@virginmedia How does £8.40 a day cover 2 people unable to work for a full day? Still no contact from Virgin engineer or any comment on what the issue is? The time to fix the issue just keeps getting later.

Checked the speed and 150mb I cant. It can be foolish of me but 150? I cant for real. 900mb minimum, my house moves are planned based on fiber connectivity. ps: 150mb from virgin media hahahhahahhahaha everyday in the phone screaming with customer service, nope im good

@virginmedia I have never been able to access the app. Its says i will receive an email to verify it but never arrives. Ive contacted virgin a few times but the issue doesn't get resolved!

@virginmedia Been trying to pay, over your payment line and app/website but all 3 of my cards get denied, we had a direct debit set up, twice we've set one up, and nothing goes through. You don't have a custom service phone nor do emails or live chats sort anything out so I'm getting charged
