    @virginmedia It’s like talking to a wall - just a text message service that just don’t even listen - well virginmedia apply your charge and we will see you in court . I can’t see how I am wrong when doing as requested then you want to charge me because your man didn’t write the info down

    @virginmedia oomph package installed last week and since it has been installed i have had nothing but nightmare! The tv doesnt work correctly the wifi not working properly i only get 20.5 downloads i asked for engineer to visit you refused tried to cancel package u refuse

    @virginmedia 3rd night running I sit down to use internet and 3rd night it’s not working! Turn on/off router, follow every online advice, phone call centre who say it’s a short term issue when I get through! I rely on internet access in eve to carry out work. Unacceptable!

    @virginmedia Wi-Fi and I have and have had several engineers out and the last one said there was nothing he could do as the signal was too weak and they was 18 months ago and only now potential upgrade /boost :-(

    @virginmedia haven’t had Netflix for weeks. Rang up 4 times. got an engineer date. He didn’t turn up. I had to call AGAIN. Pressed the right buttons yet Waited 40 minutes on hold as your colleague tried to connect me with correct department. Call cut out and You’ve done NOTHING.

    @virginmedia I have done all of that even with proper resets by sticking a pin in the reset switch and nothing OT is truly awful :-(

    @virginmedia Yes and we will wait and see on the signal increase in area 03 as it is too low for everyone which is pretty poor on your part :-(

    @johnnyjimbob @LeftieK13 @RLong_Bailey Repairs still come under the heading of infrastructure, also upgrades. Don’t really care who owns Virgin media now, the point was excess profits go to shareholders, not to improving service. I remember when post office, rail and energy all nationalised. Not a crazy ****** system.

    @virginmedia @virginmedia you keep cutting off the phone and not allowing me to speak to a manager! I’ve rang back 4 times! And I’ve spoken to 4 different people who won’t help! And keep hanging up...can someone please contact me this is insanely poor service

    @virginmedia why do your retention team not even offer anything to keep your customers to stay , sorry they did 5 pounds but sign up to 18 mth deal but sorry a new customer can get it cheaper by 30 pounds a month great exisiting customers are easy prey in these difficult days ,

    @virginmedia I gave notice in April we were moving, feel things should have been ready and I shouldn’t have to wait until June for internet. I understand there have been some challenges but I think it’s reasonable to expect someone out sooner especially as an excising customer of seven years

    @virginmedia absolutely rubbish broadband service, non existent customer service, hours wasted trying to cancel. I could go on! People do yourself a favour and avoid at all cost. Never again!
