    @virginmedia Hi VM the online service status is unreliable. VM rep told me that. I found out there is damage to cabling underground but this isn’t reflective to your service status etc. Even though it effects many customers. False intense all is good.

    @virginmedia Auto message said service put on hold while investigated, but after no on-site investigation follow-up message stated new appointment not til Monday evening. Will be 5 days without broadband including 3 full work days while we all WFH. Unacceptable.
