Mel B (@crimimel) reported from Welwyn Garden City, England@virginmedia Hope we’re getting a refund for lack of service as daughter is trying to write her 10,000 word dissertation but very difficult to do without internet. -
Andrew Battle (@andy_s_battle) reported from East Ham, England@virginmedia Just spouting corporate line does not improve the situation. No advanced notice, no resolution to problem, appointment missed, but if I am not here for a visit I am fined. This is very one sided for a service that has other companies wanting the business
-
Paul Lewis (@paulstevenlewis) reported from Mill Hill East, England@virginmedia So you cancel the service months if not years before the 4G replacement is a really extensive alternative, while increasing your prices and telling customers “sorry, but that’s tough”. I understand your team is just at the sharp end dealing with flack, but that’s really bad of VM
-
Helen Reihill (@BBLn15) reported from Hackney, England@virginmedia Please as I have been paying for service

Three Exec Dept people in the last 10 days promised to call me back after initial calls - none have. I have put it all in an e-mail against what I believe is my reference number. I want the mobile internet service you've arranged to work.

Oisín (@Usheen1) reported@adrianweckler The question is will their router support modem mode? Virgin media hub 5x is a dud
-
Sam Greenland (@SprocketEtQuill) reportedThis week I’ve learnt a lesson. Resilience in AI Agents isn’t just about model provider Vs local hosting. This week @virginmedia accidentally cut my internet connection and it’ll be a week before they can fix it. I’m buying a 5G router so the baby monitors still work because that’s a safety concern! The router will also bring the Mac Mini back online so two of my three agents will be back. The third agent is on a laptop at work so they’re still up anyway. Resilience baked in was a good strategy, but it will get better still. There’s always room for improvement?
-
