Mum is shielded and home alone. Her landline stopped working, after 6 days @virginmedia came to fix. Engineer couldn't fix so said would escalate. Mum chased again today and calls been closed! So far cost £21 in calls. #virginmedia, is that how to treat vulnerable customers?

@virginmedia The engineer said he was unable to fix and said would escalate and she would get an update by 13.30 yesterday afternoon. No update was sent so she phoned today to be told the call had been closed

@MrKenShabby @virginmedia Dump them. Get @zeninternet FTTC or even FTTP if you are lucky. Much more reliable. On average faster too. Less contention (sharing with other users) of bandwidth advertised. Never looked back...

@virginmedia Hi. It's still the same. It's fine for a while and then drops the signal. I've tested it on 2 laptops and a mobile and all are experiencing problems. For example if I'm on zoom it loses the signal and drops off or my mobile moves to mobile data. It's been like this for 2wks.

@Spinnofflondon @virginmedia @Hampstead_Mums We had a 10 day broadband outage in November, around 50 houses affected. After numerous emails and calls to virgin, we were finally credited for the loss of service yesterday- wait for it- £5! It was officially £4.52p but the kind lady I spoke to rounded it up to £5.
