    To say I'm #frustrated with @virginmedia is an understatement. No TV, no service and no sign of it being fixed. More than 4 months and added expense for dodgy decisions. Grrrrr

    @virginmedia Turns out the Hard Reset doesn't actually do a hard reset, so it's still stuck on the same wifi network and with the error state it's in I can't change any settings. So it's basically just a paperweight.

    @WilliamNB wow. I was expecting the same with virgin media a few months back, but the person on support was really good and took my word that my network was working fine and it was their router that was the issue. Was so nice to not have to jump through hoops to get the right people on it.
