    @foxinthebox2010 @virginmedia You do have a point @foxinthebox2010 though because they were asking if customers would be willing to pay £20 one off fee, then £15, £10, £5...which implies they could afford to upgrade for free but just want to squeeze more money of out their customers. We’ve had awful service

    @virginmedia i’ve tried the service status page and our area seems to be fine. i’ve tried rebooting, restarting and all sorts but no luck. i’m not sure what else to do apart from an engineer coming to take a look

    @VirginMedia Getting seriously pissed off with your call centre.. Landline fault, I have to call on my mobile to find out status after engineer visit, told you are running a new cable on 20th and then you hang up on me when I query the delay.. and not for the first time..

    @virginmedia bunch of frauds. Had to get a technician around only to do jackshit and for me to suffer the same problems with speed/reliablility. Told to use a mesh system. How does that change speed? Do tell, as if i stand with the router i get 96/18 when it should be 213/20 |1/2

    @virginmedia spoke to one of your engineers today for the outage happening in BH1 area. they were unaware of what latency was and couldnt disagnose my network because I was using a think broadband graph? and they can only tell if theres latency from a speedtest?!?
