@MichaeljonF Good question... just having a bit of an iffy connection last few weeks. I have a full on Google WiFi Mesh network... tried to iron out a couple of dubious hacks in the system... plus I’ve upgraded the core hub to the Nest WiFi Router now. Starting to suspect it’s Virgin Media 😂

@virginmedia On the old app you would scroll down to a programme press ok and it would say watch now and you would press that and program would start on the tv. Now you have switch to the new remote which isn’t like your tv remote which the old app was exactly the same

@virginmedia Hi, unable to access BBC One HD channel, keep getting the error code V53. Rebooted the box twice, still same error. Checked service status which says that there is a problem with on demand services in GU31 and engineers are working on it, but that isn't my issue.
