    @virginmedia Now 24 hours without broadband, you have the entire country being told to work from home and you can’t provide any details as to why. I understand you’re probably using fewer techs but I’d have thought you’d be able to triage a problem in less than a day, or know the actual issue

    @virginmedia Known issue reported. Estimated fix: 24+ hours after issue began 🙄… Wouldn’t be as bad if everyone weren’t tethering on their phones as a result of the outage. Seeing only 2 Mbps @EE when on 4G 🤨

    @virginmedia Now without wifi for 2 weeks for the rest of my tenancy after multiple phone calls only for them to tell me they can’t cancel the next tenants installation in order to put my wifi back up. Appalling customer service had me running round in circles with no solution.
