    @foxinthebox2010 @virginmedia You do have a point @foxinthebox2010 though because they were asking if customers would be willing to pay £20 one off fee, then £15, £10, £5...which implies they could afford to upgrade for free but just want to squeeze more money of out their customers. We’ve had awful service

    @virginmedia Your having a laugh. Mines terrible. Called several times to report it and basically told to turn it off and on and see how it goes. Getting sick of it now. Had my lads ps5 plugged in Ethernet and mad no difference. He still got really bad lag and got fed up with it in the end.

    @virginmedia Quite the story acctually, on the phone I got told I'd get a new router which did not happen. The dude comes in, fumbles a few wires around and said it was fixed. When I asked "what happens if it still doesn't work" the dude had the audacity to say "it will work". Get it together

    I’ve been with @virginmedia for 10 years. They have always been inconsistent with their service yet always spot on with their diabolical customer service. Can anyone suggest another fibre network to join as i’ll be cancelling my account as soon as they answer their bloody phones!
