    @virginmedia Brilliant get out clause @virginmedia. What you fail to realise is that when your so called service goes down for hours at a time, over the course of time amounts to so, so so much more than 48 hours!! Roll on switching of providers.

    @virginmedia Of course I have. My email is correct on online account. I get email bills correctly. But my complaint file has an extra character to email address and so I’ve never received acknowledgment of my complaint.

    @BBCWatchdog I was without TV service with Virgin Media for over a week this month, could only use chat bot, eventually a live chat with a person because I took to twitter, but they couldn't help me either. Still waiting for the comp form they said would come automatically.

    @virginmedia @Miss_SKM That is correct. What it does not cover is the persistent loss of service since August!!! #se7. Nor does it cover the absolute woeful customer services, and I use that phrase lightly, which @virginmedia is able to offer.

    @virginmedia been left without broadband now for 3 full days, my 4G coverage is also absolutely terrible, getting 0.3mbps average download speeds so I can’t even use my phone as a hotspot. I’ve had to go out and by a payg sim from another provider. This is an absolute disgrace.
