    Virgin WiFi is up and down all the time, but now it's really down and not working. Can't even turn on my Alexa smart lights so stuck in the dark and soon landlines will be WiFi so that won't work either. @virginmedia #noservice

    @premierinn no Free WiFi or Ultimate WiFi at Premier Inn Euston. Twitter has lots of other complaints of the same issue nationally… why I am asked to speak to Virgin Media, how hard can it be? Forget Network does not force the page to reload, what else can I do?

    @virginmedia My point was that the date of fix changed from 1 day, to 2, then 4, 3, 10, 4, and 10 days. Broadband is an amenity nowadays and your customers should not be without it for this length of time, especially when I'm told it's an upgrade of the infrastructure.

    @virginmedia Ive just had my new bill through £102.34, I've had the same box and internet for years no add ons and my bill is going up and up, I need to cancel my box but keep the internet. If you can't, i will find somewhere else.

    @virginmedia how do we speak to a real person? A lorry knocked down or phone pole today meaning 5 houses have lost their phone/ WiFi cable. We need to organise reconnection.

    @virginmedia @sharonmariahall Yes excellent internet speeds & the only provider you can put the router into modem mode & add your own kit. 9 times out of 10 any WiFi issues are down to devices or where you have the router not the service. If you have a WiFi pod ensure you set up WiFi back haul.
