    @virginmedia Wireless and before I get the next question, we all use Macs so we have to borrow cables / adapters to check a wired connection but whenever we do that, would you believe, there’s no issues on those days!

    @virginmedia No sorry, it's not possible. As I said it's fine now, but I just wanted to check if there were any issues that hadn't been listed on the service status page. I wfh so if there is something known I wanted to make my employer aware that connection might drop intermittently.

    @virginmedia 6 months since upgrading to the Volt bundle. Been a bad decision, another day of no internet access. Many visits from some really nice engineers, changed cables, checked connections and hoped for the best. Sadly hopeless

    @Kyle1uk @virginmedia Agreed @virginmedia are the worst company ever. We left Sky to go with them and they have over charged us by nearly £100 and still no dign of the Netflix account we were supposed to get as part of the deal and this is two months on. Avoid at all costs!

    @blinkrocker88 @virginmedia We’ve gone back to BT wish we’d never left!! Cost is important but customer service really matters! Virgin knocked £30 off when I phoned but really wasn’t interested! Had so many problems with their broadband and trying to speak to someone is ridiculous!

    @virginmedia Interested to note that after WEEKS of forbearance I am not the only one annoyed by your appalling service this evening: also, you owe me c.£300 from massively inflated Direct Debits I tried to address months ago but simply couldn’t find a human person to speak to.
