    @VMSolutions_ @VirginMediaCorp @virginmedia tried all day to get the problem solved with my Virgin V6 box, 1st call took an hour, called back as requested and was cut off, no one has had the good manners to call me back, very poor service think I will be leaving you soon !!

    @virginmedia quite a bit of a laughing stock from how bad their service has been today. I’ve had no internet for a week now and I know it’s a minor problem but it’s becomes a pretty major one when you work at home a fair amount.

    Seriously @virginmedia you tell me your technician will arrive between 8am-12pm today. They don’t. I hear nothing. I call & am told they will arrive 3:30pm & “we do not provide the service to tell you they will be arriving later” & I can’t contact the tech = Awful system/process

    @virginmedia Virgin Media's unusable service continues to plague my life. For the price of £40 per month I can't even open a web page in my own bedroom and have to access my University lectures via a hotspot at additional cost to myself. When will you do something about it?

    @virginmedia hello. Is your call centre international? I keep getting a call from an international number telling me they’re from you and my internet is broken and they’re going to fix it for me. Given that it’s a brand new modem I have doubts.
