@MichaeljonF Good question... just having a bit of an iffy connection last few weeks. I have a full on Google WiFi Mesh network... tried to iron out a couple of dubious hacks in the system... plus I’ve upgraded the core hub to the Nest WiFi Router now. Starting to suspect it’s Virgin Media 😂

@virginmedia It is resolved, thankfully, but some information about what was going on last night would’ve been helpful. Your website either claimed there was no problem (when there obviously was) or wouldn’t function. All you need to do is let your customers know what is going on ...

@virginmedia Your text service can only provide exactly the same info as the status page, so please refrain from wasting people's time by recommending they use it to receive further updates. Waste of my time, waste of their time.

@virginmedia @LJKitchen Virgin media you need to actually look into this as a real problem and not just fob your customers off with sending a link to your basic spam filter web page-that is a comical reply because anyone who understands their job would know that reply is not the solution

@virginmedia We had to buy a separate router to get a good coverage throughout the house even after calling your customer services to see if we could get an upgrade (our virgin router doesn’t even have a 5ghz signal).

@virginmedia Not to be funny, but it is a template response as I see the same response to everyone having issues. The problem is that nothing actually gets sorted out. If your customer advisors couldn’t solve a problem over the phone, what makes you think a poxy forum will?
