@virginmedia I have that app. Had Sky, not fibre. Speeds of 18 mbps and it was constant everything worked. I move to Virgin speeds up to 100 mbps and I get speeds of 6 some nights. 🤔 bad move on my part. Neighbours having same issues. All I’m told is that speeds aren’t guaranteed goodbye.

@virginmedia I have an e mail update saying 18.01.21 but customer care told me yesterday before I was left hanging on the call for 59 mins that it was still the 16.01.21!! L hand is unaware of R hand, sub optimal customer experience- woeful!!!!
