@virginmedia Self install as we had determined the tivo box was faulty they sent one but its obviously never been activated from your end despite the hrs I've spent online trying to get it done no one I speak to has a clue what there doing constantly going thro diagnostics not activating it.

@virginmedia You have given me a number 0345 454 111 which doesn't exist come on this is getting ridiculous also tried 150 has no option 3 and takes me straight back to someone who wants to do a diagnostic check and I am also using a virgin phone just how bad does this get

@virginmedia No I have not and at no stage has any one or any virgin media Web site indicated to do so I have as stated spent hrs on the phone talking to yr people about the problem and now you suggest this I am totally fed up ringing VIRGIN MEDIA and constantly going over the same things.

@virginmedia I will be calling, if get answer but it’ll be to cancel as that’s the only dept that’ll understand. I’m NOT paying 3 time my payment when this wasn’t discussed as I wouldn’t have agreed to the upgrade if that was the case. The upgrade was to resolve a problem with your service.

@virginmedia It has been 2 weeks and no manager has returned to me re my complaint. I have asked virgin how long it takes and they said a manager will email or text re complaint and no one has! I have been calling from my mobile yo get this sorted and nothing has resolved
