@foxinthebox2010 @virginmedia You do have a point @foxinthebox2010 though because they were asking if customers would be willing to pay £20 one off fee, then £15, £10, £5...which implies they could afford to upgrade for free but just want to squeeze more money of out their customers. We’ve had awful service

@virginmedia According to Varryl, who I stress was a very unhelpful individual, the wait time of around 50 mins has been an ongoing issue for about 2 weeks. My issue has not been resolved today.

Nice one Virginmedia. My broadband keeps going off so they send me an internet link to rectify the problem. Had to use my mobile data to access the link and suddenly everything starts working again.
