    @virginmedia It’s fibre only. How do I cancel when customer service is so bad! I have had 2 calls ended tonight as they don’t want to cancel my contract. So bad. Your front of house is appalling and can tell by the number of complaints on here in such a short space of time. :(

    @virginmedia If you read this correctly you would see that I said broadband is not the issue - it's everything else, and trust me we gave engaged with you on numerous occasions including 6 engineers who have so far failed miserably.

    @virginmedia I did tests and there is a problem. But it is not fixed. No landline, WiFi keeps dropping, terrible coverage in house. Please give me a number where I can contact a REAL person

    @virginmedia Well that is the thing...it has been resolved by myself. I want to know why this keeps happening, whether you keep logs/traces of activity on the router and whether you can proactively monitor my connection to see where the issue is as it arises...as it is sure to do so!!!

    @virginmedia unfortunately i don’t have an ethernet cable long enough to reach my main pc, therefore i can’t do a wired speed test. there have also been no issues in my area reported within the past week, no matter how many devices i use the speeds are terrible, it’s barely useable at times

    In other news, I'm an idiot. @virtginlmedia (now reported to @twitter) DMd me when I posted @virginmedia and asked for my debit card details as "ID proof". It was only at the last minute when they were asking for my 3D Secure password that I clocked what was going on.

    @Word_Service @virginmedia Best way to cancel is send a letter to their complaints dept, Sunderland,send it recorded delivery, and then cancel direct debit in 30 days time. You have done your legal duty to cancel. They then have no leg to stand on. Meantime arrange to switch providers. Hope that helps.

    @virginmedia can someone please urgently contact me to order Virgin wifi pods. My children are home schooling due to COVID and cannot connect to wifi due to poor signal. they are unable to join video teaching and starting to fall behind in critical learning and GCSE course work.
