    It’s bonkers that the whole district of EN9 could have an outage of @virginmedia for 5 days and because I didn’t call and log it I’m not entitled to compensation , I’m taking my £111 a month and spending it elsewhere!

    And on top of this I’ve been on a chat to complain about what happened and I’ve been made to wait over an hour for a wait time of “fifteen minutes”. This is a paid service! Never use virgin media for broadband, I’m fuming 😤

    @virginmedia @jankowski_uk You’ve been telling us this will be fixed for 2 days now. My ‘fix estimate’ has gone from 3pm yesterday, to 7pm. Then 10am this morning, to midday, to 4pm then 7pm and now 10am tomorrow. Why can’t you be honest and tell us when this will be fixed?
