    Not the best start to life as a @virginmedia customer. Radio silence from @YodelOnline who are supposed to be delivering the router, and stuck in an online queue for 45 minutes so far waiting to speak to a customer support advisor...

    @mikast71 @virginmedia Thanks. I also finally got through to a human who said “everything looks fine on our side, sorry you’re having problems.” Kind of at a loss here. Just going to stop the direct debit for the month to see if that generates a response from them.

    @virginmedia Why do you offer a text service ? Then respond 24 hours later or don’t respond at all.I spent in totally 2 hours on the phone trying to speak to virgin media , but if I was a new Customer you pick up the phone within 2 mins . My broadband is down again

    @virginmedia I am so disappointed with the service. I moved to my house in August and joined Virgin Media because I thought they had the best service. To date we are not connected and the date we were given is 29th December!! Point to note that we have no internet in the house!

    @virginmedia what is going on with your #broadband service. Every single week for the past month is getting worse and worse. Plus it’s not just me, friends in this region are experiencing the same problem. Very frustrating especially when I’m in the middle of a Zoom meeting.

    I’m a new customer with @virginmedia. Should be getting 200MB download. But literally move 2/3 meters away from router and it drops significantly and device is just buffering. Furthermore trying to resolve this via ur call centre is a joke. Been on hold for 50mins now.

    @virginmedia Hi please send an engineer to my house to sort out the useless Hub 4 box that replaced my reliable and efficient Hub 3. I have asked the community for a solution and they say get engineer out to separate the 2 and 5 GEXT. Fed up of paying good £ for a crap service!

    @virginmedia Rang in the end, 40 minutes of being in a queue and 20 minutes of being passed around, 10 minutes of the call person being borderline rude. On the other hand, rang @SkyHelpTeam yesterday, spoke to the most lovely lady who was knowledgeable & helpful. Polar opposites!

    @virginmedia just disconnected again.....was connected for 5mins then it went off which it has done for the last 2 days.....this happened everyday for a month not too long ago ive already called the help desk and all that other usless **** you tell me to do just tell me the issue

    @virginmedia Tech support can't tell me how to change an email password & just keeps repeating that it will sync if I give it 24hrs; with what?. That was after being passed to an automated chat (by real people, twice) that won't let you out of a loop of questions unrelated to the problem.

    @virginmedia hemel hempstead mobile out still emergency calls only, yesterday your cs advised, its my sim, its my phone, its may have been reported stolen? its the sim and its your local mast. post code hp1 1pp just about to go to EE shop when open for new sim - terrible really
