@virginmedia new broadband install today, was working fine now nothing. Your website won’t allow me to set up my account to check local service. Im an ex virgin engineer so know what to do and check. No Down or upstream signals. Same for neighbours. Get this sorted immediately

@DeeRockUK @virginmedia Yeah I had this issue with them had to change my package to vivid gamer do they didn't throttle my upload speed. They have changed the package named since not sure what it's called now.

@virginmedia so my services, since being installed have not worked more than they have worked. As first impressions go this is very bad. If this isn’t fixed by this afternoon I will cancel my services as im still within 14 days cooling period.

@matt02392 Virgin Media doesn't have a network in the Channel Islands. Here, ITV offers audio description via Freeview and satellite. ITV Border Scotland offers AD on SD, as there's no HD version of that channel.

So apparently my land-line will be provided via WiFi. I wouldn't mind if @virginmedia had a reliable connection, but it drops it so frequently I'm not convinced. I maintain a land-line due to non existent mobile signal at home, so soon I shall be left uncontactable! #Frustrated
