    @virginmedia in the 10 years I have been with virgin media, this is the first time my internet has gone down. Sometimes things do go wrong but it’s how you deal with it that matters. Well done to your engineers for restoring the service quickly!!

    @virginmedia I understand but I’ve got a masters deadline. What I don’t appreciate is when I call the 0800 number with my Camden postcode it says that there is no problem. And that’s the number 0345 people tell me to call. A week of no internet over a bank holiday is beyond dissapointing

    @virginmedia My virgin internet down completely since Friday and was told on the phone that it won’t be back till the 9th May! Yet when I check your website it sometimes says there are no problems. Obviously there are. You should be honest and report each area and give reasonable fix times.

    @virginmedia It's just getting to be a joke now, I don't want to put this over social media but feel that it's the only ways to get answers and to be honest it's not. Last straw was to have the phone put down on me after 1hr and 27mins, 47 of that was waiting to answer.

    @virginmedia V6 box. What a pile of poo. Had it for a week and haven’t been able to play ONE recording back without it freezing at some point. Called them four times, after 25 mins on hold they hang up. This has happened on more than one occasion. #Virginmedia not worth it.
