  @virginmedia The @virginmedia box has completely broken down since yesterday & we can’t watch TV. My broadband is also affected. I’m a fairly new customer & I’ve had constant issues since moving from @sky I’ve now got to wait until Saturday before a technician can come & repair everything 👎🏼

I rang Virgin to try and end contract, explained my partner was dead and I couldn't afford the service any longer. They spent most of the call trying to get me to upgrade to more services.   @theashrb It isn’t at all and they’ll still think they can get away with it. The government should intervene in this matter to ensure that all public goods cannot outsource their customer service. A few months ago, I had a horrible call with virgin media after my contract finished
