    @virginmedia Yet again your broadband service has failed in E17. It failed Monday lunchtime and has failed again now. Is the service held together with elastic bands? Might I suggest that the local infrastructure requires investment/upgrading? Pathetic

    @virginmedia Now the wired Ethernet is not working either. I tried factory resets multiple times when the WiFi first stopped working 8 days ago. I've just turned it off for 30 seconds and on again. So far, nothing.

    @virginmedia thanks on behalf of all virgin media customers for not being able to pick up phones to help those who need help but have no wish to "Do it on line" we haven't received any compensation for 3 days of no net even though we have registered it everyday. PART ONE

    @virginmedia No! That’s the point. The issue hasn’t been explained at all. If I took my car to be fixed and there was a problem they’d tell me what the problem was. If they couldn’t tell me, I’d take my car to another place. Do you get what’s coming?

    @virginmedia I’m having issues with my wifi the last 2 days, I can only get WiFi if I’m in the same room as the router, I have 2 boosters one in my frontroom and one in my dining room downstairs and up untill now it’s fine! As soon as I walk out the frontroom it says no internet

    @virginmedia @OllieRead61 That's not very good response for a customer who has been with you for 30 years. Especially since your profits will actually be higher now you're not paying CNN & as a customer I'm getting screwed. Personally I preferred CNN back .
