    @virginmedia disgusting service you wait in all day for an installation to be told it’s been cancelled when you call and the Philippines call centre you speak too cannot help at all - day lost of work virgin don’t care. Then told now have to wait until the 17th April.

    @virginmedia are unbelievable. Took a direct debit in error at end of January from my elderly father, promised to pay back in 5 days but didn’t. Then promised 7-10 days but again didn’t. Still no refund and now not even responding to formal complaint. Disgusting!

    @virginmedia over 2 years of daily intermittent broadband caused by you and hidden - I can’t get a fix. Now tv box and router both don’t work. 3 hours wasted on phone, 3 dropped calls and sorry doesn’t cut it.

I just kept getting transferred to “someone who can help” who clearly in fact every time was just someone else to transfer me to - and had to repeat account details and my tale of woe again. Just gave up

    @virginmedia my whole area continually has issues with slow internet and connections with VM. Despite complaints & recording of issues this continues. All checks say the signal and strength is great-so why does it happen. We are paying through the nose for a substandard service

    @virginmedia The link just takes me in a loop of potential issues which i've done. I've called the number and it says no known issues in my area. The text i got said there was planned downtime but i didn't get details on how long for which is what i'm trying to find out.

    .@virginmedia are the scummiest sales people, never signup. My initial request was for a rolling contract, the contract that got sent out was for 18 months and I didn't notice until i went to cancel it just now. The original order included the flexi fee. Now its £240 to cancel.

    @virginmedia Ive spent hours on hold, I’m not wasting more time to speak to a call centre in a far away land! Happy to give account information through a DM. Alternatively, @virginmedia can just continue to ignore me and I can terminate the service under non provision of the contract 👍
