-
Andrew Battle (@andy_s_battle) reported from East Ham, England@virginmedia Just spouting corporate line does not improve the situation. No advanced notice, no resolution to problem, appointment missed, but if I am not here for a visit I am fined. This is very one sided for a service that has other companies wanting the business
-
raimundo vazquez (@raimundo) reported from Tottenham, EnglandHi @virginmedia. Any chance of sorting the service in N15? Even your status page is unable to run tests but you keep informing me that there is not a problem. It is becoming quite regular feature these drops in service
-
Mark Kelly (@GlueWhichBinds) reported from Walthamstow, England@jeffsprogress @virginmedia @Hyperoptic I was with Hyperoptic for 4 years, not a single outage I can recall. Swapped to Virgin Media last autumn because they offered a cheaper and better deal. Had nothing but problems since. And now they have the temerity to hike the bills. When I can swap back to Hyperoptic, I will.

-
Paul Lewis (@paulstevenlewis) reported from Mill Hill East, England@virginmedia So you cancel the service months if not years before the 4G replacement is a really extensive alternative, while increasing your prices and telling customers “sorry, but that’s tough”. I understand your team is just at the sharp end dealing with flack, but that’s really bad of VM
-

-
🇯🇲🇬🇧 (@ThanyiaMoore) reported@virginmedia shocking... WiFi just drops off when it feels like it. No notice, nothing. Can you fix up please, we pay too much 😩
-
Jonny (@MisterBeergut) reported@Kirsty_x85 @virginmedia Many company sales people do this, because they have been told that not knocking is following the cold calling rules. The posting of cards through letterboxes is what most of them do instead. I have the same problem. At least you were not disturbed by the hard sell.
-
mec337 (@mec337) reported@virginmedia ok, what’s the issue with bbc iPlayer sometimes it wants to play sometimes I have to retry many times. Sometimes if I log in I have to wait 2 mins for it to then work. It’s not consistent and very very annoying
-
Sandra Robinson (@mrsluc) reported@YeshuaFoxtrot @virginmedia I read on here everyday about issues, I have to be honest they are the best I've had. Three years and never an issue, well apart from the persistant cold calls. I sympathise with people who do, I was with Sky and had to reset my modem 3 times a day.
-
J Harris (@BingoBertie) reported@RichardLXXII @virginmedia Simple. Arrange a new supplier. Cancel direct debit. Commence a claim under the direct debit guarantee scheme for the un-agreed unauthorised increased amount Never have anything to do with @virginmedia again Except for suing for damages for falsely registered credit reference
-
Ryan Sheppard (@Sheppo1874) reported@alisonclay71 @virginmedia They’re the worst. I was a customer for over 10 years and moved house recently. They refused to move the service to my new house. Incredibly poor service. Also, be prepared for them to chase you constantly to return their kit or they’ll charge you for it!
-
Tommy Tinkler (@TinklerTommy) reported@LozzaFox Don't people know you can use google family and virgin media security that can fully control what any child watches and download on a device and restrict how long a device can be used a day. Down to the parents to decide what their child watches. Is Starmer etc so thick with tech
-
Liz Common (@lizziecom) reported@virginmedia Awful company. I'm leaving as soon as my contract is up.
