@virginmedia Hi, When trying to watch anything “on demand” it continuously crashes, and we get a variety of error codes, and anything HD, doesn’t load at all. My 2nd box doesn’t work, it just stays on the start up page with the circle spinning. We have pretty much lost wifi upstairs. Help!

@virginmedia This issue was chased on the 30th Nov 2020 (had to wait 45 days for the cheque) & then once again on 15th Jan 21, as cheque not received. Advised it would be posted in 14 days & still nothing.

@virginmedia I did ask for info, but they didn't say anything about my package only that I had broadband and phone, which is too vague. "New offers" = More things to sell to me on top of my increasing bill for a vastly reduced service.
