    @virginmedia Not now there isn’t. But there was no service at 8am until 10.30. T happens on a regular basis but it doesn’t stop the price going up.

    @virginmedia Do you, or could you make a TV box remote for the elderly? Tiny buttons with tinier symbols instead of words, black buttons on black body.... Almost impossible for some older people to use. An OAP version with larger coloured buttons would be such a help!

    @hummzak We at Virgin Media have a brand new IPTV service for 35 pounds flat fee, no monthly subscription + you get installations and service support, so it if breaks well fix replace it at no cost. Let me know if your interested

    @virginmedia @HawtinStewart Reported an issue 2 months ago and only just received a response. The advice given was unhelpful, careless, and frankly unprofessional. The issue is still ongoing with Now being told it could take another 28 days for a follow-up. Completely unacceptable and a waste of time.

    @virginmedia It does, and it’s usually fixed before then. But if it’s failing at the same time every day clearly the fix isn’t fixing the actual problem as it keeps happening

    @virginmedia It came back up but only after being down for 48 hrs! No reason! Happens every 4-6 weeks. There were no registered outages! So frustrating

    Here’s an idea @virginmedia if the question your bots are asking have no relevance to the question you asked perhaps one of the options presented could be ‘talk to a human’? Also, although I’m not really that bothered that your support staff are not English please note that it does not aid understanding
