    @virginmedia Anyone thinking about using Virgin Media read all the negative feedback first. This company does not deliver the speeds it promises and worse the services are disrupted and unstable. Impossible to get through to customer services and impossible to cancel.

    @virginmedia The worst company I have every dealt with. Unless I have total loss of internet I get no discount on my bills. The fact that I have minimum service is irrelevant to your “customer care” #ofcom really needs to regulate your company because you are ripping off your customers

    @Devylonely @virginmedia Try and cancel if you can. Read through the review on Twitter. People can’t get through to cancel. Get another small provider who have a real phone number to call and people who can help you.

    It for me and SURPRISE SURPRISE she was able do it no problem. I just kept refusing to be put on hold. Initially she muted me and probably wanted me to hang up but I stayed on the call. IM FINALLY FREE from Virgin and will happily never use their service again 💯👋🏼 #virginmedia

    @virginmedia I recommend to anyone never to consider taking out a Virgin Contract. Be careful to read other customers reviews. Once you sign up there is no way to leave again. You’ll be holding in the waiting queue until the end of your life.

    @virginmedia Yes I have all channels on my service, I requested for 1 TiVo box to be removed 2 weeks ago, spoke to someone before who said it’s not been processed, it doesn’t work for on demand services either it’s driving me mad! £111 a month I’m paying :(

    @virginmedia Hi Automated service reports there are issues or send signal to reboot gear.Many households affected re home educating/ online courses (losing pre paid lessons) Facetime calls with sick ageing family.Totally unsatisfactory.

    @virginmedia I’ve been trying to get through to you on the phone about the coverage at home the signal is rubbish upstairs and that’s with a booster the signal keeps dropping out daily and yes it’s annoying especially as my daughter is at home trying doing college work.
