Annie Lou (@AnnieLouLDN) reported from Tottenham, England@virginmedia I want to use your app, I really do but I can’t create an account as my acc no (as found on top right of my paper bill) is only 8 digits. And not the 9 you require. Why is using your service so difficult? And my internet connection so rubbish? PS. I can count!
-
Antje Southern (@noneybean) reported from Islington, England@virginmedia Hello anyone there? Could you please reply to my last message? As my landline is not working and there is no email support it seems Twitter is the only other way to get hold of Virgin Media. Please advice how to get hold of customer services not 0345 as too expensive
-
Jamesie (@DJ_Jamesie) reported from Islington, England@PaulJoh30516408 @virginmedia Real shame as the broadband is good. The engineer was a really nice fella too. Just the phone customer service...
-
Neil C Boote (@MisterBoote) reported from Ealing, EnglandSo our education system & business activity now utterly reliant on solid, fast, reliable internet service that market consistently fails to deliver. @virginmedia down again this am. Time for state to take control of this crucial, strategic infrastructure. Really is a joke ATM.
-
Antje Southern (@noneybean) reported from Islington, England@virginmedia That is not true. We are meant to have the fastest speed at 200 but it rarely goes over 50. The connection is unstable and is throttled at busy times. It cuts out and is unreliable plus it is impossible to get hold of support. Shameful and shambolic.
-
Ethan Greenwood (@Ethanisraelite) reported from Barnet, EnglandDear @virginmedia since you refuse to pick up your phones and there is no way to contact you I wish to cancel my broadband contract on march 05th. Please do not renew it.
-
Cllr Joanna K Dąbrowska 💙 (@JKDabrowska) reported from Ealing, England@virginmedia Is that the terminology? As I said I don’t wish to discuss it on Twitter. Think a complaint is now in order and a cancellation request.
-

Terry Carney 👋 (@SalesRemedy) reported from Sheering, England@virginmedia Ongoing issues; On ZOOM lag issue. On Netflix during viewing stops, whirls and often crashes. Day to day work, slow load on web browsers, crashes daily even with Ethernet run to office in house. Upgraded recently now £114 a month and still awful WiFi. How do I cancel my contract?
-
Cllr Joanna K Dąbrowska 💙 (@JKDabrowska) reported from Ealing, England@virginmedia LS, just tried to send a text to your CS and the number is invalid. Is this a scam? @virginmedia charging £49.50 for a worse service than ever before and no working landline.
-
Spinnofflondon (@Spinnofflondon) reported from Camden Town, England@virginmedia Yeah I pay more for that not part of your service that I’m paying you for every month
-
Mark Pinkerton 💙🚴♂️ (@markpink) reported from Islington, England@Leigh5Tom @virginmedia As an existing customer, they are known for their poor customer service. -
Cllr Joanna K Dąbrowska 💙 (@JKDabrowska) reported from Ealing, England@virginmedia Just spent an hour on the phone to yourselves, not only is the service going to be referred to @Ofcom due to frequent drops in the service + no LL, but you can’t offer me a 12mth contract insisting I have 18mth. Well, I might take up @SkyTV’s offer reluctantly. #Ealing
-

-
Arun Joseph (@apjoseph2013) reported from Ilford, England@virginmedia When I ring this number (which is what I have been trying) all I get is “we are sorry, we are busy, you might want to call us later” & the line disconnects. This is awful service VM. How can you run such an appalling service where we cannot get hold of anyone for help/support.
-
Antje Southern (@noneybean) reported from Islington, England@virginmedia It doesn’t for me. Virgin has build a wall of impenetrable bots and automised systems that makes any communication impossible.well done of not making any attempt to help your customers. This is such an arrogant attitude
-
Cllr Joanna K Dąbrowska 💙 (@JKDabrowska) reported from Ealing, England@virginmedia I did call. One chap was very helpful and referred the poor broadband service and a faulty landline for two years to @Ofcom and the latter chap was not very helpful. -
Arun Joseph (@apjoseph2013) reported from Ilford, England@virginmedia Can you arrange someone to call me? I have been trying to call your service since I received the letter - which was middle of Jan.
