@virginmedia I can’t seem to get through to speak to anyone to assist with an ongoing issue we have with our TV service. For over a week when trying to watch TV the picture is distorted/pixelated. The only time I can watch a clear picture is when I watch Netflix.

@CateSevilla @virginmedia They then tried to fine me for not sending their 'hub' back and refused to refund the house move cost I'd paid a few months earlier. So so incompetent! SO stressful when all of us work from home too. I moved to TalkTalk & is cheaper and no problems so far, at least :)

@virginmedia Any reason as to why rebooting the HUB3.0 is taking more than 10mins?? Still no green lights flashing at all. Is service down in the area and you aren’t updating the service status? I had no 4G on my phone earlier either!

@virginmedia Everyone agreed that I needed boosters (it only works in the room with the router) and I was told they were sent, but they never arrived. I need someone to send some more, or I just need to cancel the contract. But both are proving difficult.
