Huey Morgan Gluten Freeman (@andypurbrick) reported from Walthamstow, England@virginmedia It now says that there's a known fault in my area that will be fixed today. Andy 🏊🚴🏻🏃 (@andylockran) reported from Walthamstow, England@virginmedia I’m not paying you for a self-service option. I’m paying for a service you’re not delivering - the onus is on you to fix it - not me!
-
Andy 🏊🚴🏻🏃 (@andylockran) reported from Walthamstow, England@virginmedia Your phone number just informed me that there is a problem across E11 with expected resolution time of 12.30 Surely that’s information you have available to share; rather than making customers dial in to find that out?

Khemical (@khem21766391) reported from Ealing, England@virginmedia Yes, it says I have a good internet speed which is incorrect. Surely it cant take that long to correct a fault
-
Shaomeeng (@shaomeeng) reported from Walthamstow, England@virginmedia I made a complaint in Feb 13 to dispute about the undue charges. I requested to cancel just now
-
Jean-Paul Marc (@jpmcic) reported from Camden Town, England@virginmedia It is my wired connection that is at fault. Have literally plugged my laptop in directly to the Virgin Hub box and run various tests and network diagnostics for which I have confirmed the slow speeds.
