    @JamesJWalsh @virginmedia The people on first line support are there to filter out the most obvious problems (wrong password, equipment not plugged or faulty, etc). Your goal noe is to prove that it's not your fault (device configuration, weak WiFi, etc).

    @JamesJWalsh @virginmedia Don't mention the word WiFi, your problem is the WAN connection. Plug you laptop via the LAN cable when testing / calling them.

    @virginmedia COMPENSATION does NOT a compensate us though! £2-5 …. Having no or intermittent wifi causes EVERYTHING to stop working in our lives. It then also causes further issues with downloadable content on other sites/ services ( gaming/ services). YOUR issues means more issues 🤬🤬

    @virginmedia This has been going on for 2 MONTHS. I cant do my school work. The TV is always pixilated. I cant use social media. We switched from EE to virgin media and let me tell you it was a BIG MISTAKE. Make us pay a lot per month for horrible customer service and bad network. FIX UP!!
