    Checked the speed and 150mb I cant. It can be foolish of me but 150? I cant for real. 900mb minimum, my house moves are planned based on fiber connectivity. ps: 150mb from virgin media hahahhahahhahaha everyday in the phone screaming with customer service, nope im good

    @virginmedia It is incredible, what you're doing is just pushing the date on your service page to one week to another. We don't have Internet for two months now! What are your engineers doing? I am going to cancel your contract and I will go with an better provider. @virginmedia #virginmedia

    @virginmedia I lost all services yesterday, without warning. The automated message advised that the fault would be fixed by today! I had to go through numerous teams before I could finally get to speak to someone. This same customer support agent was supposed to call me today once the fault

    @virginmedia @dpjohnston10 Complaints procedure is non existent. If you phone, promised call back never happens, webform complaint doesnโ€™t work and hasnโ€™t since at least 28/09. Sent letter 3 wks ago - no response, despite website saying response within 48 hours. Ombudsman here we come.

    Hello @virginmedia I get that things break sometimes. Do you think thereโ€™s a way you cld keep customers informed about how long it might take to fix it? Iโ€™ve tried your status page which tells me both that thereโ€™s no issue in our area and also that there is an issue . .

    @rachel_uk_ @virginmedia Feel your frustration. 2 promised callbacks never happened,web complaint form doesnโ€™t work. No email address for complaints. Sent letter of complaint 28/09z No response despite website saying Iโ€™d get one within 48 hours. Virgin do not care about customers.

    @virginmedia There are no issues. In the labyrinthine phone system it alternated between there are and there arent problems seemingly at random. Turning the router off and on again helps but not something you can do in a work meeting. Key issue is speed is often below what we are paying for.

    @virginmedia Hey guys, myself & my partner have recently upgraded our wifi/tv package, however the provided cabling isn't long enough to get from the wall to the TV/router (due to the router and TV box needing to be physically connected)...can you help???

    @wingpig @virginmedia They replied to me with an estimate completion for fix as the 16th, which is a nightmare for WFH. If I can get tests to run (big if) I can get 200+ down with less than .1 up.

    @virginmedia Checker says there are problems in the OX28 area, but this has been ongoing for more than 6 months. Sometimes the line is down for 1/2 hr at a time. What's going on? Will it ever end?
