@MoneySavingExp , good morning just wondering if having no service from @virginmedia for over 20 Days is that ground to cancel with no costs

  • paulstevenlewis
Paul Lewis (@paulstevenlewis) reported from Mill Hill East, England

@virginmedia So you cancel the service months if not years before the 4G replacement is a really extensive alternative, while increasing your prices and telling customers “sorry, but that’s tough”. I understand your team is just at the sharp end dealing with flack, but that’s really bad of VM

  • Editmonster
Stewart Daniels (@Editmonster) reported from Walthamstow, England

Dear @virginmedia & @VirginMediaCC A day to forget, wasn’t it? All day problems with my internet connections. Thousands of people affected. In my case, I needed the internet to work and it seems like that the issue was resolved this afternoon. How can I claim compensation?

  • andy_s_battle
Andrew Battle (@andy_s_battle) reported from East Ham, England

@virginmedia No effort is made to rectify the problem they just want to change to VOIP with no regard to a customer who spends over £1200 a bear for all devices, I wonder what offcom would think

  • nan2thou
PAT WEBB (@nan2thou) reported from Enfield Lock, England

@virginmedia Not now there isn’t. But there was no service at 8am until 10.30. T happens on a regular basis but it doesn’t stop the price going up.

  • GraemePuttock
Graeme Puttock (@GraemePuttock) reported from Enfield Lock, England

@virginmedia service status on your website is not correct for the N9 area. The site says no issues but CS line confirms there are issues and engineers are working on it. No useable broadband since Friday. Will we get refunds and what's the ETA on a fix?

  • nan2thou
PAT WEBB (@nan2thou) reported from Enfield Lock, England

@virginmedia There are always issues in this area. I would suggest that most the equipment needs replacing. But I won hold my breath

    Eternal Elneny (@eternalelneny) reported

@virginmedia With all due respect, the engineers have been there all day, I saw two of them having a 40 minute lunch break at 10am at Greggs. Can you push these engineers to get this completed today? Compensation isn’t a valid response to not being able to work - ridiculous service

  • kateandhergirls
Kate and her girls (@kateandhergirls) reported

@virginmedia Your chat colleague already looked into it and was incredibly rude and basically said tough you’re an existing customer on a contract and we don’t help our loyal customers, just new ones 🙄

Worst company ever @virginmedia They say the same thing over and over again instead of just sending an engineer to actually fix it. I don’t work for you, you take my money so provide the service

  • briavelsjon
    Jon Pitts (@briavelsjon) reported

@SmithyWFC85 @bigsul72 I have access to HBO via my Virgin Media subscription, but don't want to view via an app - that's kinda my point. Sky Sports red button is truly excellent, TNT's isn't bad but is sat unused.
