They referred me to Retentions, but they have now withdrawn even that offer & insist I must pay the full £47.50! Just unbelievable!

It is worth what you paid for it £0. 2) Draytek router and Ruckus wifi (connected via Cat6) is what you need to distribute throughout house (a single WiFi point is never going to work)! 3) it will cost money!
