Alloqui Strix (@AlloquiStrix) reported@virginmedia Perhaps, but not 1 day then 7 days between updates on the same day & within minutes. If this was a water outage for this length of time there would be water tankers delivering water to houses - why are you not providing us with mobile data during this extended SNAFU.
-
IrishWill (@DiabloDame1) reported@virginmedia hi, we have a complete outage (waterford city) no TV, no Internet. We have attempted all options, so don't send us links to your website. This is going on for 3.5 hrs. Modem flashing red, can't get work done, & unable to even watch TV. What is going on?
-
Clive (@clive503) reported@dvoradikal @virginmedia When I left this appalling company, I had so many calls I started calling them out for harassment! If they'd shown that much interest when I complained about intermittent broadband, I might have stayed! So glad I didn't thought! Better service, cheaper price!

Jessica Simpson 😺🐶🐾 (@Jess_Simpson645) reported@virginmedia just trying to cancel an engineer appointment by phone. The amount of questions I am being asked to verify it’s me is absolutely ridiculous. They are wanting information that I will have to look up on my computer which is not to hand, so unfortunately they will have to turn up at my house and I will have to tell them they are not needed and I will tell them why.
-
Henley (@HenleyDB) reported@GreyBlackstone @virginmedia They're charging me over £105 for only broadband. They're a bunch of greedy jokers. I had an issue and called them, they made things worse. I'm stuck not renewing my contract. If they mess up again, I end up paying even more but on a new contract or accidentally disconnected.
-
Stewart Neilson ⚒ 🇬🇧 (@HaveringHammer) reportedI’ve just been given Netflix ( I know I’m late to getting it ) by VirginMedia. The first show I’ve started watching is Breaking Bad ( I know I’m late to watching that too ) My question is should I stick with it as I’m 3 shows in and not sure what all the fuss was about yet?
