@virginmedia it’s over 24 hours since your call centre cut off my call after waiting 30 mins for you to answer, having already spent ages trying to resolve the issue previously ,still no call back, if this is the customer service you provide, I’d avoid this circus at all costs !

@virginmedia 3rd night running I sit down to use internet and 3rd night it’s not working! Turn on/off router, follow every online advice, phone call centre who say it’s a short term issue when I get through! I rely on internet access in eve to carry out work. Unacceptable!

Honestly getting fed up with @virginmedia now. Had a great service for 12 years at my last property, nothing but problems since I’ve moved. Currently have no TV or internet service, can’t be fixed remotely so I have to wait until Wednesday for an engineer.

@virginmedia £63 a month for ‘super fast’ broadband! Unless it rains, then it’s not only slow it drops out every few minutes. Oh and FYI, I live in the north west, rain is a given, perhaps add a clause to your advertising/sales pitch.

@virginmedia I don't need a forum. The issue is on your end. What i need is contact with an engineer who can actually identify the issue on your end and not provide me a neverending loop of the same useless 'troubleshooting methods' when there is nothing to troubleshoot on my end.

Looks like their main effort is enticing new customers rather than looking after existing.
