    @foxinthebox2010 @virginmedia You do have a point @foxinthebox2010 though because they were asking if customers would be willing to pay £20 one off fee, then £15, £10, £5...which implies they could afford to upgrade for free but just want to squeeze more money of out their customers. We’ve had awful service

    @virginmedia i’ve tried the service status page and our area seems to be fine. i’ve tried rebooting, restarting and all sorts but no luck. i’m not sure what else to do apart from an engineer coming to take a look

    Ohh even better, I can't get the Ultimate Volt bundle deal that new customers can get. All I can get offered is an increase of £20 a month and keep what I've already got... doesn't help that they keep going silent? @virginmedia

    @virginmedia I would strongly suggest reviewing your incident management procedures as I believe substantial improvements could be made. There was also no telephone number available on the site for technical support so I was essentially running blind for most of yesterday
