  @virginmedia Self install as we had determined the tivo box was faulty they sent one but its obviously never been activated from your end despite the hrs I've spent online trying to get it done no one I speak to has a clue what there doing constantly going thro diagnostics not activating it.

  @virginmedia The big bang theory on TLC suddenly has audio description even though it’s turned off on the box setting. Only every episode of this show nothing else on TLC or any other channel. It’s pretty annoying as it’s my go to channel between shows. Any idea why/how to fix?
