@virginmedia I have spoke. To your CS team and I was passed to 3 different departments and basically told some admin nonsense about a call I made in October. Nothing as been resolved I don’t have TV service and I want have Broadband service soon as I will cancelling the that as well.

Seriously @virginmedia you tell me your technician will arrive between 8am-12pm today. They don’t. I hear nothing. I call & am told they will arrive 3:30pm & “we do not provide the service to tell you they will be arriving later” & I can’t contact the tech = Awful system/process

@virginmedia It’s not if you fell short, you guys did fall short . I cancelled my service and it should have been cutoff on the 10th March not the 10th of Feb. all I wanted to here that it was going to be restored. #untrustworthy

@GAA_BEO Dia dhuit I missed the Tyrone v Cork yesterday so I just went to watch it now on your player on my Virgin Media. However I can only find the Meath v Sligo game. At the end of that game it starts the coverage of the Tyrone game but it then cuts short. Can someone fix this

Ooh, I have an idea @virginmedia when your broadband goes down how about we get to use your mobile wifi (astoundingly I am a customer of yours) as a wifi hotspot with unlimited usage at no extra cost. That sounds fair and reasonable right??

@Virgin it seems that anything to do with virgin media is **** - broadband is awful. Told them a dozen times the local box is is open to the elements - waste of time. Repeat - broadband is useless - ever get it fixxed on their website.
