    @virginmedia No, the status says “ No know Issues”. There was a fault yesterday which was apparently fixed but It hasn’t fixed anything here & I’ve run of if things to try.

    @virginmedia No internet all day. Have done all on-line stuff via your website to try and fix (via 4g). Need engineer. Can’t book one on-line. Working from home - have had to give up multiple times trying to call as doing between meetings. Help.

    @virginmedia Hello John, the signals are going up & down like a yo-yo 🪀 I’ve done a full reset of the hub, cleared browser history on all devices & scanned with connect app, no issues found yet all devices are going at a snails pace. All very frustrating 😞

    Impossible to ever actually get to speak to anyone @virginmedia have an urgent issue and no one responding on chat, no one ever picking up a phone on hold forever!!!

    Fibre with @virginmedia is so slow I can’t even stream 720p without serious buffering. What is your network built on? Homing pigeons? At least that would explain the hordes around Trafalgar Square preparing to transmit Instagram selfies from basic tourists.

    @virginmedia Since more than 2 hours the broadband in E15 2BT is absolutely poor or not going at all. Your website lies and shows the service is good and and green while your telephone message says you service experiences intermittent connection and teams work to fix it. When ?

    @virginmedia No Communication no reason it been rescheduled for today but I don't suppose anyone will show up which will be the 3rd and if that the case then I'm just going to forget joining virgin as a new customer I think this service is disgraceful

    @virginmedia Arranged to move services with a house move. Included switched from v6 to 360 ? Told engineer would issue new equipment. Engineer came. Big job so he had quite an attitude about it. Asked about equipment, told us they not allowed to isssue due to shortage. Told us it would work

    @virginmedia Anyway. That evening it didn’t. Sat on phone to you guys for ages. Told software stuck between transition but new remotes would help. Once remotes received I could go onto apps and download 360 thing. Remotes have come. Error messages the same. Cannot get on to anything in apps

    @virginmedia I spent 2 days using the text service it was useless! I also sent a formal complaint in, to which I got an email saying that they haven’t heard from me in 28 days so they’ve closed the complaint!! THEY DIDNT REPLY TO ME IM STILL WAITING FOR A RESPONSE.

    Feels pretty bad when @VodafoneUK broadband website broken for 2 days when I get to installation details, then price increase by 12 pound per month next day. Guy on phone says "sorry buddy nothing I can do". Guess I'll go to Virgin Media.
