    @Mikeyhcm @virginmedia Not only that but our router popped back up for 10 mins yesterday and must have had a firmware update pushed down to it, because my old iPhone refuses to connect to wireless now (despite having iOS14) and other iPhones in house being OK. No telling truth.

    @virginmedia No - these are generic tips, these aren’t going to help with more fundamental issues W/ network reliability. Wifi connection is fine. But the internet is unreliable and I’ve reset my router 4 times today. That has nothing to do with connectivity/speed.

    @virginmedia That didn’t answer my question. And now the line has gone dead with a message saying the other person has cleared. I’ll be making a formal complaint in writing after advice from Ofcom-which I wanted to do over the phone today. In the meantime will be looking at other providers.
