    @virginmedia Hello John, the signals are going up & down like a yo-yo 🪀 I’ve done a full reset of the hub, cleared browser history on all devices & scanned with connect app, no issues found yet all devices are going at a snails pace. All very frustrating 😞

    @virginmedia Team have sent out an engineer who stated that a box on the street was also having issues and that this would be fixed. We’ve had zero response since then and no engineers have come back out to us. Testing showed faults with the internet and has been this way since Jan.

    @vmbusiness you can't be serious...no working service for 17 days after installation 4th March and 6 engineers before working late 21st March. Asked Phillipines faults re compensation told as we are 1st 3 months free on our contract there will be none!!! What the actual....
