    @riddmj @virginmedia Unreal that with the technology they have they have not set up a customer chat service and kept some of their call center people working from home. I can’t speak with anyone to ask why are they charging me more without my consent.

    So this is how @SkyUK and @virginmedia let key workers down. @SkyUK ignoring all phone calls from those who they call "key workers" and claim to support them. Two days calling them to stop the #cancelation of a contract since @virginmedia unable to make the installation.

    Trying to get through to @virginmedia to ‘renegotiate’ my broadband contract (which is long up). Been on hold for 90 mins over two days (understandable, given our current crisis), but the calls cut off after 30 mins & feature the same, awful hold music. HELP!

    @vmbusiness suspended our mobile as we sent too many texts in March. Fact that we are a charity and there is a global pandemic carries no waight with their customer support team apparently as ‘fair usage policy applies on all unlimited plans.

    @virginmedia hi I’ve had no service since yesterday. I had a message to say it had been fixed at half 12 today. It hasn’t. Phoned up, told there’s no outage and will@have to book a technician. NINE DAYS!!! Because you’ve had a lot of calls in the area. What does that tell you????

    @virginmedia You are not sending return labels. Your customer service is understaffed, no one is picking up the phone. You are issuing none existent bills to your leaving customers. @virginmedia is by far the worst broadband service in the UK atm.

    . Would love to get a straight answer from someone @virginmedia. Made 8 calls so far re our new broadband contract. Each one providing conflicting info. 24hrs delay to activation on contract. Wifi on oomph not working in half of our rooms, days of lost work / income. A farce.
