    @CateSevilla @virginmedia They then tried to fine me for not sending their 'hub' back and refused to refund the house move cost I'd paid a few months earlier. So so incompetent! SO stressful when all of us work from home too. I moved to TalkTalk & is cheaper and no problems so far, at least :)

England alone has 11.7 million school kids; 1750 is just 0.01% of them; and many in need are likelier to be PAYGO.

    @virginmedia Internet has been down over 24 hrs now. No known problems in my area on your website, no engineer available until the 13th Jan. I am trying to work from home and haven’t been able to because of this. I can’t afford to lose out on work Monday & Tuesday. Please respond

    @virginmedia what is wrong with your Wi-Fi signal??? It appears there are only 2 suppliers BT and SKY. I've had no signal since 7am. Tried phoning your customer service to have an automatic voice tell me to log onto my account...very funny..no signal!!!

    @virginmedia Hi, my internet has a tendency just to cut out my router around 10.30pm every night. I got an email today saying they are putting the prices up as well, which makes my decision of leaving even easier. How do I cancel my contract without doing it over the phone?
