    And on top of this I’ve been on a chat to complain about what happened and I’ve been made to wait over an hour for a wait time of “fifteen minutes”. This is a paid service! Never use virgin media for broadband, I’m fuming 😤

    @ThreeUKSupport I appreciate that but I’m currently in a position where @virginmedia are useless and unable to fix cables and you now working on masts meaning I can’t even use my phone network. So between both multi million pound companies you’re screwing me royally!!

    @virginmedia So after getting an engineer visit finally today, comes, says fixed, 10mins later broadbanddrops again. Told he will be back in 30mins, 2 hours later nothing. Now on 4th call to customer service getting cut off and no one knows what they are doing! Appalling service!

    It’s bonkers that the whole district of EN9 could have an outage of @virginmedia for 5 days and because I didn’t call and log it I’m not entitled to compensation , I’m taking my £111 a month and spending it elsewhere!

    @ontvnow @virginmedia I had webchat w customer service adviser this morning @ontvnow who confirmed my email account was locked - but said the forms he normally uses to unlock accounts were not working so has passed the issue on to next line support....😐

    Called again and at 30 minutes waiting someone picked up the call just to be transferred to the "Technical Services" now waiting again for someone to pick up again. Virgin Media customer service so far = big fat ZERO.

    So my question is can you please help one of your customers or do I need to start emailing your CEO and everyone at Virgin Media until I get some help? Is that honestly, I have your service for about a month and all I can say right now is that I hate it.
