    @virginmedia You do know we get tons of messages before engineer comes to property so why don’t we send one of cancellation and after if outage is fixed to ask them is your home broadband is working or not ?

    @virginmedia The internet has come back, it’s unacceptable that we have outages so often. Paying for a service or goods requires uninterrupted service. When that breaks down, we are paying for a service That is not delivered. I want to be refunded for a service I don’t get.

    @virginmedia I do need further assistance as my router is 10 years old and my interbet is on an off daily i lost so much work over this as neef to teach online and even my children are unable to do their homeworks. I tried to book an engineer to come out but your page is not working either!

    @virginmedia I reported my loss of WiFi on 16/10. Engineer on 21/10 was not able to fix as virgin had put a noise blocker on. Engineer on 27/10 did fix WiFi. So no WiFi for at least 10 days so no bills for a couple of months at least if £8 a day for no WiFi?

    @virginmedia I’ve finally got an engineer coming on Thurs, which took over 24 hrs to arrange by message. Pretty bad, cutbacks rather than Covid I guess since many companies are doing better than this, & your high premium rate charges to call are not fair when my Virgin line is faulty!

    Which idiot at @virginmedia thought it was a good idea to take most of North London’s broadband down and to schedule upgrade and maintenance work to start at 9.30 a.m. on a weekday morning when thousands of people are WFH? That’s ridiculous.

    @virginmedia my landline is not working. You do not reply on the message contact service (blaming Covid of course, not entirely credible when other businesses cope ok now) & I cannot phone you as my Virgin line is not working & your charges from other phones are outrageous. Help!

    So we have noticed that we are having problems with Internet @virginmedia....ping test 39bpms....really I pay a shed load for 200!

    @virginmedia Will you physically be able to get someone to rectify the issues? I have quite literally spent hours trying to get this sorted for them. I’m at my wits end with it & very close to taking this up with Resolver for legal help as my mother has missed several calls from the hospital.

    Finally got thru to #VirginMedia about a flat pirating my landline and broadband. It's taken almost a month! Got a call out 7th January. It will be nice to prove the maintainance man wrong. He says it's legal. I same, **** no! It's theift and I don't think #VirginMedia did it.

    @virginmedia Tried several times, even spoke with apple support, last time I spoke to virgin was yesterday and she hung up on me, this was after 11 phone calls which all got disconnected (I have call logs and voicemail messages saying this) and again no service on my phone this morning....

    @CarlDifford @virginmedia Write directly to their UK chief executive , Carl. I did earlier this year and got action. All or most of their customer service centres seem to be based overseas, inc Philippines and India. Time they were brought back to the UK
