    @virginmedia You are way too late! You ignored a bunch of us yesterday when we had outage for over 24 hours. Suddenly the mention of @BBCWatchdog & you're interested. Nah. Forget it. After chasing for hours, the eventual information was - as usual - vague & inaccurate.

    Very disappointed with @virginmedia. Was offered a new price for a monthly deal on TV & broadband this morning. It was not activated. When I called back, was told that the deal didn't exist and wouldn't be given. The call was recorded! Abysmal customer service. Cancelled.

    @virginmedia Been fed a load of rubish and given a date of the 30th Nov. That means 6 months of a reduced service. I am disgusted Lies and failures from the first engineer. Failed to book the team for the pull through from the second engineer

    Apologies to anyone who hasn’t had a reply from us for an email sent.Since last Friday we haven’t been able to receive or send emails. @virginmedia are saying our password is wrong. It is NOT. Please, please @virginmedia fix this problem. Very frustrating. Many complaining!

    @virginmedia About 20 mins after my tweet there were issues with broadband in the local area reported. Around 4pm the connection was back and all was well again but I'm really not happy about the inconsistent service especially when alot of people need the internet for work.
