After 4mnths of this we went @Hyperoptic and never looked back. VM uninterested in my feedback on its failings. As to the street boxes...

@virginmedia @vmbusinesshelp Been there. Tell you to use the residential service checker, which says no problem. Phone lines have long queues. Service outage is country wide.

@virginmedia Hardwired is OK Wi-Fi is always rubbish and so can't connect to watch Netflix you tube it to other boxes as V6 primarily use Wi-Fi and not cable. Poor choice. A total waste of my 130 month and thousands on #4k #oled @LGUK TV I bought

@MichaeljonF Good question... just having a bit of an iffy connection last few weeks. I have a full on Google WiFi Mesh network... tried to iron out a couple of dubious hacks in the system... plus I’ve upgraded the core hub to the Nest WiFi Router now. Starting to suspect it’s Virgin Media 😂

@virginmedia Wired works, but my WiFi cuts out on all my devices and says connection failed when I try to connect. This happens every few hours. I'm literally sat next to my router at the moment and it cut out 3 times in the last 2 hours. Took around 5 attempts to reconnect.

@virginmedia I ran a diagnostics on it yesterday and it said there is a cable issue, but the lack of factual information from yourselves and trying to get a straight answer is frustrating. It can't be an area issue if the neighbours is trouble free.

@virginmedia Still without Internet access, for 36+ hours now after you claimed there is an issue in the area, yet my neighbours Virgin broadband is totally unaffected? Are you just palming me off with some BS? What is going on here.
