddyMaccy) reported from Romford, England@virginmedia My phone is now over two weeks late, which isn’t an issue, I understand waiting for one to become available to send but to suggest I send this phone back and go without a phone until one eventually gets sent to me is just ridiculous. I’m not gonna pay my bills with no phone…
-
Dionne (@dionnepat2000) reported from Walthamstow, England@virginmedia I shouldn’t have to. It’s a new issue that other people are having too. I can turn off wifi on my phone and it’s fine. Please tell them who fix things to fix it. Not only me

Helen Reihill (@BBLn15) reported from Tottenham, England@virginmedia It’s the same number I’ve had for over 30 years. Read previous tweets! I wanted rid of Virgin because Customer service is really lousy. I see you’re pushing the blame to other provider without evidence. Sounds about right How long wait for someone to answer the phone today?

-
Paul Lewis (@paulstevenlewis) reported from Mill Hill East, England@virginmedia So you cancel the service months if not years before the 4G replacement is a really extensive alternative, while increasing your prices and telling customers “sorry, but that’s tough”. I understand your team is just at the sharp end dealing with flack, but that’s really bad of VM
-
Andrew Battle (@andy_s_battle) reported from East Ham, England@virginmedia Just spouting corporate line does not improve the situation. No advanced notice, no resolution to problem, appointment missed, but if I am not here for a visit I am fined. This is very one sided for a service that has other companies wanting the business
