@virginmedia Now the wired Ethernet is not working either. I tried factory resets multiple times when the WiFi first stopped working 8 days ago. I've just turned it off for 30 seconds and on again. So far, nothing.

@virginmedia I’m having issues with my wifi the last 2 days, I can only get WiFi if I’m in the same room as the router, I have 2 boosters one in my frontroom and one in my dining room downstairs and up untill now it’s fine! As soon as I walk out the frontroom it says no internet
