@MichaeljonF Good question... just having a bit of an iffy connection last few weeks. I have a full on Google WiFi Mesh network... tried to iron out a couple of dubious hacks in the system... plus I’ve upgraded the core hub to the Nest WiFi Router now. Starting to suspect it’s Virgin Media 😂

@virginmedia On the old app you would scroll down to a programme press ok and it would say watch now and you would press that and program would start on the tv. Now you have switch to the new remote which isn’t like your tv remote which the old app was exactly the same

@virginmedia I put in a complaint about the engineer, when I phone up 2 months later I'm told no one logged a complaint and then the customer service rep then starts to argue with me about if an engineer came out or not, I didn't raise my voice she just hung up on me /4

@virginmedia I never asked any questions about charges extra or mentioned money, just a contact number as you webpage is hard to find one. You instigated the charge threat and that is very poor. Basic call centre bully behaviour in customers saves and reducing call numbers.

@expertmarket No mention of Virgin Media phone lines. VM customers with fibre to premises have a phone which plugs into the modem and it's therefore VOIP. I have such a phone line. The drawback is that if the internet drops out the VOIP phone line doesn't work so a backup is needed.
