    @virginmedia Your broadband is terrible. I am suppose to have 350meg and it is under 20 on speed test. Your customer service team are incompetent at best. Being told I was being put on hold while they try and sort the broadband out and the agent never came back and didn’t call me back either

    @virginmedia I don’t need the app. I know there are black spots as I no signal in certain rooms. Are you trying to wind me up. As I have already said I am leaving. Direct debit has been cancelled and I have notified you in writing via this channel as no other way to contact you

    @virginmedia I have better things to do with my time than phoning @virginmedia The system should pick up on this. Virgin’s system is quick to chase me regarding the return of a bloody hub. Absolutely atrocious service.

    As previously stated, anyone thinking of getting @virginmedia don't! They lie, never answer calls and don't turn up when promised. Utter crap from start to finish, all while their tax evading owner @richardbranson sits on some private Island reaping the benefits. Dog 💩 company

    Hey @VirginMediaCorp and @virginmedia ... we waited for your engineer today - rearranged work schedules/meetings. Nothing. No call. No text. No email. No show! DM for our remedy number - this is absolutely #atrocious #customerservice. The #complaint will be escalated if no reply.

    @virginmedia Yea I do that and it says to reboot my Hub 3. Which I do and then get 15mb for 2 mins and then back to 4mb. Can you please DM me with a link to online tech support because I've already wasted 3 hours this week trying to get through on the phone.

    @virginmedia Supposed to have a 350 meg line. We get speeds of 20 Meg. The router keeps freezing. The router doesn’t reach all the rooms in the house. Internet connection drops regularly. Basically anything that could go wrong does. Terrible.

    @virginmedia Day 2 of no WiFi whilst trying to work from home. Day 2 of sitting on hold for hours with no one picking up. Have also texted the number and responses either abruptly stop or we are told we’re being transferred. Is there a nation-wide outage or something?

    @virginmedia No it isn’t it’s plugged into a main socket, we can go on days with asking the questions, but it’s not going to solve my issue. This is a known problem with many people and I wanted to ask if you will compensating any money back for data that has been lost?

    @virginmedia Irony is that I have to use a BT Wholehime system to get WiFi around my house.... ....also concur with other responders that there are CONSTANT drops in signal, almost daily. Nothing noted on the website though. Contract has ended, so looking for more reliability.

    @NicLiamo I was on The Chase a few years ago and I have to say I wouldn’t have necessarily minded if someone went for the lower offer once it wasn’t a big minus. That being said we all got caught, it was probably one of the worst episodes. Virgin Media keep on showing it too 🤦

    @virginmedia Yes it says there is a known fault which has been going on since Friday at 7pm. No further explanation and the estimate fix just keeps resetting. It is absolutely unacceptable.

    @virginmedia Fastest broadband provider? Utter joke. I've been with Virgin for years as they're the only provider that does fibre optic in my area - they've always said they're fastest but you never get the speed you pay for, internet cuts out all the time and they always creep the price up.

    @virginmedia What’s the issue then, are the engineers on site or not? 3days without any service suggests a huge problem. Share details so that users can make there own assessment of how long the outage will last, your website just kicks the estimated repair time out by 2 hours each update.
