    @virginmedia Not now there isn’t. But there was no service at 8am until 10.30. T happens on a regular basis but it doesn’t stop the price going up.

    @virginmedia why can I not get through to speak with your customer services? The 1st time, the call centre cut me off. 2nd time the phone options didn't work. Your online Quick Pay is not working. I just want to pay my broadband bill 🤷🤷🤷

    @virginmedia You've flatly refused to take a report of a fault for an elderly customer who's landline is faulty when somebody else has tried to report it for them you have said "computer says no" Your CSR confirmed "you do not have a dept that deals with vulnerable customers" WOW JUST WOW!
