    @MaggieGee10 @reece_dinsdale @virginmedia I ‘m with Sky too, Maggie. Much better customer service and if you have a problem with your broadband it’s sorted quickly. I left Virgin years ago. It was a wise move.

    @virginmedia On the old app you would scroll down to a programme press ok and it would say watch now and you would press that and program would start on the tv. Now you have switch to the new remote which isn’t like your tv remote which the old app was exactly the same

    @virginmedia 2 more days??? How is that acceptable, your competitors supply 4g dongles for when their network is down. By Friday this will be 6 days its hasn't been working. As previously stated this is not acceptable, my wife and I both work from home and can't at the momement. Not happy

    @virginmedia Massive companies charging £200+ for cancellation isn’t inconvenient, it’s likely criminal. I’ve raised the issue with CISAS to be looked into. I’m truly shocked by Virgin’s attitude to this and you’ve now lost a customer for life even if you do move into my area later.

    @virginmedia You could if you wanted to, how many customers in this area are effected, Virgin Mobile supply 4g dongles, one van with everyone's adresses and delivery the next day, not that much of a logistical problem
