    @repeatall @virginmedia And when you do pick up the phone, and put somebody through to customer services, and they wait for 30 minutes to speak to CS, why is it not CS on the phone?? But some poor lad who cannot help because he’s not working in CS and can’t transfer the call. Frauds and criminals

    @virginmedia I am on the Whittington Estate in N19. Many, if not all of Sandstone have had major issues with no tv or internet whatsoever. It’s not just a day or 2. It’s been off for at least a week. We have engineers out once a week only to be told that the main issue is outside

    @virginmedia This same letter twice. Service kept cutting out for while street through April/ May/ June but mostly less than 24 hours. When was more than 24 hours your website was down for logging claims. Was just impossible to speak to anybody so I withheld payment not getting service

    @virginmedia Not exactly the same time. But I've logged the outages on my account, and they've also been listed as network faults (engineer going is on the way etc)- so nothing to do with the router or home network.

    @virginmedia Do you not have access to the full thread? 29th sept. Pre purchased voucher didn’t work as your server was down. 90mins of calls and £11 of data used to compensate for lack of Wi-Fi.

    @virginmedia I’m really sorry this is NOT good enough. Our Wi-Fi is WORSE than BT. Your own technician told us we needed 3 pods yet I still need to go through the pain of single orders and a check. I’m entitled to 3 free pods and I will be the one to tell you if your service is good enough.

    @virginmedia Yeah I’ll just sit here with no wifi for 8 days all happy. Thanks for quality chat. Always nice to pay £££ for a top service that i can’t even use for a whole day without issues. Now the wifi doesn’t want to work at all. But yeah happy that engineer is booked too :) useless team
