@virginmedia Not now there isn’t. But there was no service at 8am until 10.30. T happens on a regular basis but it doesn’t stop the price going up.

@virginmedia why can I not get through to speak with your customer services? The 1st time, the call centre cut me off. 2nd time the phone options didn't work. Your online Quick Pay is not working. I just want to pay my broadband bill 🤷🤷🤷

@virginmedia first month of being with Virgin, you messed up my installation, haven’t got back to me in regards to a complaint and have no billed me completely wrong & your phone lines are packed. Complete **** show and caused more stress than benefit. Wouldn’t recommended
