@virginmedia I’ve finally got an engineer coming on Thurs, which took over 24 hrs to arrange by message. Pretty bad, cutbacks rather than Covid I guess since many companies are doing better than this, & your high premium rate charges to call are not fair when my Virgin line is faulty!

I closed my account with @virginmedia. They sent me a cheque that I never cashed. I called to get it reissued and I was told it had been cashed. They couldn't tell me who cashed the cheque. They have sent me an email closing the case. Has anyone had this experience? #fraud
