    VIRGIN MEDIA beware over 25 yrs a customer, there customer service has hit rock bottom what an appalling company to deal with anybody had the same experience please pass on.

    @virginmedia I would not have used these terms as I didnโ€™t know them however I presumed that all the necessary work would be done in the background. Why would I keep the landline with Virgin when I was VERY UNHAPPY with the service provided

    Hi @virginmedia. Any chance of sorting the service in N15? Even your status page is unable to run tests but you keep informing me that there is not a problem. It is becoming quite regular feature these drops in service

    @virginmedia @mundaytom Not true. No response to complaint letter sent August and when weโ€™ve rung โ€œmanager will call you in 3-5 daysโ€. Been told that 3 times. Not one callback. Shambles.

    @virginmedia Hi, yes I did. But still no service before I left home. Online service checker just said problems with TV & Broadband in my postcode area. Currently not at home, but will check upon my return.

    @virginmedia Self install as we had determined the tivo box was faulty they sent one but its obviously never been activated from your end despite the hrs I've spent online trying to get it done no one I speak to has a clue what there doing constantly going thro diagnostics not activating it.

    So it turns out @virginmedia have a help system that isnโ€™t helpful. Catch-22 built into system and no tv. Why am I paying them?

    @MartinSLewis @bbc5live Had replacement windows from a local company 18 months ago and they were excellent but I will tell you the worst people I have ever dealt with - Virgin Media, even worse than British Gas used to be.

    @BrianBr41198151 There service has become appalling on the phone today 98mins then they cut me off no resolution to the problem been with em over 25yrs Virgin Media's customer service is non existent think twice before you sign up.

    @virginmedia Trying to phone about changing my contract but going round in circles on your robotic so called 'help' line. When it gives the option I want,I say 'YES' amazingly the robot says, Sorry I didn't get that! Is that because I want to remove some services?

    @ArrEssVeeTwin @jen_moxon @virginmedia many years ago at previous address I had to take annual leave to call Virgin customer services during UK office hours, when I knew it was UK call centre answering, as the foreign one never logged a single call so had to start all over each time.

    @virginmedia Hi! Since 14th Grandad has got "Title Not Available" on all channels and experiencing intermittent issues with picture. Looks like not connected to Virgin Network but only option is wired when never has been wired?! Tried hard resets on both box and router.

    @virginmedia Yes, it has happened yet again today. Not working at all. Rebooted several times. As usual App says no problems in the area. Happens every 4-6 weeks. Then we call virgin and wait 5-8 days for an engineer!Then it comes back on b4 engineer turns up.!
