    To say I'm #frustrated with @virginmedia is an understatement. No TV, no service and no sign of it being fixed. More than 4 months and added expense for dodgy decisions. Grrrrr

    @virginmedia This call was in response to a well documented complaint that has been going on for months and someone calls who we are unable to communicate with and yet I believe you are a communications company. The last engineer did sort some of the issues but he left full of promises..

    @virginmedia No sorry, it's not possible. As I said it's fine now, but I just wanted to check if there were any issues that hadn't been listed on the service status page. I wfh so if there is something known I wanted to make my employer aware that connection might drop intermittently.

    @virginmedia Wireless and before I get the next question, we all use Macs so we have to borrow cables / adapters to check a wired connection but whenever we do that, would you believe, there’s no issues on those days!

    @virginmedia we’ve not been able to access our ‘on demand’ service for months - we don’t use it much, but when we’ve had a show recommended it says ‘included in your package’. We start the show and it shows the intro and then stops with every show. Done the box off/on already.
