    3rd time in 11 days my land line has broken. @virginmedia 2 engineers a week apart apparently fixed it. Today not working again. Not good enough virgin. It is essential that I have a land line!!!

    @virginmedia I have spoke. To your CS team and I was passed to 3 different departments and basically told some admin nonsense about a call I made in October. Nothing as been resolved I don’t have TV service and I want have Broadband service soon as I will cancelling the that as well.

    Seriously @virginmedia you tell me your technician will arrive between 8am-12pm today. They don’t. I hear nothing. I call & am told they will arrive 3:30pm & “we do not provide the service to tell you they will be arriving later” & I can’t contact the tech = Awful system/process

    @virginmedia All equipment has been checked and signals are ok, I was told sometimes a different router may not be as good on WiFi as others. And there is nothing they can do other than paying for an extender. This was a downgrade and now I'm stuck in contract with a rubbish service.
