    I just listened to your fuzzy hold music for 18 minutes @virginmedia, went through the same security Q’s multiple times, only for the phone to cut off as I explained my issue. I JUST WANT TO CANCEL MY BROADBAND!!!!! Can someone call me back to do this please

    @virginmedia The wifi is always flashing green. Even when it says there is no issue. Fortunately tho the contract is coming to an end which means so will payments👍. Paying for about 250Mb to get 30 on a wired connection

    7 days time to no more bad service, disrupted TV and broadband service of Virgin Media. I'm saving myself £600 plus increased prices annually. So downsizing technology and reducing carbon footprint = 1 fone, mobile data and 1 computer. Will only have what I use! TV is next. Yay

    @virginmedia your service is a joke. Just taken me 32 minutes to change my bank details on the phone. Call centre staff should be able to speak the same language as your customers to a standard high enough to be able to do the job. Such a waste of time 😩😩😩

    @virginmedia Called back, held for another 15mins, was finally put through to the correct dept & have cancelled. I just want to say how rude the agent turned when I declined the offer to stay, & once it was all done he just cut the call off. Glad I made the right decision #virginmedia

    @virginmedia Tried to call today waited for 20mins to get through finally got through to customer service and then they had to put me through the escalations team and as soon as i got through the operator pretended he could not hear then dropped the phone.

    @virginmedia 5 different answers from different agents The best one was yesterday whilst on hold after being transferred to another person , waited half hour then they cut me off ! Finally got through to Nathan who is currently trying to resolve this issue, again !

    @virginmedia Im not thick ofcourse all the cables are connected, it wouldnt tell me 30mb if the ethernet wasnt in. The hub has been reset whenever there is an issue, which happens to be every few days.

    @virginmedia It's wired also tried WiFi The broadband keeps dropping out on other devices to have to keep rebooting but same issue again after about ten minutes The hub light flashes rather than being sold

    @virginmedia Hi, the service is fine. It is the Hub that is faulty, no one wants to know and I am now without any internet. A technician came yesterday and thought he fixed it but clearly not. I have made 5 phone calls and I am getting nowhere, I’m a remote worker and need it fixed ASAP

    I know I moaned about talk talk a lot (they are bad) but my god does Virgin Media have them beat in the worst WiFi providers. At least with talk talk the connection was somewhat reliable WITH VIRGIN I HAVE TO SPEND AT LEAST AN HOUR CONNECTING MY PS5 TO THE WIFI EVERY TIME I GO ON

    @virginmedia what has happened to customer loyalty? Just got off the phone to two very rude people(one thought it was funny to argue) about the price increase(disgusting, btw) and the new customer deal of £39.99 for the 1gig internet. Which your call centre lied to me about.

    @virginmedia Waste of time. Phoned 3 times this morning. Told twice the issue would DEFINITELY be sorted. PROMISED me resetting the router will help. Didn’t. I have just been told im going to have to wait 24 hours and iv got to put up with it, as nothing else can be done!
