@virginmedia I didn’t receive an invoice but had a DD taken from my account. I am not sure why I need an engineer either as there is a virgin media box from the previous renters. My ISSUE is the delay and that 41 days is not acceptable! Please actually help! I need to be able to work!!!

@virginmedia It hasn’t helped. I have multiple issues. Wired Laptop getting 20-30 mbps on a 350mbps contract (and dropped connection to zoom 3 times in 10 mins). Same laptop is not able to get WiFi thru hub (but works when hot spotting to my phone). Other devices all getting low speeds.
