  • chadoneit Charlie Done It. (@chadoneit) reported from London, England

@virginmedia I finally got through to a girl called Chloe. She was very argumentative and seemed to cut me off at the end so none the wiser. How do I go about making a complaint?

  • Jmiragliotta89 JMiragliotta (@Jmiragliotta89) reported from Waltham Abbey, England

Love that our internet just works when it wants 🙄 @virginmedia the service you provide including customer service is appalling!

  • tompagenet Tom Page (@tompagenet) reported from Tottenham, England

@virginmedia As much as I obviously love giving my full personal details in a totally public forum, I'll just leave you to fix this now. I did try.

  • RuthTongueBites Ruth Tongue (@RuthTongueBites) reported from London, England

@virginmedia Yes it has thanks but could I have an email address for customer care/complaints pls?

  • andycairns Andy Cairns (@andycairns) reported from Romford, England

@virginmedia No service again in RM2. Last speed test showed 3mbps when I’m paying for 500. Only option to cancel my account involves sitting on a premium rate number for an unspecified length of time. This is awful service.

  • paulclements paul clements (@paulclements) reported from Stratford, England

So my Virgin Media’s gone down again...

  • HannahMarmion Hannah Marmion (@HannahMarmion) reported from Walthamstow, England

@virginmedia our internet connection has been down for over 12 hours. We’ve tried all the troubleshooting but still nothing. Trying to contact your customer services but no way of getting through. Please help.

  • LisaToffolo Lisa Toffolo ⚡️★ (@LisaToffolo) reported from Hackney, England

@virginmedia hi virgin, I’m being charged for phone charges but we do not have a landline in our flat. Could it be a crossed line? Would be grateful if you could direct me to someone to fix this as I don’t want to be paying for other people’s phone charges

  • StevenFeldman Steven Feldman (@StevenFeldman) reported from Tottenham, England

@skepticmike @virginmedia Or you could argue that they were trying it on pitching a £97.50 charge and that the unwary would have just paid. Too many companies do this and then back down after a phone call. Real customer care is offering your existing curlers the best deal available by default

  • PaulWRamsay #HellomynameisPaul💙 (@PaulWRamsay) reported from Camden Town, England

@virginmedia Reg is YT17ZTM, it’s one of the few road in the area where permits are not needed every day, only on match days. Would you not help the driver get a permit for his own Rd? What rules do you have for driver vans being left outside of work hours?

  • Jmiragliotta89 JMiragliotta (@Jmiragliotta89) reported from Waltham Abbey, England

Did not last long, my @virginmedia service yet again has let me down!

  • slickster65 Slickster (@slickster65) reported from Romford, England

@virginmedia Yes I have I’ve been told there’s a issue in my area and they hope to repair it but July 13th I find that totally Unacceptable

  • CellarmanSam Sam Wilkin (@CellarmanSam) reported from Walthamstow, England

@virginmedia trying to work from home today has been a nightmare had to relocate for a meeting and cancel another. No Wi-Fi here in E17. When are you sorting it out?

  • tomthemac tom 'easiest deal in history' parkinson #FBPE (@tomthemac) reported from Tottenham, England

@MrKenShabby @virginmedia Dump them. Get @zeninternet FTTC or even FTTP if you are lucky. Much more reliable. On average faster too. Less contention (sharing with other users) of bandwidth advertised. Never looked back...

  • MikeMay69 Mike May (@MikeMay69) reported from Barnet, England

@RogerProtzBeer @virginmedia It means you're with a **** ISP Roger! Try the Martin Lewis website tool for switching. Many offer better service and at a lower cost. Virgin get consistently poor reviews-spend all their time/money on silly tv ads rather than customer service.

  • mrgeemore Gee Darguzas (@mrgeemore) reported from London, England

I think the internet is down yet again in eltham. Are the any known issues going on? @virginmedia

  • Harley7s Toby Harley (@Harley7s) reported from Tottenham, England

  • KeithBursnall Keith Bursnall 🏳️‍🌈 (@KeithBursnall) reported from London, England

@virginmedia down for the third time today. Why am I paying for this?

  • PaulTShears Paul Shears (@PaulTShears) reported from Broxbourne District, England

If this pandemic has highlighted anything, it's just how bad @virginmedia are at delivering on their promises. I'm pretty sure my connection has been down as much as it's been up over the last 3 months.

  • ShelleyFacius Shelley (Facius) Stuart (@ShelleyFacius) reported from London, England

Anyone else have no broadband since yesterday due to a @virginmedia outage? This is the third time since April!! My neighbours and I seriously debating move back to Sky #virginmedia get it right

Virgin Media Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

@virginmedia That 1 of the probs, you dial 150 and it goes straight to engaged or you end up waiting ages. Plus theres no option for customer service.

  • jay_warda Jay Warda ⚢BLM🏳️‍🌈 (@jay_warda) reported

@virginmedia I still need to speak to customer services, so yes, I require the number

  • jamespatty93 James Pattinson (@jamespatty93) reported

@virginmedia Hello, I’ve used the app before & all my devices are fixed in the same position. It’s not like I’m moving them to blackspots around the house. For example I’ll be using my Smart TV, then it’ll say “there is no network connection” at random times

  • owenspinner Owen (@owenspinner) reported

@virginmedia As many of us are working from home; we rely on your internet to get our jobs done. Saying an issue will be fixed within hours on the 13th, to it still persisting now is far from the transparency we should expect as customers

  • gchicco 𝒢𝒾𝒶𝓃𝒻𝓇𝒶𝓃𝒸𝑜 𝒞𝒽𝒾𝒸𝒸𝑜 (@gchicco) reported

@virginmedia I'm trying to - the connection is very unstable and it's taking forever to load. It was ok-ish until 10-15 minutes ago.

  • amylouisestone Amy Stone (@amylouisestone) reported

@bt_uk Yeah I’m aware most service providers use your lines - which means I have no choice but to pay @virginmedia’s increasingly extortionate prices. It’s a shame because I was desperate to switch but your service is far below what is considered good in this day and age.

  • carlapercival carla (@carlapercival) reported

@virginmedia Can’t ever seem to get through and my internet service is terrible I and trying to do home schooling for my daughter who needs to be online for school and this is now becoming a problem. If she can’t get online it goes down as an absence

  • KeithBursnall Keith Bursnall 🏳️‍🌈 (@KeithBursnall) reported

@virginmedia It’s been up and down constantly and rebooting takes around an hour each time. Seriously looking at other, more reliable providers.

  • iamnb Nelofur (@iamnb) reported

@virginmedia been trying to speak to anyone in the ‘movers’ department numerous times in the last few days and each time during being transferred to that department the line clears!! would say to any1 thinking of moving to virgin media to think again! Awful service still waiting

  • Shevylatic John Abernethy (@Shevylatic) reported

@virginmedia Tried the text number you gave me without success. Time is now getting short and I need some answers. I have been a customer of Virgin for many years, and I think that I have not been treated well. Advise please.
