    @virginmedia It was def.used within time scale. She just said it's not working after we tried to scan twice amd she tried typing in then numbers so both ways..she didn't know why and told me to contact 02 but that's why she gave me the receipt.

    @virginmedia Ok thanks. No I've used it for a long time. I use cafe nero every week for a free coffee. So I know how it all works. The app tells us to call 02 for help. But they just tell me I should not use it if not an 02 customer.

    @virginmedia I think I may actually be free from #Virginmedia at last other times I phoned up I got someone who just basically lied to me and extending my contract but this time I phoned up to cancel the contract and actually spoke to a very nice man so hopefully it's all done

    @virginmedia your company has the worst custermer service that I have ever had in my life. Spent nearly 2 hours on the phone today being cut off and transfered and now on whatsup since 4.15pm until now still waiting to be dealt with. VIRGIN YOU ARE COMPLETE JOKE OF A COMPANY.

    @virginmedia we've had atrocious broadband on SE26 4HN for weeks now, it just keeps dropping out and then coming back. I have just had my bill and I'm not really feeling we should have to pay for the service we've had this month.

    @virginmedia No, memory was at zero when I turned the box on & went to recordings yesterday afternoon. Even the planned recordings were missing. It was about 50% used, but I never tried a Factory Reset yesterday, just turned off & on again, hoping that would fix it.

    Internet recommendations please. @virginmedia have completely failed in every way. 1/4 a year trying to get installed in new flat. Installation date changed 4 times, no explanation or warning. Emails about other peoples accounts! £££ spent on data & calls. Truly awful service.

    @virginmedia It’s not recognising my sign in details (which are correct) so I don’t know. The issue is just as much that it’s been out all night and still is, as it is that this happens so frequently we shouldn’t have to pay for full service
