I've requested 5 times that the order Is cancelled and get blocked everytime by your staff. I'm Furious

He rudely told me that if I didn't like the service I should go somewhere else.

The engineer did not come, so I phoned, after the long wait, the rude operator said that I did not book the engineer visit, which was lie, I have text.
