    @virginmedia the customer service at virgin media is below 0 star they treat there customers like crap and lie. I have a recording of the agent I spoke to and she put a bunch of lies on her notes and transferred me to there cancellation team. Terrible service!! Rubbish connection

    @virginmedia Constant connection issues, I have had issues with it for 2-3 months and have still been paying for something that does not work properly. on top of that you guys write lies on my notes that was read out to me by the cancellation department team member.. 👎 scamming customers

    @virginmedia I can speculate… your engineers not fixing the issue, probably because they’re spread too thinly, probably because of cost-cutting initiatives to please shareholders. Just speculating.

    It’s bonkers that the whole district of EN9 could have an outage of @virginmedia for 5 days and because I didn’t call and log it I’m not entitled to compensation , I’m taking my £111 a month and spending it elsewhere!

    @C_Kneer @virginmedia After an hour of begging and crying, they eventually sorted out a payment plan and said she will get her internet back. At the very least she deserves an apology and to be marked as a vulnerable customer so this NEVER happens again

    @virginmedia The website says issues in my area (Bournemouth) I've given up calling the many numbers provided over the last month as I can never get through. Does webchat even exist? I can't find it. I'm giving it until the end of the month and then cancelling.

    @virginmedia You have sent faulty Hub equipment which works intermittantly. Needs to be rebooted to work. Cannot connect to smartphone door entry system. Engineer informed faulty router. Nearly 3 hours of calls bouncinng between customer services, technical and disconneting
