I’ve sent this feedback over and over, and the response is always to give me a ton of work and testing to do, and then the problem resolves itself and they take no responsibility.

    @virginmedia There is no error. The router is flashing green. No sync to virginmedia network. Do you not even read your own posts on the VM community forum?. Whole vm service is down.

    @virginmedia Hi they have said there is an outage fault, but my main issue is that the tivo box overheated yesterday now I have this issue,clearly an equipment failure as prior to the overheating I had no issues.

    @virginmedia yet again virgin media f@@king awful services rears it’s head. So last week I got my internet installed with another provider and tried to call to cancel but could never get through, now virgin are saying I have to pay a cancellation fee because you couldn’t answer

    @virginmedia Hi PZ, thanks it’s a bit confusing as the service status phone line notes the issue as do the fault advisors. But the app and online service tracker say there’s nothing wrong and to reboot the hub? My mobile has trouble connecting to calls and drops a lot . Also can’t hear well

    @virginmedia It's OK so far today but there were also numerous drops in service Saturday and around 2pm Sunday. This is not an issue with my service, it's an area issue. I think I am being forced to join BT Broadband given VMs service recently
